        The purpose of this study was to investigate ① The subrange of stress which the middle school students have experienced in their daily life in Chung-Buk, ② The level of stresses of respondents ③ the differences of each stress subrange according to the social demographic factors, and ④ coping strategies with stress. The sample was made up of 607 students from coeducational middle school at the cities and countries in Chung-Buk area and the questionnaire survey method was conducted T-test, ANOVA-analysis, and LSD with SPSS WIN(VER 8.0). The main results were as follows: 1) The subrange of stress were found to be ① their grades, ② their personalities, ③ their relationships with their parents. 2) The level of stress of the middle school students from the rural area higher than those from the cities in Chung-Buk, and girls were relatively higher than. Also, the level of stresses showed differences was various according to health state, family, birth order, educational background of parents, and parents jobs. 3) The middle school students used the passive way to cope with their stresses regardless of sex and living areas. The primary coping strategy for the boys was found to play the computer games, whereas for the girls was found to listen to music.

      • 건강식품 바이탈 및 비지놀의 抗疲勞 效果에 관한 연구

        As a result of extensive research efforts on the oriental medicinal herbs, some of their interesting biological activities have been elucidated. In the present study, antifatigue effects of two natural food supplements consisting of oriental herbs, Vital and Vigilor, were investigated using the ICR mice. The mice were fed with antibiotic-free normal mouse feed containing Vital or Vigilor for 14,28, or 31 days and then subjected to forced swim tests. In a test carried out in melting-ice water, Vital and Vigilor significantly increased the exhaustion times of the 28 day-fed mice by 26.9 % (p < 0.01) and 16.2% (p < 0.05), respectively. However, in the other test performed at 15±0.5℃ using 31 day-fed mice, Vigilor failed to increase the exhaustion time significantly (at p< 0.05), while Vital showed antifatigue effect by increasing the swimming time by 29.9% (p<0.01). Neither of Vital nor Vigilor exerted antifatigue effects in a swim test carried out on day 14 after the initiation of feeding. These results suggest that Vital and Vigilor exhert antifatigue effets when administered for a sufficient period of time by enhancing the health of the host animals.

      • 미생물제 Mity-Gro의 포도 품질 향상 효과

        Mity-Gro는 비병원성 박테리아인 Bacillus Lateosporus를 주성분으로 하는 미생물제재로서 본 실험은 Mity-Gro가 포도 품질 향상에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 수행하였다. Mity-Gro 엽면시비는 포도과실의 착색을 증진시키는 것으로 나타났으며 유의성은 인정되지 않았으나 일부 당도향상 효과가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 착색에 대한 처리효과는 품종간, 과방중간에 다른 것으로 조사되었다. 반면에 Mity-Gro 처리는 과실 비대에는 영향을 미치지 않으며 다른 외부요인들이 과실비대에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 Mity-Gro 처리에 의한 수량증대는 기대하기 어려웠다. 한편 멸균처리시에도 안토시아닌 증가를 통한 과실의 품질향상 효과가 인정되어 이와 관련된 다른 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각되었다. This experiment was conducted to study the effect of Mity-Gro on the improvement in the quality of Grapes. Mity-Gro is a microbial fertilizer that is made from Bacillus lateosporus, an avirulent bacteria. Applying Mity-Gro on the leaves of gapes improved in coloring of berries and had somewhat effect on increasing the sugar content. The effects of Mity-Gro on coloring between varieties and between clusters were different. In contrast, applying Mity-Gro on the leaves of grapes did not directly effect on the growth of berries, Because many unknown external factors were considered to affect on berry growth, the increase in grape quantity by applying of Mity-Gro could not be expected. However, more studies in related areas are necessary in the future since anthocyanin content of grapes was increased in the control, the treatment of sterilizing water.

