      • 糞尿와 都市 廢棄物과의 混合處理에 대한 硏究 (Ⅰ) : 肥料化를 中心으로한 實驗室的 考察 Experimental study for the fertilization

        우리나라에 있어서 都市廢棄物의 主인 糞尿와 固形廢棄物의 太宗인 無煙炭재를 同時에 效果的으로 處理할 수 있고 또한 堆肥化시킬 수 있는 好氣性 酸化方式의 最適條件을 얻기 위하여 生糞尿 및 煉炭재의 理化學的 및 生物學的 數値를 測定하고 이를 基礎로하여 上記 兩者를 混合處理 할수 있는 消化條件(溫度, 糞尿와 煉炭재의 配合比, 기타 固形物의 添加量, 注入되는 空氣量의 變化)에 따른 C.O.D., B.O.D.의 變化, 水分 및 電氣傳導度의 變化, 熱灼減量, N量의 變化 等을 硏究하였으며 이들 사이의 相關關係를 檢討하여 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1. 生糞尿에 固形廢棄物인 煉炭재나 紙類를 配合시켜 消化시키므로서 케이크속의 질소成分의 量을 增加 시킬수 있다. 2. 煉炭재의 配合은 糞尿의 消化速度를 增加 시킨다. 3. 糞尿의 處理를 위한 反應槽의 溫度는 50℃보다 60℃로 維持 시킬때 消化速度가 크다. 4. 反應槽의 溫度를 一定하게 했을때 空氣의 注入速度는 初期 反應時는 적게하고 後期 反應時는 크게 함이 效果的 이다. For the effective treatment and usable disposal of urban wastes in the area of Busan city, the composition of the nightsoil and anthracite bulky ash which is the main munic ipal solid wastes have been studied on the digestion of the compositive mixtures with the variable conditions that are ratio of compounding between nightsoil and ash, amount of solid additives and volume of air for the effective airation at 50, 65℃. The digestion has been detected by the physico-chemical and biological data; pH, specific gravity, content of moisture, C.O.D., B.O.D., electroconductance of the solution of the results, decrease of nition, and volume of total free nitrogen etc. The results are obtained as follows. 1) The characteristics of domestic nightsoil are different to the foreign data as table 5, but the data of anthracite ash almost are same except the composition of Fe₂O₃ and Al₂O₃. 2) Amount of total free nitrogen are increased by the digestion with the addition of solid waste, as effective absorption, to the nightsoil. 3) The digestion are accelerated by the compounding of ash, but the adding of sulfuric acid to fix the free ammonia reduced reaction. 4) The airation have to proceed slowly at initial step, and then endure enough volume of air at the later step.

        Testicular microlithiasis is a rare disease characterized by calcifications within the seminiferous tubules. Testicular microlithiasis has been found with a wide variety of testicular pathology, but to our knowledge its association with torsion of appendix testis has been reported only one case. Therefore, we report on an 13-year-old boy with torsion of testis appendix and bilaterally diffusely echogenic testes on sonography.

        혼합 식물추출물에 대한 차응애의 감수성 검정

        The acaricidal activity of the mixed plant extracts of Gleditsia japonica var. koraien, Camellia sinensis, Cinnamomum cassia, and Lantana camara, toward the tea red spider mite, Tetranychus kanzawai Kishida was evaluated in laboratory bioassays. Treatments with mixtures 1 and 3 were effective against the adult females of T. kanzawai and yielded 87.0 and 85.6% adulticidal activity at 7 days after treatment, respectively. Mixture 3 revealed 78.7% adulticidal activity. However, mixtures 4 and 5 had lower adulticidal activity than the other treatments. The adult females of T. kanzawai treated with mixtures 1 and 3 produced only 22.5-22.8% as many eggs as did the control females. The residue of the plant extracts tested had low adulticidal activity (16.3-27.2%). All of the plant extracts tested were ineffective against the eggs of T. kanzawai. Treatments with mixtures 1 and 3 were effective against the nymphs of T. kanzawai and led to emergence rates of 20.7 and 25.3%, respectively. These results suggest that mixtures 1 and 3 might be used for the control of T. kanzawai.

