        항정신병약물을 처음으로 사용하는 초발 정신증 환자에서 나타나는 체중 및 대사성 지표의 변화 : 후향적 연구

        Objectives:This study was to identify weight & metabolic changes in first-episode psychotic patients with antipsychotics use and investigate the differences of weight & metabolic changes between first-episode psychotic patients and controls with antipsychotics use. Method:In this retrospective study, twenty eight first-episode psychotic patients and twenty eight controls with schizophrenia, schizoaffective or bipolar disorder defined by DSM-IV criteria were included. Information about demographic and clinical characteristics of the subjects was gathered from the medical records. Also body weight, sBP, dBP, fasting glucose, lipid profile and WBC count were evaluated before and after antipsychotics use. Rogistic regression was conducted to assess factors associated with weight gain. Results:First-episode psychotic patients showed more weight and BMI changes than controls after antipsychotics use, and these changes continue over 12 months. On the other hand, there were no significant factors associated with weight gain. Conclusion:The results of present study suggest that antispychotics is one of the major causes inducing weight gain of psychotic patients and antipsychotics-induced weight gain is more vulnerable to drug-naive first-episode psychotic patients.

      • 유/무선 통신용 음성 부호화 알고리듬에 관한 연구

        유/무선 네트워크의 연결을 고려하여 현재 VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) 서비스에서 널리 이용하고 있는 ITU-T 8kbps G.729A 음성 부호화기와 3세대 이동 통신 방식의 하나인 IMT-2000에서 음성 부호화기의 표준으로 채택한 AMR 음성 부호화기에 관한 연구를 수행한다. G.729A와 AMR 음성 부호화기는 모두 합성에 의한 분석에 기초를 둔 CELP(Code Excited-Linear Prediction) 계열의 부호화기로 기본적으로는 ACELP(Algebraic CELP) 알고리듬에 기반한다. AMR과 G.729A는 부호화 방법에서 매우 유사하며 그에 따른 비트열 정보가 유사하다는 특징을 가진다. 따라서 상호 부호화 알고리듬을 개발할 때 않은 장점을 가질 수 있다.

      • 사연 및 동판저수지의 식물성 플랑크톤에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 1994년 2,5,8,11월의 4회에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 조사 결과 동정 분류된 식물성 프랑크톤은 사연호가 6강 126분류군, 동판저수지가 5강 100분류군으로 전체 6강 211분류군이 출현하였다. 월별 종조성은 사연호에서 5월이 50분류군, 8월이 43분류군, 2월이 31분류군 순으로 출현하였다. 동판저수지는 5월이 49분류군, 11월이 27분류군, 2월 25분류군, 8월이 24분류군 순이다. 강별 구성비에서 두 지역모두 녹조강이 가장 많고 다음이 규조강 순이다. 전체 종조성은 사연호는 녹조강 54.3%, 규조강이 25.2%, 유글레나강 7.9%, 남조강 7.1%, 황녹조강 4.7%, 황갈조강 0.8%순이다. 동판저수지의 전출현 종에 대한 종조성은 규조강 51.4%, 녹조강33.9%, 유글레나강 11.0%, 황갈조강 3.7%, 황녹조강 10.9%의 종조성을 나타내었다. 환경요인은 pH의 경우 사연호 8월에 9.28로 가장 높고, DO는 동판 5월이 12.3㎎/ℓ으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 클로로필 a는 사연 2월이 13.1㎎/㎥로 가장 높으며, 부유물질은 동판저수지 5월에 85.0㎎/ℓ으로 가장 높았다. Phytoplankton flora of Sayoun and Tongpan-Reservoirs were studied. A total of 204 taxa (Sayoun-Reservoir, 126 taxa : Tongpan-Reservoir, 100 taxa) were indentified. The Major taxa of two localities was Chlorophyceae 46.7% and Bacillariophyceae 35.1%. As the bloom causing species. Microcystis aeruginosa. Ceratium hirudinella and Peridinium divergens were identified. The chlorophyll a concentration of Tongpan-Reservoir was higher then Sayoun-Reservoir.

        축대칭 렌즈 코어의 초정밀 보정가공에 관한 연구

        Code V was used to make a plan for collimator lens with aspherical surface in the present study. The acquired optical design data were applied for ultra-precision machining. The optimum properties were determined to find ways to compensate the tool positioning error allowance during the ultra-precision machining. In ultra-precision aspheric machining, figure tolerance corrected by tool positioning error be improved by compensation cycle number.

