The disease and insect were surveyed locally in greenhouse, fruit packing house and store house of 51 farms in 13 towns having purpose of paprika exportation. By analysis, various disease and insect were not only founded locally but more ones detected in farms having old facilities and no natural enemy. We found 15 pathogens such as Fusarium spp., Alternaria solani, Leveilluila taurica, PepMV (Pepino mosaic virus) and TMV (Tobacco mosaic virus) in greenhouse, Fusarium spp. in fruit packing house and Penicillium spp. in store house. We found 15 insects in greenhouse such as Bemisia tabaci, rialeurodes vaporariorum and Myzus persicae in greenhouse, Hylobitelus haroldi in fruit packing house. However, the problem quarantine disease and insect for importation and exportation were not detected in inspection time.

도시형자기부상열차는 궤도위를 부상하여 마찰력 없이 움직이는 열차로서 레일에 닿지 않고 지속적으로 열차를 부상시키기 위해 차량에 장착된 갭센서의 계측결과를 활용하여 부상력을 제어하며, 열차 주행시 가속도센서의 계측값을 활용하여 열차가 주행중에도 안정적으로 부상력을 유지하도록 제어시스템이 구성되어 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 자기부상열차가 가지고 있는 제어시스템의 특징을 활용하여 도시형자기부상철도 선로의 궤도선형을 실시간으로 분석하여 도시철도 운영시 중요한 궤도의 점검 및 유지보수를 빠르고 정확히 하기 위한 도시형자기부상열차용 궤도선형 검측장비를 개발하고자 한다. Urban Maglev is transport system that runs while floating on the rail by an electromagnetic force instead of wheel. The control technology is maintaining levitation with sensor over the tracks under any external condition. We want to develop equipment for verifying rail-state of urban maglev system with control system. The equipment confirms rail-state for rail maintenance.
여주씨에서 분리한 Vicine과 α-Eleostearic Acid의 α-glucosidase 저해효과

BACKGROUND:Momordica charantia (MC) have been used in various parts of the world to treat diabetes. Despite the highest effects of phytochemicals than any other part of the plant, the main components of seed of MC grown in Korea and their properties have not been studied extensively. METHODS AND RESULTS: The seeds of MC were extracted into five different polarity solvents: 30%, 50%, 70%, 95% ethanol and distilled water. The 95% ethanol extract showed the most potent inhibition (IC50=88.7 μg/mL) against α-glucosidase. To investigate the compounds responsible for this effect, activity guided fractionation of MC seeds by chromatography yielded two phytochemicals which were confirmed as vicine (1) and α-eleostearic acid (2) based on their NMR and ESI-MS spectroscopic data. Among them, α-eleostearic acid (2) possessed potent α -glucosidase inhibitory activities with IC50 values from 32.4 μg/mL. CONCLUSION: Collectively, the results from this present study strongly suggest that both extract and α-eleostearic acid (2) have potent α-glucosidase inhibitory activity. Furthermore, α-eleostearic acid (2) as the most active α -glucosidase inhibitor was proven to be present in high quantities in the MC seeds by a HPLC chromatogram.

Purpose: Capecitabine is an oral fluoropyrimidine carbamate and it is known as an effective radiosensitizer. Capecitabine and its metabolite reach their peak concentration in the plasma at 1~2 hours after a single oral administration of capecitabine and the levels fall rapidly thereafter. To verify the radiosensitizing effect of capecitabine that is based on such pharmacokinetic characteristics, we performed a retrospective analysis on the optimal timing of capecitabine administration with performing preoperative chemoradiation for locally advanced rectal cancer.Materials and Methods: Among 171 patients who were treated with preoperative radiotherapy and concurrent capecitabine administration for rectal cancer, 56 patients were administered capecitabine at 1~2 hours before radiotherapy (group A), and at other time in the other 115 patients (group B). Total mesorectal excision was done at 4 to 6 weeks after the completion of chemoradiation.The radiosensitizing effect of capecitabine was evaluatedon the basis of the pathological response.Results: Complete pathological regression of the primary tumor was observed in 12 patients (21.4%) for group A and in 11 patients (9.6%) for group B (p=0.031). Residual disease less than 0.5 cm (a good response) was observed in 19 patients (33.9%) for group A and in 23 patients (20.0%) for group B (p=0.038). On multivariate analysis, the capecitabine ingestion time showed marginal significance. Conclusion: When performing preoperative chemoradiation for locally advanced rectal cancer, the radiosensitizing effect of capecitabine was enhanced when it was administered 1 hour before radiotherapy. 임베이드 비전 시스템 기반 휴머노이드 로봇의 운동 계획

본 논문에서는 복잡한 환경에서 휴머노이드 로봇의 영상기반 운동계획을 제안하였다. 먼저 영상전처리 과정을 통해 작업환경에서 경로 계획으로 최적 경로를 탐색하고 탐색된 경로의 거리와 방향각에 따라 퍼지규칙을 적용하여 보행 프리미티브를 선택하는 운동계획방법을 제안하였다. 다양한 장애물을 갖는 복잡한 환경에서 로봇의 보행 프리미티브를 사용하여 영상기반의 운동계획이 실시간으로 수행 가능하도록 설계하였다. 제안한 운동계획방법은 임베디드 비전 시스템을 사용한 휴머노이드 로봇을 실제 제작하여 실험을 통해 성능을 검증하였다.
