농축산식품산업 특수분류 기반 추정적격률을 이용한 모집단 추정

농림축산식품부는 2008년 조직개편을 통해 식품 정책에 대한 기능이 이관되어 보건복지부 등에 산재하여 있던 식품산업을 통합관리 하게 되었고, 1, 2, 3차 산업을 포괄한 종합 정책을 수립하고 있다. 최근 4차 산업혁명과 더불어 농축산식품산업에도 스마트팜, 푸드테크 등 새로운 사업개념이 등장하였다. 농림축산식품부는 4차산업에 적합한 정책을 수립하기 위해 농축식품산업의 사업체 규모를 정확히 추정하는 것이 필요하게 되었다. 농림축산식품부는 전방과 후방 산업의 연계분석을 통한 부가가치 산출과 농축산식품산업의 정확한 모집단을 추정하기 위해서 2017년부터 농축산식품산업 특수분류를 위해 연구하기 시작하였고 통계청으로부터 농축산식품 특수분류 승인을 받았다. 특수 분류를 기반으로 한 농축산식품산업의 모집단 추정은 매출액, 종사자 수 등 전 산업에서 차지하는 비중이 정책의 수립과 중요도에 많은 영향을 미치기 때문에 매우 중요하다. 본 논문은 농축산식품 특수분류와 한국표준산업분류에서의 추출된 표본을 이용하여 현재적격률을 산정하고 모집단을 추정하는 과정과 현재적격률을 보완하기 위한 추정적격률을 제안하여 보다 모집단을 잘 반영하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. Through reorganization in 2008, The ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs integrated management of the food industry by transferred functions which was scattered in the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and established comprehensive policies covering the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. In the agricultural industry sector, new business concepts such as smart farm and food tech have recently emerged alongside the fourth industrial revolution. In order for the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs to develop appropriate policies for the fourth industrial revolution, it is necessary to accurately estimate the size of agricultural and livestock-related businesses. In 2017, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs initiated research for the agriculture, livestock and food industry's special classification, which was approved by the National Statistical Office in 2020. The estimation of the agriculture, livestock and food industry's size based on special classification is crucial because it has a substantial impact on the formulation and significance of policies. In this paper, the appropriate rate was derived from samples extracted from the special classification and the Korean standard industrial classification. Proposed are a method for estimating the population of the agricultural and livestock food industry, as well as a method for calculating the appropriate rate that more accurately reflects the population than the method currently in use.

Purpose: To compare the clinical results of single-piece hydrophilic acrylic intraocular lenses (IOL) (Akreos AdaptTM, B&L) with those of three-piece hydrophobic acrylic IOL (Sensar?, AMO) after cataract surgery. Methods: This study was a prospective case-control study in which Akreos lenses were implanted for the experimental group and Sensar lenses were implanted for the control group. All surgical procedures were performed by the same surgeon. Best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), change of anterior chamber depth, degree of posterior capsule opacification (PCO), higher-order aberration, and contrast sensitivity (CS) were examined. Measurements were performed by masked examiners prior to the surgery and at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months, postoperatively. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in BCVA, CS or PCO between the two groups. The Refractive error was -0.17±0.67D in the experimental group and -0.02±0.41D in the control group at 6 months, postoperatively. During the first postoperative month, forward movement of both IOLs was detected. Afterward, both IOLs moved backwards until 6 months. Fourth-order spherical aberrations were significantly higher in the Akreos group (p<0.05) at 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months, postoperatively. Conclusions: The clinical results for Akreos IOL and Sensar IOL were similar in most aspects.

