      • 연무에 있어서 대규모 대기 확산현상의 수치해석

        The spectral finite difference method with a highly spatial resolution and a fast computation speed is applied to simulate the numerical analysis of large-scale atmospheric diffusion phenomenon in smog. A two-dimensional domain as an analytic object is selected, and an analytic fluid is assumed to be laminar, incompressible and viscous. Heat flux and smog inflow are taken in a fixed section on an abscissa as a fire phenomenon. Two-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations with a buoyancy under Boussinesq assumption, continuity equation, energy equation and diffusion equation as governing equations are used. Using a conformal boundary-fitted coordinate system, numerical analyses are performed on various conditions. Dimensionless values of concentration, temperature and stream function increase with the Grashof number. Only dimensionless concentration increases with dimensionless diffusion coefficient, but dimensionless values of temperature and stream function are not changed with dimensionless diffusion coefficient. Except dimensionless values of stream function, concentration and temperature decrease with increasing the Reynolds number.

      • Smallworld를 이용한 이동 객체 이력 관리 및 위치 예측기

        시간에 따라 객체의 위치나 크기 등의 공간 속성이 연속적으로 변하는 특징을 가진 객체를 이동 객체라고 한다. 이와 같은 이동 객체를 일반적인 데이터베이스를 이용하여 관리할 경우, 단순히 이산적인 시간으로 샘플링 된 이동 객체 정보만을 저장하여, 질의를 처리할 때 저장되지 않은 이동 객체의 과거 및 미래에 대한 위치 정보를 전혀 제공하지 못하고 저장된 정보에 대한 단순 질의만을 처리 할 수 있는 단점을 가진다. 따라서, 이 논문에서는 이와 같은 단점을 해결하기 위해 이동 객체 정보를 저장 관리하고 샘플링 되지 않은 객체의 위치는 물론 가까운 미래의 위치를 예측하는 이동 객체 이력 관리 및 위치 예측기를 구현한다. 그리고 이를 위해 보간법과 이동객체의 속도와 방향을 고려한 삼각함수를 사용한다. 구현된 이동 객체 이력 관리 및 위치 예측기는 과거의 이력 질의와 현재의 위치 질의를 제공하고, 저장된 객체의 행위 정보를 시간에 대한 함수에 활용하여 가까운 미래에 대해 대략적인 향후 위치 질의를 제공하는 특징을 가진다. Moving objects are objects that have spatial attributes, such as position and/or extent are changing object data that are sampled with discrete time are stored only, the application has a following problem. When the queries are processed. past and future positions of the moving objects except saved data are not provided and, only simple query for saved data is processed. Therefore, in this paper, we implemented the history manager and location PFedictor of moving objects which are able to save and manacle the moving obiect data, predict positions of moving objects of about near future as well as presume ones which are not sampled. To do this, we use interpolation and trigonometrical function to well as query about historical and current position

        With growth of computer science, researches and developments on robot problem-solving have led to many ideas about expert control in artificial intelligence. This paper describes the distributed system of intelligent controller for robot manipulator system with 3 joints. In this paper, I present the result of the experiments which indicate how the motion of controlled robotics might be achieved through similar pattern-based paradigms, implemented for real-time operations on robot manipulator with artificial intelligent methodology. For intelligent controller, a knowledge base system is constructed with the knowledge base, inference engine and user interface to determine the control signals required to obtain the desired results.

      • 6차 교육 과정에 따른 고등학교 공통 과학 (화학 부분) 교과서의 탐구 활동 분석

        In order to obtain the fundamental data for developing an ideal chemistry curriculum in the common science, four kind of common science textbooks were analyzed. Particularly, inquiry activities part was analyzed by the three dimension framework which consists of inquiry content dimension, inquiry process dimension and inquiry context dimension. The average volume of chemistry part in the common science text books was 13% (56 page). In the analysis of the inquiry content dimension of inquiry activities, the total number of themes in four kinds of textbook had similar inquiry activities. For the analysis of inquiry process dimension, 'interpreting data and formulating generalizations' category(39.1%) was most emphasized and the categories of 'observation and measuring'(30.8%), and 'building, testing and revising the theoretical model'(16.5%), 'seeing a problem and seeking ways to solve it'(13.5%) follow in order. As for the analysis of the inquiry context dimension, the scientific context was 82%, the individual context 1.8%, the social context 7.8% and the technical context 7.8%. It showed that the proportion of STS related contents in inquiry activities was 18%. For the purpose of common science text book in the 6th curriculum, it is expected to increase the proportion of the high level inquiry process and the proportion of STS related contents.

