        가열 조건을 달리한 단호박 페이스트와 검 종류별 단호박 라떼의 품질특성

        가열 조건에 따른 단호박 페이스트를 제조하기 위해, 단호박을 15분 간 초벌 증숙한 뒤, 고압가열 처리 0분(A), 10분(B), 20분(C), 40분(D) 실시하여 실험군의 품질특성 을 조사하였다. 그 결과 일반성분의 경우, 대체적으로 고 압가열 처리 유무에 따른 유의적 차이가 관찰되었으며, 고압가열 처리한 B, C, D 실험군의 수분함량, 조단백질, 조섬유가 고압가열 무처리군 A에 비해 감소하였고, 가용성 무질소물은 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 가열 조건별 단호박 페이스트의 수용성식이섬유는 고압가열 20분 처리군인 C의 측정치가 2.02로 가장 높았으며 무처리군인 A의 1.60 보다 증가하였고, 고압가열 처리 40분의 경우 오히려 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 색도의 L 값은 고압가열 무처리군인 A가 52.20에서 고압가열 처리 10분, 20분, 40분으로 시간이 증가함에 따라 각각 50.33, 49.46, 48.06으로 감소하였고, a 값과 b 값 또한 유의적인 차이를 보이며 감소하였다. 현미경을 통한 단호박 페이스트의 현탁액 입자를 관찰한 결과 카로티노이드를 포함하는 유세포가 관찰되었으며 고압가열 처리와 그 시간이 증가함에 따라 단호박 유세포의 변형이 뚜렷하게 관찰되었으나, 부유안정성 실험 결과 실험군 A, B, C, D 간 차이가 없었다. 이때, 가열조건의 선택은 수용성 식이섬유의 증가, 환원당 증가, 단맛의 관능특성이 유의적으로 높고, 전반적 기호도가 가장 우수한 것으로 나타난 고압가열 처리 20분인 C 실험군으로 결정하였다. 선택된 조건의 단호박 페이스트에 식품가공 시 널리 사용되는 검류인 xanthan gum, locust bean gum, guar gum을 단호박 페이스트에 종류별로 첨가하여 부유안정성을 확인하였는데, 이 결과 guar gum, locust bean gum, xanthan gum 순으로 부유안정성 효과를 나타냈으며 locust bean gum과 xanathan gum은 비슷한 정도의 효과를 보였다. 또한 관능검사를 통한 기호도 확인 결과 텍스쳐와, 전반적인 기호도가 가장 우수했으므로 locust bean gum(0.2%) 첨가 단호박 라떼의 품질이 가장 적절할 것으로 판단된다. For the production of pumpkin paste with respect to heating conditions, we steamed the pumpkin for roughly 15 min, heated it with high pressure treatment for 0 min (A), 10 min (B), 20 min (C), 40 min (D), and subsequently investigated the quality characteristics. Generally a significant difference was observed between the pumpkin paste treated with and without high-pressure heat. The values of water content, crude protein and crude fiber of the high-pressure heat-treated groups B, C, D were decreased compared with untreated group A. The soluble fiber in experimental group B sweet-pumpkin paste treated with high-pressure heat for 20 min was higher than the control, and the highest value at 2.02. Experimental group D sweet-pumpkin paste treated with high-pressure heat for 40 min was found to have a decreased soluble fiber content relative to the control. The L value for the color of the group A untreated control sweet-pumpkin paste (no high-pressure heating) decreased as the time increased from 10 min to 40 min, with L values of 50.33, 49.46, and 48.06, respectively. The b value for the color of the sweet-pumpkin paste also decreased, showing a significant difference. Taking into account all the results, we chose experimental group B in order to prepare sweet-pumpkin latte. We used 0.2% gum (xanthan gum, locust bean gum, guar gum) as a stabilizer. Sweet-pumpkin latte with xanthan and locust bean gum has a suspension stability effect that lasts 90 min. The L and b values of sweet-pumpkin latte with gums increase and a value decrease compared with the control. In terms of the overall acceptance of the sweet-pumpkin latte, the experimental group with xanthan gum scored the best.

