The purpose of this study were to develop Knowledge Management System for the nurse and to identify its effectiveness. The program was developed in development of the contents and programing. And the system was operated to 85 nurse for three weeks. Data collection were performed during the period of May 1, 2005 to December 30, 2005. The data was collected from 85 nurses using questionnaires. In order to ascertain the validity of clinical application of the system, Prior experience of the computer mediated communication, user satisfaction and utilization were analyzed. The instruments for the study were satisfaction(Kim, 2000), utilization(Kim, 2002). The collected data were analysed by descriptive statistics, using SPSS WIN 11.0 program. The results showed average score which is the satisfaction(6.09) showed middle satisfaction scores. It is concluded that if Nursing Knowledge Management System is operated considering all the above factors, It wound be one of the best qualified continuing clinical method for nurses.

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of Taichichuan training on the variables of cognitive-affective states. The subjects of the study consisted of 22G middle aged women in Jeonju areas. The survey methods of this research are the 5 Likert Scale modified the Cognitive Affective States Scale by Yang. Myung-Hwan(1998). The used statistical methods for the data analysis were M. SD. Paired sample T-Test. The results obtained by the appropriate analytic processes were followed. 1. In hedonic enjoyment, Taichichuan training women were lower than non-activity women. 2. In feeling of flow, Taichichuan training women were higher than non-activity women. 3. In self-realization, Taichichuan training women were higher than non-activity women. 4. In self-confidence, Taichichuan training women were higher than non-activity women.

정신분열병 환자에서 얼굴 영상의 작동기억 장애 : 기능자기공명영상연구

Objectives : Impaired processing of facial information is one of the broad ranges of cognitive deficits seen in patients with Schi-zophrenia. We aimed to elucidate the differences in brain activities involved in the process of facial working memory between schizophrenic patients and healthy comparison subjects. Methods : Twelve patients with schizophrenia were recruited along with twelve demographically matched healthy volunteers as a comparison group. Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) was used to assess cortical activities during the Perfor-mance of a 2-back working memory paradigm using images of neutral faces as mnemonic content. Rcsults : The patient group performed the tasks with reduced accuracy. Group analysis revealed that the left fusiform gyrus, the right superior frontal gyrus, the bilateral middle frontal gyri/insula, the left middle temporal gyrus, the precuneus, the quadrangular lobules and the vermis of cerebellum showed decreased cortical activities in the patient group. On the other hand, an increased level of activation in the lateral prefrontal cortex and the pahetal lobule was observed from the patient group, all in the right hemisphere. Conulusion : A decreased level of activity in the left fusiform gyrus among the patient group implicates inefficient processing of facial information. An increased level of activation in prefrontal and parietal neural networks from the patient group confirms earlier findings on the impaired working memory of patients with schizophrenia.

In this paper, we have proposed an effective moving objects tracking method based on the motion information in the video sequence. First, we extract the moving objects using the processes of morphological dilation and differential image in the video sequence and then we extract the motion information utilizing the location and orientation of the moving objects in the subsequent images. The motion information is extracted using various statistical measurements, extracting the high-level features from the regions of pixels in the images. The measurements, such a s area, length, perimeter, orientation, elongation, compactness, moments of inertia, are used as the statistical and geometrical descriptors. The principle axes of an object on this features gives the local direction of the object, while the center of gravity gives the center position of the object. The angle between two principal axes of the moving objects in the consecutive images gives the geometrical direction of the moving object, while the displacement of the center of gravity, gives the distance covered by the moving objects. So we have extracted the global motion information using the principal axes and center of gravity. The simulation results on the test images are very good, where either the motion is very slow, or the frame rate is very high.

