      • A Rabbit Farm Environmental Monitoring System based on Internet of Things

        On account of the low degree of automation in a rabbit farm, this paper proposes a rabbit farm environmental monitoring system based on internet of things. First, this paper designs a rabbit farm environmental monitoring system according to the three-tier architecture of the internet of things. Then it chooses a wireless transmission module as required by the system in addition to the proposal of a new gateway initialization flow for the internet of things. After that, it analyzes the flow to query the farm monitoring data and the flow of reverse control on the environmental parameters to verify finally the feasibility of the system through the experiment.

      • An Improvement to the Algorithm of Human Body Detection in Video Surveillance

        Human body detection in video surveillance is an important research point, which has been devoted for many years by researchers. But it can’t detect human body with the feature of HoG and classifier of SVM. This paper proposes an improvement measure to the traditional algorithm of human body detection in order to detect human body in video surveillance in real time. Through the Integral images to speed up the computation of features of HoG and HoD under the condition of Kinect, It can’t detect human body in video surveillance in real time. As human body detection using HoG features can’t meet the real-time requirement in the current time. This paper abandon the time-consuming processing of computing features of HoG with three line interpolation and Gauss filter in terms of traditional algorithm of human body detection, and This paper introduces the notion of Integral images to speed up the computation of the features of HoG and HoD with the help of Kinect. As a result, Our improved algorithm can get a better time performance than ever, which can get the average detection rate of 30~40 FPS, current performance getting promotion greatly than ever, under the condition of CPU 3.10Ghz, RAM 4 GB, 640*480 detection window.

      • Design of Distributed Pharmaceutical Retail Management System Based on Advanced Encryption Standard Algorithm

        To meet the demand of digitizing progress of pharmaceutical retail industry, there are various kinds of software are made for pharmaceutical retail enterprise. However, much commercial software on the market fails to meet the demand of data transmission safety. Therefore, a novel system was designed for medium size pharmaceutical retail enterprise with multiple branches. It is designed to digitize the process of retail operations including management of stock, order client, staff, product, branch and warehouse. Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm was used to secure the data transmission on the Internet. The system can be deployed1 in pharmaceutical retailing, hospital prescriptions issues, pharmaceutical company management, medical supplies market, medical devices market and hospital staff management. With minor modification the system can be deployed to other retail or wholesale industry.

        Accurate Prediction and Analysis of College Students' Performance from Online Learning Behavior Data

        In order to improve accuracy in the prediction of college students' performance, a collection of students' online learning behaviors is used as input for bidirectional long short-term memory with a self-attentive mechanism to build a performance prediction model. The model is compared with K-means and LadFG algorithms in simulation experiments. The results classify students' online learning behaviors into four types (stagnant, focused, catch-up, and planned) with weighted accuracy at 0.886 and a weighted F1-score of 0.882. In the ablation experiment, the prediction model before ablation produced weighted accuracy of 0.908 and a weighted F1-score of 0.904, whereas weighted accuracy after ablation was 0.834 and the weighted F1-score was 0.835.

      • An iBeacon-based Indoor Positioning Systems for Hospitals

        How to help patients find their departments or wards is an issue that needs to be solved by hospitals urgently. This paper presents an iBeacon-based indoor positioning system for hospitals. It firstly analyzes the advantages of iBeacon compared with the common indoor positioning technologies; then designs the indoor positioning system for hospitals based on the three-layer architecture of Internet of things to have message-push-service through clients. Finally, the shortest distance algorithm Floyd is used to recommend the nearest department or ward to patients. Shown as result of the experiment, indoor positioning for hospitals can be realized by the system.

        MLL4 Regulates the Progression of Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer by Regulating the PI3K/AKT/SOX2 Axis

        Purpose Mixed-lineage leukemia protein 4 (MLL4/KMT2D) is a histone methyltransferase, and its mutation has been reported to be associated with a poor prognosis in many cancers, including lung cancer. We investigated the function of MLL4 in lung carcinogenesis. Materials and Methods RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) in A549 cells transfected with control siRNA or MLL4 siRNA was performed. Also, we used EdU incorporation assay, colony formation assays, growth curve analysis, transwell invasion assays, immunohistochemical staining, and in vivo bioluminescence assay to investigate the function of MLL4 in lung carcinogenesis. Results We found that MLL4 expression was downregulated in non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues compared to adjacent normal tissues and tended to decrease with disease stage progression. We analyzed the transcriptomes in control and MLL4- deficient cells using high-throughput RNA deep sequencing (RNA-seq) and identified a cohort of target genes, such as SOX2, ATF1, FOXP4, PIK3IP1, SIRT4, TENT5B, and LFNG, some of which are related to proliferation and metastasis. Our results showed that low expression of MLL4 promotes NSCLC cell proliferation and metastasis and is required for the maintenance of NSCLC stem cell properties. Conclusion Our findings identify an important role of MLL4 in lung carcinogenesis through transcriptional regulation of PIK3IP1, affecting the PI3K/AKT/SOX2 axis, and suggest that MLL4 could be a potential prognostic indicator and target for NSCLC therapy.

