        구미지역 전자산업 공장파견여성 노동경험 연구 : 여성노동자 다큐멘터리 영화제작을 위한 구술자료를 중심으로

        This study investigates the reality of female factory workers and the effects of neoliberal globalization on women's labor through their experience at the Gu-mi Electronics Complex. The results are as follows. First, female workers in the factory perform simple, intensive, and unskilled labor on assembly lines for low income and long hours in an oppressive-hierarchical work environment system where they are also harassed to increase production. Second, most electronics companies from the largest on down have a vertically-systematized structure with multi-layered subcontractors, where the factory at which the female agency workers can work is determined by age and nationality. This ranking in employment is utilized to maximize competition, and is encouraged by the companies. This results in various kinds of employment, which causes more complex employment relationships in the workplace, and results in female workers becoming more individualized. Third, dismissal due to the nature of temporary work and the frequent changing of jobs in poor work environments lead the female workers to experience a nomadic life wandering between factories and regions. By analyzing the labor experience of female agency workers from a feminist perspective, we can see two remarkable changes from the past in terms of identity composition. First, there is a possibility of workers finding their identity in the nomadic life. Finding this identity occurs in their unsettled situational context. Second, those identities are becoming more modern than those in the past because the workers are independent from their families. 본 연구는 신자유주의적 세계화 흐름 속에 있는 여성노동 현실을 구미지역 공장파견여성노동자들의 노동경험을 통해 살펴보고 있다. 구미지역 공장파견여성노동자들의 노동경험을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공장파견여성노동자들은 저임금, 장시간 노동, 억압적이고 위계적인 작업장 체제하에서 노동집약적 단순 조립노동을 수행하며 생산량 경쟁에 시달리고 있다. 둘째, 전자업종은 대기업을 정점으로 기업들이 규모에 따라 다단계 하청으로 수직 계열화 되어 있는데 파견여성노동자들이 들어갈 수 있는 공장의 규모도 나이와 국적에 따라 나뉘어져 있다. 이러한 고용의 서열화는 경쟁을 극대화하는데 활용되고 있으며 기업들에 의해 조장되기도 한다. 전자산업의 다단계 하청 구조, 광범위한 파견노동력을 기본으로 한 다양한 고용형태는 한 작업장 내에 복잡한 고용관계를 만들어 내고 그 결과 여성노동자들은 개별화되어 있다. 셋째, 파견노동에서 기인하는 일상적 해고, 열악한 노동조건으로 인한 잦은 이직으로 여성노동자들은 지역 간, 공장 간을 떠도는 노동의 유민화(流民化)를 경험하고 있다. 여성주의 관점에서 공장파견여성노동자들의 노동경험을 분석했을 때 변화의 지점은 주체성 구성에 있다. 첫째, 노동의 유민화속에 있는 공장파견여성노동자들의 ‘유목적 주체’되기의 가능성이다. ‘유목적 주체’되기는 정착할 수 없는 이들의 상황적 위치에서 생겨난다. 둘째, 경제적으로 가족으로부터 독립함으로써 이전 시기 여성노동자보다 한 발 나아간 근대적 주체성을 획득하고 있다.

      • 결함수 해석법을 이용한 사고 및 고장의 분석

        The purpose of this thesis is to perform a systematic analysis of accident or failure using fault tree technique. The theoretical proceduere of the fault tree analysis explained in detail. A computer program which can be used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the fault tree is developed. The software for fault tree is partitioned into two parts. In the first part, the minimal cut sets are obtained by Limnios and Ziani's algorithm. In the second part, the quantitative analysis using the minimal cut sets can be perfomed. When the current sub-system is changed, fault tree construction, qualitative and quantitative analysis for the modified system is accomplished easily. It is expected that this study can be applied in analysing the accident easily, even without specific knowledge, and used in the failure analysis of the complex and enlarged system in various field of industry.

        기(氣)수련이 스트레스 반응에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 스트레스 반응을 측정하는 스트레스 반응 척도 설문지(Symptoms of Stress: SOS)를 이용한 횡단적 연구로서 심신수련의 하나인 기수련이 스트레스 반응에 미치는 효과를 살펴보았다. 72명의 건강한 정상인과 180명의 기수련자를 대상으로 하여 조사하였으며, 기수련자들은 수련기간에 따라 초급군(1-4개월; 64명), 중급군(5-12개월; 50명), 고급군(1년 이상; 66명)로 나누었다. 실험결과 1년 이상 수련한 기수련자들이 말초혈관 증상군, 심폐 증상군, 중추신경계 증상군, 위장계증상군, 습관적 행동 형태군, 우울 증상군, 불안증상군등의 스트레스 반응 하위척도에서 대조군에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하였다. 전체 스트레스 값은 대조군에 비해 기수련자 집단이 아주 낮았으며 수련기간이 길수록 감소하였다. 이러한 결과는 기수련이 스트레스 중재와 스트레스 증상을 줄이는데 효과가 있음을 나타낸다. We examined the effects of Qi-training, one of Korean traditional psychosomatic training, on stress coping ability by cross-sectional investigation with inventory of symptoms of stress (SOS). Four types of groups- normal healthy (n-74), three groups of Qi-trainees (group primary level: subjects with Qi-training for 1-4months, n=64; middle level: 5-12 months, n=50; high level: more than 12 months, n=66) participated in this study, Qi-trainees with over 1 year training had significantly lower scores in all SOS subscales compared to controls. Total stress scores of Qi-trainee groups were substantially lower than controls and further reduction with larger training periods. These results suggest Qi-training is effective in stress management and decreasing symptoms of stress

        GC-ECD를 이용한 유기염소계 및 Pyrethroid계 농약 동시 분석법

        Pesticides were extracted from samples with 70% acetone and methylene chloride in order, and then cleaned up via open-column chromatography apparatus packed with florisil, and finally analyzed simultaneously the organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides using GC(ECD). An ultra-2 fused silica capillary column was used to separate and identify the products. The resolution between the last isomeric peak of cypermethrin(59.987min) and the first isomeric peak of flucythrinate(60.043min) was not satisfactory. The last isomeric peak of fenvalerate(62.344min) and the first isomeric peak of fluvalinate(62.397min) were overlapped. Recoveries of soybean sample for the most pesticides were 73.3% to 102.4%. Detection limits were between 0.004 and 0.063 ㎍/㎎ when this method was used.

