      • Which Factors Help Visitors Convert Their Short-Term Pro-Environmental Intentions to Long-Term Behaviors?

        The theoretical perspective of this study is to integrate Visitor Environmental Learning (VEL) into the Theory of Planed Behavior (TPB). The Xiangjiang Safari Park, which is one of the largest theme parks in Asia,was selected to test the conceptual model to examine whether Post-Visit Action Resources (PVAR), Ease of Behavior (EB), and Sunk Cost (SC) have the mediate/moderate effect on the relationship between short-term pro-environment intentions and long-term behaviors. The sample consisted of 269 tourists who have travel experience with the Xiangjiang Safari Park. Findings from a Structural Equation Model analysis show that post-visit action resources partially mediate the relationship between tourists’ short-term pro-environmental intentions and behaviors, and that ease of behavior and sunk cost both have moderating effects on this relationship. These findings indicate that a high level of post-visit action resources, ease of behavior and sunk cost are instrumental in encouraging visitors’ pro-environmental intentions to turn into behaviors.

        The Analysis of Beijing Tourism Destination Image Based on the Network Texts

        정보통신기술의 발달로 인해 잠재 관광객은 인터넷으로 여행 정보를 수집한다. 관광 객들은 온라인 플랫폼에서 여행과 관련된 계획, 전략 등을 포스팅하고 여행 경험을 공 유한다. 이러한 온라인 텍스트는 관광객의 경험과 느낌을 주관적으로 설명한다. 본 연 구는 이러한 텍스트를 기반으로 목적지 이미지를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 Ctrip.com에 게시된 여행 관련 텍스트 중 베이징의 사례를 수집하여 정리하였다. ROST CM6 소프트웨어를 사용하여 빈도가 높은 특징 단어를 추출하고, 네트워크 텍스트 분석 을 사용하여 베이징의 인지적 이미지, 정서적 이미지 및 추천의도를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 관광객은 목적지의 관광명소에 대한 인지적 이미지가 가장 강하게 나타나 는 것으로 나타났다. 정서적 이미지는 관광객의 긍정적인 감정에 영향을 주지만, 추천 의도를 명확하게 나타내지는 않았다. 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 베이징의 관광지 이미지 제고를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. With the development of internet, potential tourists began to search travel information of destination through the internet. At the same time, tourists also share their travel experiences by publishing travel notes and tips on online social platforms. These online texts from tourists describe their experiences and feelings of the destination from a subjective perspective, are also providing original data of destination image for researchers. This paper takes Beijing as a case study site, collected travel notes on Ctrip.com, used ROST CM6 to extract high-frequency feature words, and used network text analysis to analyze Beijing’s cognitive image, emotional image, and recommendation intentions. It can be found that the tourists have the strongest perception of the tourist attractions in the cognitive image, and shown a positive emotional image. Otherwise, the recommendation intention is not very clear. According to the results, relevant destination strategies to enhance the image of Beijing’s are proposed.

        Research on Intelligent Service Construction of Exhibition Venues Based on the Needs of Exhibitors

        Under the background of the information age and the post-pandemic era, the construction of smart exhibition venues has become a hot topic in the exhibition industry. Smart service, as an important direction for the construction of smart venues, has aroused scholars to make relevant discussions. However, there have been some researches on specific exhibition intelligent services, little researches on exhibition hall intelligent services from the perspective of users. In addition, there are also various subjects using intelligent services in the exhibition hall. As a component of exhibitions, the subjects using intelligent services can be divided into exhibition organizers, exhibitors, visitors, service providers, etc. Due to the diverse types of intelligent services required by various subjects, the demand for intelligent services may also vary. Therefore, research on intelligent services in exhibition halls should also vary according to the needs of each subject. Exhibitors, a bridge between organizers and visitors are playing an important role in the exhibition. The income of the organizers is closely related to the satisfaction of exhibitors, which has great significance for the future development of the exhibition. In addition, from the perspective of visitors, exhibitors are the most important element of the exhibition. As one of the important exhibition subjects, exhibitors have their own foundational and particular needs for smart services. Based on the perspective of exhibitors’ needs, this research utilizes literature survey and interview methods to define exhibitors’ demand indicators for smart services in exhibition venues, and combines the Kano model to design a two-factor questionnaire to conduct research. After collecting the data, compare it to the Kano model classification comparative table to classify the demand attributes of the demand indicators, and then prioritize all demand indicators through the Better-Worse coefficient. This study found that exhibitors’ demand for smart services in exhibition venues is mostly type of charismatic demand, and the demand for smart parking lots and mobile charging stations, cloud display, and audience behavior data is of higher priority. Therefore, this research suggests that exhibition venues and exhibition organizers should use the above-mentioned higher priority demand indicators as the core to build a smart service system for exhibition venues. This research provides new ideas for the construction of smart exhibition venues and at the same time makes up for the deficiencies of academic research in this area.

