        To find out the correlation between each function of physical strength and C.F.P.A. 304 students (Male 158, female 146) of 735 freshmen of Gun-San College (Male 482, female 253) were selected, in the way of random sampling, to measure clarke footprint angle, power, balance, flexibility, and boomerang run test. And the following conclusion was made. 1. The average of C.F.P.A showes that female as 39.04°is less than male as 40.81°. 2. 37 students who are 12.17% from total percentage have 30°of C.F.P.A that request to correct foot male 6 (3.80%) and female 11(7.53%) have almost flat foot as 15°. 3. Correlation between C.F.P.A and each function of physical strength showes that there is not almost related. 1.       • 대학운동선수의 체력특성 및 그 평가를 위한 모델 연구

        The purpose of this study was to determine a specifics of physical fitness and training model for performance in college athletes. for that purpose I have measured the physical fitness through muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, power, agility, flexibility and balance through special training in 16 male athletes from boxing, taekwondo, track and field and rowing. As the result of study, I established the intensity program as follows : 1. Physical characteristics of height, body weight and girth of chest were bigger or more and less than previous studies respectively.. 2. In physical fitness test of muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, power, agility, flexibility and balance showed higher than that of previous studies respectively. 3. On the basis of experimentations and literature reviews, physical fitness and training program was built by 5 grades. 4. Physical fitness program was scheduled by physical fitness estimates and decisions for athletes.

      • 體重減量이 筋力에 미치는 影響 (Ⅰ)

        In other to make an investigation about "The effects of the weight loss on the muscular strength (Ⅰ)", and Study about the effects of it on the various revelation of capacity for locomotion(Ⅱ)",the 16 of the whole 109 students of the freshmen, sophomore and junior of Physical Education Department of Kunsan College were abstracted an measured. And I can find out as following conclusions. 1. The musclar strength were declined from the weight loss of 2 Kg in the grip and arm strength, and they were declined from the 3 Kg in the leg & back strength. But it doesn't make any big differents from the weight loss of 1,2Kg in the whole muscular strength. 2. When the weight loss of 3 Kg, there is no any bid differents except the meaningful change (P<0.02) in the arm strength(right) 3. When the weight loss of 4 Kg, there is no meaningful change in the grip strength, and in the arm & back strength there is very meaningful change (P<0.01, P<0.001), and in the leg strength there is meaningful change(P<0.02). 4. When the weight loss of 5 Kg, it brought very meaningful change in the whole events.(P<0.01, P<0.001). In the conclusion as above, we can see that it doesn't make any big differents by 3 Kg, but if we make over 3 Kg weight loss it brought a lot of decline to each muscular strength. We have to make a profound study of the various period and way of reduction of weight under the exhaustive control.

      • 中學校 野球選手 營養實態에 관한 調査硏究

        The purpose of this survey was to investigate the nutritional status after game on baseball players of Kun San Nam Middle School, The subjects employed were 19 male athletes of baseball. Followings were obtained by the surveys and analyses; 1. The average intake per kilogram body weight of carbohydrate revealed 9.77± 1.26g/kg. And was lower than before, after game respectively(P<0.05). 2. The average intake per kilogram body weight of protein showed 1.97±.048g/kg. And after game the intake of protein (1.81±0.11g/kg) was lower than before, during game respectively (P<0.05), but during game the intake of protein (1021±0.36g/kg) was higher than before game(P<0.05). 3. The average intake per kilogram body weight of fat came out (0.73±0.14g/kg). And before game the intake of fat (0.94±0.2g/kg)was higher than during, after game respectively(P<0.05). 4. The average energy intake(42.97±7.16Kcal/kg) was inferior to the Korean Recommended Dietary Allowance (50.98Kcal/kg), but before game the intake of energy (52.55±7.62Kcal/kg) was superior to the korean Recommended Dietary Allowance.

      • 大學生의 保健行動에 관한 硏究 : 群山大學을 中心으로

        It is very important for conducting effect health education and health administration to understand the conditions and styles of the health behavior of the students. A survey using the checklist was carried out for 304 students (M : 159, F : 145) of Kun San unjiversity in 1987. The results were as follows ; 1.Male students are practicing much more than health behaviors than female students in items of frequently drinking water and regular excretion. Female students are practicing much more than health behaviors than male students in the item of toothbrushing twice per day excepting No smoking. 2.In factors, there is high difference between male and female in items of fracture, influenza, full study of health education.

