        간호대학생의 학업탄력성과 대인관계유능성이 행복감에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of academic resilience and interpersonal competence on the happiness of nursing students. A descriptive design was used to study 158 nursing students in nursing school through convenience sampling. IBM SPSS ver. 23.0 (IBM Corp., Armonk, NY, USA) was used to analyze data for descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance, Tukey post hoc test, Pearson's correlations, and multiple regressions. The results showed that the level of nursing students' happiness was lower than that of college students in other majors, but academic resilience and interpersonal competence among nursing students were relatively high. Nursing students' happiness was positively correlated with academic resilience and interpersonal competence. The factors affecting happiness were academic resilience (${\beta}=0.459$, p<0.001), satisfaction with major (${\beta}=0.272$, p=0.006), perceived subjective health status (${\beta}=0.223$, p=0.013), and interpersonal competence (${\beta}=0.185$, p=0.003). Explained variance for happiness was 56.4%, and academic resilience was the most influential factor in the happiness of nursing students. Nursing students are caring human beings and should be able to pursue a happy life; therefore, it is necessary to improve satisfaction levels with the nursing major, guide students to excel in their academic achievement, prepare health education programs, and design curriculum that inspires confidence in interpersonal relationships.

        임상적 비판적 사고능력 검사도구 개발 및 평가

        This study developed a test entitled Clinical Critical Thinking Skills (CCTS) by using item response theory (IRT) and examined its validity. In the development stage, data obtained from a convenience sample of 627 undergraduate nursing students were analyzed using a discrimination and difficulty index with the TestAn 1.0 program. In the evaluation stage, data from a convenience sample of 284 nursing and non-nursing students were analyzed using a discrimination and difficulty index with the BILOG-MG program. Criterion validity was verified by the group comparison method. Five items received low discrimination index scores according to the IRT results. In terms of the criterion validity, CCTS scores differed according to major (t=2.21, p=0.028), location of high school (F=4.35, p=0.014), clinical experience (t=5.66, p=0.004), and grade point average (F=7.17, p< 0.001). The CCTS can be used to measure critical thinking skills in the clinical setting.

        People tend to control their speech rate to help those with listening problems such as hearing impaired people. The aim of this study was to investigate effects of speech rate on the sentence perception by 10 adults with cochlear implantation. The sample speech included 42 sentences at normal, slow, and very slow speed focusing on the overall duration, vowel or pause duration. The subjects listened to the speech and wrote down what they heard. Each correct syllable of the content words in the sentence was counted to obtain the score. Partial points were given to the incomplete syllables. Results of this study were as follows: 1. The changes of speech rate had some influence on the sentence perception score by the cochlear implanted people. 2. In slow pause condition, the controlled speech rate had a positive effect on the perception score.

        문제 해결 과정에서 규칙을 찾는 초등학생들의 사고 과정 분석

        The purpose of this study is to help for an in-depth understanding of their thinking process by observing and analyzing the response found by two elementary school students, Through this study, the following findings could be obtained. First, two students have a tendency trying to solve the complex situation at first. Second, we could know that it is an important factor in discovering the pattern to predict it. Third, we could know that the activity of reconstructing the data meaningfully is an important factor in discovering the pattern. Fourth, it is an important factor in finding the pattern to work organically the activity of predicting it with the activity of reconstructing the data meaningfully. We hope that this study offers the help for an in-depth understanding of students's thinking process.

        한국인에서 Neuregulin 3(NRG3) 유전자와 조현병의 연합 연구

        Objectives : Located on chromosome 10q22-q23, the human neuregulin 3 (NRG3) is suggested as a strong positional and functional candidate gene involved in the pathogenesis of schizophrenia. Several case-control studies examining the association between polymorphisms on NRG3 gene with schizophrenia and/or its traits (such as delusion) have been reported recently in cohorts of Han Chinese, Ashkenazi Jews, Australians, white Americans of Western European ancestry and Koreans. Thus, this study aimed to investigate the association of one SNP in exon 9 (rs2295933) of NRG3 gene with the risk of schizophrenia in a Korean population. Methods : Using TaqMan assay, rs2295933 in the exon 9 of NRG3 was genotyped in 435 patients with schizophrenia as cases and 393 unrelated healthy individuals as controls. Differences in frequency distributions were analyzed using logistic regression models following various modes of genetic inheritance and controlling for age and sex as covariates. Results : Subsequent analysis revealed that the frequency distribution of rs2295933 of NRG3 was not different between schizophrenia patients and healthy controls of Korean ethnicity. Conclusions : This study does not support the role of NRG3 in schizophrenia in a Korean population.

