        생맥산 복용이 비만 중년여성의 신체구성과 면역세포에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 12 weeks walking exercise on body composition and Immune Cells in obese middle-aged woman. Subjects were of 21 middle-aged women in K city. The result of this study were follows : 1. The change of the body weight was decreased in 'Seang-maek-san and walking exercise group' and 'the walking exercise group'. But the comparison group was no significant differences in the body weights. 2. The change of the body fat percentage was decreased in 'Saeng-maek-san and the walking exercise group' and 'the walking exercise group', but the comparison group were no significant differences. 3. The change of the abdominal fat percentage was decreased in 'Seang-maek-san and walking exercise group' and 'the walking exercise group'. But the comparison group were no significant differences. 4. The change of the BMI was decreased in 'Seang-maek-san and walking exercise group' and 'the walking exercise group'. But the comparison group were no significant differences. 5. The change of the WBC was increased in 'Seang-maek-san and walking exercise group' and 'the walking exercise group'. But the comparison group were a few decreased. 6. The change of the Hb was increased in 'Seang-maek-san and walking exercise group' and 'the walking exercise group'. But the comparison group were a few decreased. 7. The change of the Hct was increased in 'Seang-maek-san and walking exercise group' and 'the walking exercise group'. But the comparison group were no significant differences. 8. The change of the Platelet was increased in 'Seang-maek-san and walking exercise group' and 'the walking exercise group'. But the comparison group were a few decreased. In conclusion, Saeng-maek-san and walking exercise has effects on traditional Oriental medicine galenical ingredient's Ergogenic Aids, WBC, Hb, Hct, Platelet.

        요가운동에 따른 주의력결핍 과잉행동장애(ADHD) 청소년의 신체적 자기개념에 대한 변화분석

        The objective of this study is to figure out the effect of yoga exercise program on the physical self-description of ADHD adolescents, and the subjects are 36 middle school male students who attends middle schools in Jeonlabuk-do, and 18 subjects are categorized as experimental group, and remaining 18 subjects are categorized as control group, and the experimental group participated in 12-week yoga exercise, and the result is as follows. First, pretest of all factors on physical self-description on the control and experimental group showed no statistically meaningful difference, but in post test, all factors showed statistically significant difference(p < .001). Second, experimental group showed positive improvement in pretest of every factor of appearance, health, flexibility, body fat, sports confidence, muscle power, and muscle endurance than control group, so there was statistically meaningful difference(p < .001), and control group showed negative aspect of regular exercise after 12 weeks, so there was statistically meaningful difference(p < .01). These results indicate that yoga exercise is effective program for all sub-factitive physical self-description changes of the Attention- Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Youths physical self-description.

