      • 도시공원의 이용후 평가에 기초한 공원의 개발지표 설정 : 부산광역시 암남공원을 사례로 Case Study of Amnam Park in Busan City

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the prime factors that affect to user postoccupancy evaluation of activities and facilities in urban parks, to classify those factors, to find out factors about them, and then to suggest important indicators in the urban park planning, design, and development. The survey research was done using the self-administered questionnaire method by 435 peoples in the Busan City who participated in recreational activities in the Amnam Park. The Analysis of the data primarily consists of two phase: The first analysis was dealt an exploratory factor analysis which identified major factors involved in user postoccupancy evaluation with reacreational activities and facilities in Amnam Park by the SPSS(Ver.6.0) program and the second analysis was used to investigate the factors affected to user postoccupancy evaluation in the urban park by the Regression Analysis. According to the factor analysis, user postoccupancy evaluation of facilities in urban parks concerning the 20 variables, 5 prime factors by the staistical values were considered. The factor analysis showed that user postoccupancy evaluation of activities in urban parks concerning the 11 variables, 3 prime factors by the staistical values were analysed. Postoccupancy evaluation in the urban park by the Regression Analysis suggested that the two varlables as 'the directions of park development' and 'companies with the personal specific characteristics' are significant in addition to the some variables presented in user postoccupancy evaluation with reacreational activities and facilities in Amnam Park by the factor analysis. Furthomore the analysis models were identified as having significant effects on the factor and regression analysis. Overall fits of both models were very good. These significant relationships indicate important factors and variables that should be considered in planning, design, and development of the urban parks. Therefore, development direction of the h a m park has to be analyzed as significant factors concerning user postoccupancy evaluation in a systematic way, recognized as important variables for planning process. The urban park has to be fully designed and established in the planning process not by the decision-maker's subjective evaluation but by user postoccupancy evaluation.

        화학과 생물 교과서에서 삼투 개념에 관한 설명 유형 분석

        이 연구에서는 고등학교와 대학교 화학과 생물 교과서에 제시된 삼투 개념에 대한 설명 유형 및 그림표현 유형을 분석하였다. 그리고 고등학교 화학Ⅱ 교과서와 생물Ⅱ교과서의 단원을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 삼투현상에 대해서는 용매의 확산으로 설명하는 유형, 충돌로 설명하는 유형, 수화로 설명하는 유형, 농도의 평형으로 설명하는 유형 그리고 구멍을 막는 것으로 설명하는 유형 등 다섯 가지 유형으로 설명하고 있었다. 그리고 삼투 개념에 대한 설명 유형과 교과서에 제시된 그림 표현 유형 사이에 일치하지 않는 경우도 분석되었다. In this study, we analyzed types of explanation on osmosis concept that were represented in chemistry and biology textbooks of high school and college. There were 5 types of explanation on osmosis concept. The types of explanation were diffusion of solvent, collision, hydration, equilibrium of concentration and screen of holes. Last two types of explanation were classified into misconceptions. The various types of explanation on osmosis concept might cause to have be a reason that students had many misconceptions and to feel difficult to learn about osmosis concept. Many of textbooks is accord to types of concept explanation and figure explanation on osmosis but some is not

