        목향 추출물의 항산화 및 항암활성

        This study was carried out to investigate the antioxidative and antitumor activities of Saussurea lappa for the purpose of developing a functional food. The methanol extract of Saussurea lappa was fractionated with five solvents (hexane, chloroform, EtOAc, BuOH, water) and examined for antioxidative activities and xanthine oxidase inhibitory activity in addition to growth inhibitory activity of human cancer cell (HT-29, SNU-1, HeLa). Total phenol compound contents were higher in EtOAC fraction than other fractions. Also, electron donating ability was over 90% at $500{\mu}g/ml$ (93.1 %) and $1000{\mu}g/ml$ (94.3%). The hexane fraction revealed stronger nitrite scavenging ability than the positive control (ascorbic acid) and its abilities were 22.4% and 42.8% at $500{\mu}g/ml$ and $1000{\mu}g/ml$, respectively. Xanthine oxidase inhibitory activity had similar tendency to electron donating ability. The EtOAc fraction showed high inhibition to xanthien oxidase activities at $500{\mu}g/ml$(81.9%) and $1000{\mu}g/ml$(90.4%). In the antitumor activity test, the hexane fraction exhibited potent growth inhibition activity against HT-29, SNU-1 and HeLa cells. Therefore, we believe that Saussurea lappa can be developed into a functional food with antioxidant activity. Additional studies are required for the hexane and chloroform fractions of Saussurea lappa to develop them into therapeutic supplements for stomach cancer, colon cancer, and cervical cancer.

        랫드를 이용한 phosalone의 대사산물 측정

        This study was performed to determine urinary metabolites of phosalone in rats . Phosalone, one of the organophosphorus pesticides, was orally administrated to rats. Urine samples were collected for 24hr in metabolic cages. Four metabolites, DEP, DETP, DEDTP, chlorobenzoxazone, were detected in the rat urine. No parent compound was detected. In GC/MS, metabolites are identified on the basis of their mass spectra. The molecular ion of DEP, DETP, DEDTP and chlorobenzoxazone were m/z=181, mlz=226 , mlz=242, and m/z=169, respectively. Nearly all of the diethyl metabolites were excreted within 48hr after administration of phosalone. The method of liquid-liquid extraction without purification and butylation of dialkyl phosphates using tetrabutylammonium hydroxide reagent was achieved in the GCFPD and GC/MS injection block at 280°C. Average recoveries(n=3) and coefficients variation(% CV) of DEP and DEDTP from spiked blank urine samples with 5% ethanol in ethyl acetate were 78 .2%( 46%) and 98.0%(22%), respectively. The limits of detection for these compounds with 2 μl injections was 0.5 ppm for DEP and 0 .lppm for DEDTP by GC-FPD.

        Brachydanio rerio와 Xiphophorus hellieri를 이용한 γ-BHC와 Chlorothalonil의 단기간 생물농축계수의 측정

        This study was performed to investigate the bioconcentration of chlorothalonil and γ-BHC in zebrafish(brachydanio rerio) and red sword tail(Xiphophorus hellieri). The fishes were exposed to 0.005 ppm, 0.010 ppm, one-hundredth concentration of 96-hrs LC₅₀ and one- thousandth concentration of 96-hrs LC₅₀ and test periods were 3, 5 and 8 days. The depuration rate of each pesticide from the whole body of fish was determined over the 72-hr period after treatment. Obtained results are summerized as follows: Chlorothalonil and γ-BHC concentration in fish extracts and BCFs of chlorothalonil and γ-BHC were increased as increasing test concentration and prolonging test period. In the case of same experimental concentrations, chlorothalonil and γ-BHC revealed same tendency. Determined chemical concentration in fish extract and BCF s of γ-BHC were higher than those of chlorothalonil and red sword tail was higher than those of zebrafish, under the same condition. Depuration rate constant of zebrafish was investigated 10 faster than that of red sword tail and depuraion rate constant of chlorothalonil was 2 faster than that of γ-BHC. Also, it is suggested that the flow through fish test(OECD guideline 305-E) on organochlorine pesticides will be proper test system because static fish test was to limit the experimental periods to 8 days and was not readily staic state in case of the chlorothalonil and γ-BHC.

