Essence of education for right education may have to be widened to concept that is human's pursuit who equip evenly intelligent, spiritual, physical characteristics. So, as this educational attempt, holistic education is appearing by very ideal education method. Practical arts education and holistic education have commons that is based on human's life experience and is lived as self-controlled human in group life by developing body and mind harmoniously. Also, when experience that children learn with members through elimentary school's group life for community formation of local community, and look after, and grow, children are developed by human who equip personality. Therefore, this is to do so that children may act as member of healthy civic society. Practical arts education is subject with a lot of interest to child's life pattern in elimentary school curriculum, that make ability that can live life that form correct relationship with human and nature and that can practice best holistic education's philosophy. In flowing atonement that break model of a fixed education and has a direction that can see whole of history of human of past, present, future, and constantly shades, this study presented practical arts education's direction that is based to holistic paradigm that is thought by suitable educational method to practical arts education's characteristics concretely. 교육의 본질을 추구하는 참 교육을 위해서는 바람직한 지덕체, 지정의, 지영체의 특성을 고루 갖춘 인간이라는 개념으로 넓혀져야 할 것이며, 이러한 접근의 교육적 접근 시도로서 홀리스틱 교육이 매우 이상적인 교육방법으로 등장하고 있다. 초등 실과교육과 홀리스틱 교육은 모두 인간의 생활경험을 바탕으로 실생활에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다는 점과, 몸과 마음을 조화롭게 발달시켜 공동체 삶에서 주체적인 인간으로 살아갈 수 있게 하는 공통점을 지니고 있다. 또한 초등학교의 공동체 생활을 통해서 구성원들과 함께 배우고 돌보며 성장해 나가는 체험을 해 나갈 때 아동들은 전인적인 인간으로 계발되어 결국 시민사회의 건강한 구성원으로서 역할을 감당하고 이를 통해 지역 공동체를 형성하게 한다는 데는 의미를 같이하고 있다. 초등교육에서 실과교과는 아동생활 양식에 깊은 관심을 두고 있는 교과로서 인간과 인간, 인간과 자원, 인간과 자연과의 올바른 관계를 형성하는 능력을 길러주는 데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이는 실과교과가 홀리스틱적 교육철학을 가장 잘 실천할 수 있는 교과임을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 고정된 하나의 교육의 틀을 깨고 과거, 현재, 미래의 인간역사의 전체를 볼 수 있는 하나의 방향성을 갖고 끊임없이 변해가는 흐름 속에서 실과교육과정의 성격에 알맞은 교육적 접근방법으로 적용가치가 높을 것으로 사료되는 홀리스틱적 패러다임에 기초한 실과교육의 방향을 구체적으로 제시해 보았다.

Pan-Enterovirus (Pan-EV) infects millions of children and infants worldwide every year. As severe infections have recently been reported, the need for monitoring has consequently intensified. Pan-EV is a categorical name for waterborne enteroviruses belonging to the Picornaviridae family, and includes a wide range of pathogens including Coxsackievirus (CoxV), Echovirus (EcoV) and Enterovirus (EV). In this study, we proposed an optimal RT-nested PCR method for diagnosis of various types of Pan-EV in an aquatic environment and developed a positive control. Considering detection sensitivity, specific reaction, and final identification, one condition capable of amplifying 478 bp among the four candidates in the 1st round PCR (RT-PCR) and one condition in the 2nd round PCR (nested PCR) were selected. Through the detection of nucleic acids extracted from 123 groundwater samples and the detection sensitivity test based on artificial spiking in the sample, the methods are optimal for non-disinfected water samples such as groundwater. We developed a positive control for Pan-EV detection that can be amplified to different sizes under the two conditions. Accuracy could be further improved by testing for contamination from the control group. The method proposed in this study and the positive control developed are expected to be used in monitoring Pan-EV in aquatic environments including groundwater through future research using more samples.

대학생의 지연동기와 대인관계문제: 우울, 자기구실 만들기의 매개효과

목적 본 연구는 대학생들의 지연동기가 대인관계문제에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 우울과 언어적 자기구실 만들기의 매개효과를 중심으로 그 구조적인 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 연구 목적에 관해 설명하고 자발적으로 동의한 대학교 재학 중인 남녀 대학생 362명을 대상으로 지연동기, 불안⋅우울, 자기구실 만들기, 지연행동 관련 변인에 대한 설문자료를 수집 후 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용해 통계적으로 분석하였다. 결과 이에 대한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지연동기, 우울, 언어적 자기구실 만들기, 대인관계 문제는 모두 정적상관을 보인다. 둘째, 지연동기에서 우울로 가는 경로가 유의미하다. 또 걱정동기가 우울과 언어적 자기구실로 가는 경로, 낙관동기에서 우울로 가는경로, 반항동기가 우울, 대인관계 문제로 가는 경로가 유의미하다. 그리고 우울과 언어적 자기구실 만들기가 대인관계 문제로 가는경로가 유의미하다. 셋째, 걱정동기와 언어적 자기구실 만들기에서 우울의 부분매개효과가 있으며, 걱정동기와 대인관계 문제 사이에 우울, 언어적 자기구실 만들기의 완전매개효과를 살펴볼 수 있다. 낙관동기와 언어적 자기구실 만들기 또는 대인관계 문제의 관계에서는 우울의 완전매개효과를 살펴볼 수 있으나, 이 과정에서 억제효과가 검증되었다. 반항동기와 언어적 자기구실 만들기의 관계에서 우울이 완전매개효과가 있으며, 반항동기와 대인관계 문제와의 관계에서는 우울의 부분매개효과가 유의미하다. 각 지연동기는 우울과 언어적 자기구실 만들기를 이중 매개해 대인관계에 문제를 발생함을 알 수 있다. 결론 본 연구를 토대로 지연행동을 유발하는 지연동기에 대해서 살펴보며, 지연동기와 병리적 측면인 우울, 관계적 측면인 대인관계문제를 살펴봄으로써 지연행동에 대해 풍성한 이해를 도왔다. 또 지연동기 별 독특한 경로를 확인하였으며, 이를 통해 지연행동으로인한 고통을 호소하는 내담자의 상담을 위한 차별적인 목표설정 및 프로그램을 구성할 근거자료를 제시하였다.
