In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

動力耕耘機의 性能에 關한 硏究

This was studied on working efficiency of power tiller (CT-83.N-6). Working power of power tiller(average horse power 6Hp. maximum horse power 8Hp) was operated three times in plow work(depth 15 cm, Cross size 60cm), which was chosen on clay loam field. Resuelt as following. ①The efficiency of power tiller`s was observed 2∼2.5 times to animal power(Cow), and needed 2l of fuel p/h. ②High speed on read was observed 14.6 per hour. ③Gravity position of power tiller is apt to decline where the main clutch was atta-ched, so it needs much attention in operating.

Hypopharyngo-esophageal cancer is usually found at late stage. Its main treatment is surgical intervention and it often requires radical resection. Reconstruction of the hypopharyngo-esophageal defect after the resection of carcinomas of the hypopharynx and the cervical esophagus has traditionally been carried out with deltopectoral or musculocutaneous flap. Another approach is to reconstruct the defect with the colon or stomach. Recent advances in microvascular surgical techniques have resulted in one stage reconstruction with free flap. Both jejunal free flap and radial forearm free flap is a good alternative for the reconstruction of hypopharyngo-esophageal defect. Six cases of the radial forearm flap and nine cases of the jejunal flap were used to reconstructed the hypopharyngo-esophageal defect in 15 patients. In jejunal free flap, upper margin was reconstructed with end to side anastomosis and lower margin with end to end anastomosis. In radial forearm free flap, we used trapezoid shaped flap and tubed by complete or partial tubing according to the condition of the defects. Stricture and fistula are troublesome complications. The complications were peritonitis(n=1) and fistula(n=1). We concluded that both forearm and jejunal free flap is a useful alternative in reconstruction of hypopharynx and cervical esophagus.

트랙터 動力費 推定에 對한 硏究

1.營農規模上 트랙터를 利用할 수 있는 農家는 最少 3ha이며, 이 以下線인 小農家에서는 主로 他農家 作業이나 또는 運搬에 力點을 두고, 年間使用 時間數를 높혀 經濟線에 도달할려고 努力하고 있음을 알았다. 2.年間 減價償却費는 25,710원으로 算出되었으며, 農夫들은 每年 저축하여 트랙터를 폐기할 때 新品을 購入할 수가 있도록 해야 한다. 3.修繕費에 있어서는 原價에 對해 平均 3.36%가 나타났으며, 農夫들의 運轉技述과 取扱如何에 따라 많은 差異가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 4.10a當 米作役畜費는 2,034원으로 나타났으며, 트랙터는 2.8ha의 面積을 가져야만 經濟的인 面에서 役畜費와 일치함을 알 수가 있었다. The object of this study is in the effective operating of the power tiller with estimating the expenses of power. In brief; 1)Estimating 7 years in limitting of the power tiller, the power tiller can be utilized 400 hours a year. 2)Over 3ha of farm land can offered to utilize it, for they can get good income with it. 3)It`s depreciation a year is counted 25, 710 won, the amount of which is to be saved in each year. counted 67 won per hour.

A Genealogical Approach to the Incoterms Rules and Revised Incoterms 2010

Incoterms have provided a set of rules that the global trade community can use for the interpretation of shipping terms. Always viewed from the perspective of the seller’s delivery obligation, Incoterms focus on the responsibility for the risk of loss or damage to the goods sold, division of transportation and customs‐related costs between the seller and buyer, and the obligation to execute certain functional activities related to the movement of the goods. The ICC has consistently attempted to update Incoterms in a way that keeps pace with the evolution of business practices. The ICC recently published the new listing of terms, which hints at some of the significant changes ahead in the new publication. It is not certain how the Incoterms 2010 have been used in practice, so it is difficult to find out related problems. Therefore, those who are unwilling to use Incoterms 2010 are free to choose Incoterms 2000 or other trade terms. However, this kind of practice can cause a conflict because of differences in the interpretation of trade terms in international trade. It would be desirable to use Incoterms 2010 based on the revised Incoterms 2000. It is still unclear how predominantly Incoterms 2010 will be used in international trade. Of course, it is necessary to keep updating trade terms based on a deeper analysis on the matters associated with the Incoterms rules, and maintain an understanding of contemporary changes. 口腔內 扁平上皮癌에 關한 臨床的 硏究

A clinical study of selected patients with intraoral squamous cell carcinoma which were managed in the Department of Oral Oncology of Korea Cancer Center Hospital from January 1982 to August 1989 was done. And following results were obtained. 1. Males were involved more than females by intraoral squamous cell carcinoma in a ratio of 4:1. and most of the cases occurred in the 7th and 6th decades (69%). 79% of total patients and 92.5% of males were. 2. The mean duration of symptomatic period was 5.9 months. 3. The common symptoms were swelling (63%), pain (40%), ulceration (33%), and trismus (23%) 4. In the histologic findings, well differentiation comprised 58.0%. 5. The primary sites were the upper alveolar mucosa (32%), the floor of the mouth (21%), the lower alveolar mucosa (19%), tongue (14%), retromolar trigone (8%), palate (7%) and buccal mucosa (3%). 6. According to TNM system, Stage I, Stage Ⅱ, Stage Ⅲ, and Stage Ⅳ comprised 4%, 15%, 32%, and 49% respectively. 7. In the management of intraoral squamous cell carcinoma, surgeries were done in the 32 cases, 23 cases of which were managed by radiation therapy or chemotherapy concurrently. And radiation therapy alone was received in 35 cases. 8. Overall 3 and 5-year survival rates without regarding to stage were 27.6% and 21.4%. 9. 3-year survival rate of female patients was 47.2% and that of male patients was 22.6%. 10. 5-year survival rate was 53.9% for “early”cancer (stage I and II) and 15.6% for “advanced”cancer (stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ). Survival rate of patients in the early stages of cancer appeared to be higher than that of patients with stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ(p<0.05).

In order to develop the curriculum of the fishery department in the fisheries Jr. college, We have collected and analyzed the domistic and foreign data adquated to the fishey department under the international trend, also we gathered the opinion from the inquiring paper investigation and consultation to the industrial field, concerned college and graduate during the 6 month from September 1982. The fishery department curriculum in fisheries Jr. college will be industrialized with the concerned technics and knowledge in relation to speciality of maritime affairs. Accordingly, we have developed the adquate curriculum which is practical and can be cultivated the technician to adopt in the industrial society.
