        요구원 후기시의 탈원근법적 주체와 시각의 형이상학

        The Kyuwon Oh’s later poems, so called a ‘raw image poetry’ are based on a new alternative visual regime as a challenge to the anthropocentric perspective regime. The post-anthropocentricism of Kyuwon Oh’s poems proceeds from a denial of signifying or naming subject and such a subject-centered language. So the raw image poetry cannot but make into question not only a notion sticked to a language but also a notion sticked to a view. In this question, the main issue is a perspective hypothesis which establish a basis of subjectivity and rationality in anthropocentricism. Thus the raw image suggested by Kyuwon Oh is not a phenomenon of things in the raw, but an alternative hypothesis, that is a language of post-perspective vision against the conventionalized hypothesis sticked to things, This paper examines in reference to the post-perspective vision, the methodology of the raw image poetry which aims to make a language in contact to phenomenon of things by an innovation of perception. Therefore this paper would demonstrate that the keys to methodology of the raw image poetry are the post-perspective vision by analyzing in detail three points of writing poetry, ⑴ to make an another visual notion by eliminating a perspective depth, ⑵ to rearrange a routine visibility by reversing the principles of forms and backgrounds, ⑶ to create a metaphysical vision by realizing a frame-internal subject. It brings us a new ability of vision to see the things which are assigned to the invisible. The new ability of vision provides a ‘metaphysics of vision’ which visualizes a metaphysical longing for infinities of the world. The metaphysics of vision is considered as a kind of artistic utopia to overcome a problematic modernity in the society of fetishism. The raw image poetics of Kyuwon Oh can be appreciated in terms of a denial of perspective regime which establish a basis of subjectivity and rationality and a creation of metaphysical vision as counterplans for the perspective regime.

      • Combustion characteristics of gaseous inverse O<sub>2</sub>/H<sub>2</sub> coaxial jet flames in a single-element model combustor

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>To effectively design hydrogen (H<SUB>2</SUB>)/oxygen (O<SUB>2</SUB>) liquid rocket engines through understanding the combustion characteristics of H<SUB>2</SUB>/O<SUB>2</SUB> bipropellants, fundamental studies for the bipropellants in different phases are needed. This study is focused on the combustion characteristics of inverse gaseous O<SUB>2</SUB>/H<SUB>2</SUB> coaxial jet flames in a single-element model combustor as a preliminary step for succeeding studies of injection at different phases in the combustor, visualizing flame structure by direct imaging, OH<SUP>∗</SUP> chemiluminescence and OH planar laser-induced fluorescence. With increasing Reynolds number (Re), the frequency of occurrence of the local flame extinction increases and the length of the disconnected OH reaction zone is extended. The OH layer thickness increases downstream, while it is almost constant where the local flame extinction occurs and decreases with increasing Re due to the enhanced strain and scalar-dissipation rates. The excessive flame wrinkledness increases the local flame strain rate and results in the local flame extinction, exhibiting the tendency of increasing and then decreasing flame surface density with increasing Re. The probability density function of OH intensity quantifies the fluctuation intensity of OH radicals and the possibility of the local flame extinction. A useful database is provided for modeling the combustion of H<SUB>2</SUB>/O<SUB>2</SUB> bipropellants under different phases.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> A useful database for modeling the H<SUB>2</SUB>/O<SUB>2</SUB> bipropellant combustion is provided. </LI> <LI> Local flame extinction frequently occurs at high Reynolds number (<I>Re</I>). </LI> <LI> OH probability density function indicates the possibility of local extinction. </LI> <LI> Flame surface density increases and then decreases with increasing <I>Re</I>. </LI> <LI> Strong burning of O<SUB>2</SUB>/H<SUB>2</SUB> causes laminar-like combustion near the injector lip. </LI> </UL> </P>

