        유치 및 초기 영구치아의 치수 신경분포

        유치 및 초기 영구치의 치수신경분포 및 변화를 평가하기 위하여 교정치료를 위해 발치한 치근흡수가 비교적 적은 유치,정상 탈락기의 유치,맹출중인 교합하지 않은 제 1소구치,맹출이 완료되어 교합하고 있는 1소구치를 대상으로 neurofilament protein(NEP)을 이용한 면역조직화학적 방법으로 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 치근흡수가 비교적 적은 유치에서도 영구치와 유사한 신경총의 존재와 신경분포 형태가 관찰되었으나,영구치에 비해 그 신경분포 밀도가 낮았으며 분지형성 또한 미약하게 나타났고,전상아질로 진입하는 섬유의 수가 적었다. 정상탈락기의 유치에서는 신경의 변성으로 소포(vesicle),단절(fragmentation)등이 관찰되었으며,그 신경분포가 현저히 감소되어 나타났고,총상의 형태도 소실되었다. 교합하지 않은 제 1소구치에서 치수내의 신경은 말단가지의 숫자가 적고,치수 조상아 세포 경계에 도달하였으며,비교적 가는 신경 섬유가 많았다. 교합하고 있는 제 1소구치에서 치수내의 신경은 말단이 조상아층으로 진출하고,어떤 신경섬유는 전상아질층까지 진입하였으며,비교적 굵은신경 섬유의 분포가 많아졌다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the distribution of nerves in the dental pulp of early extracted primary teeth,normal exfoliated teeth,partially-erupted,nonfunctional,premolars,and erupted,functional,premolars.Numbers of sample were 10 teeth in each group. The distribution of nerves in the dental pulp were investigated by means of immunohistochemistry for detection of neurofilament protein(NFP). The results were as follows: The early extracted primary teeth exhibited patterns of innervation similar to those observed for young permanent teeth.The plexiform arrangement of fibers was not evident in the primary teeth.Most nerves appear to terminate about the odontoblasts. As primary teeth began to undergo root resorption,degenerative changes such as vesicles and fragmentation appear in nerves.The quantity of neural tissue also decreased.In teeth in which the roots were almost completely resorbed only a small number of nerves remain. There was a decrease in the number of terminal branches in the pulp of the partiallyerupted,nonfunctional,premolars and those present reached the pulpo-odontoblastic border. The nerve terminals in the pulp of the erupted,functional,premolars were traced to the dentinal tubule and a few nerve fibers formed loops in the predentin.

        The effect of Carbontetrachloride administration on Lactatedehydrogenase isozyme patterns were analyzed by cellulose acetate electrophoresis for the brain, heart, kidney, lung, liver and mouse muscle. Each other tissue was found to have a characteristic distribution of these isozymes. At normal condition, aerobic tissue such as brain, heart, kidney, and lung were found to have all five isozymes from LDH_1 to LDH_5, while anaerobic tissues such as liver and muscle were found to have superiorly LDH_5 The toxicity of Carbontetrachloride administration was most prominence in the liver, and lung toxicity was occured also.

        열공형과 비열공형 피질하 혈관성 치매에서 위험인자의 차이에 관한 비교 연구

        Backgrounds and Objectives: Vascular dementia is a group of dementing disoders arising from various stroke syndrome. Among these. subcortical ischemic vascular dementia (SIVD) is regarded as a relatively distinct clinical entity. However, MRI patterns of SIVD are not homogenous. In some patients, lacunes are dominant, and in others, subcortical white matter changes are. This study was designed to compare risk factor profiles between SIVD with and without multiple lacunes. Methods: We divided 47 subjects (22 males, mean age. 68 years) recruited from VADAPET (Multicenter Trial For Evaluation Of The Changes In the PET Images Of Subcortical Vascular Dementia Patient) study into two groups one with more than 5 lacunes in deep gray matter (lacune group) and the other with 5 or less(non-lacune group) Clinical characteristics and laboratory findings of two groups were compared. Results: Nineteen of 47 patients (40%) belonged to the lacune group. The lacune and non-lacune groups d d not differ in the following variables: age, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia heart disease, history of stroke or TIA, history of trauma or major surgery, family history of hypertension stroke, or dementia, age at diagnosis of dementia, body mass index, white blood cell count, ESR, CRP, fibrinogen, hemoglobin A1C, total cholesterol. LDL cholesterol creatinine, proteinuria, glucosuria, and microhematuria. However, male sex, smoking alcohol. hemoglobin, and HDL cholesterol were possibly associated more with lacune group SIVD than with non-lacune group (p<0 1) Multivariate analyses revealed that smoking, hemoglobin, and HDL cholesterol were independent predictors of SIVD with multiple lacunes Conclusion: Our study suggests that SIVD with multiple lacunes may be significantly different in smoking habits hemoglobin, and HDL cholesterol from SIVD without multiple lacunes.