      • 원적외선 광조사에 의한 도핑되지 않은 반절연성 GaAs의 광전류 전이와 열자극 전류

        도핑되지 않은 반절연성 GaAs의 광전류 급냉과 열적 회복효과를 조사하기 위하여, 성장 방법이 다른 두개의 반절연성 GaAs시료에 대해 원적외선 영역(hv≤1.12eV)의 광조사에 의한 열자극 전류(TSC)스펙트럼들이 측정되었다. LEC방법에 의하여 성장된 As가 풍부한 반절연성 GaAs시료에 대한 50K에서의 광전류의 급냉 과정은 두 단계로 대별된다. 광전류 값이 최소가 되는 시간으로 전이시간 t_T를 정의할 때, (1) IR 광조사 시간 t<t_T이면, EL2(기저상태)→EL2^*(준안정상태) 전이에 의하여 광전류가 감소하고, (2)t>t_T이면, persistent photocurrent (PPC)효과에 의하여 광전류는 다시 증가하였다. 이러한 차이는 성장 방법과 조성비에 따른 잔류불순물의 농도가 광전류 변화에 영향을 준 때문으로 판단된다. 한편, 광조사 시간에 따른 TSC 피크들의 급냉과 급냉된 피크들의 열적 회복에 대한 온도 의존성은 EL2의 기저상태와 준안정 상태 간의 전이 또는 열적 회복과정과 거의 일치하였다. 따라서, 광전류의 급냉 전과 후에 각각 다른 형태로 관측되는 TSC스펙트럼 구조는 EL2 또는 EL2^*와 직접적인 관련을 갖는 트랩들의 분포에 의해 결정되고, 이 트랩들은 EL2-점결함 또는 EL2-잔류불순물로 형성된 complex에 의한 것으로 추론되었다. To study the photoquenching and thermal recovery effects in undoped semi- insulating (Sl) GaAs,the thermally stimulated current (TSCI) spectra, by illuminating infrared light (hv≤ 1.12 eV), are measured with two different Sl-GaAs samples, grown by the liquid-encapsulated Czochraski (LEC) and the horizontal bridgeman (HB) methods. In the As-riched Sl-GaAs sample by LEC method, the photo-current (I_ph) quenching process at 50 K consists of the following two stages: (1) quenching of I_ph due to the transition EL2→EL2^* before a transition time t_T and (2) enhancement of I_ph due to persistent photocurrent (PPC) after t_T, where t_T is defined as the time in which I_ph becomes minimum. However, neither re-enhancement of I_ph nor PPC are observed in the Sl-GaAs sample by HB method. This distinction results from the difference on the concentration of residual impurities, dependent on the growing method and composition rate, in the above two samples. The illumination time dependence of the quenching of TSC peaks and the temperature dependence of their thermal recovery are nearly fitted into those of the ground-to-metastable-state transition or thermal recovery process of EL2. Asa result, it is inferred that the TSC spectral structure, showing different feature before and after IR-quenching, is determined by the distribution of traps associated directly with EL2 or EL2^* and the traps are originated from a complex of EL2-point defect or EL2-residual impurities.

        산소와 연소 단원에서 과학적 개념 형성을 위한 수업 전략의 효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of teaching strategies for scientific conceptions in the units of oxygen and combustion in elementary school science textbook. 70 elementary school 6th grade students in Seoul participated. They were divided into experimental group and controlled group. Five scientific concepts were adopted from the units of oxygen and combustion in the 6th grade science textbook. Subjects' preconceptions were investigated by pre-questionnaires. A series of 6 instructional sessions based on the teaching strategy of cognitive confliction theory were given to the experimental group. By the end of the instructional session, a post-test was administered to both experimental and controlled groups. There was a statistically significant difference between post-test gains of the experimental and controlled groups. These results support the notion that the teaching strategy was effective for changing from preconceptions to scientific concepts.

        Nd:YAG Contact Laser를 이용한 새로운 미세혈관문합술의 실험적 연구

        A comparative study was undertaken to evaluate the contact Neodymium : yttrium aluminum garnet(Nd : YAG) laser system for vascular anastomosis of small caliber blood vessels(diameter 0.5-1.2mm) in the animal model. In this study 40 femoral arteries and 40 femoral veins of Sprague-Dawley rats were anastomosed by contact laser assisted microvascular anastomosis(LAMA) utilizing 3 stay sutures which were placed 120 degrees apart and the intervals welded with contact Nd : YAG laser unit, conventionally sutured anastomosis(CSA) served as controls. The time needed for vascular anastomosis, patency rate (immediate postoperative, postoperative 2nd day, postoperative 1 week, postoperative 4 week), gross and microscopic evaluations were compared to conventional microsurgical suture technique. The results are as follows : (1)Post-operative patency rate was 82.5% for femoral artery and 75% for femoral vein by contact LAMA technique compared to 90% and 75% by CSA technique at post operative 4 weeks. (2)Less time-consumed for arterial anastomosis by 6 minutes 23 seconds and venous anastomosis by 8 minutes 55 seconds with contact LAMA technique compared to CSA technique. (3)Grossly almost complete healing had taken place by post-operative 1 week by contact LAMA technique. (4)Aneurysm formation was 5% for femoral artery and 15% for femoral vein by contact LAMA technique compared to 5% and 10% respectively by CSA technique. (5)Microscopically, re-endothelization was complete by post-operative 7th day by contact LAMA technique. There was less medial hypertrophy and hyperplasia and also less inflammatory response compared to CSA.