        신규간호사 교육체계에 대한 실태조사: 프리셉터십 운영을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to identify the current status of the new graduate nurses' education system, to establish guidelines for the education of new graduate nurses, and to provide dates for the improvement of the education system. Eighty-nine hospitals participated in the survey from July to August 2018. The questionnaires consisted of 24 items including general characteristics, new graduate nurses' education system, operation of nursing education teams, and preceptorship programs. The average duration of education/training for new graduate nurses was 57.3 days, and 26.6%-58.5% of general hospitals, hospitals, and long-term care hospitals had less than 30 days of new graduate nurses education/training, which is shorter than the education/training period of tertiary hospitals. There were new nursing education guidelines in 88.8% of all medical institutions and 58.6% of them had nursing education teams. Most of the personnel in charge of nursing education were not dedicated to education. A total of 87.6% of the all participating medical institutions had preceptorship programs, while 23.1%-33.3% of hospitals and long-term care hospitals did not. The breakdown of preceptorship programs showed 68.4% as "preceptor and preceptee are in charge of one team, and preceptor is teaching preceptee," and 19.7% were "preceptor and preceptee are in charge of each team, and preceptor is teaching preceptee at the same time." These results show that standardization and management of new graduate nurses' education programs is necessary. For the standardization and management of new graduate nurses' education programs, joint efforts of nurses' associations and support from the government should be encouraged.

        간호학 임상실습교육의 현황과 발전방안

        The quantitative expansion of nursing schools has necessitated the qualitative improvement of nursing education, which requires the development of nursing education for clinical practice. To identify strategies for strengthening the educational capacity of clinical fields and nursing schools, this study first examined the current status of nursing education for clinical practice, and then proposed several prospective directions for education. Nursing clinical practice-related studies from several Korean and international electronic databases were reviewed. Insufficient training hospitals and lack of qualified clinical training instructors were the main problems found within nursing educational resources for clinical practice, while the simple practice contents based on observation and inadequate evaluations were the main problems found in nursing educational management for clinical practice. This study suggests better standards and educational accountability for training hospitals and programs to nurture human resources for clinical practice, as well as a variety of training methods to integrate practical training courses and the expansion of formation evaluation. Based on these results, it is necessary to establish governance for nursing education for clinical practice and clarify the role and standards of each practitioner, strengthen the educational role of the hospital, and improve the system. In addition, introducing various types of education methods and strengthening evaluation standards are needed in order to enhance nursing education for clinical practice.

        자폐 범주성 장애 유아를 위한 종합적인 중재 모델 탐색 : 통합교육 환경에서 실행한 국외 연구 중심으로

        종합적인 중재 모델(Comprehensive Treatment Models: CTMs)은 자폐 범주성 장애의핵심 결함 영역에 대하여 학습 및 발달에 영향을 미치기 위해 고안된 일련의 방법론적 실제로 구성된 프로그램으로, 체계적인 서비스를 통해 제공된다. 이러한 종합적인 중재 모델이 실제 실행을 통한 성과가 입증됨에 따라 자폐 범주성 장애 학생을 위한 증거 기반의 실제로 추천되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자폐 범주성 장애 유아가 통합된 유아 교육 기관에서 실행된 종합적인 중재 모델에 대한 국외 연구를 분석하여 연구의 동향, 중재의 특성, 중재자 훈련 특성을 알아보았다. 분석 결과 종합적인 중재 모델은 자연적 중재와 응용행동분석 접근에 기반한 개별 교수전략들을 공통 요소로 포함하고 있었으며, 중재자 훈련으로는 초기교육과 지속적인 추수지도가 이루어졌다. 분석 결과를 근거로 국내 자폐 범주성장애 유아를 위한 종합적인 중재 모델 연구의 향후 과제에 대하여 논의하였으며, 우리나라교육현장에 시사하는 바를 제언하였다. Comprehensive treatment models(CTMs) are methodological and practical programs designed to influence learning and development for core defict areas related to autism spectrum disorders (ASD). With proven outcomes through practical implementation, CTMs are recommended as evidence-based practices for children with ASD. The purpose of this review was to analyze CTMs in inclusive settings for preschoolers with ASD. We investigated the trends of studies, the features of interventions, and teacher training. The analysis showed that CTMs generally included multiple focused interventons based on natural interventions and applied behavior analysis approach. Teacher training consisted of initial training and follow-up. We discuss the future directions of CTMs for preschoolers with ASD and suggest practical implications for the special education field in Korea.

