This research studied the relationship marketing implemented between hotel companies and their customers, specially focusing on the five-star hotel bars. Ultimately, the purposes of this research are to contribute to clarifying factors regarding relationship benefits to keep loyal customers and suggest more effective strategies to acquire competitive advantage for the hotel bar marketing based on the research result. The summary of contents studies in this paper is as follows: (1) Construction of a research model toward the correlation of the relationship marketing, relationship benefits and relationship retention intention was made. (2) 3 hypothesis related the research model were established. (3) To prove the established hypothesis, questionnaires were derived from previous researches and the survey was conducted by targeting customers visiting five-star hotel bars in Seoul. (4) Empirical evaluation was carried out through correlation analysis. The empirical evaluation results were identified that social benefit, psychological benefit and functional benefit were positively related to the service quality evaluation of customers. Also, the service quality evaluation had significantly positive influence on customer`s satisfaction, trust and loyalty. These results could be helped in understanding consumer`s behavioral intention in connection with the relationship marketing and working out useful marketing strategies by marketers or managers in the hotel industry.

Backgroud: There have been many studies about the association of chronic pulmonary disease and glomerulonephritis. Especially the role of circulating immune complex in bronchiectasis may have effect on the glomerulus. So we studied the prevalence of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in patients with bronchiectasis. Methods: We selected patients (BE(Bronchiectasis) group) who had the ICD 10 code (bronchiectasis, J47.0) and reviewed the variables including proteinuria, hematuria and MDRD eGFR that can have effect on chronic kidney disease. And we also compared the prevalence of CKD in people (control group) for medical checkup on matching with propensity score. Results: By the level of MDRD eGFR 60 ml/min/1.73m2, the prevalence of CKD was 0.95% (n=27) in BE group and 1.49%(n=42) in control group (p<0.001). We studied the prevalence of CKD according to the stage of CKD. In BE group, the prevalence of CKD stage3 : 5.11%, CKD stage4 : 0.31% and CKD stage5 was 0.07%. In control group, the prevalence of CKD stage3 : 4.57%, CKD stage4 : 0.81%, CKD stage5 : 1.77%. The grade of proteinuria and hematuria showed no difference between groups. Conclusions: The prevalence of chronic kidney disease in patients with bronchiectasis is lower than that in patients with non-bronchiectasis.

번호이동성을 통하여 고객들은 서비스 품질과 요금체제에 따라 다양한 사업자 선택권이 부여되며, 이동전화사업자들은 현 가입자 유치 및 품질경쟁에서 실질적인 경쟁개념인 요금경쟁으로 전환이 가능해지므로 국내에서도 변호이동성, 와이브로 사업자 선정 등의 중요한 정책적 이슈들이 마무리 되어가는 시점에서 3G 서비스의 활성화를 위한 2G→3G 간의 변호이동성이 필요한 시점에 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 새롭게 등장하고 있는 3G 이동통신 서비스의 개요와 3G 서비스 활성화를 위한 2G→3G 간의 변호이동성 도입에 대한 국내외 사례 및 동향 분석, 그리고 국내 시장 상황에 적합한 2G→3G 간 변호이동성의 필요성과 도입 방안을 제시하고자 함. Recently, customers can select various service providers using number portability according to given select options such as quality of service and fare organization. Therefore it is possible that subscriber maintenance and quality competition are converted to fare competition which is real competition concept. However, it is time that we need number portability between 2G→3G for activating 3G services because some important issues are closed such as domestic number portability, WiBro service provider selection. In this paper, we proposed applying method and necessity of 2G→3G number portability. Also. we analyzed 2G→3G number portability examples of domestic and foreign countries and domestic market situation about abstract of 3G mobile communication service and number portability introduction between 2G→3G for 3G service activation appearing newly in this research.

