        법랑질 접착에 대한 습윤 효과

        This study evaluated the microleakage and interfacial gap between enamel and composite resin under the dry and wet condition of the enamel surface, V shaped class 5 cavities were prepared on the occlusal portion of extracted human molars. Samples were divided into three groups: D group (air dry for 10-15s), BD group (blot dry with moist cotton pellet), and DR group (air dry for 10-15s and rewet with Aqua-Prep F for 20s). Cavities were filled using Aelitefil composite resin after applied One-Step. Microleakage was tested by 2% methylene blue dye solution and the data were statistically analysed by Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney test. Also Enamel-resin interface was observed under SEM. Group BD showed statistically lower microleakage than group D (p〈0.05). but there was no statistically significant difference between group BD and DR (p)0.05). At the enamel-resin interface, group D showed the gap of 2 ㎛ thickness, but group BD and DR showed close adaptation. In conclusion, the use of blot dry and rewetting agent (Aqua-Prep F) resulted in decreased microleakage and improved adhesion between enamel and resin when using One-Step.

      • 퍼지알고리즘을 이용한 미세방전 밀링 제어기의 셀프튜닝

        미세방전 밀링에서 전극마모의 문제를 해결하기 위해 미세방전 모델에 기반한 제어기가 설계되었지만 제어기에 방전모델계수를 실험적으로 설정해야하는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 퍼지 알고리즘을 이용하여 방전모델계수를 셀프튜닝할 수 있는 제어기를 개발하였다. 미세방전 밀링 공정을 모델을 이용하여 시뮬레이션 하였고 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 방전모델계수에 따른 방전 발생률의 경향을 보았다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 파악된 방전모델계수에 따른 펄스율의 경향을 퍼지 알고리즘을 이용해 미세방전 밀링 제어기의 셀프튜닝에 적용하였다. 개발된 셀프튜닝 제어기에 대한 시뮬레이션과 기공 실험으로 목표 방전 발생률에 대한 성능이 기존 제어기와 비교해 개선되었음을 보였다.

      • 반건식-백필터에 의한 소각배가스 중의 HCI, SOx 제거 (Ⅰ)

        This study has been carried out to investigate the removal efficiencies of HCl/SOx in a Spray-Dryer/Fabric-Filter system. In HCl/SOx removal, we could identify the key factors such as spray dryer outlet temperature, molar equivalence ratio(MER) and fabric filter velocity, but we couldn't find out the correlation of HCl and SOx. The removals of HCl/SOx were inversely proportional to spray dryer outlet temperature(l30~170℃) and filter velocity(l.0~1.5 m/min), at the MER, HCl removal efficiency was strongly proportional to MER, but SOx, removal efficiency was not particularly increased by MER over 1.5. The removal efficiencies of HCl/SOx were improved over 10% at the fabric filter. In this Spray-Dryer/Fabric-Filter system, HCl/SOx removal efficiencies were about 99%, 96% respectively.

      • 마이크로 팩토리를 위한 방전 가공 시스템 개발

        마이크로 팩토리 시스템에서 마이크로 방전 가공 시스템은 많은 장점을 가진다. 전통적인 가공 시스템과 달리 비접촉 가공 방식이기 때문에 소형화에 따른 강성저하 문제에서 자유로우며, 정밀 가공이 가능하다. 그러나 방전가공에서 사용하는 전극에서, 가공 중 발생하는 마모 문제는 생산성뿐만 아니라 가공 정밀도를 떨어뜨리는 문제를 발생시킨다. 이번 연구에서는 전극의 마모 문제를 보완할 수 있는 방전 드릴링 가공과 밀링 가공에서의 공정 제어기법을 제안하였다. 또한, 마이크로 팩토리 용 테스트베드의 방전 가공 모듈로 디스크형 미세 전극 드레싱 가공 시스템, 자동 공구 교환 장치 시스템, 소형 유체 순환 시스템 등도 개발하였다.