        Dose-linear pharmacokinetics of oleanolic acid after intravenous and oral administration in rats

        <P>The pharmacokinetics of oleanolic acid was evaluated in vitro and in vivo. From Caco-2 cell permeation studies, oleanolic acid was a low permeability compound with no directional effects, suggesting a low in vivo absorption mediated by a passive diffusion. Oleanolic acid was metabolically unstable following incubation with rat liver microsomes in the presence of NADPH. After intravenous injection at doses of 0.5, 1 and 2 mg/kg doses, oleanolic acid showed dose-linear pharmacokinetics as evidenced by unaltered CL (28.6–33.0 ml/min/kg), V<SUB>ss</SUB> (437–583 ml/kg), dose-normalized AUC (16.0–17.9 µg min/ml based on 1 mg/kg) and t<SUB>1/2</SUB> (41.9–52.7 min). Following oral administration of oleanolic acid at doses of 10, 25 and 50 mg/kg, T<SUB>max</SUB>, t<SUB>1/2</SUB>, dose-normalized C<SUB>max</SUB> (66–74 ng/ml based on 25 mg/kg) and dose-normalized AUC (5.4–5.9 µg min/ml based on 25 mg/kg) were comparable between 25 and 50 mg/kg dose, but the plasma concentrations at 10 mg/kg dose were not measurable as they were below the limit of quantitation (2 ng/ml). The absolute oral bioavailability was 0.7% for oral doses of 25 and 50 mg/kg. The extent of urinary excretion was minimal for both i.v. and oral doses.         열처리에 의한 Morganella morganii와 Photobacterium phosphoreum 유래 Histidine Decarboxylase의 불활성화

        Histamine을 생성하는 Morganella morganii와 Photobacterium phosphoreum으로부터 crude histidine decarboxylase(HDC)를 추출하여 65~121°C로 열처리한 다음 균의 생육 및 효소 활성 변화에 대해 살펴보았다. 그 결과 M. morganii와 P. phosphoreum은 모든 열처리 조건에서 비 가열 처리구와 비교 시 균의 생육이 저해됨을 확인하였다. M. morganii와 P. phosphoreum 유래 HDC의 효소 활성은 65°C에서 90% 이상의 효소 활성이 저해됨을 확인하였고, 온도가 증가함에 따라 유의적으로 활성이 억제되는 것으로 나타났다. SDS-PAGE 결과에서는 65~100°C 범위에서 비가열 처리구와 비교 시 조효소액의 단백질 패턴의 변화가 크지 않았으나, 121°C에서 단백질 band의 강도가 크게 약해졌다. Native-PAGE에서는 65°C 처리 조건에서부터 단백질 패턴의 변화가 크게 나타났다. 따라서 가열처리(65~121°C)는 histamine 생성균인 M. morganii와 P. phosphoreum의 생육을 억제할 뿐만 아니라 HDC의 효소 활성도가 저해됨을 확인하여, 식품산업에서 적용되고 있는 열처리 조건에서 histamine 생성 억제에 큰 효과가 있는 것으로 생각한다. This study was performed to investigate the effects of various thermal treatments on the growth of Morganella morganii and Photobacterium phosphoreum and activity of crude histidine decarboxylase (HDC) obtained from M. morganii and P. phosphoreum. Crude HDC and the two strains were treated at 65°C/30 min, 80°C/10 min, 100°C/10 min, and 121°C/10 min. Activity of crude HDC decreased with increasing temperature. Viable cells counts of M. morganii and P. phosphoreum were not detected in any heated samples. SDS-PAGE patterns of heated HDC did not show significant differences up to 100°C. However, at 121°C, protein band intensity was weakened. In native-PAGE, there was a major change in the pattern of HDC at 65°C. These results suggest that thermal treatment can help to reduce histamine production by reducing HDC activity and growth of M. morganii and P. phosphoreum.

        Blue light emitting PPV [poly (p-phenylene vinylene)] copolymers soluble in common organic solvents are synthesized and their structural and light emitting properties are studied. Copolymers show π-π* transition in UV-Vis. spectra and their λmax shift to shorter wavelength compare to that of monomers. The PL and absorption spectrum shows the symmetric vibration modes with muror images which means that copolymers are highly, aligned. The band gap energy of these copolymers are ~3.0 eV. By introducing aliphatic hydrocarbon group into polymer main chain, the stability of copolymers is increased and no significant effects of substituents are observed.

        With the 4th industrial revolution IT technologies such as AI and IoT lead the era and AIoT technologies that combine them are currently developing. This paper develops user-optimized smart home system based on deep learning and supplements the security vulnerabilities of IoT services with AES encryption algorithms. The proposed system by this paper implements a deep learning model to learn, predict and provide user-optimized temperatures according to the current temperature and humidity and location. The state of the smart home is divided into automatic and manual and when in automatic mode the cooling and heating system is operated by predicting the user-optimized temperature according to the current temperature, humidity data and the user's location in real time. The smart home proposed by this paper not only increases user convenience but also enables efficient energy management.

