This study is aimed to analyze the impact of the perception of fairness on the relationship quality as a way to enhance the competitiveness through the establishment of a long-term relationship between food service franchisors and franchisees. An empirical analysis found that the more positively the fairness of franchisors is recognized, the more positive impact it has on the relationship quality. As both the distributive fairness and the procedural fairness, the two concepts of fairness, are perceived in a more positive manner, the trust and satisfaction over franchisers were found to be higher, with the conflict shown to be lower. Though both the distributive fairness and the procedural fairness showed a significant result, the procedural fairness, in particular, has a greater impact on the trust and satisfaction over franchisers than the distributive fairness. In addition, the quality of relationship between franchisor and franchisees has a positive impact on a long-term commitment. That is that as their trust and satisfaction over franchisors are higher with less conflict, franchisees will become more cooperative with their franchisors. The greatest impact on the long-term unity, among the factors that constitute the relationship quality, appeared to be trust. Accordingly, it is advisable persons in charge at franchisors place the greatest focus on fostering trust to establish a long-term relationship, inducing it in a positive direction. From such result, suggestions can be made in establishing a strategy for developing an appropriate relationship between food service franchisors and franchisees. Firstly, persons in charge at food service franchisors will have to induce the perception of franchisors' procedural fairness by franchisees in a positive direction in order to enhance the Quality of relationship with franchisees. Secondly, as an alternative strategy for forming a long-term relationship between franchisors and franchisees, the effort should be made to foster a greater trust in franchisors first. In many cases, franchisors currently focus more on their convenience in management than the development of systems to satisfy the franchisee needs. This contravenes with the essence of relationship marketing and thus, it can be said it is the most important of all that focus should be directed at trust and fairness in the effort toward a sustained relationship between franchisors and franchisees in the future.

The pollution characteristics of water quality analysis and the heavy metal analysis of river sediment in the Western Nakdong river, and then a commercial tile using the polluted sediment was produced. The analytical results of the riverbed structure and the depth distribution in the Western Nakdong river were that Macdo Stream(site 2) was the deepest(13 ft). The analytical result of water quality showed that BOD was the highest in the Hogei Stream(site 6); COD, Syanduengchi Island(site 1);SS, Macdo Stream(site 2);T-N, Suanduengchi Island(site 1);T-P, Macdo Stream(site 2). Therefore the deeper the site was the higher the pollution concentration was. The result of heavy metal analysis of the river sediment was that Pb and Cr were the highest in Kangdong Bridge(site 9); Cd, Macdo Stream(site 2), so the deeper the site was the higher the pollution concentration was. The production of tile using the mixure of the polluted sediment and the raw material was successful, so the reuse of polluted sediment was possible.

본 연구는 외식 프랜차이즈 스토리텔링의 구성요인(이해용이성, 고유성, 가치성)이 브랜드 신뢰와 예비창업자의 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 연구를 위해 창업을 고려중인 예비창업자 178명의 응답을 표본으로 AMOS를 이용하여 경로 분석하고 가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과, 스토리텔링의 구성요인인 이해용이성, 고유성, 가치성이 브랜드 신뢰에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 더불어 스토리텔링에 의해 형성된 브랜드 신뢰가 행동의도에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로, 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 연구의 한계점 및 제언을 제시하였다.

Men with prostatitis-like symptoms who had uropathogenic bacteria localized to the prostate gland by elaborate collection and culturing techniques were diagnosed with chronic bacterial prostatitis. Chronic bacterial prostatitis is characterized by prolonged or recurrent symptoms and relapsing bacteriuria. Chronic bacterial prostatitis is caused mainly by Gram-negative uropathogens. For treatment, fluoroquinolones are considered the drug of choice because of their favorable pharmacokinetic properties and antimicrobial spectrum, with the best evidence supporting ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin. Despite conduct of intensive investigations, our knowledge regarding the diagnostic ability to differentiate bacterial from nonbacterial prostatitis, the relevance of nontraditional uropathogens, and the relationship between uropathogens localized to the prostate and recurrent urinary tract infection is still limited. In this paper, we reviewed the new concepts associated with chronic bacterial prostatitis and explored the evolution of our understanding of the etiology, diagnosis, and treatment of this significant urologic disease.