        비만 청소년의 태권체조 프로그램 참여가 신체구성, 혈중지질 및 GH→IGF-I axis 수준에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 비만 청소년들에게 태권체조 프로그램과 걷기운동 프로그램을 각각 실시하여 일반적으로 비만 프로그램으로 검증된 걷기운동을 태권체조와 함께 비교·분석하여 태권체조 프로그램의 특성이 비만 청소년의 신체구성, 혈중지질 및 GH→IGF-I axis 수준에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상자는 통제집단 10명, 비교집단에서 태권체조집단 10명, 걷기운동집단 10명을 선정하여 12주간 프로그램을 실시하였으며, 자료처리는 집단 상호간의 차이에 대한 실험오차를 줄이기 위해 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였으며, 각 집단별 운동기간에 따른 시점별 차이는 대응표본 t-검증을 실시하였다. 모든 통계적 유의수준(α)은 .05로 설정하였다. 본 연구에서 얻은 결과를 요약하여 기술하면 다음과 같다. 1. 신체구성의 변화에서는 집단 간 체중(p<.001), 체지방률(p<.01), BMI(p<.001)에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 집단별 운동기간 전·후에 따른 변화는 태권체조집단의 경우 체중 3.98kg(p<.001), 체지방률 3.18%(p<.001), BMI 1.75(p<.001) 유의한 감소가 나타났으며, 걷기운동집단의 경우도 체중 3.44kg(p<.001), 체지방률 2.28%(p<.001), BMI 1.39(p<.01) 유의한 감소가 나타났다. 통제집단은 특별한 변화가 나타나지 않았다. 2. 혈중지질의 변화에서는 집단 간 HDL-C(p<.05), TG(p<.01)에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 집단별 운동기간 전·후에 따른 변화는 태권체조집단의 경우 TC 9.9mg/dL, LDL-C 10mg/dL(p<.05), TG 25.4mg/dL 감소가 나타났고, HDL-C 2.8mg/dL 증가하였다. 걷기운동집단의 경우 TC 2.82mg/dL, LDL-C 3.4mg/dL(p<.05), TG 62mg/dL 감소가 나타났고, HDL-C 1.4mg/dL 증가하였다. 통제집단은 특별한 변화가 나타나지 않았다. 3. GH→IGF-I axis 수준의 변화에서는 집단 간 GH(p<.05), IGF-I(p<.01)에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 집단별 운동기간 전·후에 따른 변화는 태권체조집단의 경우 GH .690mg/mL, IGF-I 145.10ng/mL(p<.01) 유의하게 증가하였으며, 걷기운동집단의 경우 GH .285mg/mL, IGF-I 84.90ng/mL(p<.001) 유의한 증가가 나타났다. 통제집단은 특별한 변화가 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 12주간의 태권체조 프로그램이 비만 청소년의 신체구성, 혈중지질 및 GH→IGF-I axis 수준의 활성화에 매우 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 결론지을 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a 12weeks Taekwondo Aerobic exercise and Walking exercise program on body composition, blood lipids and GH→IGF-I axis in Obese Adolescent. The subjects of this study were 30 obese Adolescent(Taekwondo Aerobic Group n=10, Walking Exercise Group n=10, Control Group n =10). The data was analyzed by ANCOVA and paired sample t-test, and the level of statistical significance was all set at .05. The major results were as follows: 1. The changes of body composition were significant changes on body weight(p<.001), body fat mass(p<.01), BMI(p<.001) among groups. The changes of body composition in the Taekwondo Aerobic Group were decreased after 12 weeks of exercise. That is, body composition such as body weight 3.98kg(p<.001), body fat mass 3.18%(p<.001), BMI 1.75(p<.001) were decreased after 12 weeks. The Walking Exercise Group was decreased body weight 3.44kg(p<.001), fat mass2.28%(p<.001), BMI1.39(p<.01) after 12 weeks, but the Control Group had no differences. 2. The changes of blood lipids were significant changes on HDL-C(p<.05), TG(p<.01) among groups. The changes of blood lipids, TC 9.9mg/dL and LDL-C 10mg/dL(p<.05) and TG 25.4mg/dL, in the Taekwondo Aerobic Group were decreased and HDL-C 2.8mg/dL was increased after 12weeks. The changes of blood lipids, TC 2.82mg/dL and LDL-C 3.4mg/dL(p<.05) and TG 62mg/dL, in the The Walking Exercise Group were decreased and HDL-C 1.4mg/dL was increased after 12weeks. The Control Group had no differences. 3. The changes of GH→IGF-I axis were significant changes on GH(p<.05), IGF-I(p<.01) among groups. The Taekwondo Aerobic Group was increased GH .690mg/mL, IGF-I 145.10ng/mL, and The Walking Exercise Group was increased GH .285mg/mL, IGF-I 84.90ng/mL after 12 weeks. The Control Group had no differences. Consequently, These results suggest that parallelism of regular Taekwondo Aerobic Program has a positive effect on body composition, blood lipids and GH→IGF-I axis activation in Obese Adolescent.

        생맥산 복용이 비만 중년여성의 신체구성, 혈중지질 및 유리지방산에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 12 weeks Sang-maek-san Supplementation on body composition, blood lipid, and Free Fat Acid in obese middle-aged woman. Subjects were of 24 middle-aged women in K city. For this purpose, each 8 of them was divided into Saeng-maek-san and the walking exercise group, the Saeng-maek-san take group and the comparison group. We measured the change of the body weights, body fat and so on at pre-, after 6 weeks and 12weeks. The result of this study were follows : 1. The change of the body weight, the body fat percentage, the abdominal fat percentage and the BMI was decreased in 'Seang-maek-san and walking exercise group' and 'the Saeng-maek-san take group'. But the comparison group was no significant differences in the body weights. 5. The change of the TC, TG and FFA were decreased in 'Seang-maek-san and walking exercise group' and 'the Saeng-maek-san take group'. But the comparison group were no significant differences. In conclusion, Saeng-maek-san and walking exercise has effects in Ergogenic Aids of a herb medicinal properties. Circulating Lipid Saeng-maek-san and walking exercise has effects in decreasing body weight, body fat percentage, abdominal fat percentage, BMI, TC, TG, FFA.