      • 전이금속촉매에 의한 환상중합고분자의 합성에 관한 연구

        The cyclopolymerization of 4-ethyl-4-hydroxy-1,6-heptadiyne was carried out by transition metal catalysts such as MoCl_(5) or WCl_(6)-based catalysts. The catalytic activity of MoCl_(5) for this cyclopolymerization was greater than that of WCl_(6). The polymerization of 4-ethyl-4-hydroxy-1,6-heptadiyne by MoCl_(5) alone gives a quantitative yield of polymer. WCl_(6)-based catalyst system was not effective in this polymerization. The obtained polymer was generally insoluble in common organic solvents. The IR spectrum of poly (EHH) showed the stretching band of the carbon-carbon double bond at 1590-1650 cm^(-1) indicate a high conjugation. The thermal properties and oxidative stability of poly(EHH) were also studied. The electrical conductivity of the I2 doped poly(EHH) was 1.2 - 2.5 × 10^(-4) Scm^(-1). 본 연구에서는 4-위치에 에틸기와 히드록실기를 동시에 갖는 1,6-heptadiyne 유도체를 합성하여 이를 여러가지 전이 금속 촉매를 사용하여 합성하였다. MoCl_(5) - 단독 촉매를 사용할 경우 가장 높은 중합수율을 보였으며 WCl_(6)- 계 촉매의 경우 중합체가 얻어지지 않았다. 합성된 고분자는 여러 가지 분광 법으로 확인한 결과 주 사슬에 6각형 고리 구조를 가지면서 공액이중결합을 구조를 갖는 것으로 확인되었다. 중합된 고분자는 치환기의 효과로 여러 용매에 쉽게 용해되었으며 산화안정성도 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 합성된 고분자를 요오드로 도핑 시켜 전도도를 조사한 결과 1.2 - 2.5×10^(-4) Scm^(-1)를 갖는 것으로 확인되었다.

        악교정 수술중 수액요법과 술후 합병증의 연관성

        Few topics in operative and perioperative patient management generate more controversy than that of appropriate fluid and electrolyte therapy. especially, controversy has swirled around colloid vs crystalloid therapy and the composition of administered fluids, agreement among clinicians as to what fluid therapy is appropriate, and in what amount, is rare. This controversy likely will be enhanced by Arieff' s provocative article. He described 11 adults and 2 pediatric patients. All developed fatal postoperative pulmonary edema, seemingly caused solely by excessive postoperative fluid administration. From January 1999 to December 1999, we investigated 24 patients, which were operated by orthognathic surgery, about the intraoperative fluid therapy and the associated effect in orthognathic surgery, which is regarded as one of the major surgery of oral and maxillofacial surgery. First, They were devided into two groups, that is one-jaw surgery and two-jaw surgery, and each groups were devided by intraoperative fluid volume of 8ml/kg/hr. Subjective assesment was collected through use of a series of 3 questionnaries. In each questionnaire, a 5-point Liekert scale was used far assessment of following parameters of recovery from anesthesia: headache, dizziness, drowsiness, nausea/vomiting, thirst. The patient completed questionnaire 1 at 4 hour after surgery, questionnaire 2 was completed at 24 hours after surgery, and questionnaire 3 was completed at 48 hours after surgery. This study demonstrated that appropriated perioperative rehydration decreases postoperative adverse outcomes and improved the patient's perception of the postoperative period.

        항균성 펩타이드인 Mastoparan B의 살조효과

        Mastoparan B (MPB)는 벌독으로부터 정제된 양친매성α-helical 구조를 취하면서 14개의 아미노산 잔기로 구성된 염기성 항균성 펩타이드로서 여러 가지 생물막과 작용한다. 본 연구에서는 우리 나라 연안의 적조 (HABs, harmful algal blooms)를 일으키는 4종의 적조생물 (Alexandrium tamarense, Chattonella catenatum)에 대한 MPB의 살조효과를 조사하였다. MPB의 4종의 적조생물에 대한 살조효과는 31.3㎍/㎖에서 세포의 lysis또는 ecdysis와 같은 형태로 현미경으로 관찰할 수 있었다. 또한 MPB는 C. marina 및 C. polykridorides에 대해서 A. tamarense와 G. catenatum보다 더욱 강한 살조효과를 나타내었다. 이러한 MPB의 HABs에 대한 살조효과연구는 새로운 살조물질을 개발하기 위한 자료가 될 것으로 생각된다. Mastoparan B (MPB), an antimicrobial cationic peptide isolated from the venom of the hornet Vespa basalis, is a basic amphipathic a-helical peptide composed of fourteen amino acid residues. In this study, we have investigated the algicidal effect of MPB against hatmful algae blooms (HABs) casative Alexandrium tamarense, Chattonella marina, Cochlodinium polykrikoides and Gymnodinium catenatum. The algicidal effect of MPB showed in the concentration of 31.3 ㎍/㎖ to 500 ㎍/㎖ against 4 HAB species and observed cell lysis or cell ecdysis by microscopy. MPB reacted more sensitive to C. marina and C.polykrikoides than A. tamarense and G. catenatum. The algicidal study of MPB against HABs will provides much insight into development of new algicidal substances.
