        본 연구는 분말상 원료(전분, 대두분)의 저장유통시 품질변화를 건전성과 안전성 측면에서 검토하여 식품의 기준 ·규격 설정f.」 합지적으로 반영하고자 하였다. 전분과 패두분의 이물을 검사하고, 2종 대두분(중국산, 미국산)을 ?0일간 IS'c와 30t에 저장하면서 성상, 수분, 산가, 과산화물가, 지방산 조성,아플라톡신 BB의 생성여부를 분석하였다. 중국산 대두분 30'』 저장군에서 50일 이후 곰팡이가 발생한 것 이외에 모든 시료에서 양호한 성상을 나타내었고, 전분과 대두닥 모든 시료에서 이물은 검출되지 않았다. 산가는 중국산과 미국산 시료간에 편차를 보여 증국산 30"C, 50일 저장시료에서 약 10배끙도 증가하였고, 과산화물가는 저장 90일후 15'E 저장군은 약 2.3배, 30'c 저장군은 3배정도 증가하였다. 대두분의 주요 지방산은 linoleic acidf18. 2), oleic acid(18 : 1), palmitic acid(16 : 0)이었으며, 3개월 저장에 따른 지방산 함량의 변화는 미미하였다. 아플라톡신 B₁은 모든 시료에서 검출되지 않았다. The objective of this study was to investigate auality changes of type raw materials(starch, soy flour) during various storage conditions. Starchflour(source of China, U.S.A) were slfred under two temperature(15'C, 30'c) forSensory evaluation, (o.reign material test, moisture content, acid value, peroxide ualue,composition, aflatorin Bi were analyzed. China soy flour(stor·ed 30'f) was contaminated by fungj on 50 days. Except for soy flour contardnated by fungi, sensory characteristics were not changed and foreign mater;als were notdetected. Acid value of China soy flour(stored at 30'C, 90 days) was about 10 times higherlevel before storage and acid value was more influenced by source(China, USA). Peroxide valuewas in proportion with the storage period slightly. The major fatty acid of soy flour waslinoleic acid(18 . 2), an(3 the change of fatty acid composition was not observed. Aflatoxlrl Blwas not detected.

        원예치료프로그램이 정신장애자의 우울감에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to identify effects of horticultural therapy on the depression of psychiatric patients. The experimental group was 12 patients, who received horticultural therapy far one hour per week for 15weeks. The control group was 12 patients, who did not received horticultural therapy, 24 patients were examined before and after program of horticultural therapy at once respectively. The results of the study were as follows; The experimental group showed the decrease on depression. As following general characteristic of patients, people who is man, single, over 5years in hospital and academic carrier educated under middle school graduate, had the decrease on depression. Through above results we can prove the effects of horticultural therapy on the depression of psychiatric patients. On the Other hand, more professional study will be required.

      • 2-Bromoacetylnaphthalene을 螢光誘導體化劑로 利用한 Alclofenac의 HPLC 分析에 관한 硏究

        A simple, rapid and high sensitive method for determination of alclofenac is described. 2-Bromoacetylnaphthalene was used as the pre-column fluorescent derivatizing reagent for high performance liquid chromatography. Alclofenac was derivatized quantitatively into fluorescent compound by reacting with 2-bromoacetylnaphthalene in the presence of 18-crown-6 ether in acetonitrile. The optimum conditions for the derivatization such as concentration of KOH, 18-crown-6 and 2-bromoacetylnaphthalene, reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated. The structure of alcolofenac derivative was confirmed from IR, NMR and mass spectra. The fluorescence properties of alclofenac derivative were examined. The derivative was separated on a reverse phase column (Lichrosorb RP-8) in isocratid elution mode using the secondary mixture of acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase. The effluent was monitored by fluorometer.(Ex. 303, Em. 418 nm). The calibration plots for the peak area versus concentration of alclofenac observed to be linear(r =0.999).

        잔류응력 완화 중 나노접촉 형상의 천이거동 모델링을 통한 DLC 박막의 잔류응력 평가

        Assessment of residual stress is an important point to prevent the failures of thin film devices. Nanoindentation technique was proposed as a stress-measuring method of thin film in a previous research. However, the stress-analyzing model used at the previous research had the problems of a partial deformation-irrelative stress interaction concept and no consideration of the change in the contact area during continuous stress relaxation. Therefore, we modified the model by analyzing a new residual stress-induced normal load based on deformation-dependent shear stress component and by calculating the continuous relaxation procedure as an integration method. The modified model was applied to evaluate the residual stresses in two diamond-like carbon films. The evaluated residual stresses from the newly modified model were more consistent with the results from the conventional curvature method than those from the earlier model.

