        광에너지 총량에 따른 광중합 콤포짓트레진과 콤포머의 중합도에 관한 연구

        Dental composite resin is filler added, particle reinforced composite material, and the usage range had been enlarged in the posterior restoration through improvement of physical properties. Recently, resin modified glassionomer and compomer are used for various purposes. The degree of polymerization of cross-liked polymer has great importance in determining the mechanical properties and clinical availability of materials. Residual carbon-carbon double bonds have been implicated in causing reduced wear resistance, strength and color stability. The degree of polymerization is an important factor for longevity of a restoration. However the higher the degree of polymerization in resin composites, the higher the shrinkage will result. It has been elucidated that the degree of polymerization was significantly affected by the intensity of the curing light, wavelength of light and irradiation time. In this experiment, 16 kinds of restorative materials such as five kinds of universal composite resin, five kinds of condensable composite resin, two kinds of flowable composite resin, and four kinds of compomer were used. This study examined the effect of light intensity and irradiation time on the polymerization behavior such as the heat release during polymerization and the rate of polymerization by DSC (differential scanning calorimeter), and the degree of double bond conversion by FT-IR. With DSC, the irradiation modes were three different light intensity of 300, 400, 600 ㎽/㎠ and for 40 seconds. With FT-IR, the levels of irradiation energy were 1,500, 40,000, 8,000, 16,000 and 24,000 mJ/㎠ by combining the light intensity of 300, 400, 600 ㎽/㎠ and irradiation time of 5, 10, 20 and 40 seconds. From this experiment, The following results were obtained : 1.In the DSC result, heat of polymerization of composite resin was 23.22∼55.17J/gram and exothermic energy of compomer was 26.50∼52.68 J/gram 2.At the isothermal condition of 27℃, there were exothermal peaks at 40.812∼44.724 seconds from the start of irradiation. The percentage of polymerization by released heat was 19.12∼49.44% after 18 seconds, 37.23∼82.07% after 36 seconds, and 93.57∼98.53% after 54 seconds from the start of irradiation. 3.From FT-IR, the degree of polymerization of composite resin was 17.17∼60.91% and that of compomer was 7.74∼40.82%, and the degree of final conversion was influenced by the kinds of restorative materials and the irradiation energy(p<0.01). 4.As the irradiation energy was increased from 1,500 mJ/㎠ to 16,000 mJ/㎠, the degree of conversion was increased also. However, the degree of final conversion was no significant differences with the irradiation energy of 24,000 mJ/㎠ and 16,000 mJ/㎠(p>0.05). The wavenumber of absorbance peak of aromatic double bond was similar regardless of the restorative materials, and appeared around 1606.67∼1610.67 cm-1. The absorbance peak of aliphatic double bond appeared around 1636.64∼1638.52 cm-1 from FT-IR.

        This experiment was studied to examine the effect of cutting time, mulching materials and soil water contents on field establishment of hardwood cutting of 'Sunaga Wase' peach. The most adequate time for hardwood cutting was found to be from early February to middle February, transplanting on mid to late March showed higher field establishment. Therefore the sooner cutting, the better field establishment. Black and clear-black-stripe polyethylene film showed higher field establishment because mulching materials at transplanting time play a important role to control the changes of soil temperature and moisture contents affecting field establishment.

        The method of the Pretreatment with hydrogen peroxide and ammonia was investigated as a means of fractionating waste newspaper. The main feature of this process is pumping ammonia water into a packed­bed 2 reactor after the prereaction of newspaper with hydrogen peroxide. To increase the enzymatic digestibility of treated newspaper, the effect of temperature was studied. The extent of delignification was not dependent on the temperature significantly. The cellulose content, however, was increased. The enzymatic digestibility of the newspapers which were pretreated at 170-170℃ of reaction temperature was substantially higher than that of untreated newspaper.

