p-형 Si(100) 기판 위에 성장시킨 Bi_(3.25)La_(0.75)Ti₃O_(12) (BLT) 박막의 전기적 특성

Bi₃zsLa(0.75)Ti₃0_(12) (BLT) thin film have been grown on p-type Si(l00) substrates by a sol-gel spin coating process. The structure and surface morphology of the film were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEMI. Furthermore, the electrical properties were examined by capacitance-voltage ( C-V) characteristics by using a LF Impedance Analyzer(HP 4192A). XRD measurement show layered perovskite structure with a single phase in BLT thin film annealed at 700C for 30 min in oxygen. The measured grain size of BLT on Si is about 0.04 - 0.1 pn. From the cross-sectional SEM image, BLT film thickness is measured to be 0.4 pm. The C-V characteristic hysteresis curves show that the NIFS (metal-fexroelectric-semiconductor) structure has memory effect. The memory window decreases, with increasing frequency at MFS structure. And it is found that the memory window increases as the applied voltage to the ferroelectric capacitor is increased. These phenomena may be due to polarization reversals of the BLT ferroelectric film and because of the charge injection from Si substrate into the ferroelectric thin film. The results obtained indicate that the present BLT films are suitable for making ferroelectric field effect transistor(FeFET) memory.

Influenza vaccination on health care workers in a university hospital was conducted using inactivated split vaccines from two pharmaceutical companies (A, B), December 2003. Among 1,880 health care workers, 1,404 (74.7%) were vaccinated and 714 (50.8%) responded to the questionnaires about adverse reactions. Pain and redness at the injection site, febrile sensation, and restricted occupational activities were reported by 316 (44.3%), 141 (19.7%), 169 (23.6%), and 62 (8.7%) participants, respectively. There was no serious adverse events. The incidence of adverse reactions was similar to the previous reports. No statistical difference was detected according to the vaccines company.

Background and Objective : Sachiltang(SCT) was known as anti-stress medicine. The aim of this study is to investigate of plasma catecholamine and the effect of SCT on rats in immobilization stress. Material and Method : Sprague-Dawley female rats were divided into 3 groups. The normal group(NG) was healthy 8 rats. The control(CG) and experimental group(EG) were subdivided 3 groups(CG1, CG2, CG3, EG1, EG2, EG3), were conditioned 12 hours a day immobilization stress for 5, 10, 11 days. And then, the plasma were obtained. Results : Plasma epinephrine(EP), norepinephrine(NE) and dopamine of EG were decreased as compared with CG (EP & NE ; p<0.005, dopamine ; p<0.05) Conclusion : SCT was useful in anti-stress effect.

This study was managed to develope the existing numerical calculation model of near shore current and wave fields where wave and current coexist around shallow water region, and analyse their problems. Until now, nearshore current model that include longshore current and on-off shore current had shown wave characteristic based on regular wave theory. In this study, however, nearshore current characteristic was changed by directional dispersion. So the effect of directional dispersion of multidirectional irregular wave was examined numerically by the basic study of nearshore current calculation due to multidirectional wave that was driving force of pollutant material at shallow water region.

Bismuth layered structure ferroelectric thin films, BIT and donor (V, Nb and W) doped BIT, were prepared on the Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates by sol-gel method. BIT film was characterized by strong c-axis prepared orientation. In the case of donor doped BIT thin films, the degree of c-axis prepared orientation decreased systematically V-BIT→W-BIT→Nb-BIT and Nb-BIT film was shown random orientation. Surface morphologies of BIT and V-BIT films had a plate-like and Nb-BIT and W-BIT had a mixture of plate-like and rod-like. In the results of ferroelectric hysteresis loops, the remanent polarization (2Pr) of random-oriented Nb-BIT capacitor was 26 μC/cm2, and this value was over two times higher than that of 12 μC/cm2 for BIT capacitor. The polarization fatigue up to 4.5×1010 read/write switching cycles of W-BIT capacitor was shown superior to the other capacitors. The polarization of the W-BIT capacitor decreased only 10% of the initial value after 4.5×1010 switching cycles.

Fibrothecoma are mesenchymal tumors deriving from the ovarian stroma and consisting of theca-like elements and fibrous tissues. The reported incidence is between 0.4 and 8.0% of all ovarian tumors and this side variability can be attributed to the difficulty in differentiation fibrothecoma from ovarian fibroma or hyperplastic stroma nodules. We experienced a rare case of ovarian fibrothecoma in woman at 38 weeks gestation with previous repeat cesarean section diagnosed after tertiary cesarean delivery and bilateral tubal ligation with a brief review of literature.

광범위 유두근 석회화는 흔하지 앉으며, 원인과 임상적 중요성에 관한 문헌만 드물게 찾아볼 수 있다. 반면에 작은 석회 침착은 노인에서 흔하며 심장 첨부에 주로 나타난다. 유두근 석회화는 관상동맥질환, 확장성 심근병증, 승모관 질환, 고칼슘혈증, 그리고 말기신부전에서 인산칼슘의 중가와 연관성이 있다. 저자는 심장초옴파와 MDCT를 통해 진단된 전외측 유두근의 광범위 석회화의 드문 사례가 있어 보고한다.

Background : About 30% of patients in the hospital are under nourishment. A large portion of people are undernourished when they are admitted to the hospital and in the majority of these, undernutrition develops further while in hospital. Patient-Generated subjective global assessment(PG-SGA), a method of nutritional assessment based on clinical judgment, has been widely used to assess the nutritional status of adults for both clinical and research purposes. Modified PG-SGA can be used as a nutrition screening tool, and a comprehensive nutrition assessment is desirable for those who are malnourished. The purpose of this study is to develop a simple, reliable and valid nutrition screening program(NSP). Methods : We applied the nutrition screening program(NSP) to adult inpatients who are at risk of malnutrition using the Modified Patient-Generated subjective global assessment(PG-SGA) and objective assessment(electrical medical record data). Results : Therefore simple and beneficial NSP is developed for patients with severe malnutrition. Using NSP. nutritional information of the severe malnutrition patient should be shared with the physicians and they should be taken care of by clinical dietitians to improve their nutritional status. Conclusion : The Modified PG-SGA and nutrition screening tool are simple, reliable and valid nutrition screening program(NSP).