      • 옥상조경에서 물관리 기술에 관한 연구 : 방수, 배수, 관수를 중심으로 focused on waterproofing, drainage and irrigation

        The purpose of this thesis is to establish the design, construction and maintenance criterria for the water related problems in roofscape planning. Typical water related areas are the waterproofing, drainage and irrigation. As far as the waterproofing is concerned the present construction technique guarantees the watertight roofs on any nomal buildings. The problem occurs when the roof garden is installed on the existing waterproofing on the slab. Consequently the old waterproofing should be re-inforced to accommodate the impact of incoming plants and other hard landscape facilities such as pergolas and ponds. The caution should be taken when the soil and trees are installed because during the construction process it is easy to penetrate and ruin the watertightness of the roofing material. Also as the root system of trees grow it tends to poke holes through the waterproofing material, so in this case strong sheet must be installed to prevent the infiltration of the root system. The drainage doesn't pose serious threat as long as the proper construction is done and maintenance is regularly perfomed. If the care is neglected on the roof garden and the drain is clogged by rubbish during the heavy monsoon period as in the case of Korea the water can easily overflow the highest level of waterproofing and inundate the downstairs. This problem can be avoided by cleaning the drain covers and, to begin with, design the waterproofing devices according to the intensity of rainfall of the concerned region. As far as the irrigation is concerned it is reasonable to state that the automatic and manual irrigation should be combined together at the beginning stage. Because depending on the species and the spot where they are planted the demand for water is bound to be different it is not wise to rely soley on the automatic irrigation system. Until the plants establish their root and foliage system birmly on the growing medium it is recommended that the professional landscape personel must water the plants manualy by observing the foliage condition and judging the individual water demand. after this period the automatic system can take over. So far the water management techniques are highly developd in Germeny and Japan. As long as the climatic condition is carefully analyzed the technical application doesn't pose problems to our situation.

      • 쥐의 적출대동맥에서 타우린의 이완작용 기전

        This study hypothesized that taurine has similar effects like a L-arg of endothelium. The possible roles of the endothelium in taurine-induced responses were investigated using isolated rings of rat thoracic aorta and anesthesized rats. In vitro, the taurine-induced relaxation was greater in phenylephrine (PE)-precontracted endothelium-intact rings. The taurine-induced relaxations were suppressed by nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitors. The present results suggest that the endothelium-dependent relaxation induced by taurine is mediated by activation of NO/cGMP signaling cascade or inhibition of intracellular Ca2+ release through sarcoplasmic reticulum. Key words: Nitric Oxide, Taurine, Thoracic Aorta 본 연구는 타우린이 혈관내피세포에서 L-아르기닌과 비슷한 작용을 하는지를 검증하였다. 타우린에 의해 혈관내피세포에서 생성되는 반응은 적출된 쥐의 가슴대동맥 고리와 마취된 쥐를 이용하여 연구하였다. 생체 외 실험에서 타우린에 의한 혈관이완은, 페닐레프린으로 미리 수축시킨 혈관내피세포를 보존한 혈관고리에서 더 크게 나타났다. 타우린에 의한 혈관이완은 산화질소합성 억제제에 의해 억제되었다. 이 결과는 타우린에 의한 혈관내피성의존성 이완이 NO/cGMP 신호반응 또는 근육형질망을 통한 세포내 칼슘 분비의 억제에 의해 일어난다는 것을 보여준다. 주요어: 가슴대동맥, 산화질소, 타우린

