In augmenting the Oriental noses with silicon implants Dong's guider innovated and has been applied to faciliation of the surgery among the population of the cosmetic cases of more than 70,000 in the Peiple's Republic of China. Using Dong's guider takes the operation time only three to five minutes and attains to high efficancy. This new technique is merely simple and lessens the patient's distress.

If we want to see the real visage of Korean modern literature, there is no denying a fact that the procursors of the realism which embraces also naturalism are Dong-In Kim, Sang-Seop Yeom and jin-Keon Hyeon. Strictly speaking, one of them, Jin-Keon Heon, as compared with Dong-In Kim and Sang-Seop Yeom who stand up for a naturalism, is the most representative auther in the meaning of realism. In the consequence of this view, after my study on the analysis of a style with Dung-In Kim's, here my papers in regular sequence, addition to seek after Jin-Keon Hyeon's works on his literary style, intended to search for its character and to dare answer the visage on the other styles of Korean realism.

A 1-year old, intact male Jin-do dog with ataxia, hypersalivation and anorexia was referred to the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University. Ivermectin toxicosis was diagnosed by the history taking, clinical signs, physical examination and neurological examination. After therapy with intravenous fluid and lipid emulsion administration, the clinical signs were found to have significantly improved.

지방정부 민원행정서비스 평가의 의의와 측정모형

고객지향적인 개념의 행정 접근은 이제 중요한 항목으로 받아들이고 있다. 특히 지방자치제가 도입된 이후 그 정도나 내용은 더욱 크게 주목받고 있다. 그 중 민원서비스 부문에 대한 관심은 지방정부의 민원프로그램의 개발과 운영, 서비스 접목 등에 집중되고 있다. 이러한 현상은 지방정부의 근본적인 형태가 지역주민에 바탕을 두고 있으며 이를 통하여 행정의 변화를 이끌어 내기 위한 노력을 하고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 민원행정서비스의 질과 그 제공 절차에 대한 시민의 인식은 정책의 지속성 유지뿐만 아니라 수혜자인 시민의 삶의 질에 결정적인 영향을 미친다고 보았을 때 그 중요성은 더욱 크다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지방정부의 민원행정서비스에 대한 평가의 의의와 측정모형에 대한 초점을 둔다. 민원행정서비스에 대한 평가모델은 시민들과의 직접적인 관계를 형성할 뿐만 아니라 행정의 변화를 느끼게 하는 중요한 창구이고 의사소통의 채널이기 때문이다.

감초로부터 글리시리진의 추출 및 정제

시장에서 구입한 감초를 70∼80℃의 물에 하루 동안 담가두어 감초내의 혼합 성분들을 추출한 후, 글리시리진이외의 성분들(sugars, starches, flavonoids, saponoids, aminoacids, gums and essential oil 등)이 에탄올에 용해되는 성질을 이용하여 글리시리진만을 선택적으로 분리해내기 위하여 에탄올 및 에탄올/아세트산 혼합액(99:1)을 각각 사용하였다. 글리시리진의 정성 및 정량분석은 HPLC(Waters 600 controller)를 사용하였다. 사용된 column은 μbondapak C??, 이동상은 물/아세트산/아세트나이트릴을 61:1:38로 만들어 유속 1.5㎖/min.을 적용하였다. 글리시리진 표준물질은 일양약품에서 제공한 글리시리진 암모늄염을 사용하였다. 정제 효과를 알아보기 위해 감초에서 물로 추출한 경우, 에탄올로 처리한 경우, 그리고 에탄올/아세트산(99:1) 혼합액으로 처리한 경우의 각각에 대한 글리시리진 함량을 비교 분석한 결과 순서대로 22.4%, 25.0% 및 29.5%로 나타났다. Glycyrrhizin was extracted from Glycyrrhiza uralensis(Licorice) with water at 70~80℃ for 24hours. To remove another components(usually sugars, starches, flavonoids, saponoids, aminoacids, gums, and essential oil etc.), extracted glycyrrhizin was purified with ethanol or ethanol/acetic acid (99:1). HPLC was used to quantitative and qualitative analysis. The colume used was μ bondapak C??(Waters) and mobile phase was water/acetic acid/acetonitrile(61:1:38) with 1.5㎖/min. flow rate. The amounts of glycyrrhizin Prepared after extracted by water, ethanol and ethanol/acetic acid(99:1) were 22.4%, 25.0% and 29.5% individually.

