      • IS 조직의 직무스트레스에 관한 연구

        The IS(information systems) organization is a stressful organization. However, there is little theoretical or empirical research on the effects of job stress on IS organization. A major reason is because IS organization and researchers are unaware of the consequences of job stress and unfamiliar with the job stress literature. The purpose of this paper is to propose a theoretical framework of job stress on IS organization. Based on a review of the IS, psychology, and general management literature,12 job stress models are identified. These stress models are analyzed along the two dimensions of focus and theoretical foundation. The analysis shows that most of the job stress models consider stress to be the consequence of the interaction between an environmental stimulus and the idiosyncratic response of the individual. Further analysis of these models suggests that nine key points are critical in developing a theoretical framework of jon stress on IS organization. A mapping of how the existing stress models incorporate the nine key points is also presented. The findings of this paper can provide a theoretical basis for further research on the job stress of IS organization. Finally, an agenda for further research into this issue is presented.

        This study examined the key success factors and the degree of industry attractiveness in the TFT-LCD industries. The five competitive force factors include: barriers o entry, industry rivalry, threat of substitutes, supplier power and buyer power. As the result of this study, it was found that the key success factors were customer needs, high screen quality, low price, high performance, convenience and stability concerning with display device. This study provides another link in the chain of understanding of the industry attractiveness and key success factors in the TFT-LCD markets.

        The o/w microemulsions containing β-carotene were made from 3 or 5% w/w oil(soybean oil, cottonseed oil and isopropyl myristate) and 15, 20 or 25% w/w nonionic surfactant (Cremophor EL, Cremophor RH 40 and Brij 97/Pluronic F-68(2:1 w/w). They are characterized by particle size distribution, surface tension and viscosity. Also, stability study was done by antioxidant, long-term storage for 6 months.

        니코틴과 트리암시놀론 아세토니드를 함유하는 생분해성 마이크로스피어의 제조시 분무건조법과 용매증발법의 비교

        The microspheres have been developed as a new drug delivery system. Although many particulate drug carriers, such as liposome, niosome and emulsion, have been introduced, injectable and biodegradable microspheres appears to be a particularly ideal delivery system because the local anesthesia is not necessary for the insertion of large implants and for the removal of the device after the drug release is finished. Biodegradable microspheres with nicotine and triamcinolone acetonide are prepared and evaluated. As biodegradible polymers, PLA (M.W. 15,000, PLA-0015), PLGA (M.W. 17,000, RG 502) and PLGA (M.W. 8,600, RG 502H) are used. This study attempted to prepare and evaluate the nicotine and triamcinolone acetonide-incorporated microspheres, which were prepared by two methods, solvent-evaporation and spray-drying methods. The microspheres, as a disperse system for injections, were evaluated by particle size, size distribution, entrapment efficiency, and in vitro drug release patterns. The differences of preparation method, partition coefficient, types of polymer, and preparation conditions of microspheres influence the particle size, entrapment efficiency, and in vitro drug release patterns.

      • 스피로노락톤의 한국인 지원자에서의 약물속도론적 연구

        A reversed phase HPLC method was developed and validated for the determination of spironolactone in human plasma. Fenoprofen was used as an internal standard. Calibration curves were linear in the concentration range of 2.5~200 ng/㎖. The coefficient of variation of the intra- and inter-day precision were below 15%. The coefficient of variation of the accuracy were below 15% in the concentration range investigated. A bioavailability study was performed using the validated HPLC method. Eight healthy male volunteers were orally administered 100 ㎎ of spironolactone. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated using WinNonlin. The mean values of AUC_(12hr) was 158.9±69.9 ngㆍhr/㎖, C_(max) was 42.2±14.9 ng/㎖, T_(max)was 1.79±0.60 hr, t_(1/2) was 2.72±0.87 hr. The pharmacokinetic parameters and the HPLC method can be used for the design of bioequivalence study of spironolactone.

