      • Dimecron 중독증 환자 6예

        The authors experienced 6 cases of Dimecron intoxication, an organophosphate, that required mechanical ventilator treatment. Among 6 cases, 4 cases were intoxication due to suicidal attempt and 2 cases were due to accidental exposure. Among 4 cases of intoxication due to suicidal attempt, only one patient recovered even after aggressive treatments using gastric lavage, mechanical ventilation, atropine and PAM(pralidoxime). Two cases of intoxications due to accidental exposure, 1 case needed mechanical ventilation. Both cases were recovered without any sequele, however. Organophosphate, especially Dimecron, showed high rates of resfiratory muscle paralysis and mechanical ventilator support. The mortality rate of organophosphate agents can be decreased by education, wearing protectors, and aggressive mechanical ventilator treatment when respiratory failure develops.

        고추 조숙터널 직파재배시 멀칭재료 선발

        고추를 조숙터널재배 작형에서 직파할 때 터널지면을 멀칭하는 적정한 재료를 선발하기 위하여 2000년부터 2년간 영양고추시험장 시험포장에서 기온, 지온 등을 측정하고 고추의 생육과 수량을 조사하였으며 고추성분함량을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 직파한 고추의 입모율은 흑색P.E. 멀칭구에서 94%로 가장 높았으며 지중 10㎝에서의 최고, 최저온도는 투명P.E. 멀칭구가 가장 높았다. 2. 고추 초기생육은 흑색P.E. 멀칭구가 가장 좋았으나 후기생육은 처리간에 큰 차이가 없었다. 3. 고추 수량은 흑색P.E. 멀칭구 〉투명P.E. 멀칭구 〉배색P.E. 멀칭구 순으로 높았으며 과실 특성은 비슷하였다. 4. 흑색P.E. 멀칭구의 ASTA값이 195.7로 가장 높았으며 당함량은 투명P.E. 멀칭구가 8.7%로 높았다. This experiment was conducted to select the mulching materials at the direct sowing of red pepper in the early maturing culture under row cover. 'Taeyang' cultivar was planted at the March 27 by driect sowing. Mulching material were black P.E., clear P.E. and arranged P.E., Soil temperature at 10㎝ depth measured by Watch Dog (Spectrum Technologies Inc.) during the cropping seasons. Planting density was 4,444 plants per 10a, double row design with 0.3m between plants within the row and 1.5m with. Fertilization application on the red pepper was standard fertilization which RDA recommended. Seedling stand ratios of red pepper in the black P.E. plot was higher by 94% than the others. Soil temperature at 10㎝ depth including maximum and minimum temperatures in the clear P.E. plot were higher than those of another plots. Red pepper growth in the early stage was better in the black P.E. plot than the other plots. In the late stages, the red pepper growth to black P.E. 〉clear P.E. 〉arranged P.E. plot, but fruit characteristics were similiar. ASTA value of black P.E. plot was higher by 195.7 than the other plots. Sugar content of clear P.E. plot was 8.7%.

      • 한국인 제2형 당뇨병 환자에 있어 지속적 피하 인슐린 주입법 치료시 Lispro insulin와 Regular insulin의 효과 비교

        Objective: The Lispro insulin has faster onset of effects and shorter duration than the human regular insulin, an analog of human insulin. The differences in the pharmacodynamics between the two types of insulin in the continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII) with insulin pump for treating the Korean Type 2 DM patients were analyzed. The effects on the regulation of blood sugar, the amount of insulin injected, and the frequency of hypoglycemia were compared between the lispro insulin and the regular human insulin. Method and Material: One hundred and three Korean Type 2 DM patients were randomly divided into two groups, 49 Lispro insulin and 54 Regular insulin.(Table 1) Both groups were treated for 14 days. Also at a set time before meal, insulin was injected as bolus, using a portable insulin pump, in both groups, 15 minutes before for lispro insulin and 30 minutes before for human insulin The HbA1C, C-peptide, AC/PC, height and weight were measured for each patients at the time of admission. The peripheral blood sugar level and insulin injection profile were recorded 7 times per day for each patients. Results: After treating for 7 days and 14 days, the blood sugar level normalized in both groups. There weren't any significant differences in blood sugar levels in both groups at point of the study, and also there weren't any differences in the frequency of hypoglycemia. In order to maintain the normalized blood sugar level, the lispro insulin group had higher total daily insulin requirement than the regular insulin group after 14 days of treatment (0.90±0.35 vs 0.73±0.39u/kg/day, p<0.05) This difference is probably due to the difference in basement insulin requirements rather than prandial insulin requirements (0.32±0.1 vs 0.43± 0.09u/kg/day, p<0.001). Discussion: In the hospitalized Korean Type 2 DM patients with CSII treatment, continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion therapy using lispro insulin has convenience in usage compared to the regular insulin. However, there were not any differences in the blood sugar levels. Also lispro insulin requires more insulin in order to maintain normal blood sugar level, which is probably due to the increase in the basal requirement. Also there were not any difference in the frequency of hypoglycemia.

