검도 연구 동향(1995~2017)

1953년 대한검도회의 창립부터 현재까지 60만 명의 검도인구가 늘어나면서 검도는 새로운 성장의 계기를 맞이하고 있다. 대한검도회의 산하 단체 중 대학검도연맹의 대한검도보를 발간하면서 학문적발전과 검도의 전문성을 탐구하기 시작하였고 추후 대한검도학회지와 무도학회지의 출간으로 검도관련 연구를 수행하고 논문 발표의 장을 열게 되었다. 현재까지 검도 연구는 많은 발전을 하였으며 검도연구의 양적·질적 측면에서 동향을 탐구하고 미래 방향들을 탐색하는 것은 검도발전에 상당히 의미 있는 일이다. 이 연구는 등재학술지에 게재된 검도연구 동향을 파악하고, 이를 통하여 검도연구의 미래 방향을 제시하였다. 또한 통계프로그램인 R studio for mac을 이용하여 연구주제를 시각화하여 제시하였다. 검도연구의 최근 동향을 정리하면, 양적으로 점차 성장하였고 주제도 다양화 되었다. 또한 새로운 주제들도 등장하였다. 연구경향은 지도자의 지도유형 및 선수의 관계와 생활체육 참여자의 만족 등이 가장 비중 있는 주제였으며, 분과별로는 한국체육과학회지, 무도학회지를 중점적으로 생리학, 심리학, 사회학의 연구 비중이 가장 컸다. 통계처리방법은 분산분석과 t-test를 포함한 차이검증 방법이 가장 많았고, 부트스트랩, Sobel Z test 등 다양한 통계방법 또한 사용되었다. 향후 후속 연구의 대표적인 주제로는 심판(심사 및 평가)의 일치도 검증이나 연구모형의 개발, 컴퓨터프로그램을 이용한 실시간 경기분석, 검도연구의 메타분석 및 체계적 문헌분석 등이다. Kumdo has had a new opportunity for growth with the population of kumdo which has increased up to 600,000 since Korea kumdo association was established in 1953. When KKA which is one of affiliated body of Korea kumdo association published Journal of the Korean Kumdo, people started to study the professionalism of kumdo and the academic progress of kumdo is started. After that, Journal of the Korean Aliance of Martial Arts and Journal of the Korea Kumdo Association published and people could conduct study of kumdo. Following the changes in both quality and quantity of the society’s researches since its establishment and seeking for future themes is important for the society. This study identifies trend of study that were published on KCI and suggest future direction of study related to kumdo. Furthermore, this study suggest visualizing subject of study by using R sutio for mac which is a statistics program. The recent studies of kumdo have developed in quantitative growth and subjects have diversified. Coach’s leadership type and relationship with athlete, satisfaction of daily sports participant and else were the biggest issue in research tendency. Also, physiology, psychology, and sociology, focusing on Journal of Sports Science, and Journal of the Korean Aliance of Martial Arts were the biggest in departmental. Analysis of variance and difference verification method, including t-test were shown as the biggest use in statistics process method. Bootstrap, Soble Z test and other statistics method were also used. Main subject for follow-up researches are coincidence verification of referee, developing research model, real-time game observation, meta-analysis on kumdo research, systemic literature analysis, and so on.

