        한국인 주요우울장애 환자에서 혈중 ACTH, Cortisol 농도와 해밀턴 우울 평가 척도의 신체증상 항목과의 상관관계

        Objectives:Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Adrenocortical(HPA) system dysregulation plays an important role in the pathophysiology of major depressive disorder. Medically unexplained somatic symptoms comprised the predominant complaints of korean patients with major depressive disorder. It might be related to dysregulation of HPA system and somatic symptoms. The aim of this study was to investigate the association between Hamilton Depression Rating Scale severity and the Plasma Adrenocorticotropic Hormone(ACTH) & Serum Cortisol level in Korean patients with major depressive disorder. Methods:Our study design was prospective. A total 111 hospitalized patients with major depressive disorder (DSM-IV) at Anam Hospital, Korea University Medical Center between Jan 2009 and May 2011 were selected. Hamilton Depression Rating Scale was measured by psychiatrist. Plasma ACTH, Serum Cortisol levels were analyzed at the time of admission. Results:There are significant correlations(p<0.05) between Hamilton Depression Rating Scale of somatic component(HAM-D 11-15 item) and Plasma ACTH and Serum Cortisol level. However, other HAM-D sub items were not significantly correlated with Plasma ACTH and Serum Cortisol level except somatic component. Conclusion:Our Study results suggest that hyperactivity of HPA axis might be correlation with somatic symptoms in korean patients with major depressive disorder.

        몇가지 사시나무속 수종 수피의 추출성분

        사시나무속의 현사시, 이태리포플러 및 양황철나무 수피를 아세톤-물(7:3)로 추출한 후 농축하고 헥산, 클로로포름, 에틸아세테이트 및 수용성으로 분획하여 동결건조하였다. 각 추출물은 메탄올 수용액 및 에탄올-헥산 혼합액을 사용하여 Sephadex LH-20 칼럼크로마토그래피로 화합물을 분리한 후 TBA 및 6% 초산으로 전개하는 셀룰로오스 박층크로마토그래피로 단리 여부를 확인하였다. 단리된 화합물의 구조는 ^1H, ^l3C 및 2D-NMR과 질량분석에 의하여 결정되었다. 사시나무속 수종의 추출성분은 주로 flavonoid와 salicin 파생물로 구성되어 있으며 세 종류의 수종에서 모두 15개의 화합물이 분리되었다. 현사시나무에서는 (+)-catechin, naringenin, eriodictyol, sakuranetin, aromadendrin, taxifolin, sakuranetin-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, neosaturanin, p-coumaric acid, salireposide와 aesculin이 단리되어 가장 많은 종류의 화합물을 포함하고 있었으며 이태리포플러에서는 (+)-catechin, salireposide, populoside와 salicortin이, 양황철나무에서는 (+)-catechin, padmatin, quercetin, salireposide, populoside와 salicortin이 단리되었다. The bark of P. alba ×glandulosa, P. euramericana and P. nigra ×maximowiczii F_1, several Populus trees, were collected, extracted with acetone-H_2O(7:3, v/v), fractionated with hexane, chloroform and ethylacetate, and freeze dried to give some dark brown powder. Each fraction of the powder was chromatographed on a Sephadex LH-20 column using a series of aqueous methanol and ethanol-hexane mixture as eluents and then identified by thin layer chromatography using TBA and 6% acetic acid as developing solvents. The structures of the isolated compounds were characterized by ^1H, ^13C and 2D-NMR tools including mass spectrometry. Most of the compounds were flavonoids and salicin derivatives as follows: (+)-catechin, taxifolin, aromadendrin, eriodictyol, naringenin, sakuranetin, sakuranetin-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, neosaturanin, salireposide, p-coumaric acid, and aesculin from P. alba ×glandulosa, (+)-catechin, salireposide, populoside and salicortin from P. euramericana and (+)-catechin, quercetin, padmatin, salireposide, populoside and salicortin from P. nigra ×maximowiczii F_1.