        Diabetic complication is one of major risk factors leading to vascular disease Such as atherosclerosis stroke, coronary heart disease and etc Several factors affecting the acceleration of diabetic vascular complication have been known such as hypertension hyperlipidemia, immune complex and genetic factors To screen and develop new therapeutics agents for diabetic vascular complication, it is strongly needed to develop animal models for diabetic complications However in rodents models, diabetic complications is not well developed Furthermore to asses¢ the possibility of new therapeutics for diabetic vascular complications, diabetic animal models which have the risk factors of diabetic complications is needed We aim to develop and establish an diabetic animal model which have diabetic complications with hyperlipidemia which is one of risk factors for diabetic complications We induced insulin-dependent diabetes by intra venous injection of streptozotocin (35 mg/kg/day) in RICO rats which is a spontaneous animal model for hyperlipidemia Our models (STZ RICO) showed hyperglycemia, persistent high level of plasma cholesterol and triglyceridemia with severe diabetic renal changes until 28 weeks after induction of diabetes STZ-RICO rats could be used for the evaluations of newly developed diabetic drugs.

        Analysis of KAP1 expression patterns and human endogenous retrovirus Env proteins in ovarian cancer

        Background Human endogenous retroviruses (HERVs) constitute around 8% of the human genome and have important roles in human health and disease, including cancers. Previous studies showed that HERV envelope (Env) proteins are highly expressed in cancer tissues and co-related with cancer progression. KAP1 has been reported to play a key role in regulating retrotransposons, including HERV-K, through epigenetic silencing. Objective The relationship between KAP-1 and HERV Envs expressions was analyzed only in tumor cell lines and has not yet been studied in cancer tissues. In this study, we analyzed the expression patterns and relationship between KAP1 and HERV Env proteins in ovarian cancer tissues. Method The expression patterns of KAP-1 and HERV Env proteins, including HERV-K and HERV-R, were analyzed in ovarian cancer tissue microarrays that contained 80 surgical specimens, including normal ovary and malignant ovarian cancers. Results The expression of HERV-R Env and KAP1 proteins is signifcantly higher in ovarian cancer compared with normal ovary tissues. However, the expression of HERV-K Env did not change signifcantly in cancer tissues. The expression patterns of HERV-K Env and HERV-R Env signifcantly increased in early stages of cancer and KAP1 expression was higher in certain stage and types of cancers. However, the expression of HERV-K Env, HERV-R Env, and KAP1 did not change in diferent age groups. The correlation between the expression of KAP1 and HERV-Env, including HERV-K and HERV-R, was not signifcantly correlated. Conclusions The results of this study showed that there was no signifcant correlation between the expression of KAP1 and HERV Env proteins in ovarian cancer tissues, unlike studies with cell lines in vitro. These results suggest that the actual expression of HERV Env proteins in ovarian cancer tissues may be regulated through various complex factors as well as KAP1.

Proceedings of International Symposium on East-West Medicine, Seoul. 201-211, 1999. -Nephroprotective effects of a crude drug-prearation (E-kong-san) were determined from cisplatin on rabbit kidney proximal tubule and human renal cortical cells by MTT assays and sustained glucose consumption on ciplatin-induced human renal cortical tissue. Levels of creatinine and blood ure nitrogen(BUN) in serum after administration of cisplatin(0.75mg/kg,i.p.) to E-kong-san(0.75g/kg/day,p.o.)-pretreated rats were markedly lower compared to those of cisplatin-treated rats. Moreover, the administration of E-kong-san significantly inhibited the loss of body weight of cisplatin injected rts. These findings suggest that E-kong-san on the cisplatin induced nephrotoxicity led us to investigate whether the effect of this water extract was a result of anti-oxidation. E-kong-san showed strong free radical scavenger activities on 1,1-dipheny1-2picrylhydrazil(DPPH) radical and xanthine/xanthine oxidase(XOD) generated superoxide anion radical(O2-). We further studied the effects of E-kong-san on lipid peroxidation in rat liver microsomes induced by enzymatic and nonenzymatic methods. E-kong-san exhibited significant inhibition on both ascorbic acid/Fe2+and ADP/NADPH/Fe3+ induced lipid peroxidation in rat liver microsomes. Based on these results, we suggest that-E-kong-san attenuate the cisplatin induced cytotoxicity and its mechanism can be eplained by antioxidant.

