        Addition of V2O5-MnO2/USY-zeolite catalyst in PTFE fiber for bag filter and its catalytic activity tests for NH3-SCR at low-temperature

        This study investigated the catalytic activity of vanadium-manganese supported on USY-zeolite as a catalystfor low-temperature NO removal, and embedded the powder catalyst in PTFE filter of bag filter. TheV2O5-MnO2/USY-zeolite catalyst was prepared using the co-impregnation method, and the V2O5/MnO2ratio was 0/10, 2.5/7.5, 5/5, 7.5/2.5, or 10/0. The catalytic activity test for NH3-SCR(selective catalyticreduction) of NO was performed at 150–230 C. An enhanced NO conversion above 60% was exhibitedin the low-temperature region below 230 C, and the NO removal efficiency increased as the MnO2 contentincreased. The NH3-TPD and NO-TPD(Temperature Programmed Desorption) analysis confirmed thatthe NH3 adsorption of the catalyst more significantly influences the NO removal performance than the NOadsorption. As the MnO2 content on the catalysts increased, the strength and amount of adsorbed NH3increased, resulting in enhanced NO conversion. The catalyst-embedded PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)fiber was prepared by extruding physically mixed PTFE and catalyst powder. Scanning electron microscopy/energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy confirmed that the catalyst was well dispersed on the surfaceand inside the PTFE fiber. The NO removal performance of the catalyst included PTFE fiber increased asthe amount of the catalysts added was increased.

        구강 악안면 연조직 결손 재건을 위한 진피 지방 이식의 이용 : 증례보고

        Soft tissue defects in oral & maxillofacial region caused by tumor resection, trauma, congenital deformities have been treated in autogenous soft tissue flap, allogenic material, free dermal graft, fascia graft. Of these methods, autogenous dermis graft had initially been applied in hernia treatment at the beginning of nineteenth century and have been applied in soft tissue augmentation coverage of vital structure, dead space removal and reconstruction of fascia. A fat graft is used in reconstruction of orbit at the enucleation, restoration of facial contours, etc. In this case, patient with chin soft tissue defect in traffic accident was treated in autogenous dermis-fat graft from patient's abdominal and gluteal region. Chin defect was recons ructed favorably. There was no severe atrophy of grafted area 12 months postoperatively. We will report the result that is favorable esthetically with literature review.

      • 傷寒論중 汗, 下法을 중심으로 한 少陰人 病證論 考察

        이제마는 사상의학의 생리, 병리를 설명함에 있어서 상한론을 많이 인용하였는데 치법에 있어서는 상한론의 것과 일치하지 않으며 특히 소음임편에서는 상한론의 한법이나 하법에 대해서 많은 비판을 가하고 있다. 이에 동의수세보원 소음인편에 나타난 상한론 인용문과 동무의 의론을 한법과 하법을 위주로 비교하여 본 결과 사상의학과 상한론은 공통적인 사기의 개념과 병증구성상의 표리구조를 가지고 있었으며, 한과 하의 개념에 있어서도 별다른 차이가 없었다. 그러나 치료법에 있어서 사상의학에서는 소음인에 대하여 승양이 안되는 체질상의 부족을 보충하는 승양익기법을 중요시하여 상한론과 차이가 남을 알 수 있었다. The main purpose of this study is to lay the groundwork of mutual assistance between Shnngknlun and Sa-sang Constitutional Medicine by looking into their differences and similarities in the concept and the medical treatment in the diaphoretic therapy and the purgative therapp. The study compared Shanghan Jomun quoted in Soeumin, Dongy-Soose-Boum m:ith Je-ma, Lee s Theory of Medicine. And its conclusion is the following: 1. Both Shanghlun and Sa-sang Constitutional Medicine connote the concept of pathogenic factors in the Nae-Kyung hfedicine as the medicinal substances. And both of them have the fundamental structure of exterior-to-interior movements in the symptoms of disease to appear when pathogenic factors penetrate into the bodies. 2. Sa-sang Constitutional Medicine has treated the causes and the mechanism of disease in the symptoms of disease differently from other therapies: focusing on the body's constitutional symptom of disease, namely Soeumin's lack of the Yang-Qi and the poor Ascending Yang, not an attack on pathogenic factors as a interior-exterior symptom. Therefore Ascending-yang Suppiling Qi. which fills up the lacking parts of the body and keeps the balance of the body fitted in one's constitution, has been used rather than the diaphoretic and purgative therapy. 3. As Shanghlun and Sa-sang Constitutional Medicine have the similarities in the interior-to-exterior structure, pathogenic factors, and the notion of diaphoresis and purgation, they do so in the principle of the medicinal substance and the therapy. However, there are actually differences of carrying out the diaphoretic and purgative therapy and other treatments between Shangtnnlun and Sa-sang Constitutional Medicine by the reason of the dissimilarities in the mechanism of disease and focal points.

