Background : In recent years gonorrhoea has been panendemic and remains one of the most common Sexually Transmitted Diseases in the world, especially in developing countries. Objective & Method : For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria Gonorrhoeae(PPNG), Ive have been trying to study the patients who have visited the VD Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by means of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. Results : In 1994, 168 strains of N. gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 109 (64,9% ) were PPNG. Conclustion : Our results suggests that the prevalence of PPNG in Seoul is still increasing.

In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

2016년 3월 31일부터 7월 31일까지 서울특별시 서초구 서초동에 위치한 서울고등학교 교정 일대를 서울고등학교 환경생물부 부원들이 채집 조사한 결과 20과 43속 53종의 거미가 조사 연구되어 이에 보고하는 바이다. From March 31st to July 31st in 2016, members of an environmental biology club at Seoul High School located in Seocho-gu, Seoul, Dae-Hee Kim, Dong-Woo Park, Jae-Woong Seo and Hyun-woo Lee, collected 20 families 43 genera 53 species of spiders and report the result of the study here.

우리 나라 재해 의료의 문제점 : 수원시 재해 대응 훈련의 평가를 통하여 본 ANALYSIS OF EMERGENCY RESPONSE EXERCISE IN THE MOCK DISASTER IN SUWON

Natural or man-made disasters are serious enough to paralyse the functions of the nation or regional distinct and affect the property and lives of numerous citizens. The first two hours after occurrence of the disaster are critical for determining death or permanent disabilities of the casualties. The current Disaster Medical Service(DMS) System in our country adopts mainly civil defense model which focuses the cause of the accident, compensation of the victims, or reconstruction. So in the initial phase of disaster, the appropriate rescue and emergency treatment is not provided effectively. In order to assess and reorganize the current status of DMS System in Korea, the Department of Emergency Medicine, Ajou University School of Medicine, planned and conducted an emergency response exercise in Suwon city on April 28, 1995. The exercise, which took place near the Kyunggido Culture and Art Center, coordinated the efforts of the Suwon Fire Department and other related agencies. As well as providing training on emergency response, the exercise was valuable for identifying areas of weakness which will be address in the future.

건식법에 의한 폐PCBs와 자동차 폐촉매로부터 동시 귀금속 농축 회수 공정개발

In the world large amount of used printed circuit boards (PCBs) and spent autocatalysts which contain precious metals have been emitted. However, processes which can recover the precious metals simultaneously from them have not been developed yet. In this study a new process for recovering the precious metals contained in the used PCBs and spent autocatalyst by a pyrometallurgical process simultaneously was developed. The distinguish of that is to use copper, tin, and iron contained in the used PCBs as collector metals of the precious metals contained in the used PCBs and spent autocatalysts. Advantages of the process suggested are simply and economic compared with the previous processes which could recover the precious metals from the used PCBs and spent autocatalysts, respectively. Using the suggested process the precious metals such as Au, Pd, and Pt contained in the used PCBs and spent autocatalyst could be recovered up to 95 % in Cu alloy phase.

재정정책과 민간소비 : 기간별 효용극대화 모형을 중심으로 In terms of Intertemporal Utility Maximization Models

Since Ricardo's nineteenth-century suggestion that the means of financing government spending is irrelevant, theoretical and empirical debate concerning the burden of government debt has been vigorous. The substitution of debt for tax financing of a given rate of government expenditure would, according to the Neutrality hypothesis(NH), leave private-sector wealth, consumption decisions and consequently savings decisions unaltered. In this case, the implications for monetary and fiscal analysis would be far-reaching. In particular, the marginal net-wealth effect of government bonds is close to zero. The purpose of this paper is as follows. First, to examine the theoretical framework underlying the strict NH and various sources for deviations from the Neutrality(nonneutralities). Second, to review previous empirical work on the NH using intertemporal utility max models instead of the usual consumption function. Third, to derive Euler equation to be estimated directly from an explicit intertemporal utility max framework of the NH and to examine whether there is any substitutability between private consumer expenditure and government spending in Korea. Fourth, to test the NH. Both joint hypotheses are tested within the life-cycle/rational expectations model. Our framework results in a set of cross-restrictions implied by the theory of intertemporal optimization. On balence, we find no evidence of the NH in Korea since government deficits and spending impact on private-sector consumption through complementarity of public spending for private consumption in consumer's utility. These results tend to imply that temporary increases in government spending will result in an expansion of real output because private consumption is probably "crowded-in". But the results should be interpreted with some caution on two counts. First, this paper fails to test the alternative nonNeutrality hypothesis in its specification of the consumption. Second, considering a certain speciality for the monetary and fiscal policy such as the imperfect capital market, the fiscal rigidity, and rapid economic growth in Korea, our results are somewhat questionable. Finally, much more empirical work remains to be done on this crucial monetary and fiscal policy issue.