        간호사가 경험한 임상 교육의 어려움

        Purpose: Clinical nurses play an important role in guiding the practice of new nurses and nursing students. Therefore, it is necessary to study the difficulties and the environmental aspects faced by nurses during the clinical education for the quality improvement of clinical education. Methods: Focus group interview was conducted with 15 clinical nurses and analyzed according to the qualitative content analysis method of Elo and Kyngäs. Results: Five themes were identified; "Lack of education competency and teaching efficacy as a clinical nurse educator", "environment that cannot educate enough", "lack of proper guidelines for education", "no manpower dedicated to clinical nursing education", " Lack of mutual exchange between university and clinical practice’ Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to make efforts to improve the education environment for nursing education.

        사회관계망에서 매개 중심도 추정을 위한 효율적인 알고리즘

        사회관계망 분석에 있어서 매개 중심도(Betweenness Centrality)는 네트워크를 구성하는 노드들의 상대적인 중요도를 파악하기 위한 척도로서 주로 사용되어 왔다. 그러나 매개 중심도를 측정하기 위한 시간 복잡도가 높기 때문에 대규모의 온라인 사회관계망 서비스에서 각노드의 매개 중심도를 산출하는 것은 쉽지 않은 문제이다. 그래서 본 연구팀에서는 과거에 네트워크를 구성하는 각각의 노드들마다 자신의 지역 정보를 활용하여 확장 자아 네트워크(Expanded Ego Network)를 정의하고 그 네트워크에서 확장 자아 매개 중심도(Expanded Ego Betweenness)를 산출하여 기존의 매개 중심도를 대체하려는 시도를 하였다. 본 논문에서는 지역정보 기반의 확장 자아 네트워크의 특징을 분석하여 확장 자아 매개 중심도를 빠르게 산출할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 그리고 일반적인 사회관계망의 특성을 대표하는 Barabasi-Albert 네트워크 모델을 사용한 가상 네트워크와 실제 사회관계망을 대표하는 페이스북 친구 관계 네트워크에서의 실험을 통하여 확장 자아 매개 중심도의 중요도 순위가 기존 매개 중심도의 중요도 순위와 거의 일치함을 보인다. 또한 제안하는 알고리즘이 기존 알고리즘에 비해 확장 자아 네트워크에서의 확장 자아 매개 중심도를 더 빠르게 산출함을 보인다. In traditional social network analysis, the betweenness centrality measure has been heavily used to identify the relative importance of nodes. Since the time complexity to calculate the betweenness centrality is very high, however, it is difficult to get it of each node in large-scale social network where there are so many nodes and edges. In our past study, we defined a new type of network, called the expanded ego network, which is built only with each node’s local information, i.e., neighbor information of the node’s neighbor nodes, and also defined a new measure, called the expanded ego betweenness centrality. In this paper, We propose algorithm that quickly computes expanded ego betweenness centrality by exploiting structural properties of expanded ego network. Through the experiment with virtual network used Barabasi-Albert network model to represent the generic social network and facebook network to represent actual social network, We show that the node’s importance rank based on the expanded ego betweenness centrality has high similarity with that the node’s importance rank based on the existing betweenness centrality. We also show that the proposed algorithm computes the expanded ego betweenness centrality quickly than existing algorithm.