슬개골 골절의 수술적 치료

목적 : 슬개골 골절 치료의 일반적 치료 지침을 얻고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 평균 2.2년간 추적이 가능하였고 내고정을 시행한 23례를 대상으로 하였다. 주 고정 방법은 금속 나사 7례, Dall-Miles' cable을 이용한 환상 강선 고정 14례, 그리고 이들 두 가지 방법의 겸용이 2례였다. 추가 공정으로는 장력대 강선 고정 9례, 부하배분케이블 고정 3례 그리고 이들 두 가지 겸용이 5례였다. 수술 후 고정은 굴곡위로, 가능하면 90°고정을 7일간 시행하였다. 결과 : 전 예에서 유의한 골편 전위 없는 골유합이 이루어졌다. 일 례를 제외한 전 례에서 완전 운동 범위를 얻을 수 있었다. 결론 : 고정 방법의 선택은 골절의 분쇄 정도, 골의 강도, 골절 부위 및 연부 조직의 손상 정도에 따른 개별화가 필요하다. 강력한 고정, 초기 굴곡위 고정과 조기 관절운동으로 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. Purpose : To establish general guide line in the treatment of the patellar fracture. Materials and Methods : Twenty three patellar fractures followed for 2.2 years in average, treated with internal fixation were evaluated retrospectively. The primary fixations were the metal screw fixation in 7, the Dall-Mlles' cable circumferential fixation in 14 and combination of both methods in 2 cases. The additional fixations were the tension band wiring in 9, the load sharing cable fixation in 3 and combination of both methods in 5 cases. The initial postoperative immobilazation of the knee joint in flexion, preferably 90°, for 7 days was effective to gain full range of motion. Results : Complete union without displacement was achieved in all cases. Full ROM was achieved in all cases except one. Conclusion : The choice of internal fixation need to be individualized according to the level of comminution, bone strength, fracture site and soft tissue damage. A strong internal fixation, initial immobilization in flexion followed by early ROM exercise were important factors to gain good result.

공진효과 및 비선형 마찰이 존재하는 서보 시스템의 μ-제어기 설계에 관한 연구

공진 효과와 비선형 마찰은 거의 모든 서보 시스템(servo system)에 존재하며, 이를 무시하고 제어기를 설계한 경우 성능 저하를 초래하거나 전체 시스템이 불안정해지는 등, 제어 시스템의 성능에 큰 영향을 주게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 공진 효과와 비선형 마찰이 존재하는 서보 시스템에 대하여 μ-제어기법을 적용하여 제어기를 설계하는 방법을 제시한다. 정상상태 오차 없이 마찰력을 보상할 수 있는 제어기를 설계하기 위하여 원래의 시스템을 적분기로 확장한다. 이렇게 확장된 시스템에 대하여 μ-제어기 설계 방법을 적용하여 제어기를 설계한다. μ-제어기 설계 방법은 부분적으로 H∞ 제어 방법을 사용하는데 일반적으로 적분형 서보 시스템에 H∞ 제어 방법을 적용한 경우 과도응답 특성이 나빠지므로, 과도응답 특성을 개선하기 위하여 제어기를 2-자유도 구조로 변환한다. 때때로 전체 제어 시스템에서 비선형 마찰과 적분기의 상호작용으로 인하여 리미트 사이클이 발생할 수 있으므로 기술 함수법을 사용하여 리미트 사이클의 존재여부를 확인한다. In the designing servo controllers, the most important problems which should be considered are resonance effects and nonlinear frictions. These problems exist in almost all the servo systems, and sometimes cause difficulties in designing controllers. In this thesis, a controller design procedure with employ μ-control method is proposed for the servo systems with these problems. In order to design a controller which is capable of compensating frictions and ensures no steady-state error, the original system is augmented with an integrator and μ-control method is applied. In the course of μ-control method, H∞ control method is partially used. Since a conventional H∞ control problem for integral type servo systems sometimes presents poor control performance in transient response, a control structure is transformed into 2-degree of freedom structure in order to obtain satisfactory control output in transient response. And, sometimes, there is a possibility of limit cycles due to the interaction between the nonlinear friction and integrator. To check the possibility of limit cycles, describing function method is used.

MPLS망에서의 Soft Preemption 개선 메커니즘 설계

최근 다변화하는 MPLS망에서 재경로(Reroute)를 통한 Traffic Engineering의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 따라서 기존 LSP에서 새로운 LSP로의 reroute시 traffic의 손실을 최소화 하면서 망의 안정성에 영향을 주지 않는 유연한 메커니즘에 대한 개발이 요구되고 있다. RSVP-TE signling을 통한 LSP 수립 방법을 개선하기 위해 제시된 Soft Preemption 기술은 전송 중인 traffic을 보장할 수 있으나, 경로설정에 대한 모든 처리를 HE가 담당함으로써 시간적 낭비를 초래하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 RESIGNAL_DATA object를 제안하여 기존 LSP를 재사용하도록 함으로써 reroute시 LSP 재수립 시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 메커니즘을 제시한다. The Reroute is very important mechanism of the Traffic Engineering in MPLS. The adaptive and smooth rerouting requirement necessitates establishing a new LSP tunnel and transferring traffic from the old LSP tunnel onto it before tearing down the old LSP tunnel. Soft preemption protect in-transit traffic using RSVP-TE signaling. But much time is needed because HE make new LSP. In this paper, a RESIGNAL_DATA object is proposed to complement soft preemption. Advanced soft preemption reduce time to make new LSP reusing old LSP.

