The authors explained the hypothesis that Moonjong of Lee's Dynasty maybe died by the unexplaining treatment of the Medical Officer named JeonSoonEu. Moonjong had very slight desease called swelling, but Medical Officer gave him very poisonous Pinellia ternata in Pheasant meat, So he suddenly died in the three year of reign means very short period among the Lee's Dynasty. Generally Pheasant like to eat Pinellia ternata during the Summer, So If one want to eat the Pheasant meat must waite till the winter. Because during the winter Pheasant can't found the Pinellia ternata, so Pheasant meat not toxic. ... Who is the orderer, are not yet reaveled instead of JeonSoonEu. One cann't give the confidence as a prime mover of JeonSoonEu, because he is only one of the Medical Officier. So one thinks that probably SeJo, the younger brother, one of the most powerful king during the Lee's Dynasty is the main suspecter. Sejo killed the nephew Danjong, Son and succesor of MoonJong, and catch the reins of government by 'coup d'etat’. If Sejo connect with the Moonjong's died, maybe he is the only one suverean who killed the two kings overall the Korean history.

전자선단층촬영 관상동맥석회화 정량분석과 관상동맥질환의 비교

목적 : 전자선단층촬영(EBT)으로 관찰이 가능한 관상동맥의 석회화병변을 정량화 하여 동맥경화성 관상동맥질환과 비교 분석하고 그 연관성을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 총 53명의 입원 및 외래환자들을 대상으로 EBT를 시행한 후 201Th 심근스캔, 운동부하 심전도검사, 또는 관상동맥조영술을 실시하여 관상동맥질환을 검사하였다. Kendos와 Rumberger에 의해 제안된 석회화수치환산표를 이용하여 EBT 검사결과를 Negative, Low risk, Moderate risk, high riks, very high risk group으로 구분하고 기존의 검사방법을 이용한 검사결과를 정상군, 무증상질환군, 유증상질환군으로 나누어 서로 비교하였다. 결과 : 정상군에서 관상동맥석회수치검사상 negative group이 26명(76%), low risk group이 4명(12%), moderate risk group과 high risk group이 각각 2명(6%)이었고 무증상질환군에서는 High risk group이 1명(33%), very high risk group이 2명(66%)이었다. 또한 유증상질환군에서는 very high risk group이 7명(44%), high risk group이 4명(25%), moderate risk group이 1명(6%), low risk group이 3명(19%), negative group이 1명(6%)으로 비교적 다양한 분포를 보였다. moderate risk group이하와 그 초과 group들을 묶어 크게 두 집단으로 나누고 정상군과 무증상질환군을 비교한 결과 민감도는 100%였고 특이도는 94%였다. 또한 정상군과 질환군을 비교할 경우 민감도는 74%이고 특이도는 94%였다. 결론 : EBT를 이용한 관상동맥석회화검사는 정상군과 무증상질환군을 구분함으로써 동맥경화성관상동맥질환의 조기발견에 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다. 그러나 더 많은 환자를 대상으로 한 연구가 지속되어야 하겠다. To analyze the relationship between the presence of obstructive coronary arterial disease and the Electron-beam tomographic coronary calcium quantitation, we have examined 53 patients with EBT scan and conventional studies such as 201Th-MIBI scan, exercise-stress EKG and coronary angiography. We divided the coronary calcium values into 5 groups according to Kondos-Rumberger recommendation (unpublished data) and compared them with the results of conventional studies for coronary arterial disease. As results, we could find that normal patients (94%) distributed in groups below moderate risk group, and all asymptomatic positive patients were included in high and very high risk groups. Although larger portion of symptomatic positive patients (69%) were in very high and high risk groups, the distribution was quite broad. Due to the limitation in patient number, statistical data analysis was not performed. However, by combining five coronary calcium score groups into two groups, we carried out two-by-two table analysis. The result was then compared with (1) normal and asymptomatic positive group, and (2) normal and disease-positive group. In these analyses the sensitivity for asymptomatic positive group was 100% and the specificity was 94%. The sensitivity for disease-positive group was 74% and the specificity was 94%. In conclusion, EBT coronary calcium quantitation was useful to differentiate asymptomatic positive patients from normal one and subsequently was valuable in early diagnosis of atherosclerotic coronary areterial disease. However, more-extensive study will be indispensible to acquire more definite result.

조구등(釣鉤藤)의 4-VO로 유발한 흰쥐뇌허혈에 대한 신경방어효과

Uncariae Ramulus et Uncus(UR, ???) has sweet in flavour and slightly cold in property, acting on the liver and pericardium channels. This drug was described in a medical classic as having the ability to remove "heat", check hyperfunction of the liver and relieve dizziness, tremors, and convulsion, and subdue "endogenous wind". So this study was planned to check the neuroprotective effect of UR on the global ischemia induced by 4-vessel occlusion in Wistar rats. and UR extract was lyophilized after extraction with 70% methanol. We induced 4-vessel occlusion for 10 minutes and reperfused again. The number of CA1 pyramidal neurons were counted after 7 days of reperfusion under the cresyl violet staining. In 4-VO ischemia model, UR showed significantly neuroprotective effects(1,000 and 500 ㎎/㎏ of UR extracts, p<0.05) compared with control group. Each neuroprotective ratio was about 23.0%, 19.0% respectively. Consequently, Uncariae Ramulus et Uncus has neuroprotective effects on the global ischermia induced by 4-vessel occlusion in Wistar rats. So we expect that Uncariae Ramulus et Uncus can be used as a drug for neurodegenerative disease.

