        The swine wastewater was produced is approximately 197,000m per day at live-stock house in the whole country. it's 50% of swine wastewater in below law-restriction and directly effluent to near stream will cause the eutrophication. A seperation feces and urine must be performed in case of swine wastwater tretment because of high concentration difference of nitrogen·phosphorus as feces and urine amang the swine wastewater characteristic. It is necessary that the exactly assessment of pollution concentration on swine wastwater for the wastewater treatment management facilities plan. As a result of the full-scale operation example in K city, which was reinforced flocculation basin of chemical treatment process and anaerobic·aerobic basin for removal nitrogen at the existing facilities, influent dose of total-nitrogen was 1,500~3,000㎎/ℓ treated below 120㎎/ℓ and it's total-phosphorus was 131~156㎎/ℓ treated 0.15~1.00㎎/ℓ Accordingly, as a result of operation by the changed operation way in conventional process, removal efficiency of T-N and T-P was over 92~96%, 99%, respectively. Continuous supply for organic carbon source and the effect of pH is important for smoothly metabolism of microorganism at the anaerobic basin and the pH at the anaerobic basin maintained average 9.0 for the period of research. From established operation and maintained management technology of the unit-process was excellent removal efficiency and economical treatment process development will immediately. Also, the diverse constantly assist of governmental will be essential for developed of the swine wastewater treatment technology.

        In this paper, I am going to utilize the existing OAM cell, without generating an additional traffic. Firstly, I analyzed the basic structure of the existing Fiber Loop Carrier-C(FLC-C). Secondly, by making use of the loopback function, I suggested the OAM function for monitoring the network resources and transmitting the traffic information in the Fiber Loop Carrier-C. Finally, by using this kind of monitoring mechanism that is a simulation model. I measured the cell loss rate and the cell transfer delay with the information of the network traffic.

      • SO_(2) 가스에 의한 Fe-Ti-C合金의 高溫酸化에 關한 硏究

        The high temperature oxidation reaction of Fe-Ti-C alloys was investigated in 1 atmospheric SO_(2) gas pressure at temperature range 600℃ to 800℃. The oxidation rate of the alloys was determined by a thermogravimetry analysis. The structure and the composition of the reaction products were identified by aid of SEM, EDS analysis and X-ray diffraction technique. The overall reaction process obeyed a parabolic rate law at the temperature range 600℃ to 800℃, in which the reaction rate increased with an increase in the temperature. An increase in the reaction rate results mainly from the poor adherence and cracks of the scale from the growth stress in the scale and the evoultion of CO_(2)(orCO) gas between the scale and alloy. The scales consisted of several layers of Fe_(2)O_(4), α-Fe_(2)O_(3) and TiO_(2)

        Parapharyngeal Space에 발생한 Pleomorphic Adenoma의 치험례

        본 교실에서는 발생이 드문 부인두간극에 발생한 다형성 선종을 악하절개와 하악지 부위의 하악골 절단을 행한 이후에 둔적박리(blunt dissection)를 이용하여 종물과 주위의 구조물을 외과적으로 절제하였으며, 3년간의 추적 조사 결과 재발의 양상 없이 양호한 결과를 얻었기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common of the benign salivary gland tumors. Pleomorphic adenoma accounts for 60% of all parotid gland tumors, 50% of submandibular gland tumors. and only 25% of sublingual gland neoplasms. Fifty percent of all oral minor gland tumors are pleomorphic adenomas of which 55% arise in the palate, 25% in the lip, 10% in the buccal mucosa, and 10% from all other oral and oropharyhgeal sites. The presence of tumors within the parapharyhgeal space is rare. Some investigators have reported pleomorphic adenomas originating in the deep lobe of the parotid gland advancing to involve this region, as well as primary pleomorphic adenomas of nonparotid origin. We present a case report of pleomorphic adenomas in the parapharyhgeal space with literature review. The tumor was completely removed under general anesthesia via submandibular incision with the division of mandible.