        만경강 본류의 자연정화능 향상을 위한 식생학적 진단

        만경강 본류를 대상으로 수질을 개선하기 위한 일환으로 하천식생의 종구성, 하천형태에 따른 군락의 구조, 단면분석을 통한 현존식생의 분포 등을 종합적으로 분석하여 하천 생태계에 대한 종합적 해석과 식생에 의한 자연정화능 활용방안을 평가하고자 2001년 6월부터 2002년 3월까지 수질 및 식생에 관한 자연정화능을 조사, 평가하였다. 만경강 본류 수질중 T-N의 농도는 갈수기인 겨울철이 17.23 mg/L로 가장 높았으며, 여름철이 8.59 mg/L로 낮았고, 상류보다는 하류에서 그 농도가 높았다. 또한 평균 T-P의 농도는 여름철과 가을철에 각각 0.45, 0.47 mg/L로 비슷하였으나 겨울철에 1.79 mg/L로 농도가 높아졌다. BOD의 농도는 상류유역에서 0.95~2.57 mg/L로 Ⅰ~Ⅱ급수 수질을 나타내었으나 하류유역에서는 6.87~9.72 mg/L로 Ⅴ급수에 가까운 수질이었다. 만경강 상류의 식물상은 73과 134속 218종 33변종으로 총 251종류가 조사되었으며, 중류 일대에서 조사된 식물은 33과 69속 82종 16변종으로 총 98종류가 조사되었다. 그리고 만경강 하류 일대에서 관찰된 식물은 27과 58속 71종 14변종으로 총 85종류가 조사되었다. 만경강 유역에서 자연정화능에 의한 수질개선을 도모하기 위해 식물 생활형별로 하천 정화능이 뛰어난 식물을 조사 분석한 결과 침수식물은 붕어마름, 검정말, 부엽식물은 어리연꽃, 왜개연꽃, 추수식물은 갈대, 줄, 부들, 습생식물은 큰황새 냉이, 고마리 등이 질소, 인 흡수능이 우수한 식물이었다. This study was conducted to get some information on plants abilities to enhance water purification and to find out away to conserve the ecosystem in Mankyeong river. Vegetation were surveyed at 4 sites pointing by 1:5,000 topographical map, from June 2001 through March 2002. T-N content in water were high in all sites of Mankyeong river, the average T-N levels were 8.59 and 17.23 ㎎/L summer and winter, respectively. The average T-P level during summer was 0.47 ㎎/L, but that was 1.79 ㎎/L during winter. The BOD level in Mankyeong upstream ranged from 0.95 to 2.57 ㎎/L which would be in Ⅰ or Ⅱ grade according to water quality criteria by Ministry of Environment, but BOD level in Mankyeong downstream ranged from 6.87 to 9.72 ㎎/L. The plant species of river flora were found 251, 98 and 85, upstream, midstream and down stream, respectively. Among the surveyed plants, Ceratophyllum demersum, submerged plant and Nuphar subinteperrimum took up higher contents of phosphate and nitrogen than other plants. The Phragmites communis and Zizania latifolia having much biomass were thought to be suitable plants for enhancement of the natural water purification.