        Thermal cycling 과 시효처리가 Glass-Ionomer수복재의 인장강도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 구강환경과 유사한 액상의 조건하에서의 온도변화가 광중합형 글래스아이오노머계 수복재의 인장강도에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해 대조군으로 2종의 재래형 glass ionomer를 선택하고 실험군으로 2종의 광중합형의 resin-modified glass ionomer와 2종의 polyacid-modified resin composite을 선택한 다음 수중에서의 thermal cycling과 시효처리를 행하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 글래스아이오노머 수복재의 인장강도를 측정한 결과, polyacid-modified resin composite, resin-modified glass ionomer 그리고 재래형 glass ionomer의 순으로 나타났다. 2. 인장강도는 30일간의 시효처리로 증가되는 경향을 보였다. 3. 재래형 glass ionomer 수복재의 인장강도는 thermal cycling 처리로 증가되는 경향을 보였으며, 37℃의 증류수 중에 1시간 침적한 군과 10,000회의 thermal cycling을 비교한 결과 유의한 차이로서 강도의 증가를 나타냈다(P<0.01). 4. thermal cycling 군의 인장강도는 DR군이 45.4MPa로 최대치를, FL군이 13.4MPa로 최소치를 나타냈으며, 각 군간의 통계적 유의성을 검증한 결과 polyacid-modified resin composite의 인장강도가 나머지 군과 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 5. 특성강도는 DR군이 48.6MPa로 가장 높은 강도치를 보였으나, Weibull 계수는 CG군이 8.9로 가장 높은 값을 보여 시험재료 중에서 가장 작은 강도의 분산을 나타냈다. This study was performed to evaluate the effect of aging and thermal cycling on the tensile strength of six commercially available glass-ionomer materials: two chemically set glass-ionomer materials(Fuji Ⅱ, fuji Ⅸ), two resin-modified glass-ionomer materials(Fuji Ⅱ LC, Vitremer), and two polyacid-modified composite resins(Compoglass, Dyract). Rectangular tension test specimens were fabricated in a teflon mold giving 5mm in gauge length and 2mm in thickness. All samples were divided into 3 groups. Group 1 was immersed in a 37℃ distilled water for 1 hour. Group 2 was immersed in a 37℃ distilled water for 30 days. Group 3 was subjected to 10,000 thermal cycles between 5℃ and 55℃, and the immersion time in each bath was 15 seconds per cycle. Tensile testing was carried out at a cross-head speed of 0.5mm/min and fracture surfaces were examined with scanning electron microscope. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. The polyacid-modified composite resins were stronger than the resin-modified glass-ionomer materials, which were much stronger than the conventional glass-ionomer materials. 2. Tensile strengths were slightly increased after aging treatments for 30days. 3. Tensile strengths of conventional glass ionomers were significantly increased after thermal cycling treatment(p<0.01). 4. The highest tensile strength value of 45.4MPa was observed in the Dyract group and the lowest value of 13.3MPa was observed in the Fuji Ⅱ LC group after the thermal cycling test, and the strengths of polyacid-modified composite groups were significantly higher than those of other groups. 5. The highest characteristic strength value of 48.6MPa was obtained in the Dyract group, however the highest Weibull modulus value of 8.9MPa was obtained in the Compoglass group after thermal cycling test.

        Socrates의 대화법과 학교 도덕교육

        오늘날 대부분의 학교 도덕교육은 주입식 교육의 방법을 버리고 학습자의 이성에 바탕을 두는 방법을 찾아 이를 적극 활용하고자 노력하고 있다. 학습자의 이성에 바탕을 두는 도덕교육의 방법은 여러 가지가 있다. 그 중에서 전통적으로 가장 오랫동안 사용되어 왔고 합리적 도덕관에 기초한 도덕교육 방법은 Socrates의 교육방법이다. Socrates의 교육방법은 대화로 이루어지기 때문에 흔히 대화법으로 불리고 있다. 종래의 교사 위주의 전통적 수업 방법과는 달리 Socrates의 대화법은 교사와 아동이 마음을 열고 대화함으로서 도덕교육이 그 목적으로 추구하고 있는 인격의 변화를 이루어낼 수 있는 길을 마련하고 있다. 본 연구는 Socrates의 대화법을 학교 도덕 교사들이 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 하는 관점에서 그 이론에 대한 설명과 실제 기술을 탐색하고 소개한다. The purpose of this study was to derive the method of moral education from Socratic dialogue. For this purpose, the study described a typical method of Socratic dialogue. It consists of following five steps. First, a teacher makes students state their own beliefs on the subject discussed. Second, he exposes the problem of their statements through a series of questions. Third, he makes students accept the position different from the previous one. Fourth, he makes students realize that the two positions are incompatible. Finally, he makes them leave the previous position. In the next, the study investigated several dialogical methods that can be used with regard to moral education in classroom situation. And then, the study examined the procedures of dialogical teaching that teachers can use easily in the classroom. They are ①introduction, ②deciding rules of dialogue, ③deciding the subject for dialogue, ④clarifying children's statements, ⑤writing the important contents of dialogue, ⑥justifying statements, ⑦conclusion. At the same time, the study searched for the criteria of evaluation for dialogue contents, which are soundness of values, consistency in beliefs, rationality, and superiority in comparison. Finally, the study discussed Socratic method in relation to the discrepancy between knowing and doing in moral learning.