        중소 건설사 관점의 공동도급 협업 저해 요인 사례연구

        In the public sector, the joint contract system offers benefits and provides additional opportunities in enabling consortium parties to share risks, improve its technical skills and reward a project more compared to when participating alone. It’s a compulsory rule to include local companies to help facilitate and maintain balance in the development of local regions. Contrary to the purpose behind introducing a joint contract system, detailed institutional laws and operational guidelines have been insufficient, consequently causing difficulties in the management of joint contracts. Specifically, the asymmetric size of parties, specialized human resources and experience influence collaborative efforts during the project phase. Despite asymmetry, the joint contract system was studied from the perspective of major construction companies while focusing on the bidding process. This research aims to explore its conflicts and reasons from relatively small companies based on four stages: bidding, contract, construction and hand-over/termination in H construction company. 30 real cases introducing joint contracts were analyzed along with focus group interviews. The results revealed that risks existed during the preparatory stage of the joint supply and demand operation agreement even after much deliberation due to the differences in company size, some paper companies did not participate in the actual construction process and management regulatory issues surfaced during the organizational phase of the joint supply and demand operation agreement. Therefore, to resolve these conflicts, constant mutual trust is needed between companies and further analysis is necessary from joint contract construction case studies.

        작약 추출물의 구강병원균에 대한 항균성 및 구강암 세포 증식 억제효과

        Paeonia lactiflora was stepwise extracted with hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, butanol and water. Anti-microbial activity of each extract was investigated. Methanol extract of P. lactiflora revealed anti-microbial activity against S. mutans, C. albicans, and S. aureus. Also, hexane fraction revealed anti-bacterial activity against S. mutans and ethyl acetate fraction acted as potent anti-microbial agent on C. albicans and S. aureus. The relative growth ratio(RGR) of hexane fraction of P. lactiflora against S. mutans were determined as 77.8% in concentration of 0.125 mg/ml, 98.46% in 0.25 mg/ml and 100% in 0.5 mg/ml. The ethyl acetate fraction of P. lactiflora revealed RGR against C. albicans as 52.5% in concentration of 0.125 mg/ml, 60.83% in 0.25 mg/ml and 78.33% in 0.5 mg/ml. It indicate that increasing concentration increase RGR. The measured minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of hexane fraction on S. mutans KCTC 5316 strain was 0.5 mg/ml and MIC of ethyl acetate fraction on C. albicans KCTC 7270 was 2.0 mg/ml. The experiment of inhibition to growth of KB roll(oral squamous cell carcinoma) result 61.9% in butanol, 76.7% in hexane extract of P. lactiflora. The hexane extract exhibit potent inhibition effect to the growth of KB cell. These results suggest that the hexane extract of Paeonia lactiflora has antimicrobial activity against S. mutans and has preventive effect to dental caries in addition to potent inhibition to KB cell growth.

        배전변압기 2차측 전압/전류/역률 측정치로부터 1차측 전압을 추정하는 신경회로망 연구

        In order to maintain voltage of distribution line within a regulated range, grid tie inverter of DG controls reactive power. Reactive power control amount is determined by the medium voltage at the primary-side of the distribution transformer, while DG measurements are done from secondary-side low voltage where it is installed. Due to the characteristics of iron core, voltage drops and unknown tap position, middle voltage cannot be calculated accurately from low voltage measurement with applying winding ratio. This paper proposes a new medium voltage estimation method using ANN(Artificial Neural Network) by learning the relationship between primary and secondary side voltages. Both side voltages of the transformer are used for label and input of the ANN respectively. Training inputs are measured by DGs, and labels are calculated by state estimator of DMS(Distribution Management System). Real-time power system simulator and DMS are used to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.