지역치안협의회의 운영실태 분석 및 활성화 방향 연구 : 델파이 방법을 활용하여

Recently, as national interest in security like school violence, victim protection, or crime prevention is increasing, general and preprescriptions rather than post-approaches to crime are being more highlighted. Therefore, it is the periodic demand to build multiple organizations' cooperative system in a local community to discuss regional security issues and grope for solutions collaboratively. In particular, with the advent of the decentralization age, there is more demand to solve regional security issues in consideration of a region's specific situations. Thereby, the National Police Agency organized 'the Regional Security Council' in February, 2008 and produced visible fruition as establishing the law and order to expand security infrastructure and conducting activities to form a bond of sympathy for security, so the importance of the Regional Security Council is getting greater now. However, despite the visible fruition of it, the Regional Security Council has recently been excluded from the evaluation of general security results, so its driving force has been weakened; thus, now its mere formal operation is pointed out as a problem. Thereupon, this study figures out the problems of the Regional Security Council by evaluating the actual operation of the Regional Security Council. And it intends to suggest directions to enhance its functions and roles as a private cooperation organization worthy of its fame. To attain the goal, this study used Delphi Method to collect related experts' intuitions and opinions three times based on quantitative and qualitative analysis. As a result, the level of its operational appropriateness was lower than the average in terms of 'the differentiation from existing consultative groups or cooperation groups', 'forming the bond of sympathy with related agencies', 'degree of solving current issues in a local community', 'related organizations' 'cooperative handling skills', 'reflecting the agenda or the current problems and issues of the region at the meeting', 'sharing information on the agenda', and 'activating programs and holding meetings for cooperation regarding schools or sexual violence'. In order to activate the Regional Security Council afterwards, it will be needed to be improved in terms of the above eight items. Thereupon, based on the above findings of this paper, this study suggests directions to active the Regional Security Council from three aspects : the Regional Security Council's organizational operation and cooperation, the Regional Security Council's reasonable agenda provision and conference operation, and activities(or programs). 최근에는 학교폭력, 피해자보호, 범죄예방활동 등 치안에 대한 국민적 관심이 증가함에 따라 범죄의 사후적 접근보다는 사전적· 종합적인 처방의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 따라서 지역치안문제에 대해 함께 논의하며 공동으로 해결방안을 모색해 나가는 지역사회내 다기관 협력체제 구축은 시대적 요청이라 할 수 있다. 특히 분권화 시대를 맞아 지역의 특수상황을 고려하여 지역치안의 문제를 해결하려는 요구가 증가함에 따라 경찰청에서는 2008년 2월 '지역치안협의회'를 구성하여 치안인프라 확충을 위한 법질서 확립 및 치안 공감대 형성을 위한 활동을 하는 등의 가시적인 성과를 이뤄냄으로써 지역치안협의회의 중요성은 매우 증가하는 시점이다. 그러나 이러한 가시적인 성과에도 불구하고 최근 지역치안협의회가 치안종합성과평가에서 제외되어 추진동력이 약화되어 형식적 운영이 문제점으로 드러났다. 이에 이 연구에서는 지역치안협의회의 실질적 운영평가를 통하여 지역치안협의회의 문제점을 파악하고, 명실상부한 민간협력기구로서 그 기능과 역할을 제고할 수 있는 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 이 연구에서는 델파이 방법(Delphi Method)을 활용하여 관련 전문가들의 직관과 의견을 3차례에 걸쳐 양적·질적 분석을 통하여 수렴하였다. 그 결과 '기존 협의체, 협력단체와의 차별성', '관계기관의 공감대 형성', '지역사회 현안 문제 해결 정도', '관계기관의 공동대처 능력', '의제 및 회의시 지역현안 및 이슈의 반영', '의제 정보의 공유', '학교, 성폭력 등 협력 관련 회의 개최 프로그램의 활성화'의 측면에서 운영의 적절성 수준이 보통미만의 수준으로 나타났으며, 향후 지역치안협의회의 활성화를 위해서는 위 8가지 항목을 기준으로 개선해야 할 것으로 나타났다. 이에 이 연구에서는 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 지역치안협의회 활성화 방향을 지역치안협의회의 조직운영 및 협력, 지역치안협의회의 합리적 의제 제시 및 회의 운영, 활동(프로그램)상 3가지 측면으로 나누어 제시하였다.
