        Racemate is same chemical property and physical property, hard to separate by general method. In this study, separated racemate to use MIP(Molecularly Imprinted Polymeric) Membranes by simple process and high selectivity. The functional monomers were co-polymerised in the presence of a target/imprint molecules, which acts as a molecular template. Subsequent removal of the template molecules left behind functionalised cavities that are able to recognize the template molecules. Composite two types membrane imprinted with L-tryptophane(L-Trp) were developed using uv-irradiated polymerization. As a result, membranes covered with a thin film of imprinted polymer selective to L-Trp were obtained with different degrees of modification.

      • 병원정보시스템의 경영전략적 활용방안에 관한 연구

        This study includes an empirical analysis of utilization of strategic management with hospital information system and a policy implication on hospital management. The purposes of this study are to analyze the effects of strategic information and implementation on the major performance factors. For this study. the materials used are mailing survey data of 65 hospitals and related literature was reviewed. Crosstabulation and multiple response analysis were made to find the frequencies by groups. ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were adopted to examine the differences and the relationship between variables involved. The major findings are as follow: 1. Internal information needed for strategic management focuses on the patients' data and the ones of services being delivered. Using portion of financial indices also ranked 2nd by respondents. but financial analysis was not performed frequently. 2. The Effects of strategic information on the hospital management environment were the most in hospital planning and hospital administration and medical support tasks. Ane the effects of assessment of the external factors and rapidity and accuracy of decision making, however. were relatively low. 3. The more computer system group satisfy planning group on the material requested by planning group. the more effects of cost reduction and service promotion have favorable results. Besides. the more computer education and PR are performed. the more efficiencies of hospital management have favorable results. In result of more exploration, the relationship of between computer education and PR item and satisfaction level of planning group on requested material and cost reduction effects was statistically significant. Of the above results. there are favorable effects on the major performance factors. However. there are few results of being performed on systematic strategic planning, action and management. With regard to hospital management information system, there are many challenges in the future when applying strategic management methods. Hospital executives must begin to use information system strategically for survival and growth in the 2000s.

      • 製紙工程에서 分離한 슬라임 形成細菌의 最適 生長條件 探索

        The eight bacteria isolated from paper­making process were tested under the condition of 30℃, 35℃, 40℃ with pH 5, 7, 9. The growth of Pseudomonas paucimobilis B was the most excellent at 30℃ with pH 7. Staphylococcus sapropyticus was very good at 35℃ with pH 7 and pH 9. Pseuomonas cepacia generally grew well at every pH condition except for 40℃, pH 9. Acinetobactor calcoaceticus was excellent at 35℃ with pH 7 and at 30℃ with pH 9. Actinobacillus capsulatus showed the good growth in every tested condition except for pH 5 of 35℃, 40℃. The unidentified sprain was very good at 35℃ with pH 7 and pH 9. Staphylococcus auricularis had a unique growth pattern at pH 9 at every tested temperature condition. Acidovorax sp. was good at pH 7 and pH 9 of 30℃, 35℃, 40℃. This isolated bacteria generally showed good growth at pH 7 of 35℃, 40℃.

        차동 기어의 진동 저감을 위한 동력 전달계 진동 해석

        Eigenvalue analysis of vibration mode and an analysis by frequency response among the methods of predicting gear noise are related with transmitting sound of vibration. In this study we intended to reduce the vibration noise of differential gear by reducing torque fluctuation of drive pinion shaft which causes vibration noise of differential gear in rear wheel drive vehicles. For this we developed multi-degree of freedom analysis model in which mass moment of inertia and torsional spring combined and we examined the influence of torsional vibration of driveline elements by performing forced vibration analysis of engine excitation torque. We studied the methods for reducing torsional vibration of driveline according to the design factor of propeller shaft and examined the effect reducing vibration in differential gear by flexible coupling.