        국내분리 유아 로타바이러스의 혈청형과 염기서열 분석

        Rotaviruses belong to Reoviridae causes diarrhea in human beings as well as domestic animals. This study was conducted to see what type of human rotaviruses are distributed in Seoul and Kyung-gi province. Twenty two of 81 patients showed rotavirus positive with diagnostic kit and RNA electropherosis. We isolated all of rotaviruses from the patients. Electropherotypes of 22 isolates showed 4:2:3:2 pattern whereas those migration patterns were long type. All of those isolates belonged to group A. Twenty out of 22 isolates reacted with monoclonal antibodies specific to G1, P1A and subgroup II, whereas rest of them, A-29 and K-30 reacted with subgroup I specific monoclonal antibody. The nucleotide sequence of an isolate K-21 showed 98-100% and 90-96% homologies with those of Wa and KU strain, respectively.

        교정용 미니스크류를 이용한 연속호선과 분절호선의 유한요소분석

        설측의 연속호선과 분절호선의 3차원 유한요소 모델에서 레버암의 길이와 미니스크류의 위치를 달리하여 전치부 후방 견인 시의 변위 양상을 비교하였다. 구개 경사면 견인 시, 두 호선 공히 레버암이 짧을수록 전치부의 설측 경사 이동을, 20 mm인 경우 중절치의 치체 이동 및 견치의 치근 이동 양상을 나타냈다. 정중구개봉합부 견인 시의 변위 양상은 구개 경사면의 경우와 유사하였으나, 레버암이 20 mm인 두 호선에서 절치의 치체 이동 및 연속호선에서 전치부의 함입 소견을 보였다. 호선 종류에 관계없이 레버암이 길어질수록 절치의 정출은 감소하였고, 구개 경사면에서의 견인인 경우와 함께 견치의 협측 변위가 증가하였으며, 분절호선에서 변위량이 많았다. 연속호선상의 제2소구치는 근심 경사 이동 및 함입 소견을, 대구치는 레버암이 길수록 원심 이동 및 협측 변위를 나타낸 반면, 분절호선상의 구치부도 3차원적 이동 양상을 나타냈으나 변위량은 미미하였다. 전치부 후방 견인 시 레버암 작용에 의해 절치의 경사 이동과 견치의 측방 이동 경향이 있었으며, 치체 이동을 위해서는 약 20 mm의 레버암을 추천할 수 있다. 또한 호선의 종류가 치열 변위 양상 및 변위량에 차이를 나타냈다. Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare the displacement patterns shown by finite element analysis when the maxillary anterior segment was retracted from different orthodontic miniscrew positions and different lengths of lever arms in lingual continuous and segmented arch techniques. Methods: A three dimensional model was produced, the translation of teeth in both models was measured and individual displacement was calculated. Results: When traction was carried out from miniscrews in the palatal slope, lingual tipping of crowns and extrusion of the maxillary anterior segment were found in both continuous and segmented arches as the lever arms were made shorter. With miniscrews in the midpalatal suture area, the displacement patterns were similar to the palatal slope, but bodily movement of the upper incisors was observed in both continuous and segmented arches with the lever arm at 20 mm. When lever arms were longer, there was less extrusion of the incisors and more buccal displacement of the canines. Such displacement was shown less in the continuous arch than the segmented arch. The second premolar showed crown mesial tipping and intrusion, and the molars showed distal tipping in the continuous arch. The posterior segment was displaced three dimensionally in the segmented arch, but the amount of displacement was less than the continuous arch. Conclusions: It is recommended that lever arms of 20 mm in length be used for bodily movement of the anterior segment. Use of continuous or segmented arches affect the displacement patterns and induce differences in the amount of displacement.

      • 복합용도개발개념의 관점으로 본 개발제한구역 해제지역 집단취락지구의 개발발향에 관한 연구

        This study intends to propose a concept of mixed-use development strategy for clustered settlements within the Greenbelt in order to prevent not only broken-up a community in the area, but also evasive private development without elaborate planning. From the point of view, the study attempted to extract and re-establish the planning and development direction of MXD in the Greenbelt by reviewing the theoretical assumption of MXD. To apply new direction of MXD, target site has been adopted as appropriate representative sample. The results of this study are follows; the need not only of control and managerial strategy for specifying characteristic of the target site within the Greenbelt, but also of alternative MXD strategy based on neighborhood for maintaining existing community.