        MiDF, Micro Defect Free concrete, is the concrete made for high strength development by minimizing the defects such as micro pore and ITZ. Since MiDF exhibits strength through hydro-thermal synthesis reaction, it is essential to select the optimum C/S mole ratio. In this study, the basic characteristics of MiDF were evaluated by controlling the C/S mole ratio by SF and QP.

      • 규칙적인 수영운동이 중년여성의 체력수준에 미치는 효과

        This study was to test the relationship between regular physical exercise and physical fitness in middle aged women. These subjects were 55 volunteers who agreed with intention of this study and were composed of 20 active group(B), 15 active group (C) and 20 non-active group. The selected physical fitness tests were grip strength and back strength for measuring muscular strength, sargent jump and standing broad jump for measuring power, push-up, sit-up, and heart rate for measuring total endurance, reaction time and side step test for measuring agility, stick test and stork stand for measuring balance, and trunk flexion and trunk extension for measuring flexibility. The conclusion acquired was as follows: 1) Grip strength had significant difference between active group(C) of 21.9±6.1 kg and non active group of 28.2±7.0 kg (p<.05). 2) Sargent jump was significantly higher active group(B) of 36.2 ±7.2 cm than with non-active group of 30.4±8.2 cm (p<.05), and higher with active group(C) of 42.4±11.4 cm than with active group(B) of 36.2±7.2 cm (p<.05). Standing broad jump was significantly higher with active group(B) of 167.6±24.5 cm than with non-active group of 146.8±23.9 cm (p<.05), however, was not significant difference between active group(B) and active group(C). 3) Push-up showed significant difference between active group(C) of 11.4±2.8 times and non-active group of 7.2±4.8 times(p<.05), and sit-up between active group(C) of 17.0±4.5 times and non-active group of 13.4±4.9 times(p<.05), and heart rate between active group(C) of 110.9±9.8 beats/min and non-active group of 123.4±10.2 beats/min (p<.05). 4) Reaction time was significantly higher with non-active group of .371±0.26 sec than with active group(C) of .331±0.26 sec(p<.05), and higher with active group(B) of .331±0.26 sec than with active group(C) of .312±0.41 sec (p<.05). Side step test was lower with non-active group(13.2±1.6 times) than with active group(B)(14.2±1.4 times), however, was not significant. 5) Stick test showed not significant difference between active group(C) of 11.5±3.6 sec and non-active group of 10.5±4.2 sec, and stock stand between active group(C) of 4.5±0.7 sec and non-active group of 4.0±0.9 sec. 6) Trunk flexion came out not significant difference between active group(C) of 17.0±7.3 cm and non-active group of 16.8±7.1 cm, and trunk extension between active group(C) of 42.2±8.8 cm and non-active group of 43.8±6.9 cm.

        중학교 운동선수의 체력 특성에 관한 연구

        중학교 운동 선수의 체력 특성에 관한 연구. 운동과학, 제7권 제2호, 207-220, 1998. 본 연구의 목적은 중학교 운동선수들의 경기력 향상을 위하여 선수 개개인의 체격 및 체력 특성을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 야구선수 9명, 농구선수 8명, 축구선수 10명, 수영선수 8명, 태권도 선수 10명 등 각각 운동경력 3년 이상 된 운동선수 45명과 비운동선수로 체력상태가 좋은 일반 학생 45명 등 총 그룹 90명의 피검자로 선정하였다. 체력측정은 근력측정을 위한 back strength, 완력, 순발력 측정을 위하여 제자리멀리뛰기, 50m 달리기, 근지구력 측정을 위하여 윗몸일으키기, 턱걸이, 전신지구력 측정을 위하여 harvard step test, 1000달리기, 민첩성과 유연성 측정을 위하여 side step test, reaction time 등을 측정하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 1) 순발력 측정결과, 제자리 멀리 뛰기에서 야구선수, 농구선수 등이 다른 운동선수들 보다 유의하게 높았다(P<.05). 2) 근지구력 측정결과, 윗몸일으키기에서 수영선수가 다른종목 운동선수들보다 유의하게 높았다(P<.05). 전신지구력 측정결과, 하바드스텝테스트 점수가 농구선수, 축구선수 등에서 다른 운동선수들 보다 유의하게 높았다(P<.05). 또한 1000m 달리기는 축구선수가 다른 운동선수들 보다 유의하게 높게 나타났다(P<.05). 3) 민첩성 측정결과, 반응시간에서 태권도 선수가 다른 운동선수들보다 유의하게 높았다(P<.05). 4) 유연성 측정결과, 운동집단 각각에서 비슷하게 나타나 유의한 차이는 없었다. 5) 비운동선수와 운동선수의 체력측정결과, 운동선수가 근력, 근지구력, 전신지구력, 민첩성 등에서 비운동 선수보다 높았으나(P<.05, P<.01), 순발력, 유연성 등은 비슷하게 나타나 유의한 차이는 없었다.