        Association of 20 potential ATP2B1‐interacting genes with blood pressure in Koreans

        Plasma membrane calcium‐transporting ATPase 1 (ATP2B1)is associated significantly with blood pressure in Caucasians and Asians. ATP2B1 regulates calcium homeostasis and belongs to the P‐type calcium pump family; several studies have identified diverse proteins that bind to ATP2B1. We hypothesized that ATP2B1 regulates blood pressure through ATP2B1‐interacting genes. To this end, 20 potential ATP2B1‐interacting genes were selected, 197 SNPs of which were analyzed for their association of systolic and diastolic blood pressure. These 20 genes were categorized into 2 groups: ATP2B1‐binding genes and ATP2B1‐cleaving calpain family members. Three ATP2B1‐binding genes (CALM1, NOS1, and PDLIM1)were associated with blood pressure, and a SNP in CALM1(rs2401887) generated the strongest association signal (beta=‐3.60±0.92, p=8.9×10^(‐5) for systolic blood pressure and beta=‐1.40±0.62, p=0.02 for diastolic blood pressure). Of the calpain family members, 3 genes (CAPN6, CAPN9, and CAPN10)were associated with blood pressure, and the CAPN10 SNP rs4676348 yielded the strongest association signal (beta=‐0.88±0.27, p=0.001 for systolic blood pressure and beta=‐0.58±0.18, p=0.015 for diastolic blood pressure). Further, the interaction of CALM1 to ATP2B1 was examined using the blood pressure of individuals who carried both variants of CALM1and ATP2B1 genes. Similarly the interaction of CAPN10 to ATP2B1 was also examined. The CALM1 variant (rs2401887)and CAPN10 variants (rs4676348) appear to decrease blood pressure further in addition to the decrease by the variant (rs17249754) of ATP2B1, which suggests that ATP2B1 might regulate blood pressure through the ATP2B1‐interacting genes CALM1 and CAPN10.

