In this work, we report on the investigation of the properties of cyclohexane-based plasma polymers (CHexPP) as functions of the deposition pressure and the plasma power. As the deposition pressure was decreased from 2 torr to 0.2 ton with a fixed plasma power of 60W, k value of the CHexPP thin film increased from 2.42 to 3.24. CHexPP thin films deposited at lower deposition pressure showed very good thermal stability, even the one deposited at 0.2 torn was stable up to 400℃. As the plasma power was increased from 10W to 90W with a fixed deposition pressure of 0.2 ton, k value increased from 2.61 to 3.39. The CHexPP thin film deposited at 90W were stable up to 450℃. All the deposited films were insulating. Under applied fields less than 1 MV/cm, leakage current densities were less than 10^-7 A/㎠.

This study analyzed the main motive of Korean firm's FDI into Qingdao of China in order to improve the effects of attracting Korean firm's FDI to Qingdao. This study first researched the literatures and studies on FDI motive systematically. Then classified it into two groups(low product's costs and Chinese domestic market) and measured Korean firm's features of real motive using survey data of (Korean) firm-level in Qingdao. Finally discussed and showed suggestions for Improving effects of attracting Korean firm's FDI to Qingdao.

Gastrodia elata (GE) is an oriental medicinal herb which has been used traditionally for the treatment of var-ious brain diseases including convulsion and epilepsy. The purpose of this study was to determine pharmacokinetic param-eters of 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde (HMBA) and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (PHBA), constituents of GE, in rats. Male rats were cannulated in the femoral vein, femoral artery, bile duct and ureter. They received a single i.v. bolus dose of either HMBA or PHBA through the femoral vein. The concentration of HMBA or PHBA in plasma, bile and urine sam-ples were analyzed by reversed-phase HPLC. HMBA and PHBA have very short half-lives, i.e. 4.03 and 2.26 minutes respectively. Most of HMBA and PHBA were thought to be eliminated through metabolism as the metabolized fraction approaches unity. Derivatives of HMBA or PHBA with longer biological half-lives should be designed to develop better anticonvulsants and more complete qualitative and quantitative understanding of the overall pharmacokinetic fate of these compounds awaits further investigation.

One simple, rapid and economical method for ploidy detection of Trichogramma dendrolimi Matsumura (Hymenoptera Trichogrammatidae)

Ploidy diversity provides valuable scientific information, thus making the detection technique of ploidy important. However, traditional methods of cytological observation and flow cytometry are either laborious or expensive. We here report a simple and rapid, effective and economical quantitative PCR (qPCR) approach to determine the ploidy of a parasitoid species Trichogramma dendrolimi Matsumura, an economically important biocontrol agent. We applied a mitochondrial gene cytochrome oxidase (COI) and a nuclear gene forkhead to evaluate the mitochondrial number per nuclear copy in a thelytokous Wolbachia-infected strain of T. dendrolimi and its bisexual uninfected counterparts. The 2 −ΔCq values calculated from C q values which resulted from qPCR experiments were significantly larger in haploid males than that in diploid females. Haploid males possessed about 2.69 times mitochondrial number per nuclear copy as diploid females. Not a single significant difference was found between diploid females from thelytokous and bisexual strains. Based on the differences in relative mitochondrial content, we were allowed to distinguish between haploid males and diploid females. Moreover, the number of mitochondria significantly decreased with higher ploidy level but was not affected by Wolbachiainfection. Our study supplied an available tool to investigate the ploidy diversity in sex determination of T. dendrolimi and thelytokous manipulation of Wolbachia, which is the crucial step to further study their underlying mechanisms. This will in turn contribute to the biocontrol efficiency by enhancing the female production and hence the parasitism rate.

A study on the spray characteristics of a piezo pintle-type injector for DI asoline engines

We studied the spray flow initiated from a piezo pintle-type injector for DI gasoline engines in an environment supplied by a constant volume vessel by means of laser diagnostics. To fully grasp the effects of the characteristic parameters, including designed spray angle,needle lift, injection pressure (Pinj) and ambient pressure (Pb), on the spray atomization and mixture preparation, particle image velocimetry (PIV) and phase Doppler anemometry (PDA) are used in the experiment, respectively. The gas perpendicularly enters into the outer periphery of the conical spray injected through the pintle-type injector activated by piezo, which creates two large-scale vortices:the vortex A and vortex B. The velocity standard deviation of the spray field is introduced to analyze the gas flow motion in the vicinity of nozzle. The droplet information of spray field is also recorded by PDA in variable boundary conditions. The time dividing method is used to study the droplet characteristics in four parts of spray. The injector with 98° designed spray angle has smaller droplet mean diameter (D10 and D32), due to a larger spray distribution. When the droplet velocity of the spray field is close to 0 m/s, the D10 and D32hold at around 10 μm and 20 μm, respectively, in atmospheric pressure condition, which are about 20 μm and 40 μm, respectively, at ambient pressure of 1.1 MPa.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>pH sensor is very important in various fields, and has triggered many types of devices based on different materials and mechanisms. How to improve the performances of the sensors is one of major challenges now. In the present paper, we developed an idea to improve the sensitivity of pH sensors based on AlGaN/GaN high-electron-mobility transistors (HEMTs) by introducing multi-sensing segments, and experimentally fabricated prototype devicesand then investigated their responses to aqueous solutions under different pH values. The optimized sensor exhibits a very high linear sensitivity of 1.35 mA/pH at drain-source voltage of 1.5 V, which is much higher than those of conventional pH sensors with single open gate sensing area. This indicates that the multi-sensing segments is very effective in increasing the sensitivity of the pH sensor, rather than simply increasing the sensing area. The sensors degrade after measurement in solution for a long working time, but they can recover to their initial states in a certain duration after washing, typically ∼24 h. Our finding paves new strategy for the future design of high sensitive and stable pH sensors based on HEMTs.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Novel multi-sensing segments pH sensor is designed and fabricated by using AlGaN/GaN high electron mobility transistor. </LI> <LI> Realizing very high sensitivity on the multi-sensing sensor, which is much higher than that of conventional geometric pH sensor. </LI> <LI> Achieved excellent performance stability with good recovery feature on the multi-sensing sensor. </LI> </UL> </P>

