A complete computerized system for the characterization and performance testing of photovoltaics(PV) modules under natural sunlight and ambient condition was designed. I-V characteristics of PV module provides on essential diagnostic means in assessing the performance and internal cell parameters of PV module depends on its basic materials, manufacturing technology and operating environmental conditions. I-V curves derived from PV modules refect to a large extent the physical properties and their expected performance. In this paper, Electrical performance measurement and evaluation methods for solar cell module by MOSFET variable Load were studied. Also, Mathematical model and theory of solar cell associated with the photovoltaic effect has been discribed.

Direct Torque Control(DTC) of AC motor has the fast torque and flux dynamic responses even though it has very simple scheme to implement However, DTC do not show good performance at low speed range with conventional open loop stator flux observer when stator resistance varied So, authors proposed nonlinear stator flux obsever in order to flux estimation at low speed and show its simulation results

"Journal of Korean Academy of Adult Nursing" has been published since 1989 and more than 330 articles have been published up 2000. We reviewed all the articles published in this journal to analyze the contents and trend of published articles and to find out the way of improvement both in quantity and quality of studies in this area. The results are as follows : 1) Ninety percent of articles were quantitative studies. Experimental design was used in 16.1% and quasi-experimental design was adapted in 73.6% of articles. Qualitative research were 10.3% of total articles reviewed. 2) Only 5.1% of articles described theoretical framework and 73.6% of experimentally designed articles included research hypotheses. 3) Among experimental studies, only one was true experimental studie design. Eighty nine point three persent had descriptive survey method among non-experimental studies. Amog the thirty four qualitative studies, phenomenologic(73.5%), grounded theory(14.7%), and ethnographic (11.8%) design were used. 4) Most of research subject were patients and few healthy people, healthcare worker, and patient family. 5) Psychosocial data collection method which used questionnaire were 53.7% and interview. physical measurement, observation were used in 22.8%. 8.2% 5.4% of articles respectively. 6) Total number of keywords were 692, and average number of key words per article was 2.2. Health-related keyword was the most frequently used according to four metaparadigm of nursing (human, health, nursing, and environment). Environment related keyword was rarely appeared. The number and quality of nursing research in "Journal of Korean Academy of Adult Nursing" have been improved continuously. It is difficult to find out special trend or characteristics which is unique in this journal because of relatively short history of adult nursing studies. This review study was performed to analyze adult nursing studies only in the view of quantitative aspect, but it is needed to analyse qualitatively to find philosophical or theoretical trend in nursing.

The community consciousness used to be the core of the social capital in rural Korea, and there used to be a long tradition of mutual trust and cooperation in rural village community in Korea. However, recent trends in rapid urbanization or de-ruralization may affected community consciousness and social capital in rural society in Korea. The social capital has been existed in terms of mutual trust, commonly shared norms, and cooperative behavior in farm work and daily life of rural people. Commonly shared norms and networks have accelerated social effectiveness and promoted cooperative work as well as moral and spirirual aspects of rural society. Social capital in terms of community consciousness, participation of village work, visit and invitation of the neighborhood, and participation in various village group and networkd were suveyed in JanggogRi, Jori Myun, Paju city, Gyeonggi province. The data collected from 65 persons, and the major findings of the study were as follow; The respondents responded that the community consciousness of de-rural area decreased in general with a few exception in the groups of alumni, family, religion and voluntary socisty. Social cpital in terms of participation of village work, visiting the neighbors and voting increased slightly. Further research on social capital should be conducted to strenthen community consciousness, and various measures to increase the social capital should be adopted for livable community development.

Background: FOLFOX chemotherapy (folinic acid + fluorouracil + oxaliplatin) is a standard adjuvant regimen following curative resection of colorectal cancer (CRC). Some patients undergoing FOLFOX chemotherapy are reported to experience chemotherapy-related hepatotoxicity; however, the incidence and risk factors for the development of hepatotoxicity in these patients are not well described. Patients and methods: A total of 849 patients aged between 17 and 79 years who were treated with adjuvant FOLFOX chemotherapy after curative resection for CRC were recruited from Samsung Medical Center in October 2005 to June 2012. Their medical records were retrospectively collected and analyzed. Hepatotoxicity was graded according to Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) Version 4.0. Results: Six hundreds and eighty six of 849 patients (80.8%) experienced hepatotoxicity during or shortly after FOLFOX chemotherapy, in which 586 were in grade 1, 84 in grade 2 and 16 patients in grade 3. However, most of these episodes were transient and spontaneously recovered. Risk factors associated with the development of any grade of hepatotoxicity were age < 60 years (HR 2.390, CI 1.667-3.425), female (HR 1.51, CI 1.038-2.234), baseline ALT>20 IU/mL (HR 1.717, CI 1.065- 2.768). Risk factors associated with the development of ≥ grade 2 of hepatotoxicity were age<60 years (HR 5.393, CI 2.951- 9.858), HCV carrier (HR 5.373, CI 1.181-24.442). There was no relation between the development of hepatotoxicity and obesity, baseline level of AST, PT (INR), cholesterol and platelet, and HBsAg status. Three of 22 HBsAg positive patients who were not given prophylactic antiviral treatment during FOLFOX chemotherapy did experience ≥ grade 2 of hepatotoxicity during or shortly after chemotherapy. However, the incidence was not different from those of HBsAg positive patients who were given antiviral therapy or HBsAg negative patients. All these three patients recovered without any specific treatment for HBV. Conclusion: Hepatotoxicity induced by adjuvant FOLFOX chemotherapy after curative resection for CRC is not uncommon; however, most episodes were mild and self-limited. Age<60 years and HCV carrier were risk factors for ≥ grade 2 of hepatotoxicity. Moreover, it is unlikely that a short course of FOLFOX chemotherapy influences HBV reactivation.