      • 女大生의 衣裳興味와 性格特性과의 相關硏究

        The purpoe of this study was to investigate the relationship between clothing interest and personality of college women in Pusan. Method of research: 1. Personality were measured by Bummo Chung's Personality Inventory". which consisted the relative prominence, emotional stability., and sociality. 2. Clothing Interest were measured by "Clothing Interest Scale Test" made by Inja Lee. 3. The samples consisted 639 students in Pusan on July, 1983. The data collected by a self-administered questionnaire, were analyzed by Pearson's correlation, F-test, and Newman-Keuls test. The result were as follows: 1. Dominance was positively related to interest in fashion(p<0.01) interest in clothing management (p<0.001) interest in clothing psychology(p<0.001) 2. Emotional stability was negatively related interest in clothing shopping(p<0.05), interest in clothing psychology (p<0.001) 3. Sociablity was positively related to interest in clothing psychology (p<0.01) interest in design and fashion, interest in clothing shopping (p<0.001) 4. The student of the home economic department had higher interest in clothing than the ones of other departments. 5. The lower classes had higher interest in clothing than the higher classes.

      • 오차 역전 기법을 이용한 인터넷 트래픽의 분석 및 예측

        An interest in traffic analysis has been increasing to evaluate the internet performance and stability between ISPs(Internet service Providers) In general, two parameters such as delay and packet loss are used for performance analysis Existing studies only discuss traffic measurement and simple performance test to check if measured values exceed their thresholds In this paper, we present a BP(Back Propagation) based evaluation scheme for performance estimation. The BP is a neural network, which can estimate the target performance continuously applying supervised learning patterns We have collected real data by measuring delay and loss over a commercial ISP line last two months and performed the BP computation using these data Then we show that the estimation mapping formula obtained between loss and delay can be used for performance evaluation metrics.

      • 악성 혈액질환에서 성공적인 동종골수이식 후 숙주 기질 미세환경의 구축

        인체의 골수는 간엽모세포를 함유하고 있으며 이들은 골수미세환경의 주된 세포들로 분화가 가능하여 조혈기능을 지지한다. 본 연구에서는 성별이 다른 동종조혈모세포이식 환경에서 조혈모세포의 완전 생착을 보이고, 이식 후 1년에서 8년이 지난 11예의 재생불량성 빈혈 및 백혈병 환자들을 대상으로 하여 골수에서 MSC를 분리하고 체외 확장을 통해 배양된 MSC에서 X 염색체 탐식자를 이용한 FISH 및 microsatellite polymorphism PCR 기법으로 그 기원을 확인하였다. 그 결과 조혈모세포는 완전히 공여자 기원으로 대치되었음에도 불구하고 MSC는 모두 수여자 기원임을 알 수 있어, 동종조혈모세포이식에서 미세환경의 구축은 수여자의 자가 생산에 의한 골수 간질세포에 의한 것으로 생각된다. Background: Human bone marrow (BM) contains mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) that can differentiate into various cells of mesenchymal origin. It remains a matter of controversy whether donor-derived stromal cells are capable of engraftment following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) or not. Methods: To determine if donor-derived stromal cells are transferred to the recipients of allogeneic HSCT, we investigated the characterization of MSC in 11 patients 1 to 8 years after sex mis-matched allogeneic HSCT in severe aplastic anemia and leukemia. Results: All patients had complete engraftment with donor- derived stem cells as shown by detection of donor type DNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Following culture, MSC showed the expression of SH2 and SH4, but none of the hematopoietic markers of CD14, CD34, or CD45. MSC which can be differentiated to osteogenic lineage showed the genotype of recipient completely using FISH or PCR analysis. Conclusion: This study confirmed that MSC isolated from recipients of allogeneic HSCT in severe aplastic anemia and leukemia are not of donor genotype despite of full hematopoietic engraftment with donor type. Donor cells did not contribute to reconstitute the marrow microenvironment.