        분버들(Salix rorida)수피의 후라보노이드 및 배당체 화합물

        분버들 수피를 아세톤-물(7:3)로 추출한 후 농축하고 헥산, 클로로포름, 에틸아세테이트 및 수용성으로 분획하여 동결건조하였다. 각 추출물은 메탄올 수용액 및 에탄올-헥산 혼합액을 사용하여 Sephadex LH-20 칼럼크로마토그래피로 화합물을 분리한 후 TBA 및 6% 초산에 전개하는 셀룰로오스 박층크로마토그래피로 단리물질을 확인하였다. 단리물질의 화학적 구조는 ^1H-NMR, ^l3C-NMR 및 질량 분석으로 결정하였으며, 단일의 화합물로 정제된 물질은 flavonoid와 그 배당체 화합물인 (+)-catechin, naringenin, salipurposide, aromadendrin, isosalipurposide, aromadendrin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside 및 taxifolin-7-O-β-D-glucopy- ranoside였다. The air-dried bark of Salix rorida was extracted with acetone-water(7:3, v/v) and its extractives were concentrated with a vacuum evaporator. The extractives were fractionated with a series of n-hexane, chloroform, ethylacetate(EtOAc) and water on a separatory funnel. Each fraction was freeze-dried to give some dark brown powder. The EtOAc and water soluble fractions were chromatographed on a Sephadex LH-20 column using a series of aqueous methanol and ethanol-hexane mixture as eluents. The isolated compounds were tested with a cellulose TLC developed with TBA and 6% acetic acid and then visualized on UV lamp or sprayed with vanillin-HCI-EtOH. The purified compounds were flavonoids and their glycosides as follows: (+)-catechin, naringenin, salipurposide, aromadendrin, isosalipurposide, aromadendrin-7-O-β -D-glucopy- ranoside and taxifolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside. The structures of each compounds were confirmed by ^1H-NMR, ^13C-NMR and mass spectra.

        The purpose of this study is to offer some cue that to predict consumer attitude in the future market, to make an attitude on the product through the evaluation factors. The attitude was measured with four category as the factor of personal effect : experience, involvement, product knowledge, subjective norm. Involvement was used not to measure the attitude. but to extract of high-involvement. This study largely consist of literature review. hypothesis generation and experiment. At first this studies involved in this topic, and then built systematic models based on literature review and generated several hypothesis about personal factors : experience, product knowledge and subjective norms. On experiment objective, the reason of it to choice, it's definition, and recent situation are reviewed to base the hypotheses. To test hypotheses, I examine reliability, validity, and multi-regression analysis. In experience category, the factors passively influenced the attitude. In product knowledge, is influenced positively or negatively the attitude. Finally, in subjective norm, it's all factors negatively influence the attitude. It is to be against that the previous studies(SB influence positively the attitude.). Shortly, experience and product knowledge influence the consumer attitude, but subjective norm is not on the cellular-phone and PCS. This study has also a limitation that the results difficult generalization because the sample is limited by 20-30 ages. But the study can offer some cue that to predict the attitude and to make an attitude on the products in the future market.

      • Interval Weight Training이 체지방량 및 신체밀도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of interval weight training on the Fat Weight and Body Density. We have selected 24 students from the K-university whom they are studying physical Education. And also divided into 2 groups; control group with 12 students and the other is Training group with 12 students. We have tried interval weight training 3 days in a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. To notify the changes of Body Density, We have measured subscapular, triceps, suprauliac, and Abdomen. And also to notify the changes of Fat Weight, We have measured % Fat and L.B.M(Lean Body Mass) The first measurement took before training and the second measurement took after 6 weeks of training. And the results were as follows: 1.For skinfold thickness to control group, the total of 4 parts were 42.15±11.77mm but after 6 weeks it increased to 47.05±12.19mm, but for training group it was 33.56±5.02mm but after 6 weeks training it decreased to 31.45±4.39mm. 2.For fat weight to control group, before training it's 11.17±1.98kg but after 6 weeks it increased to 12.20±2.23kg. For training group, before training 12.20±2.23kg but after 6 weeks it decreased to 9.46±2.52kg. 3.For % fat, control group before training 14.71±2.98% but after 6 weeks it increased to 15.66±3.02%. For training group, before training 13.47±2.11% but after 6 weeks it decreased to 12.52±2.74%. 4.For L.B.M(lean body mass), control group didn't show much of difference before and after the training but for the training group it showed 59.66±7.02kg before training but after 6 weeks it increased to 60.12±6.35kg. For training group, before training 59.84±3.65kg but after 6 weeks it decreased to 60.55±2.99kg.

