상황미를 이용한 항로타바이러스 효과와 항균성 측정에 관한 연구

This study was conducted to evaluate the inhibitory effects of Phellinus linteus mushroom rice on food-borne pathogens (Staphylococcus aureus 305, Listeria monocytogenes ATCC 19114, Escherichia coli 0157:H7 ATCC 42894, Escherichia coli O55) and human rotavirus (KU, S2, YO, K-21). The results obtained are summarized as follows: The inhibitory effects of Phellinus linteus mushroom rice against food-borne pathogens; inhibition zone diameters for S. aureus 305, L. monocytogenes ATCC 19114 and E. coli 0157:H7 ATCC 42894 were 18mm, 20mm and 13mm, respectively. E. coli O55 did not form an inhibition zone. The inhibitory effects of l/3% Phellinus linteus mushroom rice on MA-104 cells using the MTT assay were, KU $90.52{\pm}18.42%,\;S2\;94.74{\pm}8.68%,\;YO\;59.77{\pm}8.68%$ and $K-21\;97.56{\pm}12.50%$. Phellinus linteus mushroom rice has inhibitory effects on the food-borne pathogens S. aureus 305, L. monocytogenes ATCC 19114 and E. coli 0157:H7 ATCC 42894, and human rotavirus (K-21, S2, YO, KU). 본 연구에서는 상황미 추출물을 이용하여 병원성 식중독 균(S aureus 305, L. monocytogenes ATCC 19114, E. coli 0157:H7 ATCC 42894, E. coli O55)에 대한 항균효과와 human rotavirus(KU, S2, YO, K-21)에 대한 억제효과를 알아보기 위해서 수행되었다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 항균성 테스트에서 S. aureus 305는 18mm, L. monocytogenes ATCC 19114는 20 mm, E. coli O55는 13mm의 inhibition zone이 생성되었으나, E. coli O157:H7 ATCC 42894는 inhibition zone이 생성되지 않았다. MTT assay 방법에 따라 실시한 l/3% 상황미 추출물의 human rotavirus에 대한 억제효과는 K-21이 $97.56{\pm}12.50%$, S2가 $94.74{\pm}8.68%$ YO가 $59.77{\pm}8.68%$, KU가 $90.52{\pm}18.42%$로 각각 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 보아 상황미 추출물은 병원성 식중독균과 다양한 유아 rotavirus 모두에게 억제 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

We observed the concentrations of Dissolved Organic Carbon (DOC) and Colored Dissolved Organic Matter (CDOM) in coastal seawater and groundwater around a volcanic island, Jeju, Korea. The sampling of surface seawater and coastal groundwater was conducted in Woljeongri, Pyoseon, and Kwakgi beaches, in three sampling campaigns (June, July, and October 2016). The concentrations of DOC in groundwater were relatively higher in June and October than in July. Salinity and DOC concentrations in the coastal groundwater of Woljeongri and Pyoseon beaches did not show a marked relationship, whereas those in Kwakgi beach showed a good positive correlation (July: R2 = 0.64, P < 0.01; October: R2 = 0.95, P < 0.01). In addition, the concentrations of CDOM (C and M peaks) in the groundwater of Woljeongri and Pyoseon beaches, where saline groundwater discharge dominates, were relatively higher than those of Kwakgi beach, where fresh groundwater discharge dominates. The relatively higher DOC concentrations in the coastal groundwater of Woljeongri and Pyoseon, with higher CDOM concentrations, seem to be mainly from anthropogenic sources such as local pollution sources (i.e., aquaculture wastewater or domestic sewage). In order to understand the behavior of DOC in the coastal groundwater of a volcanic island, extensive studies are necessary in the future over a larger-area and greater time-scales using various isotopic tracers.

This study was carried out to investigate the antioxidative and antitumor activities of Saussurea lappa for the purpose of developing a functional food. The methanol extract of Saussurea lappa was fractionated with five solvents (hexane, chloroform, EtOAc, BuOH, water) and examined for antioxidative activities and xanthine oxidase inhibitory activity in addition to growth inhibitory activity of human cancer cell (HT-29, SNU-1, HeLa). Total phenol compound contents were higher in EtOAC fraction than other fractions. Also, electron donating ability was over 90% at $500{\mu}g/ml$ (93.1 %) and $1000{\mu}g/ml$ (94.3%). The hexane fraction revealed stronger nitrite scavenging ability than the positive control (ascorbic acid) and its abilities were 22.4% and 42.8% at $500{\mu}g/ml$ and $1000{\mu}g/ml$, respectively. Xanthine oxidase inhibitory activity had similar tendency to electron donating ability. The EtOAc fraction showed high inhibition to xanthien oxidase activities at $500{\mu}g/ml$(81.9%) and $1000{\mu}g/ml$(90.4%). In the antitumor activity test, the hexane fraction exhibited potent growth inhibition activity against HT-29, SNU-1 and HeLa cells. Therefore, we believe that Saussurea lappa can be developed into a functional food with antioxidant activity. Additional studies are required for the hexane and chloroform fractions of Saussurea lappa to develop them into therapeutic supplements for stomach cancer, colon cancer, and cervical cancer.
복합용도개발개념의 관점으로 본 개발제한구역 해제지역 집단취락지구의 개발발향에 관한 연구

This study intends to propose a concept of mixed-use development strategy for clustered settlements within the Greenbelt in order to prevent not only broken-up a community in the area, but also evasive private development without elaborate planning. From the point of view, the study attempted to extract and re-establish the planning and development direction of MXD in the Greenbelt by reviewing the theoretical assumption of MXD. To apply new direction of MXD, target site has been adopted as appropriate representative sample. The results of this study are follows; the need not only of control and managerial strategy for specifying characteristic of the target site within the Greenbelt, but also of alternative MXD strategy based on neighborhood for maintaining existing community.

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES Locally, led by Lotte World, various facilities were opened or under preparation to open. But rent of commercial building, in which the rent of interior complex commercial facility has a closed characteristics in verification or collection of information compare to other properties of lease. Also, the rent of commercial building contains various elements affecting rent payment capability such as brand recognition, type of business, owner of operation, related to operational profit which became a risk factor to the position of business owner or investor. It has been seen many examples in the commercial facilities that got into trouble quite a long period after completion of building even if its location and surrounding environment was satisfactory. Two major reasons can be counted to such failure of commercial facilities. First, the development system interested only in the initial sale and ignores the operation after completion. Second, physical spatial configuration of commercial facility that didn't reflect tenant's view & requirement of tenant, the final end users and its operation method after completion. Only recently, an increased interest by project stakeholder could be noticed whether or not tenant enter the shop or its configuration and it is quite fortunate and encouraging to specifically check it and listen from the beginning of the project. (2) RESEARCH METHOD The factors affecting the characteristics of Urban Entertainment Centers (UEC) and the evaluation methodology on making have been defined based on prior literature review. Based on which, the weights of factors in categorized level were determined based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy theory based on Expert Choice 2000 with Excel. (3) RESEARCH FINDING In this study, it was analyzed the Tenant side in determining rent of the tenant being final user getting focused on success or failure of UEC. There would have its primary significance as being the role of empirical material in attracting qualified tenant from project planning & all stage of UEC and has its secondary significance to contribute to the preparation of reasonable standard of rent through empirical analysis upon establishing the standard of rent of UEC yet lack of research and objective standard. 2. RESULTS It is judged that additional study appears to be necessary in the perspective of brands other than fashion goods eventually, it plans to be studied persistently while practicing concerning the method capable to reflect effectively to overall business through in depth review regarding various view points of respective parties of the commercial complex in order to grow as a professional in the field of commercial facilities.
