      • Improved Entropy-based Fuzzy Group Decision-making Model and Application in Earthquake Emergency Priority

        Integration of Entropy and fuzzy group decision-making method was applied into the earthquake emergency priority problem and difficulty, which provided a practical and scientific assistant decision-making mode. Through the demonstration of index system and its hierarchy of earthquake emergency priority, fuzzy group decision-making was mapped into earthquake emergency, fuzzy decision-making matrix was erected for earthquake emergency priority, and the priority of earthquake emergency was determined with the Improved Entropy weights. Finally, example showed that model could present guidance for the earthquake emergency plans and local decision-making operations.

      • SPA Model on Repair Priority for Earthquake-damaged Transport Infrastructures

        Sequence is an important mission and performance in such repair decision-making operation for the earthquake-damaged transport infrastructures. Through introducing Set Pair Analysis ideology, the decision-making model was established for earthquake repair sequence of transport infrastructures. Then, the SPA comparing space was built, the association identity, contrary and difference degree parameters were calculated for repair projects, the relative SPA proximity was determined for each repair project, as well as the repair sequence was given. Meanwhile, the integration of Efficiency Coefficient method and Information Entropy to determine the index weights, improved the reliability of repair sequence. Finally, Case showed a typical evaluation index system and model application, which provided a scientific, simple and suitable method on the repair priority decision-making operation for the earthquake-damaged transport infrastructures.

      • Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Power Quality Based on Modified Entropy Weights

        To improve the limitations of information entropy in the power quality evaluation process, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was proposed on Modified Entropy Weights and Catastrophe Verification. Through summing up the six indexes of power quality, and establishing the evaluation level boundary, the positive and negative entropy weights were reckoned for the power quality monitoring units; The fuzzy features and evaluation was improved to be depicted for power quality with Exponent method, and the five level membership function was set for the power quality evaluation; Then, the mechanism was set up for the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation operation. Finally, with the modified entropy information combination mode and the fuzzy catastrophe mode, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and comparative analysis was carried on for such power quality. Case showed, the power quality evaluation conclusion of Information catastrophe mode has the good consistency with the weight combination mode of the positive and negative entropy, which could realize the distinction and system evaluation to the different monitoring units.

      • A New Ambiguity Elimination Method for BSS Block Signals in Time Domain

        This paper deals with the ambiguity problem of blind source separation (BSS) in the case where continuously received mixture signals are split in time and processed block by block. Due to the inherent permutation and scaling ambiguities of BSS, tying the separated components at each adjacent time blocks doesn’t recover the original source signals correctly in general. Inspired by the Permutation Method of reconstructing source signal blocks in time domain, a new ambiguity elimination approach is proposed in this paper. This method aims to concatenate the separated components in adjacent blocks by artificially setting contrast blocks for each adjacent time blocks. The core idea of this method is to utilize the associativity between components recovered from contrast blocks and corresponding adjacent blocks. Compared with Permutation Method, the main advantage of this new method consists in the fact that it is much more efficient in terms of separation quality and computational speed. Besides, a tradeoff can be adjusted between separation quality and computational speed by choosing different length of contrast blocks. Real-life experiments are performed to validate the performance of this method on the wireless communication system with two transmitting and receiving antennas.

        A randomized controlled trial to compare the efficacy of regenerated and non-regenerated oxidized cellulose gauze for the secondary treatment of local bleeding in patients undergoing hepatic resection