      • 고등급 보안 시스템을 위한 IPSec 시스템 기능 명세

        현대 사회는 인터넷 사용자의 증가와 제반 기술의 비약적인 발전으로 사회활동 전반에 대한 인터넷 기반 서비스가 이루어지고 있다. 이런 과정에서 발생한 중요한 문제중의 하나가 불특정 다수가 자유로이 통신을 하기 위해 개발된 인터넷상에서 사용자의 보안을 보장해주는 것이다. 최근에 와서 인터넷상에서 개인 정보유출로 인한 많은 피해가 발생하면서 정보보호에 대한 관심이 더욱 증가하고 있다. 현재 이 문제를 해결하기 위하여 많은 보안 관련 시스템들이 개발되고 있으며, 세계 각 국의 표준 기구에서는 이러한 시스템에 대한 등급을 평가하고 있다. 각 등급을 살펴보면, 시스템 개발 초기부터 정형기법을 이용하여 개발되어진 시스템들이 고등급을 획득하고 있다. 국내에서도 한국정보보호센터(KISA)에서 보안 시스템에 대한 등급을 평가를 수행하면서 정형기법을 이용하여 땅세 검증된 시스템에게 K5이상의 고등급을 부여하고 있다. 이러한 등급을 살펴보면, 시스템의 기능을 정형명세언어를 이용해서 명세하는 부분을 공통적으로 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 높은 보안 등급의 IPSec 관련 시스템을 개발하기 위해서 정형명세언어인 Z를 이용해서 IPSec의 동작을 명세하였다. The modern community is moving across the whole areas based on Internet with the growing Internet users and the great technological development. One of the important things that can be problem in this community is that the Internet should assure secure networking and security mechanism for the many security-ignorant users. Recently, Due to a lot of damages like a personal drain, security concerns is growing very rapidly. Now, many security application system is developing to solve this problem and each of the world standard organizations is evaluating these security application systems. Considering the each levels, we found that system using formal methods from the initial system development process acquired the high-level. In domestic, KISA manages the evaluation of security system and gives the higher than K5 to the system that specified and verified using formal methods. In this all levels, it should be required the system specification part. In this paper, we specified IPSec using formal specification language Z to develope the high-level IPSec system.

      • 돼지에서 정맥, 근육 그리고 경구 투여시의 enrofloxacin의 약물동태학

        In order to characterize pharmacokinetic profiles according to route of a new enrofloxacin salt form (Enrotil®), it was given to 4 healthy pigs via oral (p.o.), intramuscular (i.m.) or intravenous (i.v.) administrations at a dose rate of 5 ㎎/㎏ body weight. Enrofloxacin (ENFX) in serum was detected by bioassay using E. coli BE1186 as a test organism. The biological elimination half-lives (t_1/2(β)) of ENFX were 6.76±0.99 h (i.v.), 7.16±2.30 h (i.m.) and 11.45±3.90 h (p.o.), Volume of distribution (Vd) of enrofloxacin was 2.20±0.31 L/㎏ (i.v.), 2.52±0.60 L/㎏ (i.m.) and 1.88±0.33 L/㎏ (i.m.). Mean residence time (MRT) was 8.77±1.26 h after i.v. injection and the maximal concentration time (Tmax) following p.o. and i.m. administration was 0.76±0.09 h and 0.60±0.12 h, indicating a rapid absorption from these routes. Bioavailibility (F) was calculated as 64.1% for p.o. administration and 59.71% for i.m. injections. In summary, the newly formulated enrofloxacin salt form has shown a high water solubility, rapid absorption and large tissue distribution, suggesting a potential antibacterials for oral application on a large scale in veterinary sectors.