        First Record of the Genus Elampus (Hymenoptera: Chrysidoidea: Chrysididae) from Korea, with a Key and Checklist of Current Valid Species of Korean Chrysididae

        Elampus bidens ($F\ddot{o}rster$) is reported from Korea. The genus and species are new to Korea. This species is easily distinguished by a pair of processes on apical margin of metasomal tergum III. A checklist of the 45 current valid Korean species placed in the family Chrysididae is presented. A key to subfamilies, tribes, genera of Korean Chrysididae is also provided.

      • Taxonomic review of the genus Lymantria Hübner, 1819 (Lymantriinae, Erebidae, Lepidoptera) from Korea

        A taxonomic review on the Korean Lymantria Hübner, 1819 was conducted. In a result, a total of nine species under four subgenera including two new recorded species were detected as followings: L. dispar asiatica Vnukovskij, 1926, L. xylina Swinhoe, 1903, L. monacha (Linnaeus, 1758), L. minomonis Matsumura, 1933, L. sugii Kishida, 1986, L. lucescens (Butler, 1881), L. mathura Moore, 1865, L. fumida Butler, 1877, and L. bantaizana Matsumura, 1933. Of the two unrecorded species, L. minomonis was found only in Is. Bogildo of Jeollanam-do, the southern part of Korea, and the other one, L. sugii was collected in the middle part of Korea. On the two species, L. xylina and L. fumida, the Korean specimens could not be examined through this study. Therefore, we considered that the two species might be excluded from the Korean Lymantria fauna. Each species was identified on the basis of wing pattern and genitalia of male/female adult. We provided diagnosis, male/female adult habitus photos, male genitalia photos, and female ovipositor photos.

        파프리카 여름재배시 차광방법이 생육과 과실특성에 미치는 영향

        파프리카(‘Cupra’, ‘Coletti’) 여름작기 재배시 고온기 극복을 위해 내부 차광 스크린(외부광이 700W ·m<SUP>?2</SUP> 이상일 때 차광스크린 작동하여 10~20% 차광률 유지)과 차광제 처리(차광제와 물을 1 : 4의 비율로 희석하여 온실 외부 지붕을 살포 30% 정도의 차광률 유지)의 효과를 분석하고자 연구를 수행하였다. PPFD는 차광제 처리구가 무처리구에 비해 30%, 내부 스크린 처리구에 비해 20% 감소시키는 효과를 보였다. 차광제 처리구에서 무처리구와 내부 스크린 처리구에 비해 PPFD의 감소시키는 효과를 보여 차광제의 차광효과가 더 높았고, 차광제 처리에 의해 온실 내 온도감소효과가 더 높게 나타났다. 습도 부족분 변화는 무처리구와 내부 스크린 처리구의 경우 오전 9시에 최대 허용범위인 8g · m<SUP>?3</SUP>을 벗어나 각각 오후 2시에 최고 16.6g · m<SUP>?3</SUP>와 13.8g · m<SUP>?3</SUP>까지 도달 했지만, 차광제 처리구에서는 무처리구와 내부 스크린 처리구보다 2시간 뒤인 11시에 8.6g · m<SUP>?3</SUP>으로 허용 범위를 벗어났고, 오후 4시에 최고 12.1g · m<SUP>?3</SUP>까지 상승하여 생육환경 조건이 더 양호해졌다. 차광제 처리구와 내부 스크린 처리구에서 무처리구에 비해 엽온이 2℃, 과실의 온도가 5℃, 그리고 꽃의 온도가 3℃ 정도 낮아지는 효과를 보였다. 차광제 처리구와 내부 스크린 처리구에서 무처리구에 비해 초장이 두 품종 모두에서 유의적으로 길어졌고, 분지수, 경경, 잎크기는 유의성이 인정되지 않았다. 잿빛곰팡이의 발생률은 무처리구에 비해 차광제 처리구에서 품종에 따라 14.7~22.1% 감소하는 효과가 있었다. 과실크기는 차광처리에 의해 두 품종 모두에서 무처리구에 비해 증가하였으나, 심실수, 과피 두께는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 과육의 무게는 차광제 처리구와 내부 스크린 처리구에서 10~15g 증가하였지만, 당도는 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 차광에 따른 색도는 차이가 없었고, 경도는 차광 시 약간 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 수량은 무처리구에 비해 차광제 처리구와 내부 스크린 처리구에서 상품율이 11.7~22.6% 증가하였고, 상품과수는 4.0~12.2개로 증가했다. 따라서 무처리구에 비해 차광제 처리구에서 여름철 고온기의 극복에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of two shading methods, shading agent spray on the glasshouse and internal shading screen treatment, on the growth and fruit quality of paprika (Capsicum annuum L. ‘Cupra’ and ‘Coletti’) in summer season cultivation. In the shading agent treatment, a commercial shading agent diluted with water at a ratio of 1 : 4 was sprayed on the roof of a glasshouse. In the internal shading screen treatment, a 10~20% shaded screen was used during the day time when the sun radiation was greater than 700W· m<SUP>?2</SUP>. Compared to the unshaded control, photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD) decreased in the greenhouse in the shading agent (SA) and shading screen (SS) treatments by 20% and 30%, respectively. Lower air temperatures and higher relative humidities were observed in the SA than in both the control and the SS treatment. Time to reach the break point of humidity deficit 8 g · m<SUP>?3 </SUP>was 2 hours late in the SA than in both the control and the SS treatment. Compared to control, both the SA and the SS treatments showed lower instantaneous temperatures of leaf, fruit, and flower by 2℃, 5℃ and 3℃, respectively. There were no differences in number of branches, stem diameter, and leaf size among treatments although both shading treatments promoted plant height in both cultivars. Botrytis infection ratio declined with the SA treatment by 14.7% in ‘Cupra’ and 22.1% in ‘Coletti’ as compared to that in the control. Shading increased fruit size in both cultivars, whereas no differences were observed in the number of locules and thickness of fruit tissue among treatments. Shading treatment increased mean fruit weight by a range of 10 to 15 g per fruit, while it decreased soluble solids contents as compared to that in the control. Similar Hunter values were observed among treatments, while fruit firmness increased slightly in shading treatments. Compared to the control, shading treatments improved marketable fruits by 11.7~22.6% and increased the number of fruits per plant by 4~9.2 in both ‘Cupra’ and ‘Coletti’. The results of this study indicate that shading agent application on the roof of glasshouse would be one of the most effective options to reduce heat stress imposed on the paprika crop in summer cultivation, resulting in improved crop growth and fruit yield.

