        나는 연구나는 연구자인가? 공무원인가?:자인가? 공무원인가?:

        조직 구성원들이 조직 속에서 스스로를 어떠한 존재로 인식하고, 어떠한 역할 수행을 요구받고 있는지 인식하는 것은 조직 전체의 성과에 상당한 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 자신이 누구인지, 자신이 무엇을 해야 하는지 등 정체성 (identity) 인식은 조직 내 행동에 영향을 미치고, 조직의 성과에 영향을 미치기 때문에 중요하다. 우리나라 국공립 연구기관 연구직 종사자들은 두 가지 역할, 즉 연구자 역할과 공무원 역할을 동시에 요구받고 있다. 이들은 연구자 서 SCI 논문 게재, 특허 등록, 기술 이전 및 사업화 등 R&D 성과를 요구받고 있고, 동시에 공무원으로서 소속 정부부처와 지방자치단체의 정책현안 대응 등 행정업무의 직접 수행을 요구받고 있다. 국공립연구기관 연구자들에 대한 연구자와 공무원의 두 가지 역할 요구는 이들의 직업 정체성 형성에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상할 수 있다. 연구 결과, 직업정체성 인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 예상되는 세 가지 요인, 즉 개인 요인, 직무 요인, 조직 요인 중에서 개인 요인과 조직 요인은 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으로 확인되었고, 직무 요인은 유의미한 영향이 확인되지 않았다. 국공립연구기관의 연구자들은 직무자율성, 직무도전성, 지적욕구 등의 직무 요인보다는 자신의 개인 조건과 조직 환경에 근거해서 정체성을 형성하고 있음을 확인하였다. What organizational members perceive themselves is crucial to organizational performance. Perceptions like ‘who I am’, ‘what I should do’ are identity recognitions. Such recognitions of identity by members of an organization affect their behavior, and ultimately organizational overall performance. Researchers in national and public research institutes are required to have two roles, that is, researcher role and public official role. As researchers, they are required to turn in R&D performance such as SCI papers, patents, technology transfer, and commercialization etc. And as public officials, they should do support policy development and policy response of central and local governments. The two roles are expected to influence the formation of researchers’ job identity. We tested personal factors, job-related factors, and organization-related factors, which are supposed to affect perception of job identity. According to the research results, personal factors and organization-related factors had a significant impact, but job-related factors had no significant impact. We can arrive at the conclusion that researchers in national and public research institutes are formulating their identity by their own personal condition and their organizational environment rather than their job autonomy, job conductance, and intellectual desire.

        지역개발의제 선거공약과 정책갈등에 관한 연구 -국제과학비즈니스벨트 사례분석을 중심으로-

        그동안 행정학 및 정책학 연구에서 선거공약에 대해 많은 관심을 기울여 왔고, 몇몇의 연구는 선거공약과 그 이행과정에서 갈등이 발생할 수 있음을 묵시적으로 인정하고 있다. 그러나 선거공약과 그 이행과정이 어떠한 의미에서 갈등의 직간접적인 원인을 제공하고 있는지, 갈등이 어떻게 형성되고 확산, 심화되는지를 구체적으로 고찰한 경우는 드물다. 이 연구는 국제과학비즈니스벨트라는 지역개발의제 선거공약과 그 이행과정에서 발생한갈등을 공약의 특성, 사업의 특성 등을 고려하여 분석을 시도하였다. 분석결과 선거공약과 공약의 이행이 정책갈등의 배경을 제공하고, 갈등이 현재화되었을 때, 이를 심화시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 유권자들의 관심을 끌기 위한 지역개발의제는 그 이행과정에서 한정된 자원배분의 문제를 발생시킴으로써 갈등의 현재화, 확산, 심화에 직간접적인 영향을 줄 수 있음을 확인하였다. 선거공약은 구체성이 높지 않기 때문에 변화가능성을 내포하고, 이 경우 지역간의 이익경쟁을 유도하고, 이것이 정책갈등으로 확산될 수 있음도 확인하였다. 특히 연속적으로 치러지는 선거이벤트는 선거공약을 증가시키고, 이는 공약들 간의 양립불가능성을 확장시켜 정책갈등을 유도하는 것을 확인할 수 있다. Many researchers have paid attention to election promise in the policy studies and several studies recognized tacitly that policy conflicts would occur in the process of promise implementation. But empirical study is rare about how election promise and its implementing process contributed to policy conflicts and how policy conflicts emerge, diffuse and deepen. This research analyzed policy conflicts which emerged in the implementing process of election promise named International Science Business Belt considering the characteristics of election promise and regional development agenda. As a result, it became clear that election promise and the implementing process was the cause of policy conflicts and could deepen the situation with conflicts emerging. Also, regional development agenda only for attracting attention of voters could have a direct and indirect influence on conflicts due to the problem of limited resources distribution amid the implementing course. Election pledge is not concrete, so it has changing chance. In this case, interest competition between regions is induced and able to lead to policy conflicts. Especially serial election events increase pledges and this increases incompatibility among the pledges. Consequently such situation leads policy conflicts.

