      • 폴리프로필렌섬유의 형상비 및 길이조합 변화에 따른 고강도 콘크리트의 폭렬특성

        This study investigates spilling resistance of high strength concrete, 60∼80MPa class, designed with the various adding and aspect ratios of polypropylene(PP) fiber. Test showed that increase of PP fiber content and aspect ratio decreased the fluidity of fresh concrete. Especially, the slump flow significantly decreased in the specimens containing certain fibers being 475 and 750 of aspect ratios. Compressive strength of specimtls containing fibers, 300 and 475, exhibited 5 percent higher thin other specimens. Specimens containing combination of diverse fiber lengths declined the value about 10-25% than that of control concrete. In addition, specimens containing more thin 0.lvol% of PP fiber, T00, hid favorable spilling resistance, while specimtls containing PPsxl(3mm+19mm) and PPmxl(6mm+19mm) was O.1vol% and specimens containing PPsl(3mm+12mm) and PPml(6mm+12mm) was 0.15vol%. Therefore the specimen, containing 0.1vol% of PP fiber, T00, exhibited the most effective fluidity, strength is well is the side of economy.

      • 國民學校 및 中學校의 科學科 敎育課程의 系列性에 關한 硏究(物理科學分野)

        The results of the examination for the new science curriculum shows that the selection and arrangement of the contents of the teaching subjects is reasonable, but that the contents is difficult and the quantity of the subjects is abandant in both side of teaching and learning is dominant opinion. The results of the sequence analysis of the teaching contents are as follows: (1) the selection of the fundamental concepts, the level of teaching in primary and junior high school, and the sequence of the contents are of no gross faults. (2) The sequence of the "Waves" included the properties of light is cut off, because they do not deal with the waves in the energy concept in junior high school. (3) The unit, "Magnetic Effect of a Current" is dealt with in interaction unit in primary school, and on the other hand it is dealt with in energy unit in junior high school. So, there is room for examination in magnetic effect of current from a viewpoint of the concept development and sequence maintenance. Next, we discussed the theoretical background for the formation of sequence and especially have set up the hierarchy of the inquiring process, in the viewpoint of organizing the contents and techniques dealt with in inquiring activities. And, on the basis of a survey of public opinion, analysis of sequences, and general theory of formation of sequence, we proposed the general rule for organizing the sequence of the concepts and the process-skills between the primary and the junior high school, and for organizing the sequence of the seience curriculum in itself. On the basis of these discussion, we have selected some unit and framed the teaching programme which will serve as a good reference to the practical teaching. We hope that a large number of teachers put the contents proposed in this paper and teaching programme organized process-skills into practical use, and they research and practice the various teaching techniques continuously in order to reach to educational purpose of the new science curriculum.

      • 저 발열량 페유 소각기 개발에 관한 실험적 연구

        The advanced waste oil incinerator is suggested that has heat recirculation region in the combustor to burn out the waste oil completely in high temperature zone and heat recuperator in the left side of combustion cavity which plays a role of the flame stabilization of main burner flame by heat recovery of exhaust gas to incinerate waste oil contained water. In order to investigate a simultaneously incineration efficiency of the vessel waste oil contained the hazardous waste which occurs from the vessel and the sea outflow waste oil experiments have been carried out using the emulsion fuel mixed the water and bunker fuel oil C and the blend mixed the light oil and the waste surrogate material (acetonitrile:CH_(3)CN). The results of experiments showed that the waste oil incinerator developed in this study was excellent for the incineration efficiency of waste oil at an air ratio of 1.46 and DRE (destruction and removal efficiencies) of CH_(3)CN was 99.9996% ("5 nines"). And optimum operating conditions for the secondary air flow rate of internal mix burner, preheating temperature and injection point of shipboard waste oil contained acetonitrile were suggested.

      • 동물성 지방의 재활용 방안에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 우리나라의 동물성 생지방의 발생 실태 및 유통현황에 대해서 조사, 분석하여 제반 문제점을 파악하고 적절한 유통근대화 방안을 제시하였으며, 생지방이 환경에 미치는 영향 등에 대한 연구를 종합적으로 수행하여 최종처리, 재활용 등 효과적인 관리대책을 제시하고자 하였다. 생지방의 발생원은 전국에 산재한 170여개의 도축장과 280여개의 육가공공장을 비롯한 식육점, 음식점 등으로서 식육의 모든 유통과정과 관련성이 크며, 수도권에만 60%이상의 발생원이 집중되어 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 현재 전국에서 발생되는 생지방의 1일 발생량은 약 650-750여톤으로 300여명의 수집원이 손수레, 자전거, 오토바이 등의 낙후된 수거 장비를 등원하여 수거하고있으며, 약 60여개에 이르는 수집상은 수집원으로 부터 생지방을 매입하여 재활용 공장으로 운송하고 있다. 그러나, 유통업계의 현실은 영세성과 전근대적인 경영방법, 거래형태의 무질서등의 문제점을 내포하고 있으며, 결국 유통체계의 혼란을 야기시켜 정상적인 생지방 재활용업계의 발전을 저해하고 있어 적절한 관리 및 유통구조의 근대화를 위한 행정적인 지원 및 제도적인 장치가 필요한 것으로 사료된다. 유통구조의 근대화 방안으르 효율적인 유통경로가 제시되었으며 유통산업의 대형화, 계열화 등을 통하여 수거효율의 향상과 유통마진율의 절감효과를 얻을 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. In this study, generation characteristics and distribution situation of the animal fat residue were investigated to identify it's management problems and to propose alternatives for the recycling and final disposal. Generation sources were the meat distribution net-work including about 170 slaughterhouses, 280 meat-packing plants. thousands of meat shops and restaurants etc. The daily total amount of the animal fat residue is about 700 ton/day. More than 60% of the generation sources were concentrated in Seoul metropolitan area. The residue was collected by about 300 men using old-fashioned devices like handcarts, bike and auto bike, transported to the recycling plants by about 60 collection agencies. The residue was processed to produce by-products such as grease, tallow, animal feed ingredient in the recycling plants. At present, however, a great number of unlicensed, and mostly small rendering processors without having pollution control facilities do the unlawful business. These small, old fashioned and unorganized businesses are creating environmental problems by disposing the waste in improper ways such as open burning and dump. Improvement of the distribution network, the large-scale plants, and the estabilishing proper infrastructures were suggested to overcome the problems for the sound fat residues reprocessing industry.