        일반논문 : 일실된 『姜氏甘藷譜』에 대하여 -자료소개 및 그 실학사적 의의-

        『강씨감저보』는 현재 그 실물이 일실(逸失)된 것으로 전해진다. 그러나 이 책은 일실된 것이 아니고, 연경재 성해응(成海應; 1760~1839)이 지은 『연경재서종(硏經齋書種)』이라는 책 뒤에 『감저보(甘藷譜)』라는 이름으로 부록되어 현전(現傳)한다. 그러므로 이 책은 독립된 한 권의 책으로 존재하는 것이 아니라, 부록으로 전해진 셈이다.『감저보』는 강필교(姜必敎; 1722~1798)가 편집(編輯)한 것으로 되어 있다. 강필교는 동래부사를 지낸 강필리(姜必履; 1713~1767)의 친동생이다. 동생 강필교는 형님 강필리가 생전에 일본사람들에서 구입한 『감저종식방』을 참고하여 만든 『저보(藷譜)』라는 책을 저본(底本)삼아, 『감저보』라는 새로운 책을 편찬한 바, 이것을 후대 사람들이 강씨형제가 공동으로 지은 책이라는 뜻으로 『강씨감저보』라고 일컬은 것으로 짐작된다. 강필리가 지은 『저보』라는 책이 현존하지 않아 단언하기는 어렵지만, 동생 강필교의 『감저보』를 통해 이 책의 내용은 대략 짐작할 수 있는 바, 이 책은 고안고(故案考), 속록고(續錄考), 기문고(記聞考), 험시고(驗試考), 부록언해(附錄諺解) 등으로 나누어져 있다. 동생 강필교는 형님 강필리의 이 『저보』를 중심으로 여기에다 자신의 감저종식방법을 보완하여 좀 더 완벽한 감저[고구마] 재배방법을 기술하고자 하였던 바, 그는 이 『감저보』를 고실고(故實考), 속록고, 기문고, 험시고, 부록언해 등으로 체재를 나누어 설명하였다. ‘고안고’를 ‘고실고’로 바꾼 것을 제외하고는 강필리의 『저보』와 꼭 같은 이름으로 그 편차가 이루어져 있는 셈이다. 선종한(宣宗漢)·김장순(金長淳) 공저의 『감저신보(甘藷新譜: 일명 『金氏甘藷譜』)』는 강필리의 『저보』에 나온 감저종식방법이 오류가 많아 이를 바로잡기 위해 새로운 감저재배서를 만들었다고 한 바 있다. 실제로 『김씨감저보』는 「강씨감저보변와(姜氏甘藷譜辯訛)」라는 항목을 두어 강필리가 지은 『저보』의 잘못된 점을 하나하나 지적하고 있는 바, 선종한과 김장순은 이 『저보』를 『강씨감저보』라고 생각한 것이다. 그러나 이는 일본사람들이 전해준 감저종식방을 토대로 만든 강필리의 『저보』일 뿐, 강필교가 다시 수정보완한 『감저보』(일명 『강씨감저보』)를 말한 것은 아닌 것으로 생각된다. 따라서 오늘날 우리들이 일실된 것으로 알고 있는 『강씨감저보』는 바로 강필교가 작고한 형님의 『저보』를 저본삼아 다시 수정보완한 『감저보』를 말하는 것으로 보아야 한다. 결국 『강씨감저보』는 강필리·강필교 형제의 공동저서인 셈이다. 『강씨감저보』는 우리나라 고구마 재배서의 원조인 점에서 무엇보다 중요하게 거론되어져야 한다. 이 책의 뒤를 이어 만들어진 모든 감저재배서, 즉 서호수(徐浩修)의 『감저조(甘藷條)』(1799), 김장순·선종한의 『김씨감저보(감저신보)』(1813), 서경창(徐慶昌)의 『종저방(種藷方)』(1813)과 『감저경장설(甘藷耕藏說)』(1813), 조성묵(趙性默)의 『종감저법(種甘藷法)』(1832), 서유구(徐有구)의 『종저보(種藷譜)』(1834)들이 모두 이 『강씨감저보』의 재배경험을 기반하여 만들어진 것인 바, 우리의 농학사에서 차지하는 이 책의 의의는 그 어떤 저서보다 중요하다고 생각된다. 『Kang`s Sweet Potato Book(姜氏甘藷譜)』 is told to this day that the genuine article is lost. However, the book is not lost. It is in existence as the appendix, titled 『Sweet Potato Book(甘藷譜)』, to the 『Yeonkyungjae Seojong(硏經齋書種)』 written by Yeonkyungjae Seong, Hae-Eung(成海應; 1760~1839). Therefore this book is not an independent book, but has been passed down as an appendix. 『Sweet Potato Book(甘藷譜)』 is said to be edited by Kang, Pill-Kyo(姜必敎; 1722~1798). Kang, Pill-Kyo is a brother of Kang, Pill-Lee(姜必履; 1713~1767), who served as the ward head of Dong-nae. Kang, Pill-Lee wrote 『Potato Book (藷譜)』 using 『Gamjeojongsikbang(甘藷種植方)』 he had bought from Japanese. And his younger brother Kang, Pill-Kyo wrote the new book 『Sweet Potato Book(甘藷譜)』 based on his older brother`s. It is thought to be called 『Kang`s Sweet Potato Book(姜氏甘藷譜)』 by future generations meaning that the Kang brothers are the co-authors. Because 『Potato Book (藷譜)』 is not in existence we cannot assure though, guessing from the younger brother Kang, Pill-Kyo`s 『Sweet Potato Book(甘藷譜),』 『Potato Book (藷譜)』 is consisted of 「Goango(故案考)」, 「Soklocgo(續錄考)」, 「Kimungo(記聞考)」, 「Humsigo(驗試考)」 and 「Bulockunhae (附錄諺解)」. Kang, Pill-Kyo pursued to supplement his older brother`s 『Potato Book (藷譜)』 with his own seeds gathering method. So he systematized 『Sweet Potato Book(甘藷譜)』 as 「Kosilgo(故實考)」, 「Soklocgo」, 「Kimungo」, 「Humsigo」 and 「Bulockunhae」. The contents and their order are the same as Kang, Pill-Lee`s 『Potato Book (藷譜)』 except switching 「Goango(故案考)」 with 「Kosilgo(故實考)」. Seon, Jong-Han(宣宗漢) and Kim, Jang-Soon(金長淳) co-wrote 『Sweet Potato New Book(甘藷新譜: so-called 『Kim`s Sweet Potato Book(金氏甘藷譜)』 and it aimed to correct the mistakes in sweet potato seeds gathering method presented in Kang, Pill-Lee`s 『Potato Book (藷譜)』. 『Kim`s Sweet Potato Book(金氏甘藷譜)』 has an item titled 「Kang`s Sweet Potato Book Corrections(姜氏甘藷譜辯訛)」 and points out mistakes one by one from Kang, Pill-Lee`s 『Potato Book (藷譜)』. Seon, Jong-Han(宣宗漢) and Kim, Jang-Soon(金長淳) seem to have thought this 『Potato Book (藷譜)』 as 『Kang`s Sweet Potato Book(姜氏甘藷譜)』. However, it was only Kang, Pill-Lee`s 『Potato Book (藷譜)』, which was based on the 『Gamjeojongsikbang』 he had bought from Japanese, not the 『Sweet Potato Book(甘藷譜)』(so-called 『Kang’s Sweet Potato Book(姜氏甘藷譜)』). Hence, 『Kang`s Sweet Potato Book(姜氏甘藷譜)』, which is thought to be lost, seems to be Kang, Pill-Kyo`s 『Sweet Potato Book(甘藷譜)』 which was corrected and complemented from his older brother`s 『Potato Book (藷譜)』. Consequently, Kang, Pill-Lee and Kang, Pill-Kyo bothers are the co-authors of 『Kang`s Sweet Potato Book(姜氏甘藷譜)』. 『Kang`s Sweet Potato Book(姜氏甘藷譜)』 is very important as the originator of sweet potato book in Korea. All following sweet potato books such as Seo, Ho-Soo(徐浩修)`s 『Sweet Potato Article(甘藷條)』(1799), Seon, Jong-Han(宣宗漢) and Kim, Jang-Soon(金長淳)`s 『Kim`s Sweet Potato Book(金氏甘藷譜)』(1813), Seo, Kyung-Chang`s(徐慶昌) 『Jonggebang (種藷方)』(1813), 『Kamgekyunggjangsul(甘藷耕藏說)』(1813), Cho, Seong- Mook(趙性默)`s 『Jongkamgepub(種甘藷法)』, Seo, Yoo-Gu(徐有구)`s 『Seed Potato Book(種藷譜)』(1834) are based on the growing experience from this Kang`s 『Sweet Potato Book(姜氏甘藷譜)』. The significance of this book in Korean agricultural history is foremost among other books.

