        소규모 농업용 저수지의 저류량-용수공급능력 결정에 관한 연구

        This study aims at the effective estimation of water supply capacity of small scale reservoir and the proposal of the data which is necessary to establish the water resources management plan of down stream area of the reservoir in the future by comparison and examination about reservoir operation technique for the security of agricultural water in small scale reservoir. The result of flow calculation by Tank model is used for the input data as the inflow data which is needed for the analysis of water supply capacity. Stochastic method, simulation method, and optimization method are used to examine the water supply capacity, and water security amount is compared with each method. From the analyses of water supply capacities by each method, slightly different results are shown in spite of the effort to compare them equally using input data such as inflow data under equal conditions, and the comparison of water supply capacities by each method are follows; linear planning method, and transition probability matrix method in the order of amount from the largest. It is thought that the simulation method in which comparatively reasonable application of the inflow data is possible and is simulated in successive time series dam operation of the three methods used in this study thus, simulation model is proper to estimate the water supply capacity of agricultural small scale reservoir. And it is judged that the heightening of efficiency of water resources utilization according to the development of downstream area of dam may be possible using the upward readjusted water supply amount of 55.18×10^6ton at 95% and 90% supply reliability respectively which are above the planning water supply amount of 50.0×10^6ton when the simulation method is introduced as the standard.

        Nuclear factor I-C가 치근발생 과정에서 Hertwig's 상피초 형성에 미치는 영향

        치아의 형성은 상피-간엽간의 상호작용을 통해 조절되어지는 복잡한 발생과정이다. 지금까지 치관의 발생에 관여하는 유전자 및 그들의 신호전달경로에 관한 연구는 다수 진행되어 왔지만 치근의 발생을 조절하는 기전에 대해서는 별로 알려진 것이 없다. 최근에 NFI-C knock out 생쥐에서 정상치관에 비정상적인 치근을 가지는 치아가 보고되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 NFI-C가 어떻게 치근의 형태와 상아모세포의 분화에 관여하는지를 규명하는 것이다. NFI-C knock out 생쥐의 치근 발생동안에 HERS의 역할을 연구하고자 cytokeratin 면역조직화학적방법과 치근상아질의 특성을 규명하기 위해 DSPP mRNA in-situ hybrydization법을 수행하였다. 1. NFI-C knock out 생쥐의 치근형성시 HERS의 역할 Wild type과 knock out type 모두에서 cytokeratin은 모든 HERS 세포들과 반응하였고, HERS와 법랑상피 사이의 양성반응세포들의 연속성은 치경부 부위에서 소실되었다. Knock out type에서 치근상아질이 침착된 후, cytokeratin 양성-HERS 세포들은 치경부에서 불규칙한 배열과 극성의 상실을 보였다. 2. NFI-C knock out 생쥐의 치근상아질의 특성 DSPP mRNA의 발현은 wild type에서 치관과 치근상아질의 상아모세포 모두에서 강한 발현을 보인 반면, knock out type에서는 치관부위 상아질의 상아모세포에서만 강한 발현을 보였다. 3. NFI-C knock out 생쥐의 치근 발생과정에서 HERS는 치관으로부터 정상적인 확장을 보인 반면, 치근부위에서의 상아 모세포 분화는 실패하였다. 위의 결과들로 보아 NFI-C는 치근형성 과정에서 상아모세포 분화에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 사료된다. Tooth formation is a complex developmental process that is mediated through a series of reciprocal epithelial-mesenchymal interactions. Several signal pathways and transcription factors have been implicated in regulating molar crown development, but relatively little is known about the regulation of root development. It was reported that NFI-C knockout mice showed abnormal root formation with normal crown. The aims of this study are to elucidate how the NFI-C regulate the determine of root shape and odontoblasts differentiation. We carried out immunohistochemistry using cytokeratin to investigate the role of Hertwig's epithelial root sheath and DSPP mRNA in-situ hybridization to conform the nature of root dentin during root development in NFI-C knockout mice. Cytokeratin reacted with all the HERS cells and the continuity of cytokeratin positive cells between the HERS cells and enamel epithelium was lost in the cervical region both wild and K/O types. After root dentin deposition cytokeratin positive-HERS cells showed irregularity and loss of polarity in the cervical region in K/O type. DSPP mRNA was strongly expressed in odontoblasts of crown and root dentin in wild type mice, whereas expression of DSPP mRNA was restricted in odontoblast of crown dentin in the K/O type. During root formation in NFI-C knockout mice, HERS normally grow out of the crown but fail to induce odontoblast differentiation in root portion. These results suggest that NFI-C may play important roles in odontoblast differentiation during root dentin formation.

