      • 친환경농산물의 경제성분석

        In this study, questionnaire were made to environment- friendly producers of rice, lettuce and persimmon regarding farm management methods in low-input production method utilizing organic materials. The average gross revenue of environment-friendly production of rice was about \2,510, and their average yield was 389㎏/10a, which are 22% and 34% lower, respectively, than the conventional rice production case. lettuce was about \3,280/㎏, and their average yield was 4,299㎏/10a, persimmon was about \1,170㎏, and their average yield was 1,645㎏/10z. In order to improve the environment- friendly productions of rice, lettuce and persimmon industry, active cooperation is needed among the producers, govermment ad researchers more than ever. Among other things, production cost reduction and quality improvement with lower chemical residues are part of the urgent matters to be done.

      • 목초액의 엽면살포가 선학초(Agrimonia pilosa L.)의 종자수량에 미치는 영향

        Agrimonia pilosa L. has been used as a medicinal plant in traditional folk remedy, and it shows inereasing tendency at various sections such as medicine-making material, functional food, and agricultural chemicals using plant or extract. The treatment was 400times solution(50㎖), 600times solution(33.3㎖), 800times solution(25㎖), 1,000times solution(20㎖) and 1,200times solution(16.7㎖) level with foliar application of wood extraction in Agrimonia pilosa L. The results obtained through these experiments were summarized as follows; plant height, stem number, leaves was increased with 800times solution(25㎖) foliar application of wood extraction. Among foliar application of wood vinergar soution diluted by 800-1,200 times was most effective considering growth and yield as compared other dilutions and control plot.

        평생건강관리 방안에 관한 연구

        Regardless of the health care reform in Korea, the nations health status did not substantially improve. Taking into account, the government considers Lifetime Health Monitoring System to improve the nations health status. The purpose of this study is to set policy guidelines for construction of Lifetime Health Monitoring System in Korea. It is suggested that Lifetime Health Monitoring System should be directed towards; reform of health examination, construction of health information system, activation of health life-style, and activation of primary care. It is needed that a working relationship with hospitals, public service agencies and other providers of health care to provide health care services according to lifetime. Especially health center has important role in Lifetime National Health Monitoring System. It is clear that when there is cooperation of public and private health sector and dynamic leadership and support, national health status can be substantially improved. The purpose of Lifetime Health Monitoring System is to enable people to gain greater control over the determents of their own health by lifetime periodic health care services.

      • Cellulase생산을 위한 Verticillium sp.의 배양조건의 검토

        The cultivation conditions on wheat bran of verticillium sp. were optimized to produce cellulase as much as possible. The highest cellulase activity was shown, as verticillium sp. was cultivated at 27℃ for 5 days on wheat bran media with 1.2㎖/g wheat bran of water content and supplementation of NaNo and FeSo, in concentration of 0.1% and 0.2-0.3%, respectively.

      • 고령 작업자를 위한 농작업 편이장비의 인간공학적 개선에 관한 연구

        우리나라의 농업은 작업자의 고령화와 여성작업자의 증가 그리고 비정형화로 구성된 작업형태로 인해 근골격계질환의 위험성이 매우 높은 업종이다. 특히 과수업은 작업점이 작업자의 머리위에서 형성되어 지속적으로 이루어지고, 수확기에는 작업량이 집중되어 농업분야 중에서도 근골격계질환의 유병율이 가장 높게 나타난다. 본 연구에서는 고령농작업자에게 집중적으로 발생되는 근골격계질환을 예방하기 위해 수확기에 집중되는 대표작업 세 가지 운반 작업, 선별작업 그리고 포장작업을 선정하여 유해요인을 분석하고 공학적 개선책을 제시하고자 한다. 배농업의 수확기 작업에서 근골격계질환 유해요인으로 나타나는 중량물 운반 작업과 불필요한 작업 자세를 개선할 수 있는 자바라 컨베이어 벨트와 높이조절식 작업대의 도입을 통하여 고령 작업자뿐만 아니라 여성 작업자들이 효율적인 시스템에서 안전하게 작업할 수 있기를 기대하며 근골격계질환 발생으로 인한 사회․경제적 손실도 감소시킬 수 있을 것이다.

      • 播種期移動에 따른 生育, 收量 및 種實成分의 變化

        Days to flowering and maturity had a get tendency to be short according as delaying the seeding, the number of pods and 100 seed weight had a tendency to increase by the early seeding, although there were no significant differences of seeding time on the stem length, number of branches, and number of main stem nodes, respectively. Yield of each soybean variety showed the highest value at the plot seeded on 20th June, and the corresponding value was low at the plot seeded on 5th June. Oil contents in both tested soybeans had a tendency to increase according as delaying the seeding, however, proteins showed an increasing tendency according as the earlier seeding date. The contents of histidine, valine, tryptophan, and alanine had also a tendency to increase according as the earlier seeding date. On the contrary, the contents of theronine, methionine, lysine, serine, and proline were respectively increased according as delaying the seeding. The contents of glycine and threonine showed the highest level at the plot seeded on 20the June. Among the contents of minerals in each tested soybean, potassium content was low at the plot seeded on 20th June, although there were no regular tendency of the treatments.