        Purpose: Oxidized cellulose is available in many forms, but manufactured using either a regenerated or non-regenerated process. In this study, we evaluated the effects of 2 different hemostatic agents for the treatment of local bleeding in patients undergoing hepatic resection. Methods: This was a monocentric, parallel-group, randomized, and controlled clinical trial to compare oxidized regenerated cellulose gauze (ORCG) with oxidized non-regenerated cellulose gauze (ONRCG) in patients undergoing hepatectomy. The primary endpoint was the time to hemostasis at the target bleeding site. The secondary endpoints were the postoperative drainage volume on the first 2 days after surgery and the hospital stay. Results: There was no significant difference between the ORCG and ONRCG groups in time to hemostasis from column analysis (238.8 ± 121.6 seconds vs. 193.7 ± 85.3 seconds, P = 0.068), and there were no differences in the rates of hemostatic success between the 2 groups at 120 seconds (18.4% vs. 24.3%; odds ratio [OR], 0.703; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.231–2.136) and 300 seconds (71.1% vs. 89.2%; OR, 0.298; 95% CI, 0.085–1.041). However, the ONRCG group was superior to the ORCG group in hemostasis according to the survival analysis (log-rank test, P = 0.044). Moreover, there were also no significant differences between the 2 groups in postoperative drainage volume on the first 2 days (P = 0.436, P = 0.381) and hospital stay (P = 0.537, P = 0.200). Conclusion: ONRCG was not inferior to ORCG as a hemostatic agent in patients undergoing liver resection.

        Expression of Thymosin ${\alpha}1$-thymopentin Fusion Peptide in Pichia pastoris and its Characterization

        Thymopentin plays an important role in improving imbalanced immune systems of patients, however, it has a limited half-life in plasma. To get more stable and active thymopentin analogs, a fusion thymosin ${\alpha}1$-thymopentin ($T{\alpha}1$-TP5) gene was synthesized and cloned into vector $pGAPZ{\alpha}A$. $T{\alpha}1$-TP5 fusion peptide was expressed in pichia pastoris and purified by metal chelating chromatography and gel filtration chromatography. The circular dichroism spectra (CD) indicated that the secondary structure of $T{\alpha}1$-TP5 fusion peptide is dominated by a-helix and random coil. In vitro analysis showed that the plasma half-life of $T{\alpha}1$-TP5 fusion peptide is $140{\pm}14\;min$, which is longer than that of TP5 ($5.6{\pm}0.7\;min$) and $T{\alpha}1$ ($127{\pm}11\;min$). The in vitro activity assay presented that $T{\alpha}1$-TP5 fusion peptide has greater activity in promoting proliferation of Kunming mouse splenocytes, and in vivo experiment it showed better activity in promoting the phagocytosis of macrophages and secretion of IL-2 than both $T{\alpha}1$ and TP5. Our findings suggest that $T{\alpha}1$-TP5 fusion peptide might be a potential therapeutic agent.

      • Research on the Expert System of Mathematics Application Question Teaching

        In view of the automatic solution process of the elementary school mathematics application question, this article has carried on the research to the mathematics application question teaching expert system. Firstly, this paper introduces the definition and structure of the expert system. Then the system structure and function module of the mathematics application question teaching expert system design, gives a detailed description and design of information extraction module, application of rule base, application type library and application question solving process. In this paper, the application of the problem is divided into an integer one step calculation problem, the integer two steps to calculate the application and fractional scores of three parts of the application. At the same time, according to different types of applications, the structural characteristics of the analysis. According to the information extraction model and mathematical operation rules, the overall framework and function modules of the design mathematics teaching expert system are designed. And the realization process is studied. The research results show that the system can be used to demonstrate the solution of mathematical problems in detail. Help students to understand the application of the problem solving process. Make it better learn to know how to solve the problem. And it is helpful for teachers to easily understand method and carry on the teaching process. This also means that the system has practical application value. As a bridge between mathematical theory and practice, mathematical application problems have become more and more important in the implementation of mathematical quality education. It is necessary to cultivate students' mathematics application consciousness and optimize the students' thinking quality. After leaving school, every student can still think about problems and solve the problem mathematically. In consequence, pay more attention to the teaching of application problems, make the cultivation of the consciousness of "use" of mathematics throughout the whole high school stage, and integrate training students' ability of solving mathematics application question into daily teaching, which is conductive to promote the development of students' mathematical innovation, stimulate mathematics learning interest, and improve internal drive of mathematics learning. In our country, many middle school mathematics teachers have carried on the thorough research on the mathematics application problems teaching, which also has made some progress. However, there are still a lot of mistakes in the application teaching in the daily used system. In particular, the college entrance examination still has its influences, teaching material adjustment is not in place, how to teach the application problems plays a crucial role in the overall implementation of the quality education reform.
