        청소년 생활역량 진단검사의 표준화 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 청소년이 독립된 생활인으로서 필수적으로 갖추어나가야 할 일상생활 속에서의 역량을 구체적으로 진단할 수 있는 '표준화 청소년 생활역량 진단검사'를 개발하는데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 실험적으로 개발된 228개의 문항에서 내용적ㆍ통계적으로 양호한 114개의 문항을 추출하였고, 1,908명의 중ㆍ고등학생을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 개별 문항 및 검사도구의 양호도, 검사를 구성하고 있는 요인구조의 적합도 등을 통해 타당성을 확인하고 규준을 개발하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 개발된 표준화 검사는 자기조절역량, 자기개발역량, 학습역량, 대인관계역량, 민주시민역량, 문제상황대처역량의 6개 하위 생활역량과 이를 실제적으로 함양할 수 있는 19개의 생활기술, 각 생활기술별 6개 문항, 총 114개의 문항으로 구성되어 있다. 규준집단의 생활역량은 대인관계역량이 가장 높았으며, 감정조절기술을 제외한 대부분의 생활기술 및 하위 생활역량에서 남학생보다 여학생의 평균이 유의하게 높았다. 또한, 중학생과 고등학생 간에는 일부 하위 생활역량에 유의한 차이가 있을 뿐 전반적인 생활역량에는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to develop the standardized life competency test for adolescences. For this, 114 items were selected from 228 items previously developed by Yun and Seo's study through the indexes of item goodness and statistical criteria. 1,908 middle and high school students were sampled nationwidely. The coefficients of Cronbach α and construct validity were high, and suitability indexes of item factor structure were high. The concurrent validity with youth activity competency scale was verified. As a result of standardization process, the Life Competency Scale with 6 life competencies, 19 life skills and 114 items was developed. The norm table was made in terms of total group, gender, and school level. The norm groups marked the highest scores in interpersonal relationship area among competencies and life skills. The scores of girls recorded significantly higher than those of boys in most life competencies and life skills except in emotional regulation skill. There were no differences in school level over life competency and life skill between middle and high school students. Students can get informations about their life competencies easily through this standardized test, furthermore, teachers or parents can provide educational programs to enhance student 's deficient competencies or life skills. Also, the collected data from 'The Standardized Life Competency Scale' tests can be used as basic data for youths to develop programs and to make policy in schools or fields of youth.

        외상성 고관절 탈구의 예후에 영향을 주는 요인

        Background : Incidence of traumatic hip dislocation have been increased with development of transportation. Traumatic hip dislocation demands early recognition as an emergency and prompt reduction. So we designed this study to determine what kinds of factors affect the prognosis of the patient. Methods ; Eighty five patients who admitted emergency department of our hospital with the traumatic hip dislocation were enrolled in this study. Cause of injury, type of dislocation, method of reduction, the time from dislocation to reduction, age, gender and associated patellar injury were evaluated by retrospective chart reviews. Results : Average age of excellent good group(E&G) is 28±17.8 and fair and poor group(F&P) is 39±18.6, so the older the age the more poor prognosis.(P<0.05). The time to take reduction of E&G group is 18±8.2 hours and F&P group is 25±12.6 hours, so the faster the better prognosis.(P<0.05) We classify the type of hip dislocation by Thompson and Epstein method, type Ⅰ to type Ⅴ. The prognosis of type Ⅰ is better than type Ⅴ(P<0.05). Fifty five case were associated with patellar injury and they had poor prognosis than the other cases that were not associated with knee joint injury. Conclusion : In traumatic dislocated hip patients, the prognosis was poor in old age, delay in reduction, higher type of dislocation and associated with knee joint injury.

        Siriraj Stroke Score 따른 뇌졸중 환자 감별의 적합성

        Background: The differentiation between hemorrhagic(HS) and norhemorrhagic(NHS) stroke is the most important first step in the management of acute stroke because clinical management of the two disorders differs substantially. Neuroimaging studies are useful in diagnosing and distinctioning between HS and NHS. The use of clinical variables, such as Siriraj stroke scores(SSS), has led to good sensitivity, specificity and predictive values. The aim of our study was to evaluate the use of the SSS in the Korean population and assess whether it could aid to expedite treatment decisions. Methods: We reviewed 111 cases of stroke patients admitted to our hospital via the emergency department over a 6 months period from July to December 1998. Levels of consciousness, vomiting, headache, and atheroma markers used in the SSS were applied to these patients who met the criteria for a stroke. Results: Of the 111 patients, the SSS classified 83 with sensitivities of 81.1%(NHS) and 73.3%(HS) and positive predictive values of 84.3% and 68.8%, respectively. The overall accuracy rate was 78.3%. Conclusion: Our results suggest that the SSS is not reliable in distinguishing stroke types in the Korean population. Definite neuroimaging studies are needed prior to thrombolytic therapy.