        생활체육 테니스 참가자의 참여정도에 따른 여가만족 및 생활만족에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 생활체육 참가자의 사회인구학적 특성과 참여정도에 따른 여가만족과 생활만족의 차이 및 관계를 비교 분석하여 생활체육 테니스의 참여 기회확대와 활성화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2002년 서울시 S구 소재의 생활체육 테니스 시설을 중심으로 테니스 활동에 참가하는 만20세 이상 성인을 모집단으로 무선표집된 10개소 테니스 시설에서 총 300명을 집락표집(cluster sampling) 하여 생활체육 테니스 참가자의 참여정도에 따른 여가만족 및 생활만족의 각 변인간 차이를 분석하였다. 그 결과 사회인구학적 특성변인에 따른 여가만족에서는 남자가 신체적, 사회?교육적, 환경적 요인이 여자보다 높게 나타났고, 연령에서는 연령이 높아질수록 신체적 요인이 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며, 고연령 집단에서 사회?교육적 요인, 환경적, 휴식적 요인이 높게 나타났다. 교육수준에서 신체적 요인은 교육수준이 높을수록 만족 요인이 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며, 수입에서는 고수입 집단이 신체적, 사회?교육적, 휴식적 요인이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 연령은 높고 수입이 많은 집단에서 생활만족이 높게 나타났으며, 참여정도에 따른 여가만족에서는 참여기간이 증가할수록 사회?교육적, 환경적, 휴식적 요인이, 참여시간에서는 참여시간이 증가할수록 신체적, 사회?교육적, 환경적, 휴식적 요인이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 생활체육 테니스 참가자의 여가만족이 생활만족에 미치는 영향과 인과 관계에서는, 사회?교육적, 환경적 요인이 생활만족에 가장 많은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 마지막으로 생활체육 테니스 참가자의 참여정도(기간, 빈도, 시간)에 따른 생활만족에서는 참여기간, 참여시간에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 참여기간과 참여시간은 각각 기간과 시간이 증가할수록 생활만족이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과와 다수의 선행연구 결과들의 차이는 변인 및 요인의 다양성에서 비롯되는 것으로 사료되며, 참여정도와 생활만족의 관계를 설명하는 보다 많은 연구가 필요하고, 생활만족에 관련한 변인과 하위 요인을 정확히 측정하고 신뢰할 수 있는 도구와 일관성 있는 결과들이 지속적으로 제시되어야 한다. This study was to examine differences and relationship between life and leisure satisfaction of sports participants based on socio-demographic groups in order to broaden participation opportunities in tennis as well as to provide fundamental data for further studies. To achieve its main goal, 300 subjects of this study were selected among adults tennis participants over 20 at 10 tennis facilities located in Seoul in 2002 by means of multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method, and were analyzed factors of leisure satisfation and life satisfaction depends on degree of participation of tennis participants. The result shows that physical, socio-environmental, educational factors of male participants indicated higher than those of women. Older participants showed higher physical factor, and the aged group indicated high socio-educational, environmental, relax factors. As the educational level was higher, the satisfaction factor increased, and high income group showed high physical, socio-educational, relax factors. The age and high income group expressed high life satisfacton, and as participation period and time become longer, socio-educational, environmental, relax factors became higher. There was also cause and effect relationship between leisure and life satisfaction, and socio-educational, environmental factors were main factors. Lastly, life satisfaction was stastically different depends on degree of participation (period, frequency, time), and longer participation period and time lead to higher life satisfaction. However, this study and some previous studies are contradictory in some ways. It is considered that those conflicting results stem from various factors and variables, thus consistent insturments and reliable results should be created through further studies on degree of participation and life satisfaction.

        This study was conducted to detect the allelopathic effect of water and ethanol extracts from 4 plant species (Lactuca sativa L., Ambrosia elatior L., Oenothenra odorata Jasp., Ginkgo biloba L.) on germination and growth of lettuce seeds. A little bit higher inhibitory effect was obtained in ethanol extracts rather than water extracts. Allelopathic effects varied in the source of extracts and concentrations of 4 plant species and the highest allelopathic effect appeared in 10% solution, regardless of plant species.

      • 병풀(Centella asiatica) 엑스-베타시클로텍스트린 고체 분산체를 함유한 폴록사머 407 히드로겔 제조 및 피부투과

        Extract of Centella asiatica(ECA), which is poorly water-soluble extract from the Centella asiatica is known to express excellent wound healing properties. ECA-β-cyclodextrin (asiaticoside-β-cyclodextrin and genin-β-cyclodextrin) solid dispersion system, which was prepared by freeze-drying method, was formulated as gels containing poloxamer 407 and propylene glycol, and evaluated with respect to their viscosity. stability, skin permeation and drug amount in the skin of hairless mouse. The average molar ratio asiaticoside-β-CD and genin-β-CD was 1:1,7 and 1:22, respectively. When the molar ratio of genin and β-CD was 1:5, madecassic acid made 100% solid dispersion system and asiatic and about 65%. In dissolution study, >99% of asiaticoside from asiaticoside-β-CD was dissolved in 5 minutes, and >99% madecassic acid and >64% asiatic acid from genin-β-CD. The apparent viscosity of poloxamer 407 gels with ECA-β-CD solid dispersion system increased in proportion to poloxamer 407 and gels showed that asiaticoside was most stable and madecassic acid stable and asiatic acid similar to stability of gel with free ECA. The permeation amount of asiaticoside in poloxamer gels through-hairless mouse skin decreased as the concentration of poloxamer 407 increased. When propylene glycol was added at the level of 10%, the permeation amount of asiaticoside at poloxamer gels through hairless mouse skin increased but from 15% it decreased. The permeation of asiaticoside into the skin of hairless mouse was estimated to be about 0.10 ㎍/㎠.