맞춤형 취업지도 방안 연구 : 순천향대학교 사회과학대학 졸업생들을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to develop a foundation for planning a customized job guidance system for social science major students at Soonchunhyang University, In order to suggest a practical implication related to the student support system, the recent graduates of the College of Social Science at Soon chunhyang University were surveyed. A total of 110 graduates representing all majors of this college, Participated in this study. According to the empirical results, it appeared that a college-wide strong job search guidance system which are structured focusing on sharpening foreign language and interview skills should be initiated. The implications of the result are discussed to construct a customized career planning guidance svstem for social science majors at Soonchunhyang University.

The tide of financial liberalization and openness spread out all over the world centering around developed countries. Thus our banking facilities face the era of competition. From this point of view, this paper concerns problems and choice of local banks. Recently the competitiveness of local banks has weakened comparing with nation-wide commercial banks. It is essential for the development of regional economy to strengthen the competitiveness of local banks. To solve this problem, there are three choices in front of local banks. One is to enlarge the facilities like international bank, another is to do like nation-wide commercial bank and the other is to localize and specialize the facilities of bank like present.

2002 아시안게임 평행봉 Basket To Handstand 동작의 국면별 운동학적 분석

This study examined the phase difference of kinematical variables how to the effects from the posture of switching hands to pose the last handstand are attained by the differences of situation physical varieties when performing 'Basket to Handstand'. The study was on 4 gymnasts who are participated in 2002 Asian Games and two cam corder which can capture 30frames/sec was used for photographing of movement. Through the 3-dimensional image analysis used 3-dimensional power, the following conclusions are acquired. 1. To increase the speed of vertical movement and enlarge the turning distance between arm and body by extending the shoulder joint during DS cause slow motion. It helps the vertical rise movement and the stable handstanding in the high position is possible. 2. To narrow the hip joint enlarging the angle of shoulder joint during DS control the horizontal movement and great vertical movement in LP phase. It helps ascending the body with bar, rebounding during US phase and stable motion in regrasp. 3. During US phase backward ascending motion with great hip and shoulder joint angle causing increasing vertical displacement smoothly with fast vertical velocity. It helps correctly stable stand on one, hand causing extending big joint. 4. During airborne phase the high position caused long airborne time and great vertical displacement helps stable stand on one, hand in regrasp. For long airborne time and great vertical displacement in airborne phase, therefore, it needed fast vertical velocity, shoulder, maximum extension, great rotation of arm and trunk in DS phase and fast vertical velocity causin g extending hip and shoulder joint in US phase.

대학생 자치활동의 새로운 방향

This study is aimed to seek new directions on the student-initiated activities of Soonchunhyang University. After surveying students and professors of the University and interviewing with specialists in other universities including Korea, Yonsei and Hanyang, this study analyzed the current aspect and problems of SCH university student-initiated activities. Research findings are as follows: First, students should acknowledge for themselves the importance and necessity of the university student-initiated activities. Second, the university authority should support policy-oriented and financial aids to develop creative programs on university student-initiated activities. Among other things, developing creative programs on university student-initiated activities will be propelled by student themselves through reflecting their preference. But the drawback of SCH university student-initiated activities is the fact that the line connecting with past is immature. Therefore, taking specialist's advice in developing their own program is preferable method to fit the characteristics of SCH university students and to enhance the educational outcomes through student-initiated activities.