        한국 전통담장 및 화계조성 사례 연구 : 상명대 도서관 중정을 중심으로 Base on the Gardening of Sang Myung University Library court

        Many studies have been conducted under the grand title as modernization of traditional landscape archit-ectures and there is also growing number of sites where the techniques of traditional landscape architecture have actually been tried. But conventional studies concentrated mainly in theoretical studies of "Kotdam(beautiful wall)", due to its title and scarcity. The studied on the detailed construction methods have been neglected. And what is worse, the wall usually is implamented by the architectural drawing. In the case, due to increase in ghe expenses, the building companies either reduce the size or substituted it with different structures. Thus, in the study, though stuctural issues may be solved with modern methods, it focused on expression of traditional pattern for architectural value and used tile type attaching method which resulted in signif-icant reduction of costs. As a result of the study, efficient way to build traditional pattern of Kotdom is suggested in attaching concept figure, standard model and standard Pumseom(quantity manpower spent per unit).

        미소중력장에서의 연소특성 연구

        The transient soot distributions within the region bounded by the droplet surface and the flame were measured using a full-field light extinction technique and subsequent tomographic inversion using Abel transforms. The soot volume fraction results for n-heptane droplets represent the first quantitative assessment of the degree of sooting for isolated droplets burning under microgravity condition. The absence of buoyancy(which produces longer residence times) and the effects of thermophoresis produce a situation in which a significant concentration of soot is produced and accumulated into a soot-cloud. Results indicate that indeed the soot concentration within the microgravity droplet flames(with maximum soot volume fractions as high as ~60ppm) are significantly higher than corresponding values that are reports for normal-gravity flames. This increase is likely due to longer residence times and thermophoretic effects that manifested under microgravity conditions.

        전신적인 피부병변으로 발현한 모세포성 NK세포 림프종 1예

        저자들은 다른 장기의 침범 없이 전신적인 피부 병변만으로 발현한 모세포성 NK세포 림프종 1예를 국내에서 처음으로 경험하였기에 이를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Reports of blastic natural killer (NK)-cell lymphoma are rare. In previous reports, primary cutaneous blastic NK-cell lymphomas were even rarer. In asian patients, most CD56+ lymphomas are classified as nasal type extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma and mostly associated with the presence of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and have an aggressive clinical course. Few cases of blastic NK-cell lymphoma were reported previously in Korea but there was report about blastic NK-cell lymphoma initially presented as disseminated skin lesions without any other organ involvement. We report such a young patient who was treated by systemic chemotherapy.

        3관능성 BPA-3MA를 기질로한 광중합형 치면열구전색재의 물성 연구

        The BPA-3MA(bisphenol-A trimethacrylate) in which one of two hydroxy group was substituted by methacrylate was synthesized by reaction of Bis-GMA with methacryloyl chloride. To investigate the possibility to apply BPA-3MA as matrix of composite resin or pit and fissure sealant, BPA-3MA(3MA) or Bis-GMA(GMA) as matrix, TEGDMA as diluent, CQ as photosensitizer, EDMAB as photoinitiator and 5㎛ pyrogenic silica as filler were used for making experimental sealants. In addition, these experimental sealants were compared to a commercial Concise L/C White sealant(CLW, 3M Co, U.S.A.) for flexural strength, diametral tensile strength, amount of abrasion, surface hardness, water sorption and solubility, and degree of conversion. The flexural strength of CLW was the highest value but there was not significant difference with 3MA. Diametral tensile strength of all 3 groups were similar(p>0.05) and the amounts of abrasion of 3MA and GMA were less than that of CLW(p<0.05). The surface hardness of 3MA was higher than that of GMA(p<0.05) but similar to that of CLW. The water sorption of 3MA was less than that of GMA and CLW(p<0.05) and the solubilities of 3MA and CLW were than that of GMA(p<0.05). GMA and CLW were relatively polymerized well as compared to 3MA. From these results, pit and fissure sealant using trifunctional BPA-3MA as matrix had superior physical and mechanical properties to existing Bis-GMA sealant. Furthermore, it will be possible to develop composite resin having superior properties to existing composite resin.

