        연구목적: 초소형 정밀 기계 기술로 제작된 2차원 가속도 센서와 916 MH2 단거리 고주파 데이터 통신 기술을 응용하여 인체의 운동상태를 자동으로 감지하고 분류하는 기법을 제안 하고자 하였다. 재료 및 방법: 인체의 신호를 획득하기 위하여 미국 버클리대에서 제작한 무선 센서를 등 산용 조끼의 전면상단에 부착해서, 대상자의 흉골 부위에 위치하도록 하고, 앉은 상태에서 일어서거나 눕거나 하는 동작 및 그 역동작이 일어날 때, 가속도 센서에서 감지되는 4가지 종류의 파형 현화에 해당되는 데이터를 무선센서 네트웍을 통해 획득하였다. 결과: 획득한 신호를 주성분분석(Principal Component Analysis)과 지원벡터머신(Support Vector Machine)을 사용하여, 2차주성분까지를 도표화하고 클러스터링 함으로써, 4개의 영역으로 분할하는 것이 가능함을 말 수 있었다 결론: 소형 센서들이 작동되는 임베디드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 일상생활 중에 발생하는 인체의 4가지 동작을 자동으로 감지하고 분류하는 것이 가능함을 보였다. Purpose: New monitoring and classifying method of human motion contort was pro- posed by using 2-axial MEMS accelerometer and 916 MHz short-range data communica-tion technology. Materials and Methods: The wireless sensor of MICA mote was attached to a woman mountain vest and located close to the subject's sternum. During four types of sub-ject's motion, that is, sit-to-stand, stand-to-sit, sit-to-tying, and tying-to-sit, waveform changes of the accelerometer data were acquired by wireless sensor network. Results: The acquired signal was analyzed by Principal Component Analysis(PCA) and Support Vector Machine(SVM) technique. By clustering the first and second principal components, four regions corresponding to the four types of motion, were clearly segment-ed. Conclusion: Human motion context during daily life could be monitored and classified automatically by using small sensors in embedded computing environment

        구강 내 디지털 인상채득을 통한 맞춤형 지대주와 시멘트 합착 후 나사형 임플란트 보철 수복 증례

        최근 디지털 인상채득 시스템이 개발되면서 이를 기존의 CAD/CAM 시스템과 접목한 인레이, 온레이, 크라운이나 간단한 계속가공의치 등의 고정성 보철물의 제작이 활발히 소개되고 있다. 그러나 임플란트 보철에서는 주로 기존의 아날로그식 인상채득 후 이를 스캔하여 제작하는 방법이 사용되어 왔으나, 구강 내 디지털 스캔한 데이터를 이용하여 나사형 보철물을 제작하는 술식은 아직 활발히 이루어지지 않았다. 이에 본 증례보고에서는 6명의 환자를 대상으로 구강 내 스캐너인 iTero를 사용하여 디지털 스캔을 시행한 후 그중 다섯명은 맞춤형 지대주와 시멘트 합착 후 나사형 임플란트 보철물(screw-retained implant prosthesis after cementation, or SCRP)을 제작하였고, 임상적으로 기능과 심미적인 측면으로 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었기에 이를 보고하고자 한다. Fixed dental prostheses such as inlay, onlay, crown, and bridge fabricated by CAD/CAM technique combined with digital impressions is getting popular due to the recent rapid progress of digital impression taking system. For the scope of implant prosthesis, however, digital intra-oral scan hasn’t been actively utilized for the fabrication of superstructures. In this case report, 6 cases of titanium-milled custom abutment based on the iTero intra-oral scan data were introduced, five of them were restored with screw-type prosthesis after cementation (SCRP) and the clinical results were satisfactory on restoring the function and esthetics.

        전주시 도시경관의 변화과정에 관한 연구

        The object of this research is about how jeon-ju, which is one of the historical cities is changed according to the flow of generation. In this analysis, product and enemy factors will be studied. The inner and urban landscape of the generations of the 1860s, 1930s and modern times will be surveyed and compared in the context to grasp those factors. Analysis will be applied to this modern historical city by theorizing how these factors will effect future development. Today's modern landscape will be compared and analyzed based on the effects and abstractions of the recent landscape immediately preceeding current times. Modern conditions will again be placed in context, by suggesting future potential developments. In the result, first, considering present conditions of the landscape which set the stage for the Japanese invasion, an evaluation will be made on the best course of action for future development of street landscape. Second, the question of preserving the history and culture of this rich and ancient city through network of modern street landscape naturally will be posed. Finally, an analysis of the difference between the old and modern landscape will be evaluated, in preparation for suggestions of future development.

      • 소양호에서 세균군집구조의 계절적·수직적 변화

        소양호에서 fluorescent in situ hybridization(FISH) 방법을 이용하여 세균군집의 계절과 수심에 따른 변화를 조사하였다. 이 방법에 사용된 oligonucleotide probe는 FUB338, ALF1B, BET42a, GAM42a와 CF probe였다. 조사 기간중 Proteobacteria α -group은 0.7~32.9% 이었으며 β -group은 1.0~25.8%, γ -group은 2.4~37.1%, cytophaga-Flavobacterium group은 4.7~23.6%의 분포를 나타내었다. 계절별로 살펴보면 규조류가 우점하는 봄철에는 γ -group이, 유기물의 농도가 낮고 수온이 높은 여름철에는 α -group이 우점하였으며, 남조류가 우점하는 가을철에 총세균수에 대한 Eubacterial group의 비율이 크게 감소하여 특정 group의 우점현상은 나타나지 않았다. 이처럼 소양호는 계절과 수심에 따라 군집구조가 변화하였으며, 특히 세균의 군집구조는 식물플랑크톤의 천이와 밀접한 관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to investigate the change of bacterial communities with season and depth in Lake Soyang, Korea, using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). The oligonucleotide probes used in this study were EUB338, ALF1b, GAM42a, and CF. The percentage of the Proteobacteria α -group ramged from 0.70 to 33%, the β -group from 1.0 to 26%, the γ -group from 2.4 to 37%, and Cytophaga and Flavobacteria groups from 4.7 to 24% during the study period (April to November, 1998). The γ -group was dominant in spring when Asterionella was dominant, and α -group was dominant in summer when the organic content was low and Dinobryon was dominant. However, a specific group was not dominant in fall when cyanobacteria group was dominant and the ratio of eubacteria to total bacteria was very low. Therefore, the bacterial communities in Lake Soyang changed with season and depth, which seems to be associated with the temporal succession of phytoplanktons.