인터넷 쇼핑몰 고객관계의 질에 대한 서비스품질 차원별 영향 및 이용기간의 조절역할

이 연구에서는 기존 연구의 검토를 통해 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 서비스품질 차원으로 환경적 품질, 고객-기업간의 일반적인 상호작용, 고객-기업간의 개인화된 상호작용, 고객간의 상호작용 및 결과적 품질을 도출하였다. 먼저 인터넷 쇼핑몰 서비스품질의 각 차원이 고객관계의 질을 구성하는 만족, 신뢰, 몰입에 미치는 영향을 실증하였다. 이들의 관계를 이용기간으로 측정한 관계지속기간이 조절하는지의 여부를 검토하였다. 만족과 신뢰 및 몰입 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 또한 관계의 질을 구성하는 세 요인과 관계지속에 대한 미래의도의 관계를 실증하였다. 기존 연구들에 바탕을 두고 구성한 측정척도들로 구성된 설문지를 이용하여 대학생 및 일반 성인을 대상으로 수집한 유효 설문지를 349부를 이용하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 환경적 품질과 만족, 개인화된 상호작용과 신뢰를 제외한 서비스품질 차원과 관계의 질 구성요소 사이의 관계는 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 얻었다. 관계의 강도는 차원마다 다른 것도 확인하였다. 이용기간의 조절효과는 일반적인 상호작용과 신뢰의 관계에서만 확인할 수 있었다. 만족은 신뢰와 몰입과, 그리고 신뢰는 몰입과 正의 상관관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 신뢰와 몰입은 관계지속에 대한 미래의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 만족과 미래 의도 사이에는 직접적인 관계를 확인할 수 없었다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 시사점과 향후 연구 과제를 제시하였다. First, based on extant studies in the field, the author extracts environments, general and personalized interactions between an internet shopping mall and its customers, interactions among customers, and outcomes as 5 relevant dimensions of the service quality of an internet shopping mall. She derives hypotheses on the relationships between each of the service quality dimensions and each of the three components of the relationship quality, satisfaction, trust, and commitment. She also investigates the moderating role of the relationship duration defined by the length of use in the relationships. She studies the relationships among the three relationship quality components and their effects on the future intentions of relationship maintenance, too. Through a survey on college students and adult consumers, she gathers 349 qualified questionnaires. Applying regression methods on the data, she finds out that most of the relationships between each of the service quality dimensions and each of the relationship quality dimensions are statistically significant but that the strengths of relationship are quite different dimension by dimension. The moderating effect of the relationship duration is not found except one case, the relationship between general interactions and trust. The author also finds out positive relationships between satisfaction and trust, between satisfaction and commitment, and between trust and commitment. Positive relationships between trust and the future intention of relationship maintenance and between commitment and the future intention are found. But the data does not reveal any statistically significant relationship between satisfaction and the future intention. The author provides a few implications of the research results and future research agenda.

한ㆍ중 양국 소비문화 비교연구 - 대학생들의 소비 관련 생활방식 특성을 중심으로

  This study attempts to examine the differences of consumption cultures between Korean and China by analysing the consumption life style.<BR>  This study extracts clothing habits, eating habits and shopping patterns from consumption life style and distributes 588 questionnaires to university students of Korea and China.<BR>  The analysis results are as follows:<BR>  There are no differences of fashion orientation and convenience orientation about clothing habits, planned buying orientation, impulsive buying orientation and new product buying orientation about shopping patterns between Korea and China. But there are differences of personality orientation about clothing habits, healthy food orientation and convenience food orientation about eating habits, famous brand buying orientation, internet buying orientation and environment protection product buying orientation about shopping patterns between Korea and China.<BR>  The results offer suggestions to international marketers that different marketing strategy is very necessary according to different consumption cultures.

Mobile payment Apps such as Alipay, WeChat payment and Union-Pay are emerging in endlessly, and the competition in the mobile payment market is becoming increasingly severe. This paper divides the mobile payment Apps into perceived benefits and perceived sacrifices based on their characteristics. By means of questionnaire survey, 350 questionnaires were collected, among which 309 were valid. In addition, the model was tested by reliability analysis, validity analysis, structural equation model and path analysis. Finally, the data processing results show that:Consumer innovation has a positive effect on the perceived benefits of mobile payment Apps, that is, the higher the consumer innovation is, the higher the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived entertainment are. Perceived benefits positively influence the perceived value of mobile payment Apps, and then promote the use intention of consumers. Perceived benefits and perceived value play a mediating role between consumers' innovation and their willingness to use mobile payment Apps.The above research conclusions clearly define the impact and function mechanism of consumer innovation on the intention to use mobile payment Apps. Therefore, the following suggestions are put forward to mobile payment enterprises: Position innovation groups and pay attention to the word-of-mouth effect. Optimize product functions and enhance the perceived usefulness of consumers. Simplify operation steps and promote advertising. Reduce payment risks and increase security guarantee.
