Monasucs 속 균주가 생성하는 Alkaline Protease 에 관한 연구

The alkaline protease was isolated from the culture material of monascus sp. on wheat bran culture. The crude purification of this enzyme was extracted with distilled water and precipitated with ammonium sulfate of 0.5 saturation. And, the activity of this enzyme was determined very strongly by folin's colorimetric method. The optimal pH of this enzyme was ranging from pli 10 to 12 and the optimal temperature was 50℃. The pH stability was ranging from pH 5 to 12 and the enzyme activity was not inactivated by heat treatment in lower temperature than 40℃. The enzyme was protected from heat denature by the treatment of Pb^(++), Ba^(++), Co^(++), Zn^(++), and Cu^(++), but was inactivated with Hg^(++), Fe^(++) strongly. Moreover, one of these metal ions, the copper ion, has a strung protective activity on enzyme heat denature. And, it was not effected by treatment of EDTA.
초등학교 학생들의 공간능력과 천체운동개념 및 과학탐구능력과의 관계

The purpose of this study is to investigate the abilities of 6th grade students to assess the relationship betweenspatial capability, concept of celestial motion, and science process skills, which can help find a better teaching strategy forstudents in understanding the concept of celestial motion. The results are as follows. First, in terms of level ofaccomplishment of these three skills, male students show higher level of accomplishment than female students, butsignificant differences are found. Second, according to the analysis of the effect of spatial capability and concept of themovement of heavenly bodies, the former has a stronger influence on the students' cognition of celestial motion. Minorelements of spatial capability that influence the conception of celestial motion are device analogy, calculation of wood cut,and revolving light. Third, spatial capability is very influential on the level of accomplishment in science process skills.highest, especially when various elements are interactively related to each other 본연구의목적은초등학교 6학년학생들의공간능력과천체운동개념및과학탐구능력의관계를알아보고학생들에게천체운동개념을쉽게이해시키기위한교수·학습전략을찾는데도움을주고자하는데있다. 연구결과첫째, 공간능력과천체운동개념, 과학탐구능력성취도에서남학생이여학생보다약간높게나타났으나그차이는통계적으로유의미한차이를나타내지않았다. 둘째, 공간능력과천체운동개념과의영향력을분석한결과공간능력은학생들의천체운동개념이해에영향력을갖고있었다. 천체운동개념에영향을미치는공간능력하위요소는도형유추, 도막세기, 회전등이었다. 셋째, 공간능력은과학탐구능력의성취도에매우높은영향력을갖고있었으며, 특히과학탐구능력에영향을미치는공간능력하위요소는도막세기가가장높았고, 단일요소보다는여러요소들이상호복합적으로작용할때그영향력이더크게나타났다.

A mutant for Korean soy sauce which wilt improve the productivity of amylase and protease was obtained through the second mutation of the original strain using UV radiation. The original strain was the NTG treated mutant of the Bacillus sp. producing peculiar flavour which had been isolated from the korean soy sauce. The mutant could improve the productivity of amylase by 58% and that of protease by 41%. The enzyme produced in this way were similar in enzymatic properties such as optimal reaction pH and temperature. The reaction was not deterred by highly densed salt solution of 5 M and the enzyme productivity was not influenced in the concentration of up to 2 M.
개념도 활용 수업이 중학생들의 '해수' 개념 형성에 미치는 영향

This study was to promote meaningful ways of learning and observe the influence of concept maps on middle school students’ conceptual formation with regards to the topic of ‘sea water’. Concept map is one way to examine a learner’s conceptual formation process. The subjects of this study consisted of four classes within the first grade students of a Busan middle school, which were divided into two groups: the experimental group which applied concept map teaching and the ordinary teaching group. This study was carried out before and after class, examining the science learning achievement, self-directed learning characteristics, and awareness change on the concept maps. The result of this study was as follows: First, the science learning achievement of middle school students was positively affected by the use of concept maps. Second, the teaching method with concept map was more effective in improving self-directed learning characteristics compared to the ordinary one. Third, concept map teaching was a positive reaction to conceptual formation.