        만경강 상류 수질 및 식생분포와 토양환경에 따른 하천식생의 종 다양성

        만경강 상류유역 수질 및 하천식생 군락 변화를 조사 분석하여 수질에 따른 하천식생의 종 다양성 및 토양요인에 따른 종 다양성의 변화를 평가하기 위하여 2001년 6월부터 2002년 9월까지 만경강 상류유역 5개 조사지점을 선정한 후 조사를 실시하였다. 수질중 T-N의 농도는 전주천과 삼천에서 높았으며, 겨울철에 전주천에서 7.45 mg/L로 가장 높았다. 무기태 질소 성분벽 함량은 NH₄-N 경우 고산천과 소양천 유역은 0.01~0.06 mg/L 범위로 계절별 커다란 차이가 없는 낮은 농도를 나타냈으나, 생활하수가 유입되는 전주천과 삼천에서는 0.77~3.01 mg/L로 계절별로 큰 차이를 보였다. T-P의 농도는 계절별로 비슷하였으나 전주천에서 겨울천에 0.89 mg/L로 가장 높았다. 계절별 BOD의 농도는 고산천과 소양천 유역에서 0.92~2.14 mg/L를 나타내었으나 생활하수가 유입되는 유역에서는 2.01~7.65 mg/L범위를 보였다. SO₄²^(-)의 농도는 농업용수 수질기준인 50 mg/L를 초과하는 지역은 없었으며 소양천에서 다소 높았다. 만경강 지류인 고산천에서 조사된 식물은 59과 과 129속 165종 20변종으로 총 185종류가 조사되었으며, 소양천에서 조사된 식물은 53과 111속 141종 19변종으로 총 160종이었고, 전주천 하류에서 조사된 식물은 37과 68속 86종 15변종으로 총 103종이었다. 그리고 삼천에서 조사된 식물은 32과 92속 110종 18변종으로 총 128종류 조사되었으며, 만경강 본류인 하리유역에서 조사된 식물은 73과 134속 218종 33변종으로 총 251종류가 조사되었는데 식물의 생활형에 따라 분류하면 침수식물이 13종, 부엽식물이 5종, 부유식물이 2종, 추수식물이 26종, 수생식물이 46종, 습생식물이 47종으로 조사지점중 이 지역의 식생이 가장 다양하였다. 식물사회학적 방법에 따라 분류된 하천식생의 식물군락은 10개의 수생식물 군락과 2개의 습생 및 수변식물 군락으로 대별되어졌다. 이들 군락들에 대한 4종류(종수, 종의 풍부도지수, 종의 이질성지수, 종의 균등도지수)의 종 다양성과 토양요인(pH, EC, 유기물 함량, 전질소, 인삭)과의 관계를 분석한 결과 pH가 높을수록 4종류의 종 다양성 지수는 높아 졌으며, EC는 값이 높을수록 종수(SN), 종의 풍부도지수(SR), 종의 이질성지수(H'), 종의 균등도지수(J')가 낮아 졌다. 또한 유기물 함량(OM)과 전질소(T-N)의 경우도 4종류의 다양성지수와는 부의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 인산(P₂O_(5))은 4종류의 다양성 지수의 변화에 영향을 미치지 않았다. This study was conducted to evaluate influence of chemical properties in the riparian on the species diversity and to get plant information for enhancement of natural purification in Mankyeong River. The concentration of total nitrogen was high in Jeonju and Sam stream, while that of total nitrogen showed the highest peak in Winter. Concentrations of NH₄-N was 0.01-0.06 ㎎/L in Gosan and Soyang stream. The water quality of upstream along with Mankyeong River was suitable for the imgation source. The riparian vegetation was investigated by Zurich-Montpellier school's method from June, 2001 to September, 2002. The number of riparian plants were 59 families, 129 genera, 165 species, 20 varieties in Gosancheon, on the while 53 families, 111 genera, 141 species, 19 varieties in Soyangcheon The number of riparian plants in Hari basin was higher than that of other sites namely, 73 families, 134 genera, 218 species, 33 varieties. Riparian vegetation was consisted of 12 plant communities. The contents of organic matter, total nitrogen and electrical conductivity had negative relationship with species diversity (Species richness index, Heterogeneity index, Species evenness index, Species number). On the while, species diversity had positive relationship with soil pH. Species diversity of the plant communities were affected by topography and disturbance.

      • 연마 다듬질 가공면의 표면 미세형상 평가에 관한 연구

        This paper describes the statistical analysis techniques for the surface roughness assessment of polished surfaces. In experiments, the polishing process of the sample surfaces which are manufactured by ball end mill is consist of two steps; the cusp removal process and the surface finishing process. For the cusp removal process, the criterion of cusp removal was established from the power spectrum analysis to assess the change of the cusp removal rate. For the finishing process, the surface was polished by the rotational CBN tool and vibration wood tool. And the surface quality of polished surface was assessed using the functional parameters based on the statistical values of surface profiles. Consequently, the surface finish performance of the polished surface using the vibration wood tool was improved.

        관상피판술 : 해부학, 수술시 고려사항, 병적인 상태

        The coronal approach is a versatile surgical technique. This methos becomes particulary useful for exposure and internal fixation of midfacial fractures and the harvest of calvarial bone graft to manage the complex facial bone fractures. The rectrospective clinical study on the use of this technique in 10 patients was performes. The result shows that this technique provides the excellent exposure of fractures site, the ability to reduce the fragment accurately and good cosmetic results in incision area. We discussed with literatures review that anatomy, technique, indications, and potential complications of the coronal approach.