      • 참깨박의 재활용방안 : 제2보, 알칼리 및 염수추출법에 의한 분리참깨단백의 제조 2. Manufacturing of Isolated Sesame Protein by Alkali and Salt Extraction Method

        참깨탈지박(DSM)으로부터 알칼리(AEM) 및 염수추출법(SEM)에 의하여 분리참깨단백(ISP)을 제조한 결과 회수율은 각각 43.06, 41.13%였으며, ISP의 조단백 함량은 각각 90.14, 91.08%였다. 현째까지 알려진 바로는 AEM이 가장 적합한 추출방법인 것으로 알려지고 있으나, 회수율 및 단백함량 등을 종합적으로 고려할 때, SEM이 우수한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이들 ISP의 아미노산 조성은 필수 아미노산중 Isoleucine, Lysine이 FAO 권장치 이하였으며, Lysine 함량은 FAO 권장치의 57-64%에 그쳐 제한 아미노산으로 밝혀졌다. We are manufactured isolated sesame protein(ISP) from defatted sesame meal used for extraction method by alkali(AEM) and saline solution(SEM). The recovery yields were 43.06, 41.13%, and crude protein content of ISP were 90.14, 91.08%, respectively. AEM was reported the most suitable extraction method. But in the case of consideration the recovery yield and crude protein content, SEM was a excellent extraction method. Amino acid composition of ISP was represented the low level to isoleucine and lysine than FAO reference pattern. Expecially, lysine was a limiting amino acid, the content was about 57-64% level of FAO reference pattern.

      • DFF알고리즘을 이용한 깊이 정보 추출

        영상으로부터 물체의 깊이를 추출하는 방법은 structured light, texture, stereo, focusing 등의 방법이 사용되고 있는데 본 논문에서는 focusing을 이용하여 물체의 깊이정보를 획득하는 알고리즘을 논의하였다. 기존의 stereo 방식은 서로 다른 위치에서 얻어진 두 장의 영상 사이의 관계를 해석하여 3차원 정보를 얻는다. 그러나 이 방법은 두 영상간의 대응 관계를 정하는 알고리즘이 매우 복잡하며, 일치되는 대응점을 구하지 못하면 3차원 거리를 구할 수 없다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 대응점의 문제가 발생하지 않고 초점으로부터 비교적 정확한 깊이정보를 획득할 수 있는 DFF(Depth From Focus)에 대해 논하고 실험을 통하여 효과적으로 3차원 정보를 추출함을 보였다.

      • Rat의 복강에 삽입한 Filorouracil-Polyglycolic acid제형의 Fluorouracil용출에 관한 연구

        A common form of relapse in adenocarcinoma of the stomach is intraperitioneal dissemination, in fact, among gastric adenocarcinoma patients who have undergone surgery intended to cure, approximately 50% of the patients develope initial recurrence in the peritoneal cavity regardless of the anatomic site of the primary tumor within the stomach. The efficacy of systemic postoperative chemotherapy to prevent peritoneal recurrence of gastrric adenocarcinoma is not satisfactory. There is still a great need for improved therapeutic strategies on the disseminated microscopic disease and small miliary nodules remaining on the peritoneal surface or lymphatics after operation. The authers have made fluorouracil-polyglycolic acid composite disks(Fu-PGA disks) with fluorouracil and biodegradable polymer: polyglycolic acid for more effective intraperitoneal chemotherapy. We inserted the Fu-PGA disk(s) in the peritoneal cavity of rat and pharmacokinetic study was performed to measure fluorouracil concentration in the peritoneal fluid, plasma, liver, kidney and heart tissue at 24 hour, 72 hour and 168 hour after insertion of Fu-PGA disk(s). Myelosuppressive action of this composite also was determined following its administration. The data of this study suggested that Fu-PGA composite will be a new device releasing drugs in a controlled manner and having targetability to peritoneum, and this device will be improving the efficacy of intraperitoneal chemotherapy for gastric adenocarcinoma.