      • Skid Steering based Autonomous Driving of Robotic Vehicle with Articulated Suspension

        This paper describes an autonomous driving control algorithm based on skid steering for Robotic Vehicle with Articulated Suspension (RVAS). The driving control algorithm consists of four parts; speed controller for following a desired speed, trajectory tracking controller which computes a yaw moment input to track a desired trajectory, longitudinal tire force distribution which determines an optimal desired longitudinal tire force and wheel torque controller which determines a wheel torque command at each wheel to keep slip ratio at each wheel below a limit value as well as track the desired tire force. Longitudinal and vertical tire force estimators are designed for optimal tire force distribution and wheel slip control. The dynamic model of RVAS for simulation study is validated using vehicle test data. It is found from simulation and test results that the proposed driving controller produces satisfactory trajectory tracking performance.

        This paper describes a driving control algorithm based on a skid steering for a Robotic Vehicle with Articulated Suspension (RVAS). The RVAS is a kind of unmanned ground vehicle based on a skid steering using independent in-wheel drive at each wheel. The driving control algorithm consists of four parts: a speed controller for following a desired speed, a lateral motion controller that computes a yaw moment input to track a desired yaw rate or a desired trajectory according to the control mode, a longitudinal tire force distribution algorithm that determines an optimal desired longitudinal tire force and a wheel torque controller that determines a wheel torque command at each wheel in order to keep the slip ratio at each wheel below a limit value as well as to track the desired tire force. The longitudinal and vertical tire force estimators are required for the optimal tire force distribution and wheel slip control. The dynamic model of the RVAS for simulation study is developed and validated using the vehicle test data. Simulation and vehicle tests are conducted in order to evaluate the proposed driving controller. It is found from simulation and vehicle test results that the proposed driving controller provides satisfactory motion control performance according to the control mode.

        Ca2+-Permeable TRPV1 Receptor Mediates Neuroprotective Effects in a Mouse Model of Alzheimer’s Disease via BDNF/CREB Signaling Pathway

        Transient receptor potential vanilloid 1 (TRPV1) protein is a Ca2+-permeable non-selective cation channel known for its pain modulation pathway. In a previous study, it was discovered that a triple-transgenic Alzheimer’s disease (AD) mouse model (3xTg-AD+/+) has anti-AD effects. The expression of proteins in the brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF)/cAMP response element binding protein (CREB) pathway in a 3xTg-AD/TRPV1 transgenic mice model was investigated to better understand the AD regulatory effect of TRPV1 deficiency. The results show that TRPV1 deficiency leads to CREB activation by increasing BDNF levels and promoting phosphorylation of tyrosine receptor kinase B (TrkB), extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK), protein kinase B (Akt), and CREB in the hippocampus. Additionally, TRPV1 deficiency-induced CREB activation increases the antiapoptotic factor B-cell lymphoma 2 (Bcl-2) gene, which consequently downregulates Bcl-2-associated X (Bax) expression and decreases cleaved caspase-3 and cleaved poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP), which leads to the prevention of hippocampal apoptosis. In conclusion, TRPV1 deficiency exhibits neuroprotective effects by preventing apoptosis through the BDNF/CREB signal transduction pathway in the hippocampus of 3xTg-AD mice.

        HPA MMIC to W/G Antenna Transition Loss Analysis and Development Results of W-band Transmitter Module

        This paper will read about a multichannel frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar sensor with switching transmit (TX) antennas is developed at W-band. To achieve a high angular resolution, a uniform linear array consisting of 5 switching-TX and 12 receive (RX) antennas is employed with the digital beamforming technique. The overall radar front-end module comprises a W-band transceiver and TX/RX antennas. A multichannel transceiver module consists of 5 up-conversion and 12 down-conversion channels, where one of the TX channels is sequentially switched ON. For developing transmitter, we developed an HPA (high power amplified) MMIC chip for W-band radar system and fabricated a transmitter module using this chip. In order to develop the W-band transmitter, we analyzed the important antenna transition structure from HPA MMIC line to W/G (Waveguide)antenna via M/S(microstrip) and fabricated it with 5 transmission channels. As a result, the output power of the transmitter was within 1 dB of the error range after analysis and measurement under normal temperature and environmental conditions.

        Study on the Voltage Stabilization Technology Using Photovoltaic Generation Simulator in Three-Level Bipolar Type DC Microgrid

        Voltage stabilization is an essential component of power quality in low voltage DC (LVDC) microgrid. The microgrid demands the interconnection of a number of small distributed power resources, including variable renewable generators. Therefore, the voltage can be maintained in a stable manner through the control of these distributed generators. In this study, we did research on the new advanced operating method for a photovoltaic (PV) simulator in order to achieve interconnection to a bipolar LVDC microgrid. The validity of this voltage stabilization method, using the distributed generators, is experimentally verified. The test LVDC microgrid is configured by connecting the developed PV simulator and DC load, DC line, and AC/DC rectifier for connecting the main AC grid. The new advanced control method is applied to the developed PV simulator for the bipolar LVDC grid in order to stabilize the gird voltage. Using simulation results, the stabilization of the grid voltage by PV simulator using the proposed control method is confirmed the through the simulation results in various operation scenarios.