      • Si-Schottky障壁型의 大陽電池 製作에 관한 硏究

        The characteristics of these Si-schottky barrier type and Heterojunction type solar cells are as follows; 1. SnO_2/n-Si Heterojunction Solar Cells Fabricated by Spray Pyrolysis Method SnO_2 film were deposited on the (100) or (111) surface of Si single crystal by the spray pyrolysis method. The best SnO_2/n-Si solar cell has a good performance, with an open-circult voltage: Voc.=0.45V, short circuit current: Isc.=35.5㎃, fill factor: FF.=0.64, and conversion efficiency: η=10.2% under 98㎽/㎠ irradiation of AMl. The spray pyrolysis described in this paper is simple and suitable for mass production. One possibility for cost reduction lies in this method of junction fabrication, and the idea of simply deposited SnO_2/n-Si junction is, at first sight, very attractive. Hence the SnO_2/n-Si Solar Cell and the effectiveness of this method may be of great value in some future production of low-cost solar cells. 2. In_2O_3: Sn Heterojunction Solar Cells Fabricated by Spray Pyrolitic Method Highly conductive and transparent thin films of In_2O_3: Sn (ITO) are fabricated by spray pyrolytic method. The parameters of these thin films are as follows: resistivity ρ = 1.5×10 exp (-3) Ω·㎝, carrier concentration n = 7.5×10 exp (19) cm^-3, mobility μ = 55.5 ㎠/V·sec and transmission 85-90% over visible and long wave-length region. These thin films have simple cubic system with lattice constant 10.2Å. In_2O_3: Sn/n-Si heterojunction solar cells are fabricated, depositing In_2O_3: Sn (ITO) thin films on n-Si substrates with orientation(100) and resistively 2-3Ω, ㎝ by spray pyrolitic method. Under AMl sunlight simulator, the parameters of the excellent cell obtained has open-circuit voltage Voc=0.52V, short-circuit current I_sc=39.0㎃, fill factor: F.F=0.60 and conversion efficiencyη=12.1%. 3. Al/p-Si MOS Solar Cells Fabricated by Vacuum Evaporation Method Al/p-Si MOS solar cells, consisting of Al on P-tupe silicon with a thin interfacial layer of SiO_2 have been found to have good light conversion efficiency for solar radiation. The effects of the oxide layer thickness between metal and substrate were investigated. Under AMl simulated sunlight illumination the best cell has open circuit voltage Voc=0.50V, short-circuit current I_sc=26.3㎃/㎠, fill-factor FF=0.70 and conversion efficiency η=9.2%. 4. Cr-Cu/P-Si MOS Solar Cells Fabricated by Vacuum Evaporation Method Cr-Cu/p-Si MOS Solar cells, consisting of Cr-Cu on p-type silicon with a thin interfacial layer of SiO_2 have been found to have good light conversion efficiency for solar radiation. The effects of the oxide layer thickness between metal and substrate were investigated. Under AMl simulated sunlight illumination the best cell has open circuit voltage Voc=0.49V, short-circuit current I_sc=26.4㎃, fill-factor: FF=0.72 and conversion efficiency η=9.3%.

        핑크 스트라이프 호접란 ‘SM 3337’ 육성

        A new Phalaenopsis cultivar SM 3337 was bred by Sangmiwon, Korea. The new cultivar SM 3337, with a pink color and striped characteristics, was derived by artificial crossing between Phal. Minho Princess (the female parent) and Phal. Minho Stripes (the male parent). From 2006 to 2007, 300 individuals were cultivated over 2 years. Among them, an elite individual, number ‘05-33-37’, with excellent growth and flowering characteristics was finally selected through an intensive selection process. The stability and uniformity of the cultivar were confirmed through the first and second characteristics tests in 2008 and 2009, and it was named ‘SM 3337’. SM 3337 produces bright clean pink (RHS#69C) flowers with incurved shape and striped characteristics, with a flower length and width of 9.8 cm and 10.8 cm, respectively. SM 3337 is regarded as a lightly striped flower type and is suitable for the new flowerpot market. The leaves of SM 3337 are arranged horizontally and are 22.2 cm in length and 10.7 cm in width. This cultivar also possesses no genetic variation, fast in vitro propagation, and easy growing due to vigorous growth habit. SM 3337 was registered to Korea Seed & Variety Service (KSVS) in September 30, 2013 and the plant breeder’s right (PBR) is currently controlled by Sangmiwon Orchid Company, Korea (Registration No. 4640).