      • 전자부품 제조업 근로자들의 시력변화에 대한 연구

        근접작업이 시력약화의 원인이 될 수 있는가를 알아보기 위하여 전자부품을 제조하는 2개 사업장에서 1991년에서 1993년까지 입사한 근로자들 중에서 근접작업으로 인정되는 마이크로칩을 조립하는 근접작업자 306명을 조사군으로, 대조군은 세탁기 타이머 및 일반 기계기구를 조립하는 작업자 154명, 계 460명을 선정하였다. 이들 대상자는 1991년 입사자는 1993, 1994, 1995년 시력을 조사하였으며, 1992년 입사자는 1993, 1994, 1995년 3년동안 조사를 하였으며, 1993년 입사자는 1994, 1995년 2년간 시력을 조사하였다. 대상자 중에서 입사시 안경을 착용한 근로자는 82명(17.8%)이었다. 따라서 남자 근로자와 안경착용자를 제외한 여성 근로자들 335명만을 추적 조사하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 조사군에서 입사시 시력 1.0 이상이었던 근로자의 분포는 취업 1년 후 약 25-35% 정도 감소하였으며, 2년후에는 약 40-60% 정도의 감소를 나타내었고, 3년 후 약 50-65% 정도로 감소하였고 4년후에는 약 65% 이상 감소하였다. 그러나 대조군에서는 1.0 이상의 시력을 보였던 근로자들의 비율이 취업 1년 또는 2년 후 15-30%의 감소를 보이고 있으나 그 이후에는 큰 변동이 없었다. 이들의 시력변화를 근무년수에 따라 알아보기 위하여 조사된 시력을 순위변수로 하여 Kruskall-Wallis 검정을 시행한 결과 조사군, 대조군 모두에서 근속년수에 따른 순위의 합의 평균이 년차적으로 유의하게 감소하였으나, 입사시부터 근속년수에 따른 조사군과 대조군과의 순위합의 평균에 의한 시력차 비교에서 입사시 조사군의 순위합의 평균이 유의하게 높았던 것이 근무기간에 따라 대조군의 평균이 높아지면서 통계적 유의성이 없고 대체적으로 1년 이후부터 변화가 적은 것으로 나타나 근접작업으로 인한 시력약화를 추정할 수 있었다. This study was carried out to investigate that the close distance works were associated with decreased visual acuity. 306 workers were subjects who had been recruited from 1991 to 1993 in two electronic parts manufacturing factories, and 154 workers were controls who had been employed from 1991 to 1993 in launder machine timer and general machine assembly factories. Subjects who had been employed in 1991 and 1992 were follow up from 1993 to 1995, and subjects who had been employed in 1993 were from 1994 to 1995. The male workers as well as glasses wearing workers were excluded. Only 335 female workers were followed up to study the change of visual acuity. The results were as follows; The rate of workers with visual acuity over 1.0 at recruit year in subjects group was decreased about 25-35% after 1 year, 40-60% after 2 years, 50-65% after 3 years, and 65% after 4 years. While, the rate of workers with visual acuity over 1.0 at recruit year in control group was decreased about 15-30% after 1 or 2 years, and there was no more additional visual acuity reduction after then. Kruskall-Wallis test was performed to investigate the change of visual acuity in subject and control group by work duration. The means scores of ranks in both group were significantly decreased by work duration. The mean scores of ranks in subject group at recruit year were significantly higher than those in control group at recruit year, but these differences were disappeared after 1 year work. Therefore, this suggest that close distance workers may be affected their visual acuity.

