        1. The weather condition was good and the cost of producing 7,600Kg/wa of soiling corns was 3,911 Won 2. Appreciate value per Kg was 51 Won, labor-expense was 3,38won, fertilizer-expense 0,16 Won and productive quantity per invested labor-hour was 118Kg, 3. Forage quantity to purchase with the expense of soiling coiling corns sold is as follows:barley is 156,4Kg, corns are 88.3Kg, wheat bran is 165.7Kg, wheat 114.0Kg and nou-fatdrid ricebran is 23.42Kg. 4. After-farming growth and harvest quantity were not different, but the damage of disease was slightly more.

      • 銅 表面의 화학 腐蝕에 의한 蝕刻 패턴 연구

        In order to observe the pattern forming of copper plate and chemical corrosion reaction, a study on the effect of the process parameters on the formation of micro-pattern by a photochemical etching of copper plate was carried out. The results are as follows : 1) Etching rate increases as the concentration of etchant increases under the regular condition of the temperature by the increasing of diffusion rate to surface. 2) Etching rate increases as the temperature of etchant increases by the fast acting of the material delivery of diffusion to surface under the regular condition of concentration. 3) It was found that etching speed increases as the material delivery of convection rising increased when the aeration speed of etchant increases. This result was from the fact acted by the material delivery of convection rising rather than material delivery of diffusion to the surface.

        The assumptions of period checking policy for On-Line Quality Control presented by Taguchi are examined and his loss function and formulae are evaluated by simulation. New iterative procedures are proposed under Taguchi's loss and improved loss functions, respectively. Computational experiments are conducted for various combinations of parameter values and their results are discussed. Sensitivity analysis for assumption of random walk model is also illustrated with an example.

        다변량 기법을 이용한 혼합치열기 분석법

        본 연구는 다변량 기법을 도입하여 치아 크기의 다양성을 고려하면서 정확성이 높은 혼합치열기 분석법을 개발하기 위해 시행되었다. 견치 및 소구치 크기를 예측하는 데 이용된 변수는 상악 중절치, 상악 제1대구치, 하악 중절치, 하악 측절치 및 하악 제1대구치로서 총 5개 치아 크기 변수가 이용되었다. 우선 정상교합자 연구 표본 307명을 5개 치아 변수를 이용하여 k-means 군집 분석으로 치아 크기에 따라 나눈 후 판별식을 이용, 치아 크기가 큰 그룹과 작은 그룹으로 분류하였다. 이후 견치와 소구치 크기의 합을 예측하기 위하여 남녀별, 상하악별, 치아 크기 그룹별로 다중 선형 분석을 이용하여 회귀식을 구했다. 검증 표본에는 504명의 부정교합자가 이용되었으며, 이들에 대하여 정상교합자로부터 도출된 판별식을 이용하여 2그룹으로 할당한 후 정상교합자로부터 도출된 회귀식을 이용하여 상악과 하악의 견치 및 소구치 크기 합을 예측하였다. 오차 분석 결과 정상교합자는 최대 0.71, 부정교합자 검증표본은 최대 0.82 mm의 residual standard deviation 값을 보였다. 부정교합 분류별, 치아 크기 패턴별로 예측 오차의 유의한 차이는 없었다. 1 mm 및 2 mm 이상의 예측 오차를 보인 빈도는 각각 17.3%와 1.8%였다. 본 연구 결과 도출된 혼합치열기 분석법은 기존의 연구들과 비교하여 그 정확성이 높은 것으로 고찰되었다. 다만, 임상 적용 시 복잡한 계산 과정으로 인하여 전산화 환경에서 더욱 유용할 것으로 생각된다. Objective: To develop a mixed dentition analysis method in consideration of the normal variation of tooth sizes. Methods: According to the tooth-size of the maxillary central incisor, maxillary 1st molar, mandibular central incisor, mandibular lateral incisor, and mandibular 1st molar, 307 normal occlusion subjects were clustered into the smaller and larger tooth-size groups. Multiple regression analyses were then performed to predict the sizes of the canine and premolars for the 2 groups and both genders separately. For a cross validation dataset, 504 malocclusion patients were assigned into the 2 groups. Then multiple regression equations were applied. Results: Our results show that the maximum errors of the predicted space for the canine, 1st and 2nd premolars were 0.71 and 0.82 mm residual standard deviation for the normal occlusion and malocclusion groups, respectively. For malocclusion patients, the prediction errors did not imply a statistically significant difference depending on the types of malocclusion nor the types of tooth-size groups. The frequency of prediction error more than 1 mm and 2 mm were 17.3% and 1.8%, respectively. The overall prediction accuracy was dramatically improved in this study compared to that of previous studies. Conclusions: The computer aided calculation method used in this study appeared to be more efficient.