        팔공산화강암과 주변 접촉변성암에 관한 암석학적 연구

        Palgongsan granite considered to be a rapid cooling shallow-level intrusion, exhibits textural and mineralogical changes from margin toward core. In petrochemistry it is characteristic of I-type granitoid representing calc-alkaline differentiation trend, which is discriminated active continental arc granitoid in tectonomagmatic environment. In Q-Ab-Or-An system norm compositions of the Palgongsan granite are plotted near low-temperature trough, and concentrated on the minimum melt curve (700℃). Palgongsan granite intruded and metamorphosed sedimentary rocks to hornfelses forming contact metamorphic aureoles (average 1.5 km width). Contact aureoles are divided into inner and outer zone, which are respectively biotite and chlorite zone, indicating albite-epidote hornfels facies. The mineral assemblages are chlorite-muscovite in chlorite zone and biotite-muscovite(-chlorite), epidote-chlorite, actinolite-chlorite and actinolite -epidote-chlorite in biotite zone. Metamorphic temperature is as low as to be estimated about 350℃ in chlorite zone and 400℃ or higher in biotite zone.

        The purpose of this study is to propose the alternative house planning applied the architectural concept of Mario Botta. In the point of view, the architectural concept of Mario Botta ; contextual space's recognition, functional space's continuation, geometric form's temperance, contrastive entrance's production. We selet the House of Riva San Vitale(1971~73) and Ligornetto(1975~76). As the result, we bring to suggest the alternative house planning(photograph 12&24) and the house planning is to pursue oen of various house planning.

      • 대학생의 비만실태와 식생활 양상에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this survey was to investigate the prevalence of obesity, eating behaviour and life style of college students. This survey was carried out anthropometry and questionnaires in 236 male and 248 female college students in Seoul and Kyongi area. The results are summerized as follows : 1) Average skinfold thickness of the triceps and subscapular in female students were higher than those of male students. Average percentage of body fat in female was higher than that of male. The average BMI, WLI, OR of male were 21.8, 100.6, -1.7, respectively and those of female were 20.4, 99.3, -5.7,respectively. Distribution of BMI, WLI, OR and %BF indicated that BMI was more sensitive for identifying underweight whereas %BF was more sensitive for identifying overweight of female. 2) By BMI, 37% of students belong to underweight groups shereas 7% overweight and obesity ones. The female students showed lower obesity indice than the male. Self-evaluated obesity seemed likely to overestimate their body shapes above BMI, which lead to high unsatisfaction toward their body shape. Males want to gain weight slightly and females want to lose 4.9kg weight. All females want to lose weights. Obese male and females want to lose 12kg, 16kg weights, respectively. 3) Obese group had rapid eating rate, overeating habit, preferences of greasy food and instant food more than any other groups.         계육과 돈육으로 제조한 Gold Cut의 저장에 따른 품질변화

        닭고기를 이용하여 소시지류의 제조 가능성을 검토하기 위하여 돼지고기와 닭고기에 인산함유 소금과 양념류를 첨가하여 cold cut을 제조하고 탈기포장하여 저장기간동안의 품질을 비교 연구하였다. 돈육 cold cut이 계육 cold cut보다 미생물의 증식이 더 빠르고 산가가 더 크게 감소하였으나 TBA가는 계육 cold cut의 증가폭이 더 컸다. 조직감 측정에서는 springeness, cohesiveness는 두 시료간에 유의적 차이를 보이지 않았다. 돈육 cold cut과 계육 cold cut의 관능검사에서는 색, 외관, 냄새에서 유의적 차이를 보였으나, 조직감, 풍미, 전체적인 수응도에서는 유의적 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과 닭고기를 이용한 소시지류의 제조 가능성을 볼 수 있었다. Cold cuts were prepared from the pork and chicken with polyphosphate salt and spices. Microorganism was more proliferated and acid value was more decreased in pork cold cut rather than chicken cold cut. Otherwise TEA value of chicken cold cut was more increased than that of pork cold cut. Textures of springeness and cohesiveness were not significantly different in both cold cuts. From sensory evaluation, color, apprearance and odor were significantly different, but texture, flavor and total acceptability were not significantly different. From these results, if we could study some antioxidants furthermore, we think it possible to manufacture cold cut from chicken.