        노간주나무 (Juniperus rigida Siebold et Zucearini) 잎의 추출성분 및 항산화 활성

        노간주나무 잎을 채취하여 건조시킨 후 분말로 제조하여 1.5 ㎏을 아세톤-물(7:3, v/v)로 추출하고 헥산, 메틸렌클로라이드, 에틸아세테이트 및 수용성으로 분획하여 동결 건조시켰다. 그 중에서 에틸아세데이트용성과 수용성 분획을 Sephadex LH-20으로 충진한 칼럼에서 메탄올과 에탄올-헥산 혼합액을 용리용매로 사용하여 칼럼크로마토그래피를 실시하였다. 단리된 화합물들은 TLC로 확인한 후 NMR스펙트럼을 사용하여 정확한 구조를 규명하였고 FAB 및 EI-MS로써 분자량을 측정하였다. 주로 많은 양의 (+)-catechin, quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside와 isoconiferin이 분리되었으며, 소량의 umbelliferone과 quercetin-3-O-β-D-rutinoside도 분리되었다. 각 분획물들과 단리된 화합물들은 DPPH 라디칼 소거법을 이용하여 항산화실험을 실시하였으며, 분획물중에는 에틸아세테이트용성이 그리고 화합물중에는 (+)-catechin과 quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside이 우수한 항산화 효능이 있는 것으로 나타났다. The dried neeldes(l.5 ㎏) of Juniperus rigida were ground, extracted with acetone-H₂O(73, v/v), concentrated, and fractionated with a series of hexane, CH₂Cl₂ EtOAc and water on a separatory funnel. Each fraction was freeze dried to give dark-brown powder and EtOAc and water soluble fractions were chromatographed on a Sephadex LH-20 column using a series of aqueous methanol and ethanol-hexane mixture as eluent. Spectrometric analysis such as NMR and FAB or EI-MS including TLC were performed to characterize the structures of the isolated compounds. The needles of Juniperus rigida contained a large amount of (+)-catechin, quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside and isoconiferin, in addition to a small amount of umbelliferone and quercetin-3-O-β-D-rutinoside. The antioxidative activities of each fraction and isolated compounds were tested by DPPH radical scavenging method, and EtOAc soluble fraction, (+)catechin and quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside were effective.

        졸참나무 수피의 추출성분

        졸참나무 수피를 채취하여 아세톤:물(7:3, v/v) 혼합용액으로 추출하고 유기용매를 제거한 후 hexane, CH₂Cl₂, EtOAc 및 수용성으로 분획하여 등결건조하였다. 그 중에서 EtOAc용성 분획물을 MeOH 수용액 및 EtOH-hexane 혼합용액을 사용하여 Sephadex LH-20 칼럼크로마토그래피를 수행하여 (+)-catechin, ellagic acid, taxifolin, taxifolin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside를 단리하였다. 단리된 화합물의 구조는 ¹H, ^(13)C-NMR spectrum으로 구조를 구명하였다. The bark of Quercus serrata Thunb were collected, extracted with acetone-H~O(7: 3, v/v), fractionated with hexane, methylene chloride and ethylacetate, and freeze dried to give some dark brown powder. The ethylacetate soluble mixture was chromatographed on a Sephadex LH-20 column using a series of aqueous methanol and ethanol-hexane mixture as eluents. The isolated compounds from &. serrata were (1- 1-catechin, ellagic acid taxifolin and taxifoiin-3-O-ll-D-glucop~anos~de. The structures of isolated compounds were characterized by ¹H, ^(13) C-NMR spectroscopy.

        발효콩 추출물의 항돌연변이원성 및 세포독성 효과

        This study was carried out to determine the antimutagenic and anticancer effects of fermented soybean using Ames test and cytotoxicity, respectively. The ethyl acetate fraction (200 g/plate) of fermented soybean in the Salmonella typhimurium TA100 strain showed 86.6% of inhibition rate against the mutagenesis induced by N-methyl-N-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine(MNNG). In addition, the suppression of ethyl acetate fraction with same concentration of fermented soybean in the Salmonella typhimurium TA98 and TA100 strains showed 82.4% and 90.8% inhibition against 3-amino-1,4-dimethyl-5H-pyrido-(4,3-b)indol (Trp-P-1), respectively. The cytotoxicity effects of fermented soybean against the cell lines with human lung carcinoma (A549), human gastric carcinoma (AGS) and human breast adenocarcinoma (MCF-7) were inhibited with the increase of the extract concentration. The treatment of 1.0 ㎎/mL ethyl acetate fraction of fermented soybean showed strong cytotoxicities of 71.6%, 91.5% and 80.7% against A549, AGS and MCF-7, respectively.
