        2 형 자가면역성 다선 증후군 1 예

        Autoimmune polyglandular syndrome encompasses a number of diseases, ranging from unusual endocrine and nonendocrine disorders to the co-occurrence of common organ specific autoimmune disease. Knowledge of these syndrome is important for several respects: given the presence of one disease, certain others become more likely(in relatives as well as in the primary patient); there are similarities in the etiology and genetics of the different diseases; and immunologic treatment of one disease may be applicable to others. We recently experienced type II autoimmune polyglandular syndrome in a twenty-two-year old female patient who had insulin dependent diabetes mellitus associated with diabetic ketoacidosis, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, autoimmune Addison's disease, primary gonadal failure and alopecia totalis. Among the family member, twenty-year-old sister showed primary gonadal failure. Evaluation of the histocompatibility leukocyte anti- gene(HLA) was done in the patient and 4 relatives by two-step polymerase chain reaction(PCR). In HLA typing, the patient showed HLA-Al, B8, DR3, DR4 haplotypes, which had been known to be related with the autoimmune polyglandular syndrome.

      • Sodium-Silicate glass에 대한 M??ssbauer분광 분석

        To investigate the M??ssbauer parameters and the state of Fe³+ ion in sodium silicate glasses in accordance with the concentration change of alkali oxide and iron oxide, the M??ssbauer effect measurement was made at room temperature. The samples were made by melting at 1300℃ for 2 hours and qenching in water, and then annaealed at 400℃ for 6 hours. In this study, the spectra of all glasses gave one doublet with the isomer shift varing from 0.11mm/sec∼0.18mm/sec and the quadrupole splitting varing from 0.75mm/sec∼0.90mm/sec. According as the concentration of alkali oxide was increased, the isomer shift was increased and the quadrupole splitting was decreased. And also, the state of Fe³+ ion was changed from tetrahedral to octahedral. On the other hand, in the case of the iron oxide concentration was increased, the isomer shift was decreased and the quadrupole splitting was increased. And the state of Fe³+ ion was changed from octahedral to tetrahedral.

      • Mossbauer 분광법에 의한 2605S3 Metglas의 배위수 및 국소자기장 분포

        We analysed the Mossbauer spectra of ferromagnetic 2605S3 Metglas submitted to various tilt angles;it is concluded that the hyperfine parameters and their correlations depend on the state of the tilt angle. The fact that the mean coordination number is 10.03, the structure of this material is well defined by Bernal's DRPHS model. Also, methods based on linear combination of spectra can be used.

      • Op Amp 회로를 이용한, 모듈로 $({2^n}-1)$ 병렬 승산기의 설계 및 그 기술의 응용

        본 논문은, Op Amp 회로를 이용한, 모듈로(modulo) (2ⁿ-1) 병렬처리(parallel-processing) 잉여(residue) 승산기(multipliers)의 설계 및 이진(binary) 승산기 설계에 대한 그 기술의 응용 방법에 관한 것이다. 전산처리에 있어서 승산속도의 제약은 집적회로(VLSI) 기술의 발전에 많은 지장을 초래한다. 본 연구는, 이러한 문제를 해결키 위해 (Op Amp 회로를 이용) 모듈로 (2ⁿ-1) 상에서, 시간복잡도(time complexity)가 O( log₂( log₂( log₂ⁿ)))보다 우수한, 일종의 모듈로 병렬 승산기를 구현함과 동시에, 그 기술의 이진 승산기 설계에 대한 응용방법을 모색한다. 이러한 병렬 승산기는 기존의 병렬 승산기들에 비해 에어리어복잡도 (area complexity) 및 시간복잡도(time complexity)에 있어 매우 우수한 성질들을 갖게 되며, 같은 효율을 갖는 이진 승산기의 제작에 쉽게 응용할 수 있어 그 학술적 이용 가치가 높다. In this paper, we introduce modulo ( 2$^n$-1) parallel-processing residue multipliers, using Op Amp circuits, and their technological application to designing binary multipliers. The limit of multiplying speed in computational processing is a serious harrier in the advances of VLSI technology. To solve this problem, we implement a class of modulo ( 2$^n$-1) parallel multipliers having superior time complexity to O( log$_2$( log$_2$( log$_2$$^n$))) by applying Op Amp circuits, while investigating their technological application to binary multipliers. Since they have excellent time & area complexity compared with previous parallel multipliers, and are applicable to designing binary multipliers of the same efficiency, such parallel multipliers possess high academic value.         Sarcoidosis is a multisystemic granulomatous disease of unknown cause. Lung, skin, eye, liver and lymph nodes are commonly affected. But the nodular type of muscular sarcoidosis is rare. The nodular type can be presented with a soft tissue mass that may be confused with a tumor. Magnetic resonance imaging and muscle biopsy are useful methods for early diagnosis. Optimal management of nodular sarcoidosis is not well known, but surgical excision or corticosteroid may be considered as an initial management. We report a case of nodular muscular sarcoidosis as an initial manifestation of sarcoidosis in a 56-year-old woman who was treated with corticosteroid therapy after surgical excision.