      • 기(氣)수련이 정신건강 프로파일에 미치는 효과

        This cross-sectional investigation evaluated the trend of psychological changes by Qi-training using a self-report inventory of emotional distress, Symptom Check List-90-Revision (SCL-90-R). Forty-one normal healthy subjects (mean age: 21.0±5.4) and one hundred-twenty-three Qi-trainees (divided into three groups, primary, middle and high level) participated in this study. Primary level group has received 1-4 months Qi-training (mean age: 22.0±7.8, n = 41); middle level group has 5-12 months Qi-training (mean age: 20.0±7.8, n = 41); and high level group has more than 1 year Qi-training (mean age: 22.7± 6.7, n = 41). Our results show that all of psychologucal symptom scales of Qi-trainees over lyear were significantly lower scores compared to controls. In addition, high level group had lower global indexes scores than control. A significant negative correlation was found between the Qi-training period and all SCL-90-R subscales except phobic anxiety. These results suggest that Qi-training is effective in protection as well as reduction of psychological symptomatology.

        Background : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the ridge and mulching cultivation and adapted sowing(planting)time in stable medicinal herbs production of Lithospermum erythrorhizon Siebold et Zuc. And it accomplished one’s purpose to GAP guide manual established standard method of cultivation technology, contribute to the enlargement of farm’s income. Methods and Results : Method of cultivation type with the ridge and covering material were conducted under two condition compose to open cultivation (level row : 120㎝ ridging, black polyethylene mulching) and plastic greenhouse cultivation (high row : 90㎝ ridging, non-woven fabric mulching). Sowing with Daehong varieties in April 17, transplanting July 25 by growing pot seedling for 40 days in 2015. Planting density were spaced 30㎝ apart in inter-rows 10 ㎝ apart intra-row. Fertilizing level of N-P-K-Compost (fermented mixed oil cake fertilizer) applied at 6-4-6-300 ㎏․10 a−1, 60% of basal fertilizer in March 14, 40% of top dressing were four times application in April 14 ~July 15. Plot design randomized block 3 repetition. Conclusions : Compared to level ridging on black polyethylene mulching open cultivation for growing plastic greenhouse with the high ridging non woven mulching cultivation, seed yields havesting 1.4 times, the dried roots yields increased in 0.7 times. Also, Growth characteristics by sowing time in April 16. compared to planting time in July 25. Length of stem and main root of above-ground, subterranean part growth increment rising highest. Seed and dried roots yields with increased by 71%, 30%. respectively.

        Background : The purpose of this study was to evaluate methods to high quality medicinal vegetables, thereby increasing farm income. This study investigated the effects of different organic fertilizer and applicated cultivation on stable foliage production in Peucedanum japonicum Thunberg. Methods and Results : method of application with organic fertilizer were conducted under nine condition compose to control(non application), N-P2O5-K2O (20-12-10)㎏․10 a−1, Hyphal incubation compost(HIC) applied at 851㎏․10 a−1, Hangawi organic compost(HOC) applied at 547㎏․10 a−1, Fermented mixed oil cake compost(FMOC) applied at 380㎏․10 a−1, 60% and 40% of basal fertilizer in March 12, top dressing were four application in April 12, May 12, June 13 and July 12, respectively. Sowing dates were March 23, 2015. Plants were spaced 15 ㎝ apart in rows 15 ㎝ apart with open cultivation. Conclusions : chemical fertilizers < hyphal incubation compost < hangawi organic compost < fermented mixed oil cake compost application, top dressing than 60% in order of 40% additional fertilizer, aerial part as a result were so many such amount of growth as number of leaf per plant, etc., Green leaf yields is untreated control plot (875 kg․10 a−1) compared to 12% from using chemical fertilizers, HIC application 18% higher, HOC application 20% higher, and FMOC application increased to 28% of the most.

Methods and Results : method of weed elimination with covering material were conducted under four condition compose to Non covering(4~6 times by manual weed control), Barley straw cutting covered with 700㎏․10 a−1, Rice straw cutting covered with 500㎏․10 a−1, Rice husks covered with 1,000㎏․10 a−1. Fermented mixed oil cake compost applied at 380㎏․10 a−1, 60% of basal fertilizer in March 14, 40% of top dressing were four times application in April 14 ~July 15. Sowing dates were March 25, 2015. Plants were spaced 15 ㎝ apart in rows 15 ㎝ apart with open cultivation. Conclusions : Rice husks covering < Barley straw covering < Barley straw covering cultivation this order, aerial part as a result were plenty amount of growth. Weed the rates was 12 to 29% lower incidence. Green leaf yields is uncovering control plot (915 kg․10 a−1) compared to 2% from covering rice husks, barley straw and rice straw covering increased to 18%, 20%, respectively.