      • 전시참가업체가 인지하는 참가편익이 재참가 의사에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to review benefits perceived by exhibitors" and switching barriers which can significantly help accelerate the growth of trade fair and arouse repurchase intention of exhibitors by the view of organizers. Based on the review, the moderator effect of switching barriers on the relationship of benefits perceived by exhibitors" and their repurchase intention will be analyzed. Consequently, three types of benefits perceived by exhibitors" were found through exploratory factor analysis, namely "functional benefits", "customer benefits" and "social benefits". Likewise, there are three factors such as "interpersonal relationships", "attractiveness of us" and "switching cost" were found. The results also showed that in the causal relationship between benefits perceived by exhibitors" and repurchase intention of exhibitors, "functional benefits" and "customer benefits" have positive effects on repurchase intention of exhibitors. Meanwhile "attractiveness of us" has a positive moderator effect on the relationship between "functional benefits" and repurchase intention, while "switching cost" having a positive moderator effect on the relationship between "social benefits" and repurchase intention. By capitalizing on benefits perceived by exhibitors" and switching barriers, this paper intends to may help trade fair organizers to make more effective and competitive marketing strategies in the future.

        Polysaccharides from the Fleshy Fruits of Camellia oleifera Attenuate the Kidney Injury in High-Fat Diet/Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Mice

        The fleshy fruits of Camellia oleifera Abel are the immature fruits of C. oleifera, which are infected by Exobasidium vexans Massee and then turn to be intumescent and hollowed. They contain rich trace elements and vitamin C and are eaten directly as wild fruits in the Chinese countryside. Recent studies report that C. oleifera has anti-inflammatory and antioxidative effects. The current study, for the first time, evaluates the renal protective capacity of polysaccharides from the fleshy fruits of C. oleifera (CFFP) in streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice fed high-fat diets. The diabetic mice were orally administered CFFP for 3 months to evaluate the renoprotective function of CFFP. Our results indicated that 250 mg/kg CFFP significantly alleviated diabetes-induced renal injury by decreasing serum creatine, blood urea nitrogen levels, the kidney/body weight ratio, expression of fibronectin and collagen, as well as the secretion of tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6. Additionally, 250 mg/kg CFFP could significantly ameliorate renal oxidative stress through increasing glutathione levels and lowering malondialdehyde contents. We confirmed that CFFP could exert antioxidative, anti-inflammatory, and antifibrosis activities. CFFP might be a potential therapeutic agent, and the fleshy fruits of C. oleifera might be a diet therapy for diabetic patients in the future.

        A fluorescent probe for colorimetric detection of bisulfite and application in sugar and red wine

        A new fluorescent probe made from (E)-2-(benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)-3-(6-hydroxynaphthalen-2-yl) acrylonitrile(Probe 1) was synthesized for the determination ofbisulfite concentrations in real food samples (red wine andsugar). Adding bisulfite to a Probe 1 solution caused amarked decrease in fluorescence intensity and a visualcolor change from yellow to light yellow. This distinctcolor response indicates that Probe 1 could be used as avisual sensor for bisulfite. Probe 1 can detect bisulfitequantitatively in the range 0–400 lM with a detection limitof 0.10 lM. This makes Probe 1 a convenient signalinginstrument for determining bisulfite levels in sugar and redwine samples.

        한국기업의 해외전시회 선택요인이 참가성과와 시장성과에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 중국전시회에 참가한 경험이 있는 한국 전시참가업체를 대상으로 한국기업의 중국전시회 선택속성이 참가성과와 시장성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 검정한 목적으로 이루는 연구이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌연구를 바탕으로 한 이론적 접근방법과 중국전시회에 참가한 한국기업을 대상으로 한 실증조사를 진행하였다. 한국기업의 중국전시회 선택속성(기업특성, 현지국 환경, 개최지)와 전시회 참가성과(판매성과, 시장성과), 그리고 중국 시장성과(수출성과), 일반적 특성 등에 대한 설문문항을 작성하여 조사하였다. 조사대상은 중국전시회에 참가한 경험이 있는 한국 전시참가업체로, 중국 광동성에서 개최되는 캔톤페어, 한국 코엑스와 킨텍스에서 개최되는 대표적인 국제전시회에 참가한 한국기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 한국기업의 중국전시회 선택속성 중 개최지는 판매성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 개최지, 기업특성, 중국 현지환경은 비판매성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 한국기업의 중국전시회 참가성과는 중국 시장성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 논문은 그동안 간과 되었던 중국전시회와 중국시장의 영향을 분석하여 한국기업의 관점에서 중국전시회 연구에 학문적으로 기여하였다. 또한 근래 중국의 시장경제가 침체되고 있는 상황에도 불구하고 중국전시회 분야는 급속도로 성장하고 있는 추세를 비추어 보았을 때, 중국전시회 중요성에 대한 통계적 자료를 정리함으로써 한국기업이 중국전시회를 바라보는 시각이 더욱 풍부해질 수 있는 기초적 자료를 마련했다는 데 의미가 있다. This study examines that Effects of Korean companies`s China Exhibition select properties on Trade Show performance and market performance. This study is to define Korean Enterprise`s China Exhibition select properties, Trade Show participation performance, market performance and implement factor derivation through literature review. As a result, China Trade show venue has a significant effect on sales performance. It was also analyzed that the venue, the characteristics of enterprises, and the local environment in China had a significant effect on the non-sales performance. Then the Participation of Korean companies in China Trade show that it has a significant effect on Chinese market performance. In summary, Korean companies are effectively responding to changes in the Chinese market environment, So Korean companies have to strengthen their exhibition marketing strategy and plan, including China Trade Show participation marketing strategy.