      • 달과 행성의 위상변화 교수-학습 프로그램 개발

        중등학교의 지구과학과 열린 수업을 위한 달과 행성의 위상 변화 프로그램 개발을 주제로 본 연구에서는 철저한 학습 과제 분석을 통하여 개념 위계도를 작성하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 교수-학습의 순서와 방향을 모색하였다. 학습자의 자기 주도적 학습을 통하여 달의 위상 변화를 파악할 수 있도록 하는 ‘달 관측 안내서’를 제작하였다. 또한 달과 행성의 위상이 변하는 원리를 이해하게 하는 실험을 개발하여 제시함으로서 학습자들이 농구공 스케치라는 친숙한 실험 활동을 통하여 빛의 원리와 위상 변화를 관련지어 이해하도록 하였다. 실험의 전개에서 조별 토의 등 협동 학습을 통하여 학습자의 인성 및 사회성을 함양하는데도 관심을 기울였고, 학습자의 수준별 학습을 강조하는 의미에서 학습 주제를 다루는 관련 인터넷 사이트를 소개해 줌으로써 보다 상위 단계로의 학습을 권장하고 학습자의 호기심을 충족시킬 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 수업시간에 사용할 수 있는 프리젠테이션 자료를 개발함으로써 학습자의 학습 활동 및 교사 활동이 보조를 맞추어 진행될 수 있도록 전체 프로그램을 설계하고 개발하였다. With the subject of development of program for teaching-learning of the phases change of the moon and the planets for open education of earth science in secondary school, we searched for the order and direction of teaching-learning based on the concept map that were drawn through learning task analysis. We made "A Guide for Moon Observation" by which learners can understand the phases change of the moon through self-leading learning. By developing and presenting the experiment that explain the principal of the phases change of the moon and the planets, we promoted learners understand the phases change related to the principal of light through drawing basketball. We paid attention to raising personality and sociality of learners through cooperative learning in the process of experiment. And we encouraged higher level learning and let the learners' curiosity satisfied by offering subject-related internet sites. We designed and developed whole program to balance learning and teaching activities by developing presentation materials that can be used in classes.

        광기능성 폴리머의 소산장 결합을 이용한 측면연마 광섬유형 자외선 센서

        측면연마된 광섬유와 광기능성 색소가 분산된 평면도파로 결합기를 이용한 새로운 형태의 자외선센서를 제작하여 그 특성을 측정하였다. 자외선 조사에 의해 유효굴절률이 변화하는 광변색성 색소가 분산된 폴리머를 평면 도파로 재료로 사용하였다. 박막 광도파로는 광변색성 색소인 스파이록사진을 사용하였다. 자외선 조사시간을 20초, 30초, 40초로 증가시켰을 경우 센서의 파장응답은 1.44nm/mW, 1.64nm/mW, 1.78nm/mW였고 1550nm 파장에서 센서의 90% 복귀시간은 100초로 나타났다. In this paper, we investigated a novel UV sensor using evanescent field coupling between the side polished fiber and photo-functional polymer waveguide. It was found that resonant wavelength shifts occur due to variation in the refractive index of polymer planar waveguide for its photo-functional properties on exposed UV. Spiroxazine (photochromic dye) was used as the planar waveguide. The resonant wavelength response were exhibited at 1.44 nm/mW, 1.64 nm/mW, and 1.78 nm/mW when UV irradiations were exposed for 20 seconds, 30 seconds, and 40 seconds, respectively. The recovery time of sensor was independent of UV exposure power and 90% recovery time was 100 seconds.

        The management of scheduling risks is a key task for the successful construction project However, the pertinent researches are not sufficiently made so far and thus, the specific responses against scheduling risks are not proposed as web The risks begin to happen in the stage of construction planning and site work and, therefore, It is necessary to analyze the process of each task to derive the risks beforehand In this research, after the process of each work trade is drawn up by Knowledge Management System (KMS) techniques, various risk factors are derived from the process Moreover, the details of response by whom, when and how to deal With the risks are proposed in the paper and the responding pointy of risk factors is surveyed for the efficient scheduling risk management The Idea proposed in the paper might be applied to check and list up the scheduling risks of each work trade in advance, to minimize the occurrence of the risks and to control the risks actively

        비만 치료 및 예방에 대한 한약의 효능 연구 ( Ⅷ )

        Objects : We had experiment with Chekamhanghyuluiiin plus Zeae Stigma in order to find effects on cure and prevention of the obesity. Methods : We fed control group rats high fat diet(Harlan, U.S.A.) and administered normal saline during 8 weeks, and experimental group rats high fat diet(Harlan, USA) and administered Chekamhanghyuluiiin plus Zeae Stigma extract during 8 weeks. Results : 1. The body weight of all experimental group decreased than control group. 2. The average size of the epididymal fat cells in all experimental group decreased than control group but only 7CH5 group showed statistically significant difference with control group. 3. The fat drops area of hepatic lobule in all experimental group decreased than control group but 4CH10, 7CH5 and 7CH10 group showed statistically significant difference with control group. 4. The area % of the insulin granules in Langerhans islet of 7CH5 and 7CH10 group showed difference with control group. Conclusion : Chekamhanghyuluiiin plus Zeae Stigma could be effective for the obesity.

      • 대전지방 도시단독주택 외부공간 구성요소의 형태에 관한 조사연구

        This is a study on the formal characters of the gate, fence, court focused on the urban detached houses comparing with traditional houses. The elements-gate, fence, court-affect the space of houses. On the planner's point of view, domestic space should be regarded as a field of human activities. The domestic space is divided into the external and the internal space by exterior wall, the external space is defined by a fence. This study is performed by surveying the type, size, function, height of the elements and comparing them with the traditional elements. The results of this survey are as follows. 1) The gate has a meaning of threshold and also has a symbol of separating. 2) The usual meaning of the fence is to defend from stranger and to enclose space and so on. 3) The court is the internal space and has physical as well as psychological effects.