        미니 임플란트 직경에 따른 피로파절강도의 비교 연구

        Purpose: This study was conducted to obtain difference in fracture strength according to the diameter of one-body O-ring-type of mini implant fixture, to determine the resistance of mini implant to masticatory pressure, and to examine whether overdenture using O-ring type mini implant is clinically usable to maxillary and mandibular edentulous patients. Materials and methods: For this study, 13 mm long one body O-ring-type mini implants of different diameters (2.0 mm, 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm) (Dentis, Daegu, Korea) were prepared, 5 for each diameter. The sample was placed at 30 from the horizontal surface on the universal testing machine, and off-axis loading was applied until permanent deformation occurred and the load was taken as maximum compressive strength. The mean value of the 5 samples was calculated, and the compressive strength of implant fixture was compared according to diameter. In addition, we prepared 3 samples for each diameter, and applied loading equal to 80%, 60% and 40% of the compressive strength until fracture occurred. Then, we measured the cycle number on fracture and analyzed fatigue fracture for each diameter. Additionally, we measured the cycle number on fracture that occurred when a load of 43 N, which is the average masticatory force of complete denture, was applied. The difference on compressive strength between each group was tested statistically using one-way ANOVA test. Results: Compressive strength according to the diameter of mini implant was 101.5 ± 14.6 N, 149 ± 6.1 N and 276.0 ± 13.4 N, respectively, for diameters 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm. In the results of fatigue fracture test at 43 N, fracture did not occur until 2×106 cycles at diameter 2.0 mm, and until 5×106 cycles at 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm. Conclusion: Compressive strength increased significantly with increasing diameter of mini implant. In the results of fatigue fracture test conducted under the average masticatory force of complete denture, fracture did not occur at any of the three diameters. All of the three diameters are usable for supporting overdenture in maxillary and mandibular edentulous patients, but considering that the highest masticatory force of complete denture is 157 N, caution should be used in case diameter 2.0 mm or 2.5 mm is used. 연구 목적: 일체형의 o-ring type 미니 임플란트 고정체의 직경에 따른 파절강도의 차이를 비교하고자 한다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 길이 13 mm의 one body o-ring type의 미니 임플란트(Dentis, Daegu, Korea)를 직경2.0, 2.5, 3.0 mm 각각 5개씩 준비하였다. Instron universal testing machine 에 수직면에서 30도 각도로 샘플을 위치시키고 off-axis loading을 가하여 영구변형이 일어난 하중 값을 파절강도로 하고 5개의 시편의 평균을 구하여 각 직경에 따른 임플란트의 고정체의 파절강도를 비교하였다. 또한, 각 직경마다 3개의 시편을 준비하고 동적하중 피로 시험기를 이용하여, 파절이 발생할 때까지 파절강도의 80%, 60%, 40%의 loading 을 가하여 파절되는 cycle수를 측정하여 각 직경의 피로 파절을 분석하였다. 추가적으로 총의치의 평균 저작력인 43 N의 하중을 가하여 파절되는 cycle 수를 측정하였다. 각 군간의 차이를 검증하기 위해서 일원분산분석(one-way ANOVA test)을 시행하였고, 통계처리는 SPSS ver.12 (SPSS Inc. Chicago, IL, USA) 을 이용하여 실시하였다. 결과: 직경 3.0 mm 의 미니 임플란트는 평균 276.0 ± 13.4 N의 압축력을 받았을 때 영구 변형이 일어났고 직경 2.5 mm 미니 임플란트가 149.0 ± 6.1 N, 2.0 mm 미니 임플란트가 101.5 ± 14.6 N일 때 영구 변형이 일어났다. 각 군간의 파절강도에는 유의한 차이가 있었다(P<.001). 총의치의 평균 저작력 하중에서 실시한 피로 파절 실험 결과, 세직경 모두 5×106 cycle까지 파절이 일어나지 않았다. 결론: 미니 임플란트의 정적 하중 하에서 최대 압축강도는 직경이 증가할수록 유의적으로 증가하였다. 최대 압축강도는 세 직경 모두 총의치의 평균 저작력 보다는 크나 최대 교합력보다는 직경 3.0 mm에서만 크게 나타났다. 총의치의 평균 저작력 하중에서 실시한 피로 파절 실험 결과, 세 직경 모두 파절이 일어나지 않았다.