      • 人體形態와 握力, 腕力, 背筋力, 脚力과의 相關關係에 關한 硏究

        1. Conclusion 40 students of 2nd grade Junior high school and 40 students of 1st grade Senior high school and 40 students of 3rd grade Senior high school in the Kun-san city are gathered for researching the correlation between body shape and static strength that means grip strength, arm strength, leg strength, back strength. Some facts are found, after 120 students were surveyed by random sampling. 1) The correlation between body shape and leg strength are lowered gradually, when students get upper grade. 2) The correlation of standing height and sitting height are higher than that of body weight and chest girth, when students are lowered grade, but when students get gradually older to upper grade, the correlation of body weight and chest girth are higher than that of standing height and sitting height. 3) The order of the highest correlation between grip strength and body shape is fore arm girth(Maximum), upper arm girth, (flexion), fore arm girth (Minimum). (??) 4) The order of the highest correlation between arm strength and body shape is fore arm girth(Maximum), neck girth.(??) 5) The order of the highest correlation between back strength and body shape is fore arm girth(Maximum), upper arm girth, (flexion), hip girth, tight girth, neck girth. (??) 6) The order of the highest correlation between leg strength and body shape is fore arm girth(Maximum), neck girth, upper arm girth, extension upper arm girth, flexion, hip girth, fore arm girth(Minimum), tight girth.(??) 7) The coefficient of correlation between upper limb length and each strength is higher correlation(??), but the fact that the coefficient in back strength and leg strength of the 3rd Senior high school student group is meaningless is found.(p〉0.1) 8) In broad outline, the correlation between each strength and body shape is lowered, when the grade get highered in the order of 2nd grade of the Junior high school, 1st grade of Senior high school and 3rd grade of Senior high school. On the basis of this research, I suggest that more research should be performed in the other field as follows. 1) Making the standard value about Korean body shape by age. 2) Researching about the correlation between action strength and body shape. 3) Researching the correlation about grown-ups and Elementary school and Junior high school and Senior high school and University between male and female.

      • 跆拳道 發展過程에 對한 史的 考察

        This study has been done to find out how Tae-Kwon-Do has been handed down from ancient period to modern period and to investigate its development. The result are as follows. 1.Traditionally, military arts originated from the human instinct for self-defense, this is believed to be the origin of Tae-Kwon-Do.Military arts were developed together with religion. For example, military arts were used as a contest for warriors in tribal societies and as an event of the same ancestor's worship that Young-Go(Bu-Yo), Dong-Maeng(Goguryo), Mu-Chun(Dong-Ye), and Su-Du(Sam-Han). 2.In the three states(Goguryo, Bae-Je, Silla)period, "sunbae" of Goguryo and "Hwarang" of Silla were kinds of organized warrior groups evolved from youth bodies. The "sunbae" members were elite soldiers in times of war and practised intrepidity and valiance. They dared to die on battlefields.Specially, Silla's "Hwarang"members, while being industrious in learning the classics, exercised gladiatorial skills, horse riding, archery, ssirum, Tae-Kwon-Do and so on. We can see a Tae-Kwon-Do' scene through a Goguryo tumb mural in Tong-Gu, Silla's Sukgulam, many pieces of the sculpture in the Bunwhang Temple's stone pagoda and in excavation in Gyoun-Ju. 3.In the Goryo dynasty, Tae-Kwon-Do become a prerequisite for warriors, and even kings often observed demonstration of the Tae-Kwon-Do "Play" If the performer played well, he was garanteed an important government post and great honor. Most people at that time performanced Tae-Kwon-Do as a folk-play. 4.In the Jo-Sun dynasty, the warriors were looked down on and literary men were looked up to.Neverthless, in selecting military leaders, Tae-Kwon-Do was a major subject for the test. And the fact that the rank and file in the provincial officialdom and even slaves were qualified for such tests might show that Tae-Kwon-Do was taken on more widely among the public. On the other hand, the Muyedobotongji, a book on military arts was published in the end of the dynasty, and that is historically of new epoch-making significance for Tae-Kwon-Do. 5.In modern times, the development of Tae-Kwon-Do is impeded because of suppression by Japanese experialism.But it developed continually after the restoration of independance, established the world Tae-Kwon-Do Federation(W.T.F)and held world Tae-Kwon-Do championships and Asian Tae-Kwon-Do championships. Now, it has become an international sport and also, it was recognized as an Seoul Olympic demonstration event in 1988.

        It is true that the Physical Educational activities were restricted by the side of society, institution, politics and thought, but I think that everythings started from the agelike condition of before middle age examined until now, it amounts as following conclusion. 1. As the age influenced by the Christian thought that is spirit and mind are nobility and body is the cause of sin, that is the age of absent of Physical Education. It is the darkages of Physical Education. 2. Nevertheless, owing to the Physical Education of knight, it was barely kept itself in existence. But the Physical Education of knights was only laid stress upon high techniques of military art in the practical personnel situation which is different from the one of Greece Rome. And the attitude, etiquet and the knight sprits of knights gives important opportunity to establishment of today's sportman-ship. 3. It was formed the agelike foundation of begin to develop the sports in England and France, in 12-13 Century, after Renaissance it gives great infludence to start to development to the ball game of all sports events.

      • 규칙적인 운동 참여와 정신 건강

        This study examined the effects of an 10-week aerobic exercise program on mood states. Subjects participated 70 persons ranging of age from 29 to 65 years. The profile of Mood States(POMS) was also completed before and after the sport dance. Bong-san fork dance charming disco. The results consistent with previous research, the present study also found improvements in mood following exercise on positive factors of the POMS scales but indicated decrease in mood following exercise on negative factors of POMS scales.

        The Purpose of this sudy was to minimum the difference of leisure activity between urban and and rural by investigation the actual codition of youth and leisure activation which they will be satisfied with. Then, it is good data make a bright and health society. The result of this study get conclusins as follows, 1) The youth had higer interest of leisure and recreation and they did it to relax stress, which came to 65.2%. 2) They replied they the necesity of leisure time was due to the interest of relaxing and health and they used most time in listin radio and watching TV at leisure activity time. also They spent many hour really doing leisure activation. 3) The most of the felt satisfied with leisure activity and it helped them to make fraends, On the other hand, They said that the obstract of leisure activity was time and place insufficerincy