      • 규칙적인 댄스스포츠 운동이 여성의 폐 기능에 미치는 효과

        In order to investigate of the pulmonary functions after exercise in control group and dance sport group, 10 female athletes from dance sport were tested with 12 female non-athletes. Pulmonary function test of forced vital capacity, forced expiratory volume, and forced expiratory flow were performed using the spiro-analyzer test system. Followings were obtained by tests and analyses; 1. Forced vital capacity(FVC) of resting had significant difference between dance sport of 3.39±0.51ℓ and control of 2.92+0.23/(p<.05), After exercise FVC were higher than resting both in control(3.06±0.23ℓ) and in dance sport(3.87±0.31ℓ, p<.05) respectively. 2. Forced expiratory volume for 1 second(FEVl) of resting showed significant difference between dance sport of 3.07±0.31ℓ and control of 2.40+0.19/ (p<.05). On this, FEV1% also came out difference between dance sport of 90.56+3.74% and control of 82.19±3.88%. After exercise FEV1 had significant difference between dance sport of 3.87±0.31ℓ and control of 2.39±0.20ℓ(p<.05). On this, FEV1% also came out difference between dance sport of 91.99±3.12% and control of 78.10±5.41%. 3. Peak expiratory flow(PEF) of warm-up and after exercise were revealed significant difference between dance sport(6.54±0.83, 7.12±0.98ℓ p<.05) and control(5.17±0.61ℓ, 5.54±0.63ℓ, p<.05) respectively. FEF25% of warm-up and after exercise also came out significant difference between dance sport(5.72+0.57ℓ, 6.08+0.74ℓ, p<05) and control(4.13±0.43ℓ, 4.41 ±0.36ℓ, p<.05) respectively.

        육상 장거리 선수의 카페인 투여가 혈중 Energy Substrate 변화에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to describe the effects of caffeine ingestion on the metabolic responses during submaximal exercise. Ten male of long distance runners aged 19-22yrs were sampled for this study. No subjects had any remarkable medical history and none were taking medications. According to the ingestion of dehydrated caffeine(6㎎/㎏), they were classified into two groups ; caffeine group(CA) and placebo group(PA). A randomized, double-blind, and crossover protocol was employed using for both CA and PA. Subjects underwent a submaximal bicycle ergometer. Blood was drawn intravenously prior to 60 minutes, at rest, at 30 minutes, and 45 minutes of exercise, and recovery period. Plasma concentrations of glucose, free fatty acid and lactate were obtained using enzymatic method. The followings were obtained by the tests and analyses ; 1) Blood glucose (BG) after 45 minutes of exercise was significantly decreased in CA group of 79.0±12.4 ㎎/100㎖ compared with PA group of 93.7±10.4 ㎎/100㎎ (p<.05). 2) Free fatty acid(FFA) after 30 minutes of exercise was significantly increased in CA group of 680.7±90.2 μEq/ℓ compared with PA group of 380.9±120.4 μEq/ℓ(p<.05). The recovery of FFA of recovery was significantly different between CA group of 980.8 ±100.3 μEq/ℓand PA group of 610.7±80.6 μEq/ℓ(p<.05). After exercise, FFA was significantly higher in CA group than in PA group (p<.05, p<.01). 3) There was no significant difference in blood lactate between the two. After exercise, BL was higher than resting both CA group(2530±870 μEq/ℓ, p<.05) and PA group(2120±790 μEq/ℓ, p<.05) respectively.