      • 상표자산과 구매의도와의 관계에 관한 국제비교연구 : 아시아와 유럽의 의류시장을 중심으로

        본 연구는 상표자산의 구성요소에 대한 선행요인을 분석하고 이를 토대로 하여 상표자산 구성요소와 상표자산 영향요인간의 관계 그리고 상표자산 구성요소와 구매의도간의 관계를 규명하고 한국과 영국을 중심으로 비교하여 상표자산관리 방안을 도출해보고자 하였다 연구결과, 정보탐색은 제품지식에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 상표태도와 상표지식은 상표 충성도와 상표 가치에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다 그리고 상표충성도와 상표가치는 구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 정보원천의 경우, 한국에서는 제품지식에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 반면, 영국에서는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. Brand equity is one of the most important concepts in business practice as well as in academic research. Successful brands can allow marketers to gain competitive advantage (Lassar et al.,1995), including the opportunity for successful extensions, resilience against competitors' promotional pressures, and the ability to create barriers to competitive entry (Farquhar, 1989). Branding plays a special role in service firms because strong brands increase trust in intangible products (Berry, 2000), enabling customers to better visualize and understand them. They reduce customers' perceived monetary, social, and safety risks in buying services, which are obstacles to evaluating a service correctly before purchase. Also, a high level of brand equity increases consumer satisfaction, repurchasing intent, and degree of loyalty. Brand equity can be considered as a mixture that includes both financial assets and relationships. Actually, brand equity can be viewed as the value added to the product (Keller, 1993), or the perceived value of the product in consumers' minds. Mahajan et al. (1990) claim that customer-based brand equity can be measured by the level of consumers’ perceptions. Several researchers discuss brand equity based on two dimensions: consumer perception and consumer behavior. Aaker (1991) suggests measuring brand equity through price premium, loyalty, perceived quality, and brand associations. Viewing brand equity as the consumer’s behavior toward a brand, Keller (1993) proposes similar dimensions: brand awareness and brand knowledge. Thus, past studies tend to identify brand equity as a multidimensional construct consisted of brand loyalty, brand awareness, brand knowledge, customer satisfaction, perceived equity, brand associations, and other proprietary assets (Aaker, 1991, 1996; Blackston, 1995; Cobb-Walgren et al., 1995; Na, 1995). Other studies tend to regard brand equity and other brand assets, such as brand knowledge, brand awareness, brand image, brand loyalty, perceived quality, and so on, as independent but related constructs (Keller, 1993; Kirmani and Zeithaml, 1993). Walters(1978) defined information search as, "A psychological or physical action a consumer takes in order to acquire information about a product or store." But, each consumer has different methods for informationsearch. There are two methods of information search, internal and external search. Internal search is, "Search of information already saved in the memory of the individual consumer"(Engel, Blackwell, 1982) which is, "memory of a previous purchase experience or information from a previous search."(Beales, Mazis, Salop, and Staelin, 1981). External search is "A completely voluntary decision made in order to obtain new information"(Engel & Blackwell, 1982) which is, "Actions of a consumer to acquire necessary information by such methods as intentionally exposing oneself to advertisements, taking to friends or family or visiting a store."(Beales, Mazis, Salop, and Staelin, 1981). There are many sources for consumers’ information search including advertisement sources such as the internet, radio, television, newspapers and magazines, information supplied by businesses such as sales people, packaging and in-store information, consumer sources such as family, friends and colleagues, and mass media sources such as consumer protection agencies, government agencies and mass media sources. Understanding consumers’ purchasing behavior is a key factor of a firm to attract and retain customers and improving the firm’s prospects for survival and growth, and enhancing shareholder’s value. Therefore, marketers should understand consumer as individual and market segment. One theory of consumer behavior supports the belief that individuals are rational. Individuals think and move through stages when making a purchase decision. This means that rational thinkers have led to the identification of a consumer buying decision process. This decision process with its different levels of involvement and influencing factors has been widely accepted and is fundamental to the understanding purchase intention represent to what consumers think they will buy. Brand equity is not only companies but also very important asset more than product itself. This paper studies brand equity model and influencing factors including information process such as information searching and information resources in the fashion market in Asia and Europe. Information searching and information resources are influencing brand knowledge that influences consumers purchase decision. Nine research hypotheses are drawn to test the relationships among antecedents of brand equity and purchase intention and relationships among brand knowledge, brand value, brand attitude, and brand loyalty. H1. Information searching influences brand knowledge positively. H2. Information sources influence brand knowledge positively. H3. Brand knowledge influences brand attitude. H4. Brand knowledge influences brand value. H5. Brand attitude influences brand loyalty. H6. Brand attitude influences brand value. H7. Brand loyalty influences purchase intention. H8. Brand value influence purchase intention. H9. There will be the same research model in Asia and Europe. We performed structural equation model analysis in order to test hypotheses suggested in this study. The model fitting index of the research model in Asia was X2=195.19(p=0.0), NFI=0.90, NNFI=0.87, CFI=0.90, GFI=0.90, RMR=0.083, AGFI=0.85, which means the model fitting of the model is good enough. In Europe, it was X2=133.25(p=0.0), NFI=0.81, NNFI=0.85, CFI=0.89, GFI=0.90, RMR=0.073, AGFI=0.85, which means the model fitting of the model is good enough. From the test results, hypotheses were accepted. All of these hypotheses except one are supported. In Europe, information search is not an antecedent of brand knowledge.       • VOCs의 光觸媒處理에 관한 硏究

        This study has been carried out to observe photodegradation efficieny of TCE with the variation of IN irradiation strength, liquid thickness and immobilized TiO₂. The results are summarized as fallows; 1. Without photocatalyst, the TCE removal efficiency was observed to be about 15% with UV irradiation. 2. Above 93% of TCE were mineralized by immobilized TiO₂on glass panel(5g, 500℃) and UV irradiation. The photodegradation efficiency increased with increasing UV lamp numbers and reaction rate increased with increasing TCE initial concentration. 3. The photodegradation efficiency decreased with increasing the liquid thickness and above 96% of TCE were removed with using 3 UV lamps and liquid thickness less than 6cm.