      • 머리염색이 인체에 미치는 영향

        일상생활에서 모발염색은 흔히 접할 수 있는 미용의 한 종류로 특히 젊은층을 중심으로 폭발적으로 유행하고 있다. 염색을 위항 사용하는 약제는 표백제와 발색제 등 각종 화학약품이 사용되고 있으나 이로 인한 건강장해에 대한 연구는 그리 많지 않다. 저자들은 염색이 인체의 모발건강에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 염색과 관련된 주관적 증상과 모발의 변화에 대한 실험적 연구를 시행하였다. 동국대학교 경주 캠퍼스 재학생 80명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하여 염색 유 ·무 및 염색 후에 경험한 증상에 대해 설문 조사하였고, 의과대학 재학생 46명을 대상으로 피부 반응 테스트를 실시하였다. 또한 염색 전후의 모발 탄성도를 측정하였고 모발의 상태를 파악하기 위해 전자 현미경검사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과 염색 전에 비하여 염색 후 안구혼탁, 안구건조, 시력저하, 발진 및 접촉성 피부염, 모발손상, 모근손상 등의 증상을 더 많이 경험한다고 호소하였다(p<0.05). 모발손상과 모근손상은 헤어드라이어 사용 빈도에 따라 증가하는 것으로 조사되었다(p<0.05). 피부반응검사에서 가려움증이 가장 많은 증상이었으며 이는 여성보다는 남성에서 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 염색 전후의 모발장력은 염색 전 134.5±10.37g, 염색 128.0±30.69g, 염색 이틀 후 112.5±19.69g으로 나타났다. 염색 전후의 모발의 전자현미경 케라틴 층이 현저히 감소하고 모발이 가늘어지는 차이를 보였다. 염색은 모발손상, 모발 케라틴 손상 및 모근 손상, 발진 및 접촉성 피부반응, 안구혼탁, 안구건조, 시력 저하를 유발한다. 따라서 염색약으로 인한 손상에 대한 주의와 예방이 필요하다고 생각한다. 예방대책으로 염색 전 피부테스트를 통한 적합성 여부를 판단하는 것이 필요하며 가급적 염색을 피하는 것이 좋을 것이다. 염색약에 발암물질이 포함되어있다는 보고도 있어 염색 제조사의 철저한 실험과 염색 물질의 선별이 염색으로 인한 부작용을 최소화하는데 중요한 역할을 할 것이다. Hair coloring has became one of the most popular cosmetic activities to younger generations during last decade. However, there are few studies on the health effect of widespread use of chemical dyes. This study was conducted to study the effects of hair coloring dye on hair and other systems. We conducted a questionnaire survey of 80 persons in Kyongju campus, Dongguk University. We have done open patch skin test on 46 medical students. We also conducted scanning electron microscopy to examine the hair strength and structure before and after hair coloring process. Injury of hair and hair bulb, contact dermatitis, turbid eyes, xerophthalmia, and poor visual acuity were the main symptoms complained after hair coloring (p<0.05). Injury of hair and hair bulb were increased by frequency of hair-dryer use(p<0.05). In open patch test, pruritus was complanined by more than half of the subjects. Mean strength of hairs before and after hair coloring was as follows; 134.5 (SD 10.37)g before hair coloring, 128.0 (SD 30.69)g immediately after hair coloring, and 112.5 (SD 19.69)g after two days. The scanning electron microscopic findings of hair surface before and after hair coloring showed decreased keratin layer and thinning of the hair. Hair coloring induces injury to hair, its keratin layer, and hair bulb as well as contact dermatitis, turbid eyes, xerophthalmia, and poor visual acuity. Therefore, we think that precaution is needed in use of hair coloring dye. To prevent complications induced by hair coloring dye, it is necessary, especially to those with allergy or skin disorders, to perform skin test before action and avoid hair coloring whenever possible. Longterm health effects of hairdye should be studied and manufacturing companies should try to minimize complications induced by hair coloring dye.