        대학 무용수의 자기관리가 무용자신감과 공연수행만족에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of self management of university students majoring in dance. Using a purposive sampling method, the survey was conducted to 280 of university students majoring dance in Seoul and Kyung-gi Province. The collected data was statistically processed by exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach"s test, frequency analysis, correlation α analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0. The results of the analysis can be summarized as the following. First, the self management of University students majoring dance influenced on dance confidence significantly. Second, the self management of University students majoring dance influenced on dance performance satisfaction significantly. third, The dance confidence of University students majoring dance influenced on dance performance satisfaction significantly. These findings can be referred as practical data for dancers and coaches in fields of dance to improve the dance performance satisfaction.

        영남권 민요의 전승과 특질 연구 : 전이지역을 중심으로 on the point of transition area

        Traditional folk-song of Yungnam province is classified in six ranges and has seven transition area. This paper is prepared to study transmission and qualities of these transition area's folk-song. As a result, I could got as following; For example, the transition area of between the west of Kyung-Book province and of Kyung-Nam province has special qualities in the field of between Buddhism and Confucianism, Man and woman, mountain and plain. The representative folk-song are <Eusayong> and <a pallbearers' dirge> and <Bacmeneunsori>. This is for the mutual assistance or keep away from competition of each others. And This is similar phenomenon in other transition area. The transition area of between the west and south of Kyung-Nam province has mixing culture on the mountain and plain. And the <Yong-he-ya>-barley threshing song- is from the dynasty of Gaya. The transition area of between the north center and east of Kyung-Book province is special on the point of rice-planting song which is related with the worship of the god of the earth and with the closed style in sing a song.(Pusan University of Foreign Studies)