        The diagnostic requirements were suggested and explained regarding the systems of differentiation of symptoms and signs in the second year study of standardization and unification of the terms and conditions used for diagnosis in oriental medicine. The systems were as follows; - differential diagnosis according to condition of body fluid, differentiation of syndromes according to the state of qi and blood, differential diagnosis according to relative excessiveness or deficiency of yin and yang(氣血陰陽津液辨證) - differentiation of diseases according to pathological changes of the viscera and their interrelation - analyzing and differentiating of febrile diseases in accordance with the theory of the six channels(傷寒辨證) The individual diagnosis pattern was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name(異名), notion of diagnosis pattern, index of differentiation of symptoms and signs(辨證指標), the main point of diagnosis, analysis of diagnosis pattern(證候分析), discrimination of diagnosis pattern(證候鑑別), a way of curing a diseases(治法), prescription(處方), herb in common use(常用藥物), diseases appearing the diagnosis pattern(常見疾病), documents(文獻調査). This study was carried out on the basis of the Chinese documents and references.

        남자 알코올 의존 환자의 기질적 특성에 관한 연구

        목 적: 본 연구의 목적은 한국인 남자 알코올 의존 환자의 기질적 특성을 Temperament and Character Inventory(TCI)를 이용하여 조사하는 것이다. 방 법: DSM-Ⅳ 진단 기준에 맞는 알코올 의존 환자 30명과 정상인 36명을 대상으로 연구학적 특성을 조사하고, 기질적 특성을 한글판 TCI를 이용하여 조사하였다. 모든 대상자의 나이는 30~60세였다. 결 과: 1) 두 군간 평균 나이는 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 교육 정도와 결혼을 유지하고 있는 비율 및 취업률은 알코올 의존군이 정상 대조군에 비해 유의하게 낮았다. 2) 알코올 의존군에서는 정상 대조군에 비해 Harm Avoidance(HA) 점수와 Self-transcendence(ST)점수는 유의하게 높았으며, Self-directiveness(SD)점수는 유의하게 낮았다. 3) 알코올 의존군 내에서의 각 척도들 간의 상관관계는, HA와 SD 점수, HA와 Persistence(PE) 점수, ST와 SD 점수는 각각 유의한 음의 상관관계, ST와 PE 점수, SD 점수와 Cooperativeness(CO) 점수, Reward Dependence(RD)와 CO 점수는 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 결 론: 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 한국인 남성에서 수줍음을 잘 타며, 걱정도 많고, 염세적이고 쉽게 피로해지는 기질적 특성이 알코올 의존과 연관성이 있음을 의미한다. Objectives : The purpose of this study was to assess the temperament of male parients with alcohol dependence. Methods : The subjects were 30 patients who met DSM-Ⅳ criteria for alcohol dependence and 36 normal controls. All subjects completed Temperament and Character Inventory(TCI) which was developed by Cloninger. Results : 1) The educational level, marital status, and occupation in alcohol dependence group were significantly lower than those of normal control group, but there was no difference in the age between two groups. 2) Among the scores of TCI, the score of harm avoidance(HA) and self-transcendence(ST) were significantly higher in the alcohol dependence group than in the normal control group. 3) In the alcohol dependence group, a significant negative correlation among the scores of TCI was between HA and SD, HA and Persistence(PE), ST and SD, and positive correlation between ST and PE, SD and Cooperativeness(CO), Reward Dependence(RD) and CO. Conclusion : These results suggest that shy, fearful, pessimistic and fatigable temperament are related to developing alcohol dependence in Korean males.

        Improvement in Dimensional Accuracy of Roll-Die-Formed Clutch Hub Used in Automotive Transmission

        Roll die forming is investigated as a new process for manufacturing a clutch hub; in this process a tooth shape is formed by a deep drawing process using a die set with rotational rolls. Some problems are still encountered during roll die forming, such as a proper process design that takes into consideration the forming limit of sheet material, the improvement in the wear resistance of the punch and the rotational roll, and the control of dimensional accuracy. Particularly, the dimensional accuracy of the final product is affected by the clearance between the punch and the roll. Therefore, the objective of this study is to determine the optimal clearance between the punch and the roll for improving the dimensional accuracy during the roll die forming for a clutch hub. FE-simulation and the design of experiment method are employed to determine the optimal clearance required to produce a final product with satisfactory dimensional specifications. An experiment is performed under the same process conditions as the FE-simulation with an optimal clearance to validate the results obtained in this study. The results of the FE-simulation are in good agreement with the experimental ones within a maximum error of 5.55[%].