A 33-year-old woman visited the emergency department presenting with fever and dyspnea. She was pregnant with gestational age of 31 weeks and 6 days. She had dysuria for 7 days, and fever and dyspnea for 1 day. The vital signs were as follows: blood pressure 110/70 mmHg, heart rate 118 beats/minute, respiratory rate 28/minute, body temperature 38.7℃, and oxygen saturation by pulse oximetry 84% during inhalation of 5 liters of oxygen by nasal prongs. Crackles were heard over both lung fields. There were no signs of uterine contractions. Chest X-ray and chest computed tomography scan showed multiple consolidations and air bronchograms in both lungs. According to urinalysis, there was pyuria and microscopic hematuria. She was diagnosed with community-acquired pneumonia and urinary tract infection (UTI) that progressed to severe sepsis and acute respiratory failure. We found extended-spectrum beta-lactamase producing Escherichia coli in the blood culture and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus in the sputum culture. The patient was transferred to the intensive care unit with administration of antibiotics and supplementation of high-flow oxygen. On hospital day 2, hypoxemia was aggravated. She underwent endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation. After 3 hours, fetal distress was suspected. Under 100% fraction of inspired oxygen, her oxygen partial pressure was 87 mmHg in the arterial blood. She developed acute kidney injury and thrombocytopenia. We diagnosed her with multi-organ failure due to severe sepsis. After an emergent cesarean section, pneumonia, UTI, and other organ failures gradually recovered. The patient and baby were discharged soon thereafter.

Purpose: To compare the level of accuracy of intraocular pressure (IOP) measurements of a rebound tonometer (RT) Icare?, and non-contact tonometer (NCT), using Goldmann Applanation tonometer (GAT) as a reference to evaluate the influence of central corneal thickness (CCT) on IOP readings in the Korean population. Methods: In a prospective study of 273 eyes, IOP was measured with RT, GAT, and NCT and compared to CCT measurements. Patients were assigned to one of 3 groups based on IOP measurements of GAT and 1 of 2 groups based on CCT. The comparison of the IOP values of RT, GAT, and NCT was performed between the IOP and CCT groups, and the differences among tonometers were evaluated. Results: The RT showed statistically significant correlation with the GAT compared to the NCT. The CCT was related to RT measurements. The RT values compared to the GAT was underestimated in thin corneas and overestimated in thick corneas. Conclusions: There was a significant correlation between the RT and the GAT measurements compared with the NCT. However, RT is influenced by CCT and correlates less with GAT in low IOP ranges, suggesting that corneal thickness should be taken into consideration during such measurements. <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P><B>Rationale:</B></P><P>Surgically induced scleritis is a rare complication following ophthalmologic surgery such as cataract surgery, pterygium excision, strabismus surgery, and retinal detachment repair. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is the connective tissue disease most commonly associated with scleritis.</P><P><B>Patient concerns:</B></P><P>A 70-year-old woman visited our clinic with complaint of visual disturbance, ocular pain, and conjunctival injection in her right eye of 1 month's duration. She had a stable state of rheumatoid factor positive RA and had a history of multiple intravitreal injections placed in the symptomatic right eye due to age-related macular degeneration.</P><P><B>Diagnoses:</B></P><P>Anterior scleritis induced by multiple intravitreal injections.</P><P><B>Interventions:</B></P><P>Topical and systemic steroids were administered.</P><P><B>Outcomes:</B></P><P>Her symptoms and signs were relieved and no significant recurrence has been occurred with the maintenance of low dose oral steroid.</P><P><B>Lessons:</B></P><P>Surgically induced scleritis can also be induced by not only major surgical trauma but also by relatively minor trauma such as intravitreal injection (especially in patients who have connective tissue disease such as RA).</P>
Sildenafil Citrate 복용 후 성관계 뒤 발생한 양안 급성폐쇄각녹내장 1예

Purpose: The authors of the present study report a case of bilateral simultaneous acute angle closure glaucoma following sildenafil citrate-aided sexual intercourse. Case summary: A 63-year-old man visited the emergency department with sudden onset of bilateral ocular pain and blurred vision. The patient had taken 50 mg sildenafil citrate followed by sexual intercourse. His visual acuity on presentation was 0.3 in the right eye and 0.5 in the left eye. Intraocular pressure (IOP) was 54 mm Hg and 46 mm Hg in the right and left eye, respectively. Anterior chamber depths were shallow and angles were closed on gonioscopy in both eyes. The patient was treated with ocular hypotensive medication and subsequently managed with bilateral YAG laser peripheral iridotomies. During the 13 months of follow-up, there was no recurrent angle closure attack and IOPs were well-controlled. Conclusions: The mechanism of bilateral angle closure glaucoma caused by sildenafil citrate is not proven. Those who are predisposed towards developing angle-closure glaucoma may be at risk when having sexual intercourse aided by sildenafil citrate. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2011;52(9):1123-1127