      • 맥주맥 F_1세대의 조합능력 검정

        맥주맥의 이면교잡에 의한 F_1세대에 대한 조합능력을 검정한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 8개 형질에 대한 GCA, SCA, RCA효과를 검정한 바 조합능력은 전 형질에서 GCA, SCA, RCA가 모두 유의하였는데 간장, 수장, 망장, 간직경, 곡핍폭, 1수립수 1000립중은 GCA가 SCA보다 크고, 품종간 GCA효과는 진양보리가 간장에서 부(-)이고, 삼도보리가 수장·망장·간직경·1000립중에서, 사천6호가 망장과 간직경에서, 진광보리가 곡립장에서, 두산29호가 곡립폭·1수립수·1000립중에서 각각 정(+)으로 높았다. SCA효과에서 수장은 두산29호×두산8호 조합이, 망장은 진양보리×두산29호 조합이, 간직경은 사천6호×진광보리 조합이, 곡립장은 진양보리×두산8호 조합이, 곡립폭은 진광보리×두산8호 조합이, 1수립수는 진양보리×삼도보리 조합이, 1000립중은 사천6호×두산8호 조합 및 두산29호×두산8호 조합이 각각 정으로 높았고, 간장은 삼도보리×진광보리 조합이 부로서 높았다. RCA효과에서 수장은 두산8호×남향보리 조합이, 망장은 진양보리×삼도보리 조합이, 간직겨은 사천6호×진양보리 조합이, 곡립장은 사천6호×진광보리 조합이, 곡립폭은 진양보리×삼도보리 조합이, 1수립수는 사천6호×두산29호 조합이, 1000립중은 진양보리×두산29호 조합이 각각 정으로 높았고, 간장은 사천6호×두산29호 조합이 부로서 높았다. Seven barley varieties in F_1 generation of the possible crosses among them were used to estimate the combining ability for eight characters, i.e., culm length, spike length, awn length, culm diameter, grain length, grain width, number of grains per spike and 1000 grains weight. Data for F_1 hybrid and parents were subjected to the analysis method proposed by Griffing. The results obtained were summarized as follows. mean squares of general combining ability(GCA), specific combining ability(SCA) and reciprocal combining ability(RCA) were significant for all characters observed. Mean squares of GCA were higher than those of SCA and RCA in culm length, spike length, awn length, culm diameter, grain width, number of grains per spike and 1000 grains weight. Variety Dusan#29 showed the highest GCA effect for number of grains per spike and positively high effects of GCA were observed from variety Samdo bori in spike length, awn length, culm diameter, 1000 grains weight, and from variety Jinkwang bori I grain length, from Dusan#29 in grain width, umber of grains per spike, 1000 grains weight. Also Jinyang bori showed negatively high GCA effect in culm length. In SCA effects, hybrids in Jinyang bori × Samdo bori were exhibited positively high for number of grains per spike and high SCA effects for 1000 grins weight were found positively in Sacheun#6×Dusan#8 and Dusan#29×Dusan#. In RCA effects, hybrids in Sacheun#6×Dusan#29 were exhibited positively high for number of grains per spike and high RCA effects for 1000 grains weight were found positively in Jinyang bori×Dusan#29.

      • 식품제조업 근골격계질환 평가 및 개선방안 연구

        국내 산업재해율 중 50% 이상이 근골격계질환으로 최근 몇 년간 급속한 증가수치를 보이고 있다. 특히 산업재해율이 가장 높은 분포를 가지는 제조업분야에서는 작업 특성상 비정형화된 작업을 장시간 정적 작업자세로 수행함으로써 근골격계질환에 노출될 확률이 높다. 최근 몇 년 간 근골격계질환 예방을 위한 꾸준한 노력이 시행되고 있으나 대부분이 대규모 사업장을 비롯한 것으로 중•소규모의 사업장을 대상으로 하는 분석 및 평가가 미비한 실정이다. 식품제조업의 작업 업무는 많은 자동화 설비가 갖추어져 있음에도 불구하고 작업특성상 장시간의 기립자세가 요구되며 불필요한 작업자세가 유발된다. 식품제조업 분야의 작업공정은 작업형태에 따라 들기, 포장, 정돈 제품적재 작업으로 그룹화 할 수 있으며 이를 근간으로 인간공학적 평가도구를 이용한 작업분석을 설시하였다. 근골격계질환 예방을 위한 분석결과 불필요한 작업자세가 유발되거나 장시간 정적 작업을 비롯한 단순 반복 작업이 식품제조업 분야에 있어서 가장 큰 유해요인이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 식품제조업의 작업평가 시 근골격계질환 유해요인으로 관찰되는 부적절한 작업형태 및 작업환경에 대한 인간공학적 평가 및 개선을 통하여 근로자가 안전하게 작업할 수 있는 적합한 작업공간 및 작업형태를 제시하였다.

        연구논문 : CMAQ 모델의 화학메커니즘(SAPRC99, CB05) 적용에 따른 수도권 오존농도 모의결과 비교

        A comparison of ozone simulations in the seoul metropolitan region (SMR) using the community multiscale air quality (CMAQ) model with SAPRC99 and CB05 chemical mechanisms (i.e. EXP-SP99 and EXP-CB05) has been conducted during four seasons of 2012. The model results showed that the differences in average ozone concentrations between the EXP-SP99 and EXP-CB05 were found to be large in summer, but very small in the other seasons. This can be attributed that the SAPRC99 tends to produce more ozone than the CB05 in urban area like the SMR with low VOC/NOx ratio under high ozone conditions. Through quantitative comparison between two mechanisms for the summer, it was found that the average ozone concentrations from the EXP-SP99 were about 3 ppb higher than those from the EXP-CB05 and agreed well with the observations. Horizontal differences in ozone concentrations between SAPRC99 and CB05 showed that significant differences were found in southern part of the SMR and over the sea near the coast in summer.