        The purpose of this study was to determine the changes in body composition, cardiopulmonary function, and flexibility following 8 weeks' bicycle ergometer exercise training. The subjects of this research consisted of healthy adult women between 30 and 40 years of age. Initial intensity of bicycle ergometer exercise was based on the target heart rate equivalent to 55% of maximal oxygen uptake, and intensity of the exercise increased by 5% every 2 weeks. Body composition, cardiopulmonary function at rest and during maximal exercise, as well as flexibility were determined before and after 8 weeks of bicycle ergometer exercise training. Masimal exercise was performed on the treadmill according to Bruce Protocol. The results obtained were as follows; 1. There were o changes in body weight, percent body fat, fat body weight, and lean body weight as well. The ventilation volume for 1 minute, respiratory quotient and expired CO₂ volume have not changed significantly after the training, either. 2. As a result of training, resting systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly(p<.05) 3. Maximal heart rate, maximal oxygen consumption and maximal running time increased significantly after the training(p<.05) 4. Pelvic flexibility increased slightly after the training, however, it did not reach the statistical significance. Trunk flexion forward increased significantly after the training(p<.05). From these results, it may be concluded that 8 weeks bicycle ergometr training improve the cardiopulmonary function and flexibility in healthy adult women between 30-40 years of age.

      • 중금속 제거를 위한 폴리프로필렌 소재 코팅에 관한 연구 : 불투수면 유출수 처리

        This research was done for possible treatment of impermeable surfaces rainwater runoff containing heavy metal ions by manganese oxide coated on polypropylene support. Manganese oxide was coated by Birnessite Coating Methods(BCM)and the coating analyzed by SEM and FT-IR techniques. The efficiency of heavy metal ions adsorption was also assessed via both batch and column tests. Adsorption efficiencies of Cd, Zn, Cu, and Pb were 99.4%, 98.9%, 96.7%, and over 95.7%, respectively. The adsorption progress pattern reveals quite fast adsorption at initial periods of treatment and change to slower rates at later times.

        극자외선 리소그래피는 파세대 리소그래피 기술로 유력시 되고 있으며 세계적으로 널리 연구되고 있는 기술이다, 극자외선 리소그래피에서 마스크의 구조는 near-field intensity 분포에 영향을 끼친다, 마스크로 들어가는 빛의 사입사 각도에 따라 흡수체 층과 버퍼층은 그림자를 만들며 이러한 그림자 효과는 극자외선 리소그래피 마스크에서 aerial image contrast를 줄이며 결과적으로 패턴의 위치 이동을 야기시킬 수 있는 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 우리는 극자외선 리소그래피에서 일반적인 사입사 각도인 5˚로 마스크 흡수체 패턴의 옆면을 변형하였다, 변현된 마스크 에서의 전자기파와 반사도는 rigorous coupled-wave analysis를 이용하여 계산하였다.         Objectives : The purpose of this study was to evaluate and compare the cost-effectiveness of Eastern, Western and collaborative treatments and suggest a cost-effective approach for patients with frozen shoulder pain. Methods : Using the data of fifty-two patients, treatment effectiveness was measured by CSA, SPADI, and ROM scales and changes from the baseline score were evaluated. Data source for cost estimation was based on the national health insurance (NHI) payment system. Because the price in NHI was differentiated by health care institutions, five collaborative types were considered in assessing costs. Cost-effective ratios were computed tor economic evaluation. Results : Compared with Eastem treatinent, collaborative and Westerm treatments showed better effects on CSA scale after 4 weeks' treatment. The collaborative approach was also the most effective treatment on SPADI and ROM scales The direct cost per patient receiving Eastern treatment was less than other treatments. In general, collaborative treatment dominated Eastern and Western treatments in cost-effectiveness analysis However, the cost-effectiveness ratio of Eastern treatment resulted in \9,0OO compared to W29,OOO of collaborative treatment on SPADI Four different indicators of ROM scales resulted in different approaches as the cost-effective treatment. Conclusiuns : Considering cost-effectiveness ratios, collaborative treatment was the best treatment on CSA and SPADl scales after 4 weeks' treatment As for ROM scales, the recommended altematives were Eastern treatment for patients with abduction and adduction disabilities, Western treatment for those with flexion disability, and collab-orative approach for those with extension disability.