재회는 상·중·하 삼단을 중심으로 구성된다. 이 가운데 중단의 시왕은 재회의 목적에 부합하는 중심적 역할을 한다. 이는 선악을 심판하여 응보(應報)를 결정하는 기능을 통해 산자든 망자든 십불선업(十不善業)을 참회하여 윤회의 고통에서 벗어나 정토세계(淨土世界)를 구현하고자 하기 때문이다. 이 연구는 재회의 중심적 역할을 하는 시왕의 기능과 의미에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 먼저 시왕 의례의 형성과정을 통해 재회의 설행연원을 살폈다. 시왕 의례는 16세기에 간행된 『제반문』에서 독립된 재차로 확인된다. 이 재차를 중단의식으로 하는 예수재, 영산재, 각배재, 사십구재의 설행연원은 _제반문_ 간행 이후라는 것을 알 수 있다. 설행 연원에 대해서 고려시대부터라고 주장하는 것은 문헌이나 의례문 등의 근거를 찾을 수 없었다. 재회에서 시왕의 공통된 기능은 삼세의 선악을 심판하는 심판자의 역할이다. 시왕의 역할에 의한 기능과 의미에 따라 재회의 명칭이 정해진다. 시왕이 산자를 위할 때는 예수재라 하고, 망자를 위할 때는 영산재, 각배재, 사십구재가 된다. 여기서 각 재회별로 시왕이 갖는 기능과 의미의 차이점도 찾아볼 수 있다. 예수재에서는 산자가 전생 빚을 갚기 위해 헌납하는 명부전(冥府錢)을 수용하는 기능을 하면서 수복(修福)의 실천을 증명하는 의미가 있다. 시왕은 망자를 위한 재회에서 십악(十惡)을 참회하는 심판자 기능을 전제로, 재회에 따른 기능과 의미의 차이도 확인할 수 있다. 사십구재는 망자가 중음계(中陰界)에 머무는 동안 해당 대왕이 해당 죄업을 심판하여 참회하는 선별적 기능이 있고, 각배재는 중음을 벗어난 후백일재, 소상재, 대상재와 같이 특정 망자를 대상으로 하는 선별적 기능과 천도재와 같이 소규모의 유정을 대상으로 하는 보편적 기능이 있으며, 영산재와 같은 불특정 다수의 망자를 대상으로 하는 보편적 기능이 있다. 이러한 기능을 통해 망자는 사후의 안위를, 시주는 개인과 가족의 안녕을 얻는 의미를 확인하였다. Jaehoe is mainly composed of three parts, the top, medium, and bottom. Among them, Siwang on the medium plays central roles conforming to the purpose of Jaehoe. This is because with the function to judge good or evil and realize retributive justice, either the living or the dead repent of Sipbulseoneup (十不善業) and actualize the Land of Perfect Bliss (淨土世界) being freed from the pain of samsara. The purpose of this study is to examine the functions and meanings of Siwang having central roles in Jaehoe. First of all, based on the process that the ritual of Siwang was formed, this author investigated the origin of performing Jaehoe. According to 『Jebanmun』 published in the 16th century, the ritual of Siwang is found to be an independent Jaecha. We can see that the origin of performing Yesujae, Yeongsanjae, Gakbaejae, and Sasipgujae having this Jaecha as the ritual of Jungdan came after the publication of 『Jebanmun』. About the origin of performance, Goryeo is generally supported, but it is impossible to find any ground of literatures or ritual documents for that. In Jaehoe, Siwang commonly has roles as a judge to decide Samse’s good or evil. The name of Jaehoe is decided by the functions and meanings of Siwang’s roles. When Siwang is for the living, it is referred to as Yesujae, and when it is done for the dead, it falls into Yeongsanjae, Gakbaejae, or Sasipgujae. Here, we can find the difference in functions and meanings that Siwang is equipped with by the types of Jaehoe. In Yesujae, it functions as the acceptance of Myeongbujeon (冥府錢) that the living offer to pay the debt of the past life and has a meaning of proving the practice of Subok (修福). Making a premise that Siwang has functions as a judge in Jaehoe for the dead about the repentance of Sipak (十惡), we can also find the difference in functions and meanings according to the types of Jaehoe. Sasipgujae has a selective function to allow the dead staying in Jungeumgye (中陰界) to be judged by the proper Daewang about the sin and repent. Gakbaejae has its selective function to console the dead being freed from Jungeum specifically like Baekiljae, Sosangjae, or Daesangjae, a universal function to target a small group of Yujeong as in Cheondojae, and also a universal function to comfort many and unspecified dead people like Yeongsanjae. With these functions, we can see that the dead gain peace after death while Siju obtains personal and family’s well-being.

Toll-like receptors (TLRs), which recognize structurally conserved components among pathogens, are mainly expressed by antigen-presenting cells such as dendritic cells (DCs), B cells, and macrophages. Recognition through TLRs triggers innate immune responses and influences antigen-specific adaptive immune responses. Although studies on the expression and functions of TLRs in antigen-presenting cells have been extensively reported, studies in lymphoid tissue inducer (LTi) cells have been limited. In this study, we observed that LTi cells expressed TLR2 and TLR4 mRNA as well as TLR2 protein and upregulated OX40L, CD30L, and TRANCE expression after stimulation with the TLR2 ligand zymosan or TLR4 ligand LPS. The expression of tumor necrosis factor superfamily (TNFSF) members was significantly upregulated when cells were cocultured with DCs, suggesting that upregulated TNFSF expression may contribute to antigen-specific adaptive immune responses.