      • 철원자를 포함하는 금속간 화합물(Fe₂Ge)에 대한 뫼스바우어 분광분석

        The Fe₂Ge system was studied by M??ssbauer spectroscopy from 37.5K to 475K and X-ray diffration experiment. According to X-ray study, the crystal structure of this system was hexagonal B8₂type. The curie temperature Tc was about 460K. And then the curie temperature determined in present work was some what lower than that it in the previous literature, probably due to the difference in the degree of ordering. For the β-phase Fe₂Ge intermetallic compound, it was found that iron atoms are present at all three 2(a), 2(d) and 2(c) sites. It was found that the different hyperfine fields at these sites were determined primarily by different iron magnetic moment. The ratio of μ?:μ?:μ? was 1:1.41:1.71 at 300K and these μ?:μ?:μ? were proposed for the iron atoms at 2(a), 2(d) and 2(c) sites, respectively. This system was taken ferromagnetic/paramagnetic behaviors below/above Curie temperature Tc.

        O/W 에멀젼의 입자크기 및 상거동에 미치는 다양한 전상유화법의 효과

        유화제는 polyoxyethylene(20)sorbitan monostearate와 sorbitan sesquioleate를 혼합 사용하고, 오일상으로는 liquid paraffin을 원료로 사용하여 다양한 전상유화 법으로 O/W 에멀젼을 제조하였다. 전상유화공정중에 오일상에 첨가되는 적량의 물은 가용화 되거나 유화되어 W/O 에멀젼으로 된다. 이 W/O 에멀젼은 분산상의 부피변화나(catastrophic inversion) 유화제의 오일과 물에 대한 친화도변화(transitional inversion)에 의해 O/W 에멀젼으로 전환된다. Direct 유화방법을 채택한 2단계 전상유화법의 공정에서는 잠정적인 (W/O)/W 이중에멀젼이 형성되었다 : 최종에멀젼이 W/O→(W/O)/W→O/W의 전환 단계를 거쳐서 생성되었다. 이 전환에서는 catastrophic inversion이 일어났다. 1단계 및 3단계 전상유화법은 W/O에서 pseudomicroemulsion gel상을 거쳐서 미세하고 균일한 O/W에멀젼입자가 얻어졌다 : W/O→pseudomicroem ulsion gel상→O/W. 이 전환에서는 연속상의 일정농도(5∼17wt%) 내에서 transitional inversion이 일어남을 알 수 있었고, 3단계 전상유화법이 2단계 전상유화법보다 더 미세하고 균일한 입자를 갖는 높은 점도의 에멀젼을 생성하였다. 본 연구에서 가장 미세하고 안정한 에멀젼입자가 형성되는 혼합유화제의 HLB 영역은 10.0∼10.8이었으며, 아울러 이 영역에서 오일상에 첨가되어 가용화되는 물의 양 또한 가장 많게 나타났다. O/W emulsions were prepared with the various phase inversion emulsification methods. The emulsifiers used were the polyoxyethylene(20)sorbitan monostearate and sorbitan sesquioleate, and the oil used was a liquid paraffin(dispersed phase). A portion of aqueous phase added during the phase inversion emulsification process is solubilized or emulsified into the oil phase to form a W/O primary emulsion. This primary emulsion eventually inverts to form an O/W final emulsion either by changing the dispersed phase volume(a catastrophic inversion) or by changing the surfactant`s affinity for the oil and water phases(a transitional inversion). A short-lived double emulsions of (W/O)/W type were formed in the process of the two-step phase inversion which adopted the direct emulsification method : O/W final emulsion was formed as follows, i.e., W/O→(W/O)/W double emulsion→O/W emulsion. Catastropic inversion occured in the two-step phase inversion emulsification method. In one-step phase inversion emulsification and three-step phase inversion emulsification, fine and homogeneous O/W emulsions were formed as follows, i.e., W/O→pseudomicroemulsion gel phase→O/W. In this method the transitional inversion occurred within constant concentration(5-17wt. %) of contineous phase. The more fine, homogeneous and viscous emulsion was prepared with the three-step phase inversion emulsification method than that of emulsions prepared with the two-step phase inversion emulsification method. The finest and most stable droplets were formed in 10.0∼10.8 HLB region of mixed surfactants and this HLB region had maximum amount of solubilizing water.

      • X-선 회절법에 의한 Co-Cd ferrite계 내의 양이온 치환에 따른 구조분석

        The structures of spinel ferrite ?? (0.0≤X≤1.0) have been investigated using the X-ray diffractometer. Sameples are made by normal ceramic sintering methods. All the samples were found to be single phase spinel structures using the X-ray powder diffractometer. The degree of spinel phase in our experiment is about 83%. The X-ray experimental lattice constants are increased linear with Cd concentration among 8.389Å to 8.729Å. The lattice consrants obtained by calculate are among 8.390Å to 8.755Å.

      • Co-Cd 혼합 ferrite의 Mossbauer 저온 연구

        The structure and magnetic properties of Co??Cd??Fe₂O₄and Co??Cd??Fe₂O₄ferrite have been investigated by means of the X-ray diffractometer and Mo?ssbauer spectrometer. Samples were made by cermic sintering methods. All the samples were found to be single phase spinel structures by X-ray power diffractometry. Mo?ssbauer spectra for samples suggest that the existance of two hyperfine fields, one due to the Fe³+ tetrahedral ions (A-site) and the other due to Fe³+ octahedral ions (B-site). The systematic dependence of HF, QS, IS of Fe³+ ?ions in both A- and B- sites has been determined as a function fo temperature between room temperature and 50K.