        링레이저 자이로 기반 2축 회전형 관성항법장치 오차해석에 대한 연구

        관성항법장치 순수항법 성능을 개선하는 방법으로 관성센서 오차가 상호 상쇄되도록 관성센서뭉치를 회전시켜 항법 성능을 개선하는 방법이 있으며 이러한 원리로 동작하는 항법장치를 회전형 관성항법장치라 한다. 관성센서 오차에 의한 회전형 관성항법장치의 정확한 항법 성능 분석을 위해서는 이에 대한 이론적 오차해석이 요구되나 기존의 많은 연구에서는 지구회전 각속도 및 중력 가속도에 의한 영향을 무시하고 오차해석을 수행하여 회전형 관성항법장치의 정확한 항법 성능 분석이 수행되지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 링레이저 자이로 기반 회전형 관성항법장치의 정확한 항법 성능 분석을 위하여 지구회전 각속도 및 중력 가속도 항을 포함한 이론적인 오차해석을 수행하고 이를 기반으로 회전형 관성항법장치의 항법 성능 분석 결과를 제시하였다. There is a method to enhance the pure navigation performance of INS(Inertial Navigation System) through the rotation of inertial measurement unit to compensate error sources of inertial sensors each other and that INS using this principle of operation is called rotational INS. In this paper, the exact error analysis of rotational INS based on ring laser gyro considering the coupling effect with gravity and earth rate is performed to evaluate the navigation performance by inertial sensor error sources. And error analysis and performance evaluation result confirmed by modelling and simulation is also proposed in this paper.

      • Isolation of hepatitis E virus genotype 4 from patients with acute cryptogenic hepatitis in Korea

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P><B>Background</B></P> <P>Autochthonous hepatitis E occurs sporadically in developed countries. The consumption of undercooked pork containing hepatitis E virus genotype 3 (HEV-3) or 4 (HEV-4) is the major risk factor for infection. The serological diagnostic kits currently used in hospitals sometimes produce false-negative or −positive results. Therefore, detection of both HEV RNA and antibodies to the virus is required for confirmative diagnosis of hepatitis E.</P> <P><B>Objectives</B></P> <P>We aimed to detect HEV in serum samples from patients with cryptogenic hepatitis and to determine the origin of HEV.</P> <P><B>Study design</B></P> <P>A nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method was developed for detection of HEV-3 and HEV-4 in patients with hepatitis. A total of 23 serum samples, deposited in 2006–2012, from patients with acute cryptogenic hepatitis who were serologically negative for hepatitis A, B, C, and E were examined using this method. The amplified PCR products were genetically analyzed.</P> <P><B>Results</B></P> <P>Four HEV-4 isolates were detected from the 23 serum samples. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that three of the four isolates were closely related to HEV-4 isolates found in pigs in Korea and in patients with hepatitis E in Japan.</P> <P><B>Conclusions</B></P> <P>The newly developed nested PCR method was useful for detection of HEV in patients with cryptogenic hepatitis. The close relationship between the human HEV-4 isolates identified in this study and swine isolates implied that zoonotic transmission of HEV might be a source of infection in patients with hepatitis.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> A nested PCR method was developed for detection of HEV-3 and HEV-4. </LI> <LI> HEV-4 isolates were identified in serum of patients with cryptogenic hepatitis. </LI> <LI> These isolates were closely related to swine and Japanese HEV-4 strains. </LI> </UL> </P>

        Clinical Result of Prolonged Primary Chemotherapy in Retinoblastoma Patients

        This study evaluated the effects of prolonged primary chemotherapy in retinoblastoma. The data for 27 eyes in 22 children who were treated for retinoblastoma with up to 13 cycles of primary chemotherapy was reviewed. The chemotherapy consisted of etoposide, vincristine, and either carboplatin or ifosfamide. In bilateral retinoblastoma, 1 eye was in each Ia, Ib, and Va, according to the Reese-Ellsworth classification, 2 in each IIa, IIIa, and IIIb, 4 in IIb, and 5 in IVa. Enucleation was performed in 1 in IIa and 1 in Va. In unilateral, 1 was in each IIa, IIIa, IVa, IVb, and Vb, and 4 in Va. Enucleation was performed in 8 with the exception of 1 in IIa. Complete regression was observed in 17 eyes (12 patients). There was no toxicity severe enough to delay treatment. Prolonged primary chemotherapy can be considered as an alternative treatment for retinoblastoma in III or less.