      • 77K에서 SC(NH₂)₂의 ¹⁴N 핵사중극 공명연구

        강유전체 질소화합물 thiourea [SC(NH₂)₂]분말시료의 ??plused NQR 실험을 77K 에서 실행하여 공명진동수와 핵사중극 결합상수, 비대칭인자, 완화시간등을 측정했으며, 4개의 공명선이 관측되었다. 결정내에는 주위 환경이 다른 두 종류의 질소 N₁,N₂가 존재함을 알 수 있었다. N₁에 관한 공명진동수는 ??(1)=2.6487㎒, ??(1)=2.032㎒, N₂에 대하여는 ??(2)=3.1852㎑, ??(2)=2.0183㎒이고, 공명선폭은 ??(1)=2.6752㎑, ??(1)=3.1852㎑, ??(2)=3.2618㎑, ??(2)=3.5448㎑ 임을 보였다. 한편 e²qQ/h의 값은 ν(1)에서 3.1205㎒, η는 0.3953이었으며, ν(2)에서는 3.0279㎒, 0.3939이었다. 이는 이미 보고된 결과와 일치하였다. 그리고, FID(Free Induction Decay)와 spin-echo실험을 통하여 얻은 스핀-격자 완화시간 T₁은 ??(1)에서 7.143 s, ??(2)에서 5.88 s이었으며, 스핀-스핀 완화시간 T₂는 ??(1)에서 25㎳, ??(2)에서 33.3㎳, ??(2)에서 33.3㎳의 값을 얻었다. We have measured ??N NQR frequencies, nuclear quadroupole coupling constants, asymmetric parameters and relaxation times in ferroelectric nitrogen thiourea [SC(NH2)2] at 77K, and four NQR resonance lines were observed. The results of measurements show that there are two kinds of nitrogen site, N1 and N2, with different environments in the crystal. The resonance frequencies were found to be ν+(l)=2.64 87MHz, ν_(1)=2.032 MHz for N1 and ν+(2)=2.6285MHz, ν_(2) =2.0183MHz for N2 respectively. The corresponding linewidths were ν+(1)= 2.6752kHz, Δν_(l) =3.1852kHz, ν+(2) =3.2618kHz and Δν_(2) =3.5448kHz, respectively. For N1, e2Q/h is 3.1205 MHz and η is 0.3953, and for N2, these are 3.0979MHz and 0.3939. These results are in agreement with those reported previously. The spin-lattice relaxation time (Ti) and the spin-spin relaxation time (T2) by FID and spin-echo experiments are as follows : T1(ν+(1)) is 7.143 s and T1(ν+(2)) is 5.88 s. T2(ν+(1)) is 25 ms, T2(ν_(1)) is 25 ms, T2(ν+(2)) is 33.3 ms and T2(ν_(2)) is 33.3 ms.

        Effects of Mizoribine on MHC-Restricted Exogenous Antigen Presentation in Dendritic Cells

        Mizoribine (MZR) has been shown to possess immunosuppressive activity that selectively inhibits the proliferation of lymphocytes by interfering with inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase. The efficacy of MZR is not only in patients who have had renal transplantation, but also in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), lupus nephritis, and primary nephritic syndrome. Because the exact mechanism of its immunosuppressive action is not clear, the object of this study was to examine the ability of MZR to regulate the antigen presenting cells (APCs), dendritic cells (DCs). In this work, we tested whether MZR ($1{\sim}10\;{\mu}g/mL$) could inhibit the cross-presentation of DCs. DC2.4 cells ($H-2K^{b}$) or bone marrow-derived DCs (BM-DCs) generated from BM cells of C57BL/6 mouse ($H-2K^{b}$) were cultured in the presence of MZR with OVA-microspheres, and the amount of OVA peptide-class I MHC complexes was measured by a T cell hybridoma, B3Z, that recognizes OVA (257-264 : SIINFEKL)-$H-2K^{b}$ complex and expresses-galactosidase. MZR profoundly inhibited the expression of SIINFEKL-$H-2K^{b}$ complexes. This inhibitory activity of MZR appeared to affect the phagocytic activity of DCs. MZR also decreased IL-2 production when we examined the effects of MZR on $CD4^{+}$ T cells. These results provide an understanding of the mechanism of immunosuppressive activity of MZR on the inhibition of MHC-restricted antigen presentation and phagocytic activity in relation to their actions on APCs.
