      • Electrostatic Force Microscopy Plasmid DNA의 전기적 특성 관찰

        p53HIS plasmid DNA를 운모 기판에 착상시켜 기판과 DNA 사이의 전기적인 특성을 electrostatic force microscope(EFM)와 atomic force microscope(AFM)을 이용하여 관찰하였다. DNA를 운모 기판 위에 착상시키기 위해 표면을 NiCl_(2) 용액으로 염 이온 처리했다. 염 이온의 농도에 따라 DNA와 기판과의 상호 작용에 의해 착상량과 DNA 단차 및 EFM 신호(DNA 외관상 단차)에 차이가 있었다. 즉, 염 농도가 높을수록 운모 기판에 고정되어 있는 DNA양이 많아졌고 기판과의 강한 상호 작용에 의해 DNA의 높이가 낮아지는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. 반면 EFM신호는 탐침과 기판간의 척력 증가에 의해 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 또한 DNA의 한 부분에 전기적인 스트레스를 주었을 때의 특성을 EFM을 이용하여 분석하였다. We observe electrical characteristics between the plasmid DNA and mica by electrostatic force microscopy (EFM) and atomic force microscope (AFM). Firstly, we treated the mica by NiCl_(2) solution for depositing DNA. We monitored density of DNA molecules, DNA height and EFM signal from DNA-substrate interaction as Ni^(2+) concentration. We observe the plasmid DNA's height as Ni^(2+)concentration using AFM. On the other hand, EFM signal increase by increased repulsion between probe and substrate. After introducing voltage stress to a local area of DNA molecule, apparent height difference of DNA molecules was measured due to the charge injection or removal. Similar experiments were done with different bias polarities and sequential stress steps.

      • 주사 탐침 현미경을 이용하여 표면 처리한 기판 위의 DNA 관찰

        대장균에서 추출한 plasmid DNA를 운모 기판에 착상시켜 주사 탐침 현미경으로 관찰하였다. plasmid DNA를 운모 기판에 착상시키기 위하여 운모 기판을 염 이온으로 0.01~10mM까지 농도를 변화시켜 표면 처리하였다. 운모 기판 위 염 이온의 농도 차이를 X-선 광전 분광기(XPS)로 표면을 분석하였다. 기판 처리에 사용한 염 이온의 농도에 영향을 받아 착상된 DNA의 밀도 및 모양이 변화하였다. 운모 기판 처리 농도에 따른 AFM 영상 차이와 XPS로 분석한 기판 위의 염 이온의 상태를 제시하고, 이들 사이의 상관관계에 대하여 논의하였다. The plasmid DNA on mica is observed using scanning probe microscopy. The mica surface is treated by 0.01~10mM NiCl_(2) for depositing the plasmid DNA. Concentration difference of NiCl_(2) on mica is analyzed a treated mica surface using XPS. The plasmid DNA on the treated mica has a difference of density and conformation in proportion as Ni^(2+) concentration. We present AFM topology difference and Ni^(2+) states on mica by XPS, discuss interaction between AFM topology difference and Ni^(2+) states on mica

        Clomiphene citrate에 의한 배란유도 후의 임신율에 관한 연구

        From March 1990 to February 1993, we evaluated completely follow-uped 68 cases of amenorrhea, oligomenorrhea, infertility(anovulation). The ratio of primary to secondary is 31: 37. Ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of 68 cases which were completely treated with clomphene citrate is 72%, 71.8% respectively. Among these 23 pregnat cases, 19 cases were full term delivered, 1 case is ongoing pregnant, and 3 cases were spontaneously aborted. No one of multiple pregnancy and congenital abnormality was noted.

        Sludge treatment has been studied with many researcher since disposal problem of sewage sludge was became powerfully. But there was still the problem of secondary pollution and heavy metal leaching in the sewage sludge treatment process. To solve the problem, the treatment was to produce active carbon through the carbonization and the steam activation. In this study attempts to optimum design a activated carbonizer and optimum operation conditions and the technology as changing the variables. parametric screening studies were carried out for variations of the following variables : input of steam "10∼80 g/min" and carbonized time "12∼31.2 min". At the result of this is chosen, that input of steam "35 g/min" and carbonized time "31.2 min". At this time, Iodine adsorptivity and output particle diameter shown that 245.5 ㎎/g and under 4 mm. And also, by using photograph and SEM were confirmed the pore development.