        Identification and Characterization of a New Alkaline SGNH Hydrolase from a Thermophilic Bacterium Bacillus sp. K91

        est19 is a gene from Bacillus sp. K91 that encodes a new esterase. A comparison of the amino acid sequence showed that Est19 has typical Ser-Gly-Asn-His (SGNH) family motifs and could be grouped into the SGNH hydrolase family. The Est19 protein was functionally cloned, and expressed and purified from Escherichia coli BL21(DE3). The enzyme activity was optimal at 60°C and pH 9.0, and displayed esterase activity towards esters with short-chain acyl esters (C2-C6). A structural model of Est19 was constructed using phospholipase A1 from Streptomyces albidoflavus NA297 as a template. The structure showed an α/β-hydrolase fold and indicated the presence of the typical catalytic triad Ser49-Asp227-His230, which were further investigated by site-directed mutagenesis. To the best of our knowledge, Est19 is a new member of the SGNH hydrolase family identified from thermophiles, which may be applicable in the industrial production of semisynthetic β-lactam antibiotics after modification.

        A randomized controlled trial to compare the efficacy of regenerated and non-regenerated oxidized cellulose gauze for the secondary treatment of local bleeding in patients undergoing hepatic resection

        Purpose: Oxidized cellulose is available in many forms, but manufactured using either a regenerated or non-regenerated process. In this study, we evaluated the effects of 2 different hemostatic agents for the treatment of local bleeding in patients undergoing hepatic resection. Methods: This was a monocentric, parallel-group, randomized, and controlled clinical trial to compare oxidized regenerated cellulose gauze (ORCG) with oxidized non-regenerated cellulose gauze (ONRCG) in patients undergoing hepatectomy. The primary endpoint was the time to hemostasis at the target bleeding site. The secondary endpoints were the postoperative drainage volume on the first 2 days after surgery and the hospital stay. Results: There was no significant difference between the ORCG and ONRCG groups in time to hemostasis from column analysis (238.8 ± 121.6 seconds vs. 193.7 ± 85.3 seconds, P = 0.068), and there were no differences in the rates of hemostatic success between the 2 groups at 120 seconds (18.4% vs. 24.3%; odds ratio [OR], 0.703; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.231–2.136) and 300 seconds (71.1% vs. 89.2%; OR, 0.298; 95% CI, 0.085–1.041). However, the ONRCG group was superior to the ORCG group in hemostasis according to the survival analysis (log-rank test, P = 0.044). Moreover, there were also no significant differences between the 2 groups in postoperative drainage volume on the first 2 days (P = 0.436, P = 0.381) and hospital stay (P = 0.537, P = 0.200). Conclusion: ONRCG was not inferior to ORCG as a hemostatic agent in patients undergoing liver resection.

        Inhibition of mouse SP2/0 myeloma cell growth by the B7-H4 protein vaccine

        B7-H4 is a member of B7 family of co-inhibitory molecules and B7-H4 protein is found to be overexpressed in many human cancers and which is usually associated with poor survival. In this study, we developed a therapeutic vaccine made from a fusion protein composed of a tetanus toxoid (TT) T-helper cell epitope and human B7-H4IgV domain (TT-rhB7-H4IgV). We investigated the anti-tumor effect of the TT-rhB7-H4IgV vaccine in BALB/c mice and SP2/0 myeloma growth was significantly suppressed in mice. The TT-rhB7-H4IgV vaccine induced high-titer specific antibodies in mice. Further, the antibodies induced by TT-rhB7-H4IgV vaccine were capable of depleting SP2/0 cells through complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) in vitro. On the other hand, the poor cellular immune response was irrelevant to the therapeutic efficacy. These results indicate that the recombinant TT-rhB7-H4IgV vaccine might be a useful candidate of immunotherapy for the treatment of some tumors associated with abnormal expression of B7-H4.