      • 중간가공처리가 8090 Al-Li 합금의 파괴인성 및 응력부식균열성에 미치는 영향

        Effect of cold working and aging treatment on the fracture toughness and stress corrosion cracking(SCC) sensitivity of 8090 Al-Li alloy has been studied. Fracture toughness was evaluated by Klc test using compact tension(CT) specimen. SCC sensitivity was evaluated by crack growth rate test in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution using single edge notched(SEN) specimen. Cold working prior to the aging treatment has resulted in decreased fracture toughness and increased SCC sensitivity. Peak aging decreased fracture toughness and increased SCC sensitivity compared to the underaged specimen. Aging treatment affected more largely on SCC sensitivity than cold working.

        Microorganisms producing bioemulsifier were isolated from the sea water in Pusan costal aera. The isolated strain which had the highest emulsification activity and stability was identified as the genus Acinetobacter from the results of morphological, cultural and biochemical tests and named Acinetobacter sp. EL-C6 for convinience. The compositions of optimum medium for emulsification of crude oil by Acinetobacter sp. EL-C6 were crude oil 2%, NH_4NO_3 0.2%, K_2HPO_4 0.01%, MgSO_4·7H_2O 1%, CaCl_2·2H_2O 0.1%, NaCl 3% and the initial pH 7.5. The cultivation for emulsification of crude oil was carried out in 500m1 shaking flask containing 100m1 of the optimum medium at 30℃. The highest emulsification was observed after 5 days. The utilization on the various hydrocarbon of the Acinetobacter sp. EL-C6 was showed that the utilization of n-alkane compounds were better than that of aromatic compounds. Among the petroleum compounds, by Acinetobacter sp. EL-06.

      • 생쥐 피부의 창상치유에 관한 형태학적 관찰

        The back skin of ICR mice were incised. The skin tissues were obtained from the incised wound on the 1st day, 1st weeks, and 2nd week after incision. And these tissue were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin and 2.5% glutaraldehyde solution. And, the formalin-fixed tissues were stained by PAS and alcian blue-safranin for the research of morphological changes of epidermis and the mast cells and granulation tissues of dermis. The tissues fixed in 2.5% glutaraldehyde solution were prepared for scanning electron micros-copy, and observed the crusts of scar surface. The results were as follows. 1. The collagen fibers in he granulation tissues at wound region were increased gradually, and became more dense than normal skin on the 2nd week after incision. 2. The newly-formed epidermis was thicker than that of normal skin at the 1st week, and increased in thickness to the 2nd week after incision gradually. 3. The mast cells were decreased in number than those of normal skin on the 1st day after incision, however, increased than those of normal skin on the 1st week after incision. On the 2nd week, the number of the mast cell were similar to those of normal skin. 4. Mixed mast cells containing both histamine and heparin appeared the granulation tissues on the 1st day and 1st week after incision. 5. In scanning electron microscopy, fibrin network on the scar began to appear on the 1st day, formed in a row on the 1st week. But fibrin network changed into irregular rough crusts on the 2nd week after incision.

        Pseudomonas sp. EL-G527에 의한 환경친화성 생물계면활성제의 생산최적조건

        A biosurfactant-producing microorganism was isolated from activated sludge by enrichment culture when grown on a minimal salt medium containing n-hexadecane as a sole carbon source. This microorganism was identified as Pseudomonas sp. and it was named Pseudomonas sp. EL-G527. It's optimal culture condition is 2% n-hexadecane, 0.2% NH_4NO_3, 0.3% KH_2PO_4, 0.3% K_2HPO_4, 0.02% MgSO_4·7H_2O, 0.0025% CaCl_2·6H_2O, 0.0015% FeSO_4·7H_2O in 1ℓ distilled water and initial pH 7.0. Cultivation was initiated with a 2% inoculum obtained from starter cultures grown in 30 ㎖ of the same medium in 250 ㎖ flask. They were cultivated at 30 ℃ in reciprocal shaking incubator and the highest biosurfactant production was observed after 4 days.

        The recognition on leisure living which have been enjoyed by prestige level from popular persons is now widely spreaded in modern capitalism society and change of the leisure living influenced very much to the society and Industry. The 5 day work per week system expanded to the school and contemporary leisure living of the people is recognised as one culture with various contents. This change of leisure living made a recognition on the need for a space for leisure culture contents, which related to a creation of Complex-culture facility to contain various type of multiple leisure culture. The Complex-culture facility is mainly focused on the entertainment space with increased leisure living, which is consist of important element of the Complex-culture facility as performance space, exhibition, sports and shopping space to construct performance hall, theater, exhibition room, sports center, shopping mall, leisure space and plaza. This study, therefore, will Investigate on the function and value of color, and review on the cases of Complex-cultural facility and then choose a space of cultural element lack. It will recompose in Complex-cultural facility.