        재정력이 낮은 지방정부의 전략적 재원확보에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 재정력이 취약한 자치단체, 특히 울릉군(독도 포함)의 발전을 위한 전략적 투자재원 확보방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 투자재원조달의 타당성을 평가하기 위해 재원규모의 충분성, 부합성, 재원 확보의 실현가능성, 그리고 안정성 등 4가지 준거기준을 도출하고, 그에 근거하여 다각적인 재원조달방식을 평가하였다. 기본적으로 재원의 확보를 명확하게 담보하기 위해서는 일반회계보다는 특별회계를 통한 재원확보방안을 마련할 필요성이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 특별회계의 설치를 전제로 다양한 재원조달방안을 평가한 결과 교통·에너지·환경세가 가장 높은 적정성을, 복권기금과 관광진흥개발기금이 두 번째 높은 적정성을, 그리고 지역개발세와 기부금이 세 번째 높은 적정성을 보였다. 따라서 재원의 안정적 확보를 위해 특별회계를 설치할 경우에도 단일 재원만으로 울릉도·독도의 지속적인 개발을 추진하기 어렵다는 점을 고려할 때 전체적 적정성이 가장 높은 재원인 교통·에너지·환경세를 주된 세입으로 하되 충분성과 안정성이 높은 복권기금과 부합성이 높고 다른 세가지 기준에서 보통 수준을 보인 관광진흥개발기금을 적극 활용하며, 아울러 부합성과 실현가능성이 높은 지역개발세와 4가지 기준 모두에서 보통 수준을 보인 기부금 등도 가급적 포함시켜 포괄적으로 구성하는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있을 것이다. This paper explores the possibility of strategic financing for local governments with a relative low level of financial power through the case of Ulleung county(including Dokdo). After introducing four criteria to evaluate the adequate resources for strategic financing, it reviewed various ways of financing from specific grant to special purpose tax not stipulated in law. Findings show that the establishment of special account has advantage in securing assured financing over the general account. In the premise of adopting special account for Ulleung region`s development, tax-based financing(tax on traffic, energy, environment) is evaluated as the most adequate financial resource. In addition to this resource, if we expect the sustainable and notable development of Ulleung region, other financial resources through lottery fund, regional development tax, tour promotion fund, donations should be included in the special account.