        선비문화가 조선시대 별서정원에 미친 영향에 관한 연구 : 보길도원림, 소쇄원, 남간정사, 다산초당을 중심으로

        There was no difference between the designer and the user of gardens in Choson Dynasty. And the gardens were cultivated by the scholars in the time, called 'Sunbi(士)'. The studies of gardens of Choson Dynasty have, these days, been concentrated on just physical parts and existing data on them. So, there is a lack of understanding the background of garden constructions and their designers. This study focuses on the designers of the gardens. In addition, since most of designers were the scholars, we are also concerned with their culture. The areas for case study are Yun Seun-do's Buyongdong garden, Yang San-bo's Soseawon, Song Si-yeul's Namganjungsa, and Jung Yag-yong's Dasanchodang. These four gardens are representatives of the villa gardens of Chosen Dynasty that reflect Sunbi culture. We studied how Sunbis' lives were reflected on every corners of the gardens. The result of the study is to show how harmoniously spaces and physical parts in each gardens match with four categories of spritual values(a view of nature, a moral sense, scholastic pursuit, and a life of leisure) that constitute the cores of Sunbi culture.

        녹차 및 결명자 추출물의 치주조직병 원인균에 대한 억제효과

        It is known that the periodontal disease is caused by infection of inner oral bacteria as a suffering disease to human mankind for a long time. It can make the various clinical symptoms such as gingiva, bleeding, formation of periodontal pocket, loss of attached gingiva, collapse of alveolar bone and halitosis, and is known to the major contributor of loss of teeth. This study investigated the growth restraint effect of Camellia sinensis and Casia tora. As a result of study, the minimum restraint concentration of standard microbe on F. nucleatum for extracts from C. sinensis showed 2.5, 0.63 and 1.25 mg/ml, respectively and minimum restraint concentration of clinical separation microbe on F. nucleatum for extracts from C. sinensis showed 2.5 and 5.0 mg/ml. The minimum restraint concentration of standard microbe and clinical separation microbe, respectively. Meanwhile, the minimum restraint concentration of standard microbe and clinical separation microbe on F. nucleatum for extracts from C. tora showed 2.5 and 2.5-5.0 mg/ml, respectively. The minimum restraint concentration of standard microbe and clinical separation microbe for P. intermedia, P. nigrescens, P. gingivalis, and P. endodontalis showed above 5.0 mg/ml for standard microbe and above 5.0 mg/ml for clinical separation microbe, respectively. As a result of investigating the cell toxicity for each extracts, extracts from C. sinensis does not showed the toxicity for the cell below the concentration of 2.5 mg/ml, but it showed toxicity for the cell above concentration of 2.5 mg/ml and it decreased the existence ratio for the cell. Meanwhile, in the case of C. tora, it increased the multiplication ratio below the concentration of 1.25 mg/ml compared to the subject group and it decreased gradually the multiplication ratio that the growth ratio for the cell is increased better than subject group. As a result of this study, extracts from C. sinensis was more effect on the growth restraint effect against periodontopathogens than extracts from C. tora and is proven that it is possible for use as a oral mouthrinsing liquids in the near future. On the basis of results of this study, it is judged that the study for reaction mechanism and discrete clinical test for implementation should be needed.

      • 한국형 인공심장 내의 혈류에 대한 수치해석적 연구

        한국형 인공심장 내의 혈액 유동을 유한요소 코드인 ADINA를 사용하여 수치적으로 조사하였다. 그 동안 많은 실험을 통해서 밝혀진 중요한 문제점들 중의 하나는 바로 혈전 생성이다. 이것은 혈액 주머니내의 작용하는 과도한 높은 전단응력 또는 정체 영역과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 한국형 인공심장 내의 혈류는 액추에이터와 혈액주머니, 그리고 혈액의 상호작용에 의하여 정의될 수 있다. 여기에서 혈액은 비압축성, 뉴우턴 유체로 가정하였으며, 혈액주머니는 등방성 선형 고체재질로 가정하였다. 2차원 모델은 액추에이터와 혈액 주머니 사이의 접측 문제 및 고체-유체 상호작용 문제를 전부 고려하였다. 3차원 모델에서는 액추에이터에 의한 변형을 접촉문제를 혈액주머니 외부에 작용하는 압력조건으로 단순화하였다. 2차원 모델 계산결과에 의하면, 입구 및 출구 부근, 그리고 모서리 부근에서 전단응력의 세기가 매우 크다는 것을 발견할 수 있었다. 또한 위쪽 돌출부에서 속도가 매우 느려지는 정체 영역이 형성되었으며, 이는 실험에서 관찰된 혈전 생성영역과 거의 일치한다. 3차원 계산의 경우에도 역시 입구와 출구 부분에서 재순환 영역이 발견되었으며, 수축시에는 입구의 아래쪽에서, 이완시에는 출구의 아래쪽에서 정체영역이 생성됨을 알 수 있었다. One of the crucial problems which make the artificial heart operate improperly is the thrombus formation. Many experimental results show the thrombus formation is strongly retated with a high shear stress and the stagnation in the blood flow. Therefore study on the blood flow in artificial hearts is very important in a practical point of view. This thesis deals with the two- and three-dimensional unsteady blood flows in the Korean total artificial hearts(KTAH). It is numerically investigated by using the commercial finite element code ADINA. The flow in the sac of artificial heart results from the mutual interaction of the acuator, sac, and blood. Blood is assumed as an incompressible viscous Newtonian fluid, while the sac is considered to be elastic and isotropic solid material. The contact problem between the actuator and sac is included in the two-dimensional modelling. Because of the tremendously calculation time, the action of the actuator is replaced by the imposition of the time-varying pressure on the outer surface of the sac. Numerical results show a high shear stress distribution near the inlet and outlet corners of the sac. From two-dimensional calculation flow stagnation is seen to be found in the upper convex part of the sac. By comparing the numerical results with the experimental ones we can conclude the thrombus is generated in regions where blood flow stagnates or is very slow.