국내 무도분야 연구동향 분석

이 연구는 국내 무도 분야 연구동향을 파악하고, 이를 통하여 균형 잡힌 무도 연구의 발달과 향후 무도연구의 방향을 설정에 필요한 정보를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 연구대상은 1999년부터 2014년까지 국내 무도 분야 전문 학회에 게재된 517편의 논문이었으며, 연도, 종목, 연구 분과, 유형, 주제, 대상, 검사도구 및 검사도구 양호도, 통계분석방법으로 분류하여 SPSS 22.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석과 백분율을 분석하였다. 분석결과 연구의 양적 증가는 2009년도에 관찰되었고, 검사 도구는 검사지를 적용한 연구가 가장 많았으며, 이중 절반 이상의 연구에서 직접신뢰도와 타당도가 제시되었다. 그리고 통계분석은 두 가지 이상이 복합적으로 적용된 연구가 가장 높은 빈도를 나타내었고, 검사도구의 적용빈도, 통계분석의 다양성은 2009년부터 나타나고 있었다. 결론적으로 국내 무도연구는 연구 분야의 다양성과 균형성을 위하여 운동역학, 생활체육, 체육정책 연구의 활성화를 위한 노력과 함께 택견, 씨름과 같이 과거부터 현재까지 전승된 무형유산적 가치를 지닌 전통무예의 가치정립과 새로운 가치창출, 교육과 전승, 세계화 등을 추진하는 데 필요한 연구기반을 다지는데 핵심적인 역할과 노력을 다해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to provide the information necessary for setting a balanced research agenda for future national martial arts research based on a trend analysis of work published in the Journal of the Korean Alliance of Martial Arts. The subjects were 517 papers published in the Journal of the Korean Alliance of Martial Arts from 1999 to 2014. The collected papers were coded for year, event, research section, study type, study subjects, subject information, test tool type and fit; and then they given a frequency analysis using SPSS 22.0. The results reveal an increase in the number of studies on Korean martial arts research in and after late 2009. Many of the studies investigated taekwondo, athletes and college students, coed targeted research, and were concerned with sports philosophy and sports industry management. Research types included technical and analytical research, topics included attitude and perception, with frequent ideological and philosophical topics. The most frequently used research tool was the survey method, with reliability and validity checks presented directly in more than half the studes. Also, the most frequently used statistical method involved the integrated application of two or more methods. Accordingly, the Journal of the Korean Alliance of Martial Arts should strive to develop through the inclusion of more bio-mechanical, sport sociological, and sports policy related research. Likewise, effort should be put into the role of producing critical research infrastructure for promoting studies on traditional martial arts with intangible culture heritage values such as takkyeon or ssireum, including their creation and development of values, instruction and traditional methods of transmission, and globalization.

경호무도의 발전과제 탐색과 함의

경호는 경호대상자에게 직·간접적으로 가해지는 위해요소로부터 경호대상자의 생명과 재산을 보호하기 위해 경호원이 수행하는 제반 안전작용이다. 따라서 경호원은 사전에 위험요소를 제거하고, 근접에서 경호대상자의 신변안전을 도모해야한다. 특히 경호무도는 경호대상자의 절대 안전이라는 경호의 최고목적을 달성하기 위하여 경호원이 고도로 훈련된 몸을 수단으로 하여 위해자의 공격을 방어 및 제압하는데 필요한 무도로서 근접경호원에게 있어서 필수 요건이다. 그러나 경호무도는 현재 합기도, 유도, 태권도, 용무도, 검도 등 다양한 형태로 수련되고 있으며, 경호무도만의 체계화된 형식을 갖추지 못해 정체성과 표준화에 대한 문제가 제기되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 실정에서 경호무도의 현실적 문제점과 선행연구들이 제기한 경호무도의 발전방안 등을 탐색하여 시사점과 발전과제를 제안한다. 경호의 특성상 경호대상자에게 가해지는 위해는 예정되어 있지 않으며, 한 번의 실수는 경호의 실패라는 최악의 결과를 초래할 수 있다. 경호무도수련의 실상은 일반무도로서 수련되는 실정이므로 경호기법에 입각한 수련으로 개선되어야 한다. 그리고 현실적으로 3,500여개 경호경비업체에서는 업무환경 상 경호무도의 수련이 어려우므로 경호경비업체의 노력과 법제적인 규제의 보완이 필요하다. 학문적으로는 경호무도에 대한 연구들이 지속적으로 논의되고, 대학에서는 경호무도가 전공교과목으로 자리 잡고 있으며, 대한무도학회에서는 경호무도가 하나의 분과로 자리를 잡아가는 등 성과를 이루어내고 있다. 그러나 심도 있는 경호무도의 개발과 연구, 경호무도의 표준화, 산학연 연구 등의 과제가 산재해 있어 이에 대한 발전과제는 지속적으로 노력하고 연구 개발되어야 한다. 마지막으로 경호학은 응용학문으로서 산업과 함께해야 한다. 즉 공경호는 물론 민간경호인 신변보호업무의 발전과 연계되어 시너지효과가 발현되기를 기대한다. Guard is a general safety action that is performed by guard agent to protect life and asset of guard subject from the threatening factors that are given to guard subject directly or indirectly. Therefore, guard agent shall remove risk factor in advance and search for safety of guard subject in near place. Guard martial arts is the martial arts required for defending or suppressing the attack of assaulter by using the body of highly trained special guard in order to achieve the goal of guard, security of guard target`s safety. Guard martial arts is essential factor for guard. However, guard martial arts is trained in various types such as hapkido, judo, taekwondo, yongmudo and kumdo. guard martial arts does not take its unique systematized form, generating the problem of identity and standardization. The purpose of this study is to research current problem of guard martial arts and its development assignment suggested by previous studies and suggest its implication and development assignment. Because of the characteristic of guard, the risk given to guard subject can`t be predicted. Just one mistake may cause the worst result, guard failure. Although the training of guard martial arts shall be based on guard skill, it is trained as a general martial arts actually. In addition, it is hard for about 3,500 security serviced companies to train guard martial arts because of their working conditions and its regulatory reinforcement shall be accomplished. The studies on guard martial arts have been discussed continuously in academic world, guard martial arts has been positioned as an essential subject in universities and it was appointed as a department of Korean Alliance of Martial Arts. However, there are many assignments to solve such as development and research of in-depth guard martial arts, standardization of guard martial arts and research in industry, university and research center so its development assignment shall be discussed. In conclusion, security science shall be with industry as an application science. It is expected that it reveals synergy effect by connecting to development of private guard, protection of a person, as well as public guard.