공개키 기반 구조에서의 고속 인증 경로 탐색 서버의 설계 및 구현

In the field of secure information systems including electronic commerces, public key infrastructure(PKI) is widely used for secure services. The more PKI domains are established, the more needs are required for cross-domain certifications. Furthermore, each country has many certificate authorities(CA) which require more complex cross certification. We may need a fast algorithm in order to find the possible certification paths. This will be more indispensible in the growing PKI systems. We designed and implemented the high-speed certification path discovery algorithm. Also, we investigated the feature of operation of the system.

銀 활성탄소의 오존분해능에 관한 연구

Silver impregnated active carbon (SIAC) is amorphous and its intraparticle pores are well developed. It has high adsorption capacity and catalytic adsorption effect for Ozone gas and air polutants. We are concerned the following results. 1. SIAC have a powerful adsorption capacity for Ozone gas in physical and catalytic chemi-sorption effects, but its capacities are proportional to impregnated Silver amounts. 2. The oxidation state of Silver and its IR-spectrum after treated through Ozone are compared with original samples. 3. Ozone decomposition capacity of SIAC are about half of commercial Ozone decomposition catalyzer. 4. Reuseability of SIAC with thermal process will be physical capacity only available.

杜仲과 木瓜의 混合 煎湯液이 흰쥐의 卵巢摘出로 유발한 骨多孔症에 미치는 影響

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of Eucommiae Cortex and Chaenomelis Fructus on the aged ovariectomized rat, similar model with postmenopausal osteoporosis. The results of the experiment are as follows, 1. The body weight in OVX/ECCF group showed a increase.. 2. The level of S-AST and S-ALT in OVX/ECCF group significantly reduced. 3. Urinary volume and creatinine in OVX/ECCF group reduced.. The level of urinary deoxypyridinoline in OVX/ECCF group fignificantly reduced. According to the above results, this experiment indicates that OVX/ECCF group stimulated born formation and diminished the loss of born marrow, then recovered the failure of liver function on ovariectomized rat. In conclusion, an extract of Eucommiae Cortex and Chaenomelis Fructus showed preventive and curing effects in treating osteoporosis of ovariectomized rats. This result suggests that it can be used in preventing senile and postmenopausal osteoporosis. As for its effects, continuous clinical study is needed.

정보화시대의 공동체 : 정보화의 진전과 기업·소비자 관계 변화를 중심으로

In this study, we questioned about the possibility of the formation of the new community like relationship at the market on the contrary to the traditional market relationship. We conjectured that kind of new community like relationship may possibly arise because of wide spread of new information technology at market behavior of both consumer and producer side. Traditional buyer-seller relationship was characterized as an anonymous one-shot relationship, however, recent changes were mainly emphasized the rich mutual interactions from both sides. Producers needs more consumer side informations as well as consumers begin to participate on production side at more organized level. Some theoretical studies predict that more rich social relationship will appear at the market since the adoption and wide spread of new information technology. We assume that main functions and ingredients of the community are first, the coordination mechanism which reduces conflicts among community members and second, functional efficiency which meets the common needs of community and third, communicational rationality which enhances the integrity of community members. We surveyed about 100 small and medium sized firms located at Pusan and Kyung-Nam area in order to find out whether firms have community like relationship with their consumers. We fine that most of firms realize the impotance of consumer networks, however most of firms consider this kind of network as a marketing strategy and a source of product design instead of more community oriented characteristics like mutual trust building and social interactions.

산모혈과 제대혈에서 연농도에 관한 조사

This study was conducted to evaluate the blood lead levels in 141 pregnant women who were not occupationally exposed to lead and their umbilical cord, and to identify some differences in blood lead levels by living area. The subjects were all delivered at St. Benedict Hospital in Pusan and the blood lead levels were measured by graphite furance atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The summarized results were as follows. 1. The geometric mean lead levels in maternal and cord blood were 8.0±1.8μg/dl, 5.0±0.6μg/dl respectively. 2. Lead levels in maternal(8.7±1.7μg/dl) and cord blood(5.4μ±0.7μg/dl) of industrial area(n=24) were higher than residential area(n=124) which were 7.9±1.7μg/dl and 5.0±0.6μg/dl respectively(p<0.05). 3. Maternal blood lead concentration was significantly correlated to cord blood lead concentration(r=0.6090, p<0.001), but other variables(maternal age, paternal smoking, birth weight, etc) were not correlated.

러시아 농업과학기술 연구기관과 운영체체의 변화

This work is dedicated to main directions of Agricultural science policy of Russia during the transition to the market economy. In this study, Russian R&D system, R&D expenditure and structure of research institutes were introduced. Especially, Studies on organizations such as RFBR : Russian Foundation for Basic Research, RFTD : Russian Fund for Technological Development, Russian Foundation for Promotion of Small Enterprises in S&T, FPP : Fund for presidential Programs, SRC : State Research Center, ISTC : International Science & Technology Center were carried out. Analysis of the problems of Agricultural Science sector of Russia shows the situation is very complicated. Despite all efforts of Government, the national institutes is still in crisis. It is clear today that without energetic and intelligent reforms, it would be impossible to implement resonable reorganization of Agricultural sector and have to strong and deserved science and technical sector in Russia.