      • 모형매립조를 이용한 침출수 초기특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 우선 장래 폐기물조성에 대한 조사가 이루어졌으며 이 조사는 2000년대의 적절한 매립방법을 결정하기 위해 이용되었다. 실험에는 매립방법에 따른 침출수특성을 비교하기 위해 2가지 형태의 모형매립조가 사용되었는데, 하나는 혐기성 위생매립조이고 다른 하나는 침출수재순환형준호기성 위생매립조이다. 충전에 사용된 소각재는 교내소각로에서, 폐기물은 장래 폐기물조성 분석치로부터 인위적으로 합성하였으며 소각재와 폐기물은 부피비로 50:50으로 충전하였다. 실험결과 침출수질면에서 침출수재순환형 준호기성매립조가 혐기성위생매립조보다 양호한 결과를 보였다. The estimation of a future waste composition was performed in this study. This estimation was used to determine an appropriate landfill method in 2000’s. For the experiment. two different types of reactors were made : an anaerobic sanitary landfill lysimeter with ashes and wastes, and a quasi-aerobic sanitary landfill lysimeter with ashes and wastes that recycles leachates. The two reactors were used to compare the leachate characteristics according to their landfill methods. Ashes were from the incineration furnace at campus. Wastes were collected and classified artificially according to an estimation of a future waste composition. Ashes and artificially classified wastes were mixed half and half by volume. For the quality of leachate, the leachate-recycled quasi-aerobic mixed sample lysimeter showed the better result except for chloride and total suspended solids.

        구강 편평상피세포암 환자에서 치료전 혈청 CEA와 SCCA의 측정

        본 연구에서는 구강 편평상피세포암에서의 종양표지자의유용성을 평가하기위해 21명의 구강 편평상퍼세포암 환자들과 대조군인 22명의 양성질환자들에서 방사면역검사를 통해 치료전 혈청 CEA와 SCCA를 측정한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 양성질환자들의 혈청 CEA 평균치는 2.25±1.39ng/ml (최소 0.4 ng/ml), 최대 5.6 ng/ml)인 반면, 구강 편평상피세포암 환자들에서는 2.77±2.03 ng/ml (최소 0.3 ng/ml, 최대 6.7 ng/ml)로 두 군 사이에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다(P= 0.3380) 2. 구강 편평상피세포암 환자들의 혈청 CEA의 양성률은 19.05%로 대조군인 양성질환자들의 양성률 4.55%와 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다(P= 0.1853). 3. 양성질환자들의 혈청 SCCA 평균치는 1.21±1.74 ng/ml (최소 0.1 ng/ml, 최대 6.9 ng/ml)인 반면, 구강 편평상피세포암 환자들에서는 2.11±1.78 ng/ml (최소 0.1 ng/ml, 최대 6.1 ng/ml)로 두 군 사이에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다(P= 0.1011) 4. 구강 편평상피세포암 환자들의 혈청 SCCA의 양성률은 47.62%로 대조군인 양성질환자들의 양성률 13.64%와 통계적으로 유의 한 차이를 나타내었다(P= 0.0153). 5. CEA와 SCCA 둘 중 하나라도 양성인 경우를 포함하는 조합 검사에서 민감도는 52.38%로 CEA의 민감도19.05% 보다는 크게 증가하였으나 SCCA의 민감도47.62%와 비교해서는 약간의 증가를 나타내었고, 특이도는 감소하였다 The study evaluated the usefulness of tumor markers in the diagnosis of oral sequamous cell carcinoma. Serum levels of two tumor markers(carcinoembryonic antigen〔CEA〕and squamous cell carcinoma antigen〔SCCA〕)were simultaneously measured by radiommunoassay in 21 patients with oral sequamous cell carcinoma and in 22 patients with oral benign diseases. The positive rates were 19.05% for CEA and 47.62% for SCCA in patients with oral sequamous cell carcinoma. The sensitivity of the combination assay(52.38%) was higher than that obstained with individual markers, but specificity was low in combination assay. Serum CEA seema to be inadequate for diagnostic purpose, but serum SCCA may be useful for diagnostic purpose in patients with oral sequamous cell carcinoma. A combination assay may be useful in the diagnosis of oral sequamous cell carcinoma.