        키토산의 산업분석 : Chitosan

        Porter의 경쟁구조분석, PLC 분석, 시장창출 메카니즘 분석, 그리고 시장 기회 및 위협요인 분석을 통하여 국내 키토산 산업을 조망하였다. 경쟁구조에서 특징적인 부분은 원료공급 비즈니스가 수산업에 해당되기 때문에, 원료수급이 매우 불안정하다는 점과, 주요 응용분야인 건강보조식품 분야의 PLC가 3~4년을 넘기기 어렵기 때문에 대체위협이 항상 존재한다는 점이다. 또한, 다양한 기회요인과 위협요인이 대두되고 있으나, 현 상황에서는 위협요인이 크게 부각되고 있는 상황이며, 기술적 성숙이전에 bubble 시장이 과도하게 형성되어, 이후에, 기술적 제약요인(constraints)으로 해결되지 못할 경우 급격한 시장규모의 감소현상으로 이어질 소지가 있다. 이에 따라, 고품질의 키토산 유도체 등의 개발 및 용도 확대가 향후 키토산 시장의 지속적 성장을 가능하게 하는 중요한 요소로 작용할 것이다. Chitosan industry was analyzed through Porter's 5P's, PLC, formation mechanism, drivers and constraints of the market. 5P's analysis reveals that unstability in supplying raw material and strong power of substitutes exist. Short PLC of 3-4 years, in functional food market, is also played as one of the severe market constraints. In addition, the Korean chitosan market was sensationally expended despite lace of technological breakthrough, so, to achieve sustainable market growth, the development of derivatives and new application fields are needed.

      • 공기 제습용 무기막의 제조 및 특성

        Recently, the humidity adjustment of indoor air is of great importance in air conditioning system as a applied, in buildings, vehicles, and containers for storage and transport of perishable products. Membrane dehumidification or air is potentially attractive because it offers low capital and operating costs, along with low energy consumption. And membrane dehumidification process attracted the attention of the public instead of the other dehumidification processes, such as adsorption, absorption, and refrigeration cycles and so on. In this study, the prepared hydrophilic inorganic membrane-based dehumidifiers (membrane air dehumidification) examined the performance of dehumidification. The surface-modified inorganic membrane prepared in this study showed high dehumidification efficiency (over 80%). Thc membrane might be very useful for dehumidification industries.

        지체장애 아동의 놀이 환경 기본 계획에 관한 연구

        The elements of a medium for gathering the able bodied and the disable bodied children are examined within the scope of this study. Starting from the importance of play for the children, the characteristics and the properties of middle childhood are closen as domain. This study showed that though most of the playground sites were accessible to Physically disabled Children, and were safety. For Physically disabled Children. the opportunities to play in a play area depend largely on the accessibility of the facilities. this study also explored the play experience of children with disability. The play spaces and the playgrounds including the equipment are examined. The results of study suggest there be creatived planning items in terms of accessibility and domain, which in detail. are summarized in following six points: Accessibility. Barrier-free. convenience, movement, safety. domain. A guideline on the design of an accessible & safety playground for Physically disabled Children should be made.