        The Impact of Forwarder's Logistics Service Capacity on Organizational Performance: The Moderating Role of Digital Innovation

        Small and medium-sized forwarders are being forced to embrace digital transformation as an increasing number of businesses are digitizing their operations through new digital technologies like IoT and AI. One major component influencing logistics service capacities is digital innovation. So, how can small and medium-sized freight forwarders enhance their organizational performance? In empirical research on international freight forwarding, the link among logistics service capabilities, organizational performance, and digital innovation is frequently absent. As a result, The study will analyze how the level of service in freight forwarding logistics affects organizational performance and how digital innovation plays a moderating role. This study surveyed 250 workers engaged in international transportation, and finally, the results of 203 surveys were analyzed. Hypothetical models were tested using structural equation modeling (SEM), and hypotheses were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS. The organizational performance can be affected by reliability service capability, value-added service capability, flexibility service capability, and information service capability of the freight forwarding company's logistics service. Second, it is found that digital innovation moderation strengthens the relationship between flexibility service capability, information service capability, and organizational performance. However, digital innovation moderation weakens the relationship between reliability service capability and organizational performance. Finally, digital innovation has no moderating effect on the relationship between value-added service capabilities and organizational performance. Freight forwarders should pay attention to improving logistics service capabilities, especially flexible service capabilities and information service capabilities driven by digital innovation, in order to promote organizational performance. Meanwhile, despite some negative impacts of digital innovation, its effect on the relationship between value-added service capability and organizational performance is relatively small, while attention needs to be paid to the risk of declining reliability service capability that may be brought about by digital innovation.

      • A Novel MRI Image Segmentation Algorithm based on Modified Neural Network Model

        With the rapid advancement of the computer assisted medical applications, the MRI image segmentation has been a hottest research topic. In the neural network is used for the image segmentation, we need a lot of training data, because of the large amount of the data, computing speed is quite slow, not suitable for real-time data processing, lead to the low resolution image segmentation, the resolution is not high, this paper proposes a fuzzy image segmentation algorithm of the BP neural network. Fuzzy set theory is used to subtract the characteristics after area of the image segmentation, reduce the dimension of feature vector. We adopt the revised neural network to undertake the experimental simulation compared with the other state-of-the-art approaches. The result proves the effectiveness of our methodology. Our algorithm could segment the regions of interest with the ability of eliminating the out side noise which achieves the better robustness.

        Study on Preparation of Core-Spun Yarn Surgical Sutures by Compositing Drug-Loaded Nanofiber Membrane with PLA and Its Controllable Drug Release Performance

        Polylactic acid (PLA) surgical suture is considered to be one of the most ideal materials for tissue closure due to its rich raw materials and excellent biological properties. However, surgical sutures face great challenges due to problems such as wound infection and tissue reaction in practical applications. In order to improve the clinical applicability of surgical sutures, we constructed a new drug-loading system for core-spun surgical sutures. The shell was composed of nanofibrous membranes composed of polyglycolic acid (PGA) and polycaprolactone (PCL) and ciprofloxacin (CIP) antibacterial drugs, and the core layer adopts PLA filament. By adjusting the composition ratio of PGA and PCL in the shell, a new mode of regulating the release rate and release cycle of the suture was constructed. According to different wound healing time, different drug release cycles of surgical suture were selected. In the study, the structure of the core-spun yarn can be clearly observed by scanning electron microscope, the higher the shell PGA content and drug loading, the faster the drug release rate. When the carrier ratio PGA/PCL was 80/20 and the drug loading was 3%, the drug release rate was the fastest and the drug release was high; finally, antibacterial experiments showed that the suture had excellent antibacterial effect and could effectively kill Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The successful preparation of core-spun yarn surgical suture provides a new idea for the study of new antibacterial surgical suture.

        Simple and green fabrication of a biomass-derived N and O self-doped hierarchical porous carbon via a self-activation route for supercapacitor application

        To meet the increased performance and cost requirements of commercial supercapacitor, a N and O self-doped hierarchical porous carbon is fabricated via a green and simple self-activation route utilizing leaves of wild hollyhock as raw materials. Comparing to commercial activated carbon, the reported material exhibits some marked merits, such as simple and green fabrication process, low cost, and superior capacitance performance. The specifc surface area of the obtained N and O co�doped hierarchical porous carbon arrives 954 m2 g−1, and the content of the self-doped nitrogen and oxygen reaches 2.64 at.% and 7.38 at.%, respectively. The specifc capacitance of the obtained material reaches 226 F g−1 while the specifc capacitance of the symmetric supercapacitor arrives 47.3 F g−1. Meanwhile, more than 90.3% of initial specifc capacitance is kept under a current density of 20 A g−1, and no arresting degradation is observed for capacitance after 5000 times cycle, perfectly demonstrating the excellent cycle and rate capability of the obtained material. The obtained N and O co-doped hierarchical porous carbon are expected to be an ideal substitution for commercial activated carbon.