대한무도학회지의 질적연구 유형 및 주제분석

The purpose of this study is to expand the field of research topics in future dance studies by analyzing and reflecting on the published qualitative studies of the Korean Martial Arts Association from 1999 to 2021. The total number of papers published was 756, of which 20 were qualitative research papers, accounting for 2.6%. Since 2013, various research methods have emerged, indicating that interest in qualitative research is increasing, but studies that lack methodological validity on research topics have also emerged. However, these problems can be sufficiently solved if the theoretical understanding is increased in terms of reflection on qualitative research performance. In conclusion, qualitative research has sufficient value as a research tool that can expand the subject area of martial arts research. 본 연구는 1999년부터 2021년까지 대한무도학회지의 발표된 질적연구를 분석하고, 반성하여 향후무도연구에서 연구주제 영역의 확장에 그 목적이 있다. 분석변인으로 연구주제, 연구유형, 연구방법(연구참여자, 자료수집, 자료분석, 자료기술), 연구의 신뢰성검증, 연구윤리이다. 전체 논문게재편수는총 756이며, 이 가운데 질적연구 논문은 20편으로 2.6%의 점유율을 차지했다. 2013년 이후 다양한 연구방법이 등장하고 있어 질적연구에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있음을 알 수 있지만, 연구주제에 대한 방법론적 타당성이 부족한 연구들도 나타났다. 다만, 이러한 문제들은 질적연구 수행에 대한 반성적 측면에서 이론적 이해도가 높아진다면 충분히 해결가능하다. 결론적으로 질적연구는 무도학 연구주제영역을 확장할 수 있는 연구도구로서의 가치가 충분하다.

This paper is based on the prerequisites of the general ideas that m order to retrieve the healthy ethical values in modem society we should try to achieve the better moral education through good sports activities. In doing these activities, the moral functions of various sports should be emphasize d on making sports advertisement and planing sports programs to get the better leisure activities in our lives. Aside from the competitive modern sports acts, the sound sportsmanship based on the moral retrieval should be involved in every sect of our social structures, in which all the pseudo-ideals are taken away. However, the true ideals of sportsmanship in our attitudes and activities seem to be preserved in our society, always seeking for the triumphs of ethical and moral spirits. Another depressing tendency is, as Lambert (1979) said, that some proposed alternatives or plans cannot be used in connection with our future. In the economically fruitful modern societies in which the peculiar attitudes of becoming more open and systematic with the complicated structural models are prevalent, many threatening phenomena to get us astray are showing and making us lose the sound grounds to the stable and sustained activities of our lives. In these respects of preserving the ethically and morally sound societies, the sound and fair spirits of Yudo, in winch any sports men should keep strict all the sportsmanship even at the lost game, can be valued as a model case to treat the abnomal social illness and can be an important moral socialization. In Yudo playing, apologizing about a mistaken act to other player is very important: while the other showing good attitude to the apologizing person in turn. In sum, the spirits of Yudo should be preserved and treated to make every sect of our society ethically and morally sound.