      • 외상성 고막천공의 임상적 고찰

        The authors observed the clinical findings of 99 cases of traumatic drum perforations, who visited the department of otolaryngology of Chosun University Hospital and KwangYang Hospital from January 1988 to August 1991 The results obtained were as follows; 1) As an etiologic factor, the indirect trauma occupies the most case (79.8%), out of which the most cases is by assault. 2) Age distribution indicates 30 decade(32.3%) and 20 decade(26.3%) in the declining order and sex distribution indicates male to female is 1;1.3. 3) On occupation, house wife is the most frequently involved (35.4%) and officials & students are in the next order. 4) Most common complaint is Hearing impairment and the next complaints are tinnitus, otalgia and hemorrhage in order. 5) The most frequent site of perforation is the central portion of anteroinferior and posteroinfehor quadrant, Gradel in size and triangular shape are common. 6) Seasonal variation indicates that the most frequent occurence of perforation is on summer. 7) Average 25-35㏈ of hearing loss is most common, and the degree of hearing loss is well correlated with the size of perforation. 8) Two way of therapeutic measure are compared. a. stimulating with trichloroacetic acid ; spontaneously healing in 22 cases (22.2%) b. closing procedure with paper patch ; healing in 68 cases (68.7%) 9)The overall healing time is within 2 months in the most of case (about 80%).

      • Berberine 原料로한 benzophenanthridine系 alkaloid 合成硏究

        Two Benzophenanthridine alkaloids, dihydrosanguinarine and sanguinarine which process antiinflammatory, antibacterial and expectorant activities were synthesized from berberine chloride through new process. The results obtained were as follows; The reaction of berberine with sodium borohydride in methanol resulted in the high yield of tetrahydroberberine (THB)[ Ⅰ ]. Treatment of THB[ I ] with BBr_3 afforded 5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 13a-hexahydro-2, 3, 9, 10-tetrahydroxydibenzo [a, g] quinolizine [ Ⅱ ] in 62.5% yield. Reaction of compound [ Ⅱ ] with dimethylsulfoxide in the precense of sodium hydroxide afforded 5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 13a-hexahydro-2, 3, 9, 10-bismethylenedioxy-dibenzo[a, g] quinolizine [ Ⅲ ] in 34% yield. 5, 6-dihydro-2, 3, 9, 10-bismethylenedioxy-dibenzo[a, g] quinolizium iodide [ Ⅳ ] were synthesized by the reaction of compound [ Ⅲ ] with I_2 in a quantitative yield. Compound [ Ⅳ ] was further reduced with lithium aluminium hydride [LiAlH_4] in tetrahydrofuran (T.H.F) in a stream of nitrogen at room temperature to give the [ Ⅴ ] in 89%. Compound [ Ⅵ ] was obtained from [ Ⅴ ] through Hoffmann degradation followed treatment with 2, 3-dich-loro-5, 6-dicyano-p-benzoquinone to give in 89% yield. A more efficient and convenient preparation of [ Ⅶ ] entailed the addition of solution of thallium trinitrate trihydrate in Methanol to a solution of the [ Ⅵ ] in Methanol at room temperature to afford the acetal [ Ⅵ ] (78%). The structure of [ Ⅶ ] was apparent from the proton signals of the acetal proton at 4.39%). The structure of [ Ⅶ ] was apparent from the proton signals of the acetal proton at 4.39(1H, dd), 3.25(3H, s), and 3.24(3H. s). Hydrolysis of [ Ⅶ ] with Methanolic hydrochloric acid to give the [ Ⅷ ] in a good yield. Reduction of [ Ⅷ ] with Lithium Aluminium hydride [LAH] in dry T.H.F. at 0℃ in a stream of Nitrogen produced the [ Ⅸ ] in 76% yield, the reduction of [ Ⅸ ] with sodium borodydride in Methanol and treament with 10% hydrochloric acid gave the Sangumarine chloride.