        3-(2-Hydroxyethyl)-2,2,4-trimethyl-3-cyclohexenone SEM ether ??, an intermediate in the synthesis of taxol was provided in eight steps. The keto ketal ?? was obtained in three steps from 1,3-cyclohexanedione. Reaction of the potassium enolate of ?? with N-phenyltrifluoromethanesulfonimide provided triflate ?? in 84% yield. Thus palladium-mediated cross-coupling reaction of enol triflate ?? with vinyltributylstannane afforded diene ?? in a 89% yield. 3-(2-Hydroxyethyl)-2,2,4-trimethyl-3-Cyclohexenone SEM ether was prepared from diene ?? by sequential hydroboration [9-BBN, THF, 89%], deprotection[pTsOH ·H₂O, THF-H₂O,~100%], and silyation [SEMC], iPr₂NEt, nBu₄NI, CH₂Cl₂, 94%]

      • 흡연습관이 운동습관이 혈중 총 콜레스테롤에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction for antismoking campaign, the appropriate training habits and control by investigating the effect of smoking habits and training habits to serum total cholesterol(STC). This investigation applied, to 520 healthy men, out-Patients at K hospital comprehensive health center in Sungbuk-Gu, Seoul with questionnaires, based on interview and self-report related to smoking habits and training habits. In this study the means and standard deviations for all items were calculated based on the data. The data verified through Independent Group t-test and Independent Group one way ANOVA with SPSS for Window Release 7.5. The significant level for verification of hypothesis was 5%. The result of this study are as follows: 1. The difference in level of STC in smoking group and non-smoking group. The smoking group contained higher level of STC by 23.31mg/dl, which was significantly different in statistics(p<.05). 2. The difference in level of STC in training group and non-training group. The training group contained higher level of STC by 27.72mg/dl, which was significantly different in statistics(p<.05). 3. The difference in level of STC in I group(non-smoking with training), II group(non-smoking with non-training), Ⅲgroup(smoking with training), IV group(smoking with non-training). The level of STC was lowest in I group and highest in Ⅳgroup, which was significantly different in statistics(p<.05). 4. The difference in level of STC in smoking with training group and smoking with non-training group by the amount of smoking per day and the duration of smoking. Regardless of the duration of smoking, the smoking with non-training group contained higher level of serum total cholesterol, which was significantly different in statistics(p<.05). In conclusion, training have an effect on the level of smoker's STC and smoking with non-training is a chief risk factor for disease related to STC. Considering the relation between smoking and training, smoking with training approved to be effective in decreasing the level of STC. Even for smokers with regular training or regular training or reducing the amount of smoking with regular training will be effective in preventing disease related to STC.

      • 다시마 푸코이단추출물과 지질대사의 연관성

        The effects of Laminaria japonica fucoidan extract (LJFE) on the biochemical parameters of lipid-related function were investigated in liver and serum of CCl_(4)-treated rats. LJFE of 100 mg/kg concentration was intraperitoneally administered into rats at dose of 1.5 ml/kg for 14 days. On the day 15, 3.3 ml/kg of CCl_(4) dissolved in olive oil (1:1) was injected 12 hours before anesthetization. We examined the lipid-related functions and enzyme activitys by measuring the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in serum. The results showed that CCl_(4) treatment increased the high values of TG, LDH and ALP decreased the low values of TC but LJFE pretreatment decreased the high values of TG, LDH and ALP to the low values, increased the TC. It was suggested that LJFE can be used as the potential candidate for the lipid-metabolism natural supplement.

      • GF(2m)상의 타원곡선 암호 프로세서 설계

        This paper presents a high-performance elliptic curve cryptographic processor over GF(2m). The proposed design adopts L&oacute;pez-Dahab Montgomery algorithm for elliptic curve point multiplication and uses polynomial basis for GF(2m) field arithmetic operations. We select m=163 which is the smallest value among five recommended GF(2m) field sizes by NIST. The proposed elliptic curve cryptographic processor consists of host interface, data memory, instruction memory, control, and ALU. We simulate the proposed design using Xilinx XCV2000E hardware platform. Simulation result, we can see that our design is high flexibility and requires significantly less hardware resource compared with the previously proposed hardware implementation. 본 논문에서는 GF(2m)상의 고속 타원곡선 암호 프로세서를 제안한다. 제안한 암호 프로세서는 타원곡선 정수 곱셈을 위해 L&oacute;pez-Dahab Montgomery 알고리즘을 채택하고, GF(2m)상의 산술 연산을 위해 다항식 기저(Polynomial Basis: PB)를 이용한다. 본 논문에서 구현한 타원곡선 암호 프로세서는 m=163을 선택하였으며 NIST(National Institute of Standard and Technology)에서 권고하는 5개의 GF(2m) 필드 크기 중에서 가장 작은 값이다. 제안한 암호 프로세서는 Host Interface, Data Memory, Instruction Memory, Control, AU(Arithmetic Unit)로 구성되어 있으며 Xilinx XCV2000E 하드웨어 플랫폼으로 시뮬레이션을 한다. 그 결과 제안된 암호 프로세서는 기존의 연구 결과에 비에 높은 확장성과 낮은 하드웨어 복잡도를 가진다.