      • 추출방법과 감마선 조사에 따른 귤피 추출물 생리활성의 변화

        가공 과정에서 대량 발생하는 폐기물 중 하나인 귤피를 천연 기능성 소재로 개발하기 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 추출방법을 달리한 귤피 추출물의 생리활성을 확인하였다. 또한 감마선 조사에 의한 귤피 추출물의 생리활성 변화에 관하여도 관찰하였다. 정치추출의 경우 열수추출에 비해 초기 L^(*)값이 낮은 반면 a^(*)값과 b^(*)값이 높았으나 저장기간 또는 감마선 조사에 의해 차이가 없어졌으며, 감마선 조사선량의 증가에 따라 귤피추출액의 L^(*)값과 a^(*)값은 증가하였으며, b^(*)값은 감소하였다. 전자공여능, tyrosinase 저해효과, mitrite 소거능은 감마선 조사에 의해 영향을 받지 않았으나 저장기간 동안 이러한 생리활성이 감소함을 확인하였다. 또한 추출방법(열수 vs 정치)에 따른 귤피 추출물의 생리활성에 영향을 주지 않음을 확인하였다. 그러므로 경제적인 추출방법을 선택한다면 감귤가공후 폐자원인 귤피를 다양한 용도의 기능성 소재로 활용할 수 있다고 판단된다. Citrus peel extract was prepared using 70% ethanol solution by two extraction conditions (20℃ for 72 hours and 85℃ for 3 hours). The effect of gamma-irradiation on the changes of physiological activity also investigated at 0, 5, 10 and 20 kGy of absorbed does. Color characteristics, DPPH radical scavenging, tyrosinase inhibition and nitrite scavenging activities of the extracts were measured at 4℃ for 30 days. Color values were different by extraction methods at the initial stage, which heat-extracted sample had lower L^(*)- but higher a^(8)- and b^(8)-values than those extracted at room temperature. Irradiation changed color of the extract lighter by increasing Hunter color L^(8)- and a^(*)-values. DPPH radical scavenging, tyrosinase inhibition and nitrite scavenging activities were not affected by either extraction methods or irradiation but significantly reduced by storage time. Therefore, when the cost-effective extraction methods is selected, the citrus peel extracts, which is a major byproduct in citrus processing, could be used as a functional material in various applications.

        전기화상 환자에 대한 임상적 고찰

        Background: Good documentation of electrical injuries at the time of presentation is very important to emergency management, so this study was designed to investigate the clinical characteristics and the outcomes of patients with electrical injury. Methods: A review of 75 cases of electrical injuries admitted to our hospital via the emergency department over a 4 year period from 1996 to 1999 was conducted. Results: There were 49 patients with high-voltage injuries and 19 patients with low-voltage injuries. All but 4 patients were males, with a mean age of 29.5 years. The most common type of injury was electrothermal burn. The most common point of entry was hand. The average size of burn wounds was 14.5% TBSA in the high-voltage group and 2.5% in the low-voltage group. Forty-nine(72.1%) of the injuries were work related. The number of patients with compartment syndrome was 19, and fasciotomies were performed in all but one patient. Myoglobinuria was noted in 22 patients, but no patient developed acute renal failure due to myoglobinuria. In the high-voltage group, 10 limb amputations were performed. Complication were observed in 12 patients. The most common complication was neurological injury. The average length of hospital stay was 50.7 days in the high-voltage group and 13.8 days in the low-voltage group. The overall mortality rate was 4.3%. Couclusion: Prevention of electrical injuries is very important. Education and compliance with safety measures, as well as basic knowledge and precaution in dealing with electricity, are essential to avoid these injuries.

        The purpose of the study is to find problems of 『Electricity Equipment』 and 『Electricity Practic II』 textbook applied in 6th Technical High School Curriculum and to make direction of 『Power Equipment II』 textbook applied for the 7th Technical High School Curriculum. The method of this study is questionnaire survey. 120 teachers of 40 schools were selected by cluster sampling method. The main results of the study are as follows. 1) We should make the composition of textbook easy. 2) The illustration, photograph and drawing of textbook are fitted well. 3) 『Power Equipment II』 textbook applied for the Technical High School Curriculum would contented follows : lighting equipment, elevator equipment, broadcasting equipment, interphone equipment.

      • Development of organic-inorganic double hole-transporting material for high performance perovskite solar cells

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The control of the optoelectronic properties of the interlayers of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) is crucial for achieving high photovoltaic performances. Of the solution-processable interlayer candidates, NiO<SUB>x</SUB> is considered one of the best inorganic hole-transporting layer (HTL) materials. However, the power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of NiO<SUB>x</SUB>-based PSCs are limited by the unfavorable contact between perovskite layers and NiO<SUB>x</SUB> HTLs, the high density of surface trap sites, and the inefficient charge extraction from perovskite photoactive layers to anodes. Here, we introduce a new organic-inorganic double HTL consisting of a Cu:NiO<SUB>x</SUB> thin film passivated by a conjugated polyelectrolyte (PhNa-1T) film. This double HTL has a significantly lower pinhole density and forms better contact with perovskite films, which results in enhanced charge extraction. As a result, the PCEs of PSCs fabricated with the double HTL are impressively improved up to 17.0%, which is more than 25% higher than that of the corresponding PSC with a Cu:NiO<SUB>x</SUB> HTL. Moreover, PSCs with the double HTLs exhibit similar stabilities under ambient conditions to devices using inorganic Cu:NiO<SUB>x</SUB>.         A Probabilistic Dissimilarity Matching for the DFT-Domain Image Hashing

        An image hash, a discriminative and robust summary of an image, should be robust against quality-preserving signal processing steps, while being pairwise independent for perceptually different inputs. In order to improve the hash matching performance, this paper proposes a probabilistic dissimilarity matching. Instead of extracting the binary hash from the query image, we compute the probability that the intermediate hash vector of the query image belongs to each quantization bin, which is referred to as soft quantization binning. The probability is used as a weight in comparing the binary hash of the query with that stored in a database. A performance evaluation over sets of image distortions shows that the proposed probabilistic matching method effectively improves the hash matching performance as compared with the conventional Hamming distance.