The incidence of abdominal trauma has increased in recent decades as the frequency of traffic accidents increased. Early symptoms and signs of blunt abdominal trauma may be absent and associated injuries frequently detract physicians from early diagnosis of abdominal trauma. Delayed diagnosis has been shown to be associated with higher morbidity and mortality. Gastrointestinal tract is the third most commonly injured organ from blunt abdominal trauma. Gastric ruptures after blunt abdominal trauma were reported occasionally, but reports of upper gastrointestinal bleeding by gastric mucosal tear were very rare. Four cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding due to gastric mucosal tear after blunt abdominal trauma are herein reported with a review of related literatures.
홀/짝 다중 셀을 이용한 수정된 가변 미디언 필터 알고리즘에 관한 연구

MMMF(Modified 2D Multi-shell Median Filter)를 기초로 하여 가변 문턱 조건과 홀/짝수 다중셀을 이용한 Adaptive Odd/Even MMF(Multi-shell Median Filter)를 제안하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 MATLAB을 이용하여 연구하고 테스트하였다. 제안된 알고리즘의 성능은 이미 잘 알려진 이미지에 임펄스 노이즈(Impulse Noise)와 Line Missing을 적용하여 평가하였고 이를 FPGA로 구현하였다. 제안된 가변 문턱 조건은 연산 시간과 불필요한 재배치를 줄였고, 홀수 셀과 짝수 셀은 각각 십자 방향과 대각선 방향의 Line Missing을 복구하였다. 특히 짧은 연산 시간으로 실시간을 요구하는 이미지 처리 분야에서 효과적으로 이용할 수 있다. An adaptive Odd/Even Multi-shell Median Filter(Adaptive O/E MMF) is proposed by using a adaptive threshold strategy and odd/even multishells. This algorithm was verified in MATLAB and implemented on FPGA. The performance of the algorithm is evaluated by adding impulse noise and line missing into well-known images. A proposed adaptive threshold strategy may reduce the computation time and redundant arrangement. odd and even multishells can recover line missing of vertical and diagonal directions respectively Therefore, the algorithm proposed in this work can be effectively used in real time image processing applications.

UCERSS (Unit Circle Eigendecomposition Rational Signal Subspace) 알고리듬은 MUSIC(MUltiple Signal Classification) 알고리듬을 2차원으로 확장하여 단위원 상에서의 eigendecomposition을 이용함으로써 다수의 광대역 신호의 입사각을 추정해 왔다. 이 논문의 목적은 신호대잡음비가 아주 낮은 경우에도 다수의 광대역 신호의 입사각을 추정할 수 있도록 UCERSS 알고리듬을 개선하는데 있다. 잡음 성분을 술이기 위해 covariance difference 행렬을 이용한 ESPRIT(Estimation of Signal Parameter via Rotational Invariance Technique) 알고리듬을 UCERSS 알고리듬과 결합하여 2차원으로 확장시킨 wide band ESPRIT 알고리듬을 제시하였다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제시된 알고리듬의 성능을 UCERSS 알고리듬의 성능과 비교하여 제시된 알고리듬의 성능이 우수함을 보였다. The UCERSS (Unit Circle Eigendecomposition Rational Signal Subspace) algorithm has extended MUSIC (MUltiple Signal Classification ) by using eigendecomposition on the unit circle in order to estimate incident angles of multiple wide band signals. The purpose of this thesis is to further extend the UCERSS to be able to estimate the direction of arrivals of multiple wide band signals in very low SNR . The wide band ESPRIT (Estimation of Signal Parameter via Rotational Invariance Technique) uses covariance difference matrices to reduce noise components. In this paper the wide band ESPRIT which combines the ideas of UCERSS and ESPRIT Is proposed. Computer simulation results Indicate that the performances of the proposed approaches are superior to those of the UCERSS in very low SNR.

Econazole nitrate의 각 세 ring은 각각 평면이며 B,A,C ring순서로 층계를 이루고 있다. 반면에 Econazole의 A와 C ring은 거의 같은 평면에 누워 있으나 B ring 은 거의 같은 평면이며 B,A,C ring순서로 층계를 이루고 있다.반면에 Econazole의 A와 C ring은 거의 같은 평면에 누워있으나 B ring과는 약 60˚의 평면각을 이루고 있다. Nitrate의 O(*3)와 Imidaze의 N(2) 사이의 수소결합은 Econazole slt의 안정화에 기여한다. Each of the three ring system for the stars with B,A and C ring in order whilst A and C ring of econazole lie close to the same plane which is nearly 60˚with B ring. The hydrogen binding nitrogen of C ring and oxygen of nitrate contributes to stailization of econazole nitrate. Intr and intermolecular distances and angles are within the values recorded for simiar compounds.