        국내 민간—공공 부문의 아웃플레이스먼트 연구동향 비교

        본 연구의 목적은 민간과 공공부문의 아웃플레이스먼트 수행에 대한 체계적인 비교, 분석 연구를 통해 각 부문별 효율적이고도 맞춤화된 아웃플레이스먼트 수행 방향성을 탐색해 보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 민간부문 종사자를 대상으로 하는 아웃플레이스먼트에 관한 논문과 공공부문 조직 종사자를 대상으로 하는 논문을 상호간 비교하는 내용분석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 아웃플레이스먼트는 1997년 국내 도입이후 꾸준히 관련 연구가 진행되고 있으며 특히 2010년 이후로 본격 활성화되고 있다. 둘째, 아웃플레이스먼트의 학술논문 출처 및 학술지분야에서는 교육관련 분야가 가장 많았다. 셋째, 아웃플레이스먼트의 주요 개념에 있어 민간부문에서는 실행방식 측면의 개념들이 다수를 이루었고 공공부문에서는 실행목적 측면의 개념들이 다수 사용되었다. 넷째, 민간과 공공부문의 아웃플레이스먼트 주요 관점에 따른 목적은 퇴직자 관점을 중심으로 재취업의 목적이 가장 많았으며 민간부문에서는 특히 경제 및 재무의 목적이 그 다음으로 많았다. 다섯째, 아웃플레이스먼트의 수행 주체에 있어 민간과 공공부문 모두 조직자체&외부기관의 활용이 많았고, 민간부문에서는 외부전문기관을 활용하는 케이스도 적지 않았다. 여섯째, 그간 국내에서 진행된 아웃플레이스먼트의 문제점들에 있어서는 형식적이거나 차별화되지 않는 교육 프로그램을 가장 많이 언급하고 있으며 이에 대한 해결안으로 실질적인 취업과 연계된 교육방안을 제시하였다. 나아가 민간부문은 경제교육에 대한 필요를 가장 많이 언급하였으며 공공부문은 아웃플레이스먼트 교육 시행기간 연장에 대한 필요성을 다수 제기하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore efficient and customized outplacement direction for each department through systematic comparison and analysis of outplacement performance of private and public sector. To do this, we conducted a content analysis comparing outplacement articles for private sector employees and for public sector employees. As a result of the analysis, first, outplacement has been continuously studied since its introduction in Korea in 1997, and has been in full swing since 2010. Second, in the field of academic publications and academic journals of outplacement, education related fields were the most common. Third, in the main concept of outplacement, the concept of executive aspect has been widely used in the private sector, and the concept of executive object has been used in the public sector. Fourth, the purposes of outplacement of private and public sector were mainly the purpose of reemployment, especially retirees perspective, and the private sector was the next most important economic and financial purpose. Fifth, Principal agent of Execution in the private sector and the public sector used the organization itself and outside organizations, and the private sector used external experts. Sixth, the problems of outplacement in Korea have been mentioned most in perfunctory and equivalent education programs. And, a solution to this problem was proposed in relation to practical employment. In addition, the private sector has addressed the need for economic education the most, and the public sector has raised the need for extension of outplacement education.

        Efficacy and Safety of UI05MSP015CT in Functional Dyspepsia: A Randomized, Controlled Trial

        Background/Aims: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of a controlled release, once-daily formulation of mosapride (UI05MSP015CT) in patients with functional dyspepsia (FD). Methods: Patients with FD were randomly assigned (1:1) to receive either UI05MSP015CT (15 mg once a day, study group) or mosapride (5 mg three times a day, control group) and corresponding placebo for 4 weeks. The primary endpoint was a change in the gastrointestinal symptom score (GIS) evaluated at enrollment and after 4 weeks. Secondary endpoints were changes in the Nepean Dyspepsia Index-Korean version (NDI-K), rate of satisfactory symptom relief, and rate of adverse events. Results: A total of 138 patients were enrolled (female, 73.9%; mean age, 44.0±15.4 years). After excluding patients who violated the study protocol, 59 and 58 patients from the study and control groups, respectively, were included in the per-protocol analysis. No difference was observed in drug compliance between the control and study groups (97.07%±4.52% vs 96.85%±6.05%, p=0.870). Changes in GIS scores were -9.69±6.44 and -10.01±5.92 in the study and control groups. The mean difference in GIS change between groups was 0.33 (95% confidence interval, -1.75 to 2.41), demonstrating non-inferiority of UI-05MSP015CT (p=0.755). The rate of satisfactory symptom relief was not different between the study and control groups (39.0% vs 56.9%, p=0.053). No differences in change in NDI-K score (14.3 vs 16.9, p=0.263) or rates of adverse events (12.9% vs. 4.4%, p=0.062) were observed between the study and control groups. Conclusions: Once-daily mosapride is not inferior to conventional mosapride in efficacy and is safe in patients with FD. (Gut Liver 2018;12:516-522)