      • 진행성 비소세포폐암에 대한 2차 화학요법으로 paclitaxel과 cisplatin의 제 2상 임상연구

        gemcitabine과 carboplatin으로 치료받은 경력이 있는 진행성 비소세포폐암 환자 25명을 대상으로 2차 화학요법으로 paclitaxel과 cisplatin을 사용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 확인하였다. 전체 25명 중 5명에서 부분반응이 관찰되었으며, 반응군의 반응지속기간은 2~11개월로 중앙값 4.3개월이었다. 전체 환자의 무진행생존기간은 0~11개월로 중앙값 3.3개월이었으며, 생존기간은 1.3~39개월로 중앙값 7.4개월이었다. 전체 83회의 화학요법 중 WHO 3도의 혈소판감소증이 1회에서만 관찰되었으며, 비혈액학적 부작용도 감내할 만 하였다. 이상의 결과, paclitaxel과 cisplatin 복합화학요법은 진행성 비소세포폐암 환자에서 2차 요법으로 사용하였을 때 부작용이 적으며 효과적인 치료법의 하나로 판단된다. Background: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of paclitaxel and cisplatin against advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) as a second-line chemotherapy. Subjects and Methods: Twenty-five patients were enrolled. The patients received 200 mg/㎡ paclitaxel as a 3-hour intravenous infusion and 60 mg/㎡ cisplatin as 30-minute intravenous infusion with vigorous hydration on day 1 every 28 days. The response was assessed every 2 cycles. Results: All 25 patients were assessed for their response and toxicity. Partial responses were observed in 5 patients. The overall response rate was 20%(95% confidence interval, 4%~36%) and the median response duration was 4.5(range, 2-11) months. The median time to progression was 3.3(range, 0-14) months. The median overall survival of all patients was 7.4(range, 1.3-39) months. The hematologic toxicities were minor and easily controlled. Conclusion: The combination chemotherapy of paclitaxel and cisplatin as a second-line treatment has a moderate efficacy with an acceptable toxicity in patients with advanced NSCLC.

      • 문주란과 아프리카문주란의 핵형분석

        The karyotypic analyses of Crinum asiaticum var. japonicum and C moorei var. album were carried out using conventional staining and Giemsa C-banding techniques, and distribution of B-chromosome was investigated. Chromosome compositions were diploid of 2n=22 in both species, of which five pairs including sat-chromosomes were submetacentrics, five pairs metacentrics and one pair subtelocentrics in C. asiaticum var. japonicum, but five pairs including sat-chromosomes were submetacentrics and the rest six pairs metacentrics in C. moorei var. album. Chromosome length was in a range of 5.6±0.4μm and 17.5±1.4 ㎛ in C. asiaticum var. japonicum, and 6.7±0.6㎛ and 15.8±4.7㎛ in C. moorei var. album. Consequently a little more variation in chromosome length was observed in C. asiaticum var. japonicum. Giemsa C-banding distribution of two species was very low, and thick C-bands were observed only near secondary constriction part of chromosome g. But there was a little difference in appearence of minor C-bands between two species, and this considered to be a characteristic of both species. B-chromosomes were observed only in C. asiaticum in a number of one to seven. But distinguishable morphological differences according to the different B-chromosome number were not observed.

        Service technology of the high-pressure vessels containing HFC refrigerants was summarized based on the related laws of the Japanese Air-Conditioning Society. The HFC refrigerants have different physical and chemical properties from the conventional CFC refrigerant. Thus, a new guideline is required to regulate manufacturing and service processes of the HFC refrigerant containers or bottles. In this sense, various regulations and laws were reviewed in order to understand the handling guidelines of the high-pressure refrigerant vessels

        In this paper, the way that input voltage and input line current as a control variable is provided as one unit is projected. Till now, have dealed with three phase balanced load. But, in that case, total power factor compensation is difficult, for to control each phase at unbalanced load. Therefore, in this paper suggest of the scheme that three phase unbalanced load is controlled by each phase and input total power factor is compensated unit input factor. Therefore, in this paper suggest that three phase unbalanced load is controlled and the method in compensation of unit input factor to be attended by unbalanced load. Besides, the object of control is calculating quantity for input voltage and input line current for the point at issues make to improve of control method at unbalanced load. As a result, control system of each phase could maintain as unit input total power factor has been state diviation error of 2% with unbalanced load.