      • 천추 전방에서 발생한 신경절 세포종 : 증례 보고 A Case Report

        We have experienced a case of presacral ganglioneuroma. So, we report a peripheral ganglioneuroma of sacral origin. The patient is 34-year-old man with intermittent low back pain and right sciatica. Myelographic computed tomography revealed extradural lobulated low attenuated tumor lesion within spinal canal at the level of L5 and S1. Tumor indented the thecal sac to the left side, and extended into the pelvic cavity through the intervertebral foramen between S1 and S2. The mass was surgically excised and turned out to be ganglioneuroma pathologically.

      • 마이크로 광 조형 기술을 이용하여 미세 유체 시스템을 개발하기 위한 가상 조립 공정의 개발

        As it is difficult to construct a micro-fluidic system composed of micro-mixers, micro-channels and/or micro-chambers in a single process, an assembly process is typically used. The assembling and bonding of micro-parts, however, introduces other problems. In this work, a virtual assembly process was developed that can be used to design various micro-fluidic systems before actual fabrication commences. In the process, the information required for the micro-stereolithography process is generated automatically. Consequently, complex micro-fluidic systems can be fabricated in a single process, thereby avoiding the need for additional assembly or bonding processes. Using the developed process, several examples were fabricated.

      • 도시계획수립에 있어서 목표인구추정에 관한 연구 : the case of Seoul City 서울시 사례를 중심으로

        This study intends to build the population index in Seoul Metropolitan Goveronment(S.M.G) by analyzing problems with the existing population estimate. Looking into the past analyzed data, population estimation for 20 years(1960-1980) of S.M.G. lacks the rationality because of reaching the planned population only within 4-8years. Based on comparative analysis of population planning and index of City Master Plan and District Plan, Master Plans of District Offices is more accuracy than that of Seoul. Since pop. estimation considers the increasing of population by housing development the existing population estimate in Urban Planning assumes the prospect population higher than the actual increasing ratio. Therefore, the population estimate model may be chosen in appropriately for each district; and increasing of houses by redevelopment brings the weak effects on increasing population. Consequently, examining the population guidances of Seoul with mathmetical aspect, the prospect population of Seoul is estimated that leads to 11.59 million in 2001, 11.71 million in 2006 and 11.73 million in 2011. with consideration of policy including the development plan, it is also estimated that leads to 11.84 million in 2001, 11.96 million in 2006 and 11.98 million is 2011.

      • 化學反應蒸着에 의한 CdS 多結晶 薄膜制作 및 그 特性硏究 (Ⅰ)

        CdS thin film was fabricated by chemical bath deposition method and polycrystallined by the proper heat treatment. The physical properties of the amorphous and polycrystal of CdS thin film were observed and calculated by measuring the X-ray diffraction patterns, optical absorption, transmission and photoconductivity. From the present experiments, we obtained the energy band gap of the CdS polycrystal thin film to be 2.42eV and the In donor impurity level to be 0.025 eV below the conduction band : Another result was to be a_o=4.13Å and c_o=6.75Å for lattice constants of the hexagonal structure. Also, we attempted it to find the possibility of the application to photosensor. To apply cds this film to the photosensor more sufficiently, further experiments are required to accumulate data on such problems.

      • FIB 신뢰성 평가를 위한 나노패턴의 설계 및 측정

        FIB (Focused ion beam) system is one of the most important equipments for the nano-scale machining. Various researches have been performed, since it can etch the material and deposit 3-D structure with high-aspect-ratio in the nanometer scale. In spite of those researches, the definite method for the reliability of FIB system has not been reported. In this paper, we proposed the reliability assessment method through nano-pattern fabrication. In the fabricated nano-pattern, the characteristics of FIB system are included. Using this effect, we tried to assess the FIB reliability. First, we suggested reliability assessment items and nano-patterns. And, to know the suitableness of the proposed method, we fabricated several nano-patterns using Nova200(FEI Company) and SMI2050(SEIKO) which are FIB apparatuses. The fabricated nano-patterns are measured with SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) and compared with designed dimensions. And the compared results showed that the proposed method is suitable for the assessment of FIB system reliability.
